We were very pleased with the professionalism and helpfulness from the start. Gary was very knowledgeable and knew right away the issue. He didn’t try to sell us what we didn’t need either. I’ve already recommended Milestone and I I’ve found a lot of folks use Milestone already. Thats a great thing to me. The monthly subscription is a good idea too. We’ll be back for sure.

Zach was incredibly professional throughout the entire process, taking the time to thoroughly explain the work that had been completed and outlining any additional tasks that still needed attention. The 2 techs were on time. Reviewed everything to be done. Took the time to put tape in ALL the positions for the lights to give us a visual. That helped tremendously. Very informative in answering all our questions. And this was a very dirty job because of cutouts in the ceilings in 5 rooms but they left our house immaculate!

Had them come out to fix a light that was not working and give a quote on a potential project. Both gentlemen that came were very polite and respectful. There was good communication about their arrival time which I appreciated. They made sure I understood my options and pointed out potential future issues. Would definitely use them again and I am very comfortable and happy with the work they did.

Jonathan and Zack showed up on time and very professional. They inspected my hot water heaters and showed me 3-4 different options to fix my issues. It was amazing to have someone so knowledgeable and to take the time to answer all of my questions and concerns. Thank you Milestone. These guys are awesome.

Milestone, specifically Austin A., came out to give me a bid on some plumbing repairs. He was prompt, polite and professional. The company communicated well both before and after the initial appointment. I doubt the price he gave me was the cheapest out there but I want the job done right not cheap. So far Milestones reputation seems well deserved.

Milestone and their techs have always been great. They answer your questions and no high pressure sales behavior. If they find something that needs attention, they let you know and will give you an estimate. I always ask questions and I feel they are truthful in their recommendations. They are a good outfit and are set up to not make their pay structure for their techs making them try to sell you unnecessary items. They take pics of before and after so you know what the problem was and how they fixed the issue. Great and trustworthy company.

Had Austin come to our house to assess damage from storm last week. Very knowledgeable, professional and welcoming. Huge fan of his transparency with answering my questions. Our home was built in the 50s and the diagnosis was not an easy one. We called Milestone. Matthew Lacy was the technician assigned to us and we could not have been any more satisfied. Professional, cleanliness, knowledgeable and personable along with troubleshooting expertise are just a few of the traits that he exhibits. Milestone will be called for any electrical, HVAC or Plumbing needs in the future. We are sold. On a scale from 1 to 10 we give Milestone and Matthew a10. They earned it! If you need their service give them a call and relax, they got it.

This technician came out and immediately resolved the issue. He even went a step further and cleaned all the lint and dust out of the water heater pan. I appreciate the extra step and the fact that it was repaired in very little time.

Robert went above and beyond to analyze our heating system and electrical to determine why it was not operating. It ended up being a problem with our wiring which was concealed in the attic. I was very pleased with his knowledge and abilities to handle the repairs. Also, the service fee was very reasonable, due to the time it took to complete the repairs. I will definitely use Milestone Electric on any additional electrical work.

Tyler Barbee came out today, 2-19-25, and did an annual heater checkup. He found issues with a previously installed UV light (by different company) and the result of that lights failure. He was able to clearly explain the cost of replacement of the failed uv light, the associated warranties and I authorized the work. He did a very quick and satisfactory installation of the new unit.Additionally, Tyler answered my numerous questions about Milestone in general, as I have only recently started doing business with this company.Overall, I give Tyler my highest recommendation, as a result of his work today!

Mathew Lacey came out to give me a free quote on running an electrical wire under my patio slab to my pool equipment. He was able to identify within minutes that the wires didn’t even go under the slab. Thank you Mathew, I may have saved a few thousand dollars. Definitely knows their stuff and honest as well. We wanted to get a quote on the Cleaning of our air ducts. Dustin was very thorough in explaining what was happening with our HVAC systems. He took several photos and videos and went through each one with us and answered all of our questions. He let us know what will be happening on the day of the cleaning so we know what to expect. Dustin also answered our questions regarding his background - how and why he got into this business, how long he has been doing it and the education required to obtain his license.We were very impressed with his down to earth manner and the way he represented Milestone.

Kyler was absolutely awesome. He was courteous, informative, and tidy. He did an excellent job and explained the options available to us through the entire process. This made us comfortable enough to sign up for extended membership. Excellent work!!!

Milestone Home Services is wonderful company! I only needed the batteries changed in my home detectors. Kyler came for Milestone and was friendly and efficient. The next week, I noticed one of the detectors blinking red on and off so thought maybe it was faulty as the others had green lights. I did not know that it was a different type of detector and that was normal. I called Milestone and Elise was so friendly and helpful and arranged for a tech to come that day. Jonathan came and took the unit down and read on the back that the red lights were normal and explained it to me. He, like Kyler, was so friendly and caring and understood my concern for them going off in the middle of the night. Milestone Home Services truly treats you like family!

Alex was amazing, very informative and professional. We had a pipe bust in the house and a lot of damage. Alex was able to come up with a solution to prevent further repairs and damage. He gave many price options and payment plans.

Marcos was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about all of the questions that we had. He addressed our concerns and went above and beyond to get our issue resolved. And implement other upgrades to the house at the same time which saved us money.

Technician was very knowledgeable and courteous. He shared with me information about a warranty claim to the manufacturer, and provided guidance as to how to process a claim. He also was able to remedy our mechanical issue very quickly. I will plan on using Milestone again in the future.

Bryan was excellent. He was pleasant to work with and we really appreciated his attention to detail. He took the time to understand our project, make detailed calculations, and then outline our options in a clear manner. He later checked up on his crew to make sure our job was going as it should.

When the zoning system on our furnace was turned on, the downstairs wouldn’t heat due to insufficient airflow. The technician was able to fix the problem and our home is heating normally. Much appreciated, especially on the coldest day of the winter so far!

Excellent service! Showed up during the promised window. Explained everything that he would be doing. Price was higher than I would like bit not out of the norm.Update: Apparently something wasnt tightened up properly so now Ive had a leak!

My technician today Jose, and for that matter all the other technicians Ive dealt with, from Milestone have been amazing. They give allot of explanation on the maintenance process as well as basic steps that I can do myself between their visits to help keep the system clean and running optimally. Technician was polite and professional. He completed the inspection and had recommendations that would help optimize my unit. He was very patient with the questions I asked him and was very personable and friendly.

Gary came for semi-annual HVAC inspection. He arrived on time and is bot professional and personable. After inspecting both systems he sat down to discuss what he had done. Normally this doesn’t really make a lot of sense to me, but he provided a narrated video showing exactly what he saw with before and after shots. I have used Milestone for years and will continue to use them for all the services they provide.

Devon did a great job explaining his procedure to determine the cause of our electric issue and options including potential cost of repairs. He worked quickly and efficiently and made repairs to our complete satisfaction.

While our system did not allow us to go after our initial strategy, we talked options however tjey would be very expensive. I stated that we would not pursue changes at this time.What I loved? No sales pressure!

Billy came to do a heater check yesterday. I really appreciated that he was respectful of my home to keep it clean and be careful not to damage anything. He was very good to explain what he was doing as well as how my furnace works. I appreciated his patience and helpfulness.

Ricardo was amazing! He was knowledgeable and just an overall amazing person! We wanted a ceiling fan installed for our patio and after another company told us it as impossible he was able to do it! He left the area cleaner than what he found it in! Liked him so much we signed up for the Milestone Advantage membership!

Jose Augueta did an awesome job on the maintenance service for our a/c. Knowledgeable and provided pictures of the work he did and let me know that the fan could use a cleaning in the next few months. Milestone has always provided excellent service. Glad I chose them to replace our out dated system almost 4 years ago.

The service was high quality. The downsides is that he couldnt just fix the problem, he had to Warranty our entire circuit. So a 500 dollar job came out to be 1100 dollars. I assume the extra was for the free warranty. Good service, guy was nice. Not a fan of the warranty of circuits policy or the price.

The Milestone team were very quick to install our new AC unit. They were very professional and their work showed it.

Andrew was one of the nicest people I have met. Very personable and hard working. Articulated his findings well and in an understandable manner for the layman.

Rocky was very courteous to and knowledgeable. Replaced an outdoor spigot with warranty and charged at the non-warranty repair price. Milestone won’t be the cheapest quote, but you get what you pay for. They do quality work with quality parts, and the stand behind both. Will definitely use them again.

Noah Daniels and his apprentice replaced my damaged electrical panel, added surge & lightning protection, and updated the first responder disconnect and smoke detectors to the current city code. The team was courteous, efficient and did excellent work. I believe Noah went above and beyond what was necessary to satisfy the customer. I was pleased to have my electric working again in one day.

Dustin is an excellant technician. Very thorough and does not take short cuts. Hes a credit to Milesrone.

I was quoted $16,000.00 , then $14,000.00, then finally $10,000.00 to replace the electrical panel and a whole bunch of unnecessary repairs to bring the system up to pass inspection. Getting all repairs to meet inspection done for $750.00.They were trying to rip me off with these outrageous quotes. Hope no one else gets ripped off by these guys. Only have bad recommendations for them and will tell everyone I can to avoid calling Milestone for anything.

Their customer service agents on the phone are incredibly nice, cheerful, & knowledgeable. Thomas, the technician who worked on equalizing our AC flow into all rooms was nice, professional, an excellent communicator, and a very competent technician.

Charles Sharrock did my A/C check, tuneup. He was efficient and checked out all equipment. I asked about power surge and he showed me options. Protection installed quickly with photos! Very nice and great job!

Zachary Shealy did a very good job checking out our heating system. He was able to answer all my questions. Very knowledgeable. Clean, neat and very fast. He will schedule our AC check in March 2025.

I was given an appointment window of 11am - 2pm. The technician s arrived at 12 noon. They told me that the work would take about 45 minutes. They did a good job and showed me a video of what they did. They left on time.

Milestone always sends the best no matter what project we have going on! Alex Delgado was great! He explained step by step and answered our questions.

They installed a home surge protector today. Lance did a wonderful job including cleaning up afterwards. I highly recommend this very professional and organized company. They do great work.

Excellent Service from Kyler Botswick!I had a great experience with Kyler Botswick, who came to my home to repair my outdoor lighting fixtures. He was thorough in explaining what was wrong and even took the time to show me how to prevent future issues. I learned about new features I didn’t even know my lighting had! Kyler was incredibly patient, answering all my questions without hesitation, and didn’t mind that I followed him around while he worked. The price he charged was very reasonable, and I am so relieved to have finally found a reliable company. Highly recommend!

We had an issue with outlets upstairs in our house. Kyler was professional and Courteous. He identified the problem quickly and had us back working in a short amount of time. While troubleshooting the issue Kyler found a partially burned out breaker panel for one of our AC units. He replaced that for us as well. That could have been a massive issue and he was able to fix us up and keep our family and house safe. I appreciate the fast service and the great help. Kyler was fantastic.

Be careful with Milestone. Their strategy is to meet after market sales goals. When their tech inspects twice a year, they are trained to find something they can charge you for, quite costly by the way. Our expensive under warranty unit was in place for 1-1/2 years when they find something NOT COVERED that should have been reviewed at time of purchase, like a UV light that keeps corrosion off your unit. When asked why is this not covered their response was, “well you did not ask for it when you purchased”. Who is the AC expert? Just be careful and watch for their after market sales goals they strategize.

Jonathan is an excellent representative for Milestone. After examining the leaky faucet, he clearly laid out two options for us with pricing. He also asked us if we had any discount coupons which helped us lower the price. The work was well done in a timely fashion. We were completely satisfied.

First scheduled checkup after new install of 3 units this past summer (2024). Arturo Perez was my tech. Did a great job, checked everything, sent e-mails with results, spoke to me about the systems, and heres the best part: no charge...since Milestone has a annual plan. That was a great surprise.

I one hundred percent recommend that this company is the one to trust. and I felt very trusting of Armando in every way because he was so thorough and so professional and so knowledgeable and took a lot of time to uncoverthe issues and explained everything well.

I was overall very disappointed with my main technician, David. I felt as if he were trying to take advantage of me, trying to add $700-$2000 just to install one of the toilets straight and after enough of my complaining he was able to fix it without having to do these extra things. I felt like we were paying way above top dollar already after checking with a couple of plumbers. David came across very gruff with exception of his kindness to my dog. His helper was very nice. I would not want him coming back to my houseI did receive a very nice phone call from management after this review offering to do whatever we needed to make things right. I appreciate that call and offer very much. I dont like to give a bad review and maybe David was just having a bad day. Im not sure what else I can say. I This company is known for an excellent warranty on their work for five full years and that is reassuring.

Brian and his partner were very personable and knowledgeable of my problem. They were very thorough explaining my options and got the work done in a timely fashion. I will be using them again for any electrical needs that may occur in the future.

Very disappointed. You have been here 4 times everytime you create an issue. You stated the ducts needed cleaning we paid for that then the thermostat stops working the same night I waited until 10:02 pm that night for you to show up and state a wire was lose. Then we have the lights you recommended installed it has smelled stronger like burning and Christmas morning we woke up to a loud whistling noise a burning smell and stuff coming out of the vents.

U were very prompt and knowledgeable with your job. Was understanding and Worked with me with the cost . U changed out gfi plug as i asked. Was still having issues. After u left. I did plugged in a lamp in bathroom and in the hall. And they worked. My closet works again. Only tge lights over the bathroom sinks dont work. So im thinking it is the dual light switch on that bathroom. I did call into your office and told them that most of lights are working again since u changed out gf plug. I would give a five star rating just because Marco was professional efficient wrote down a good note, I just think when the two gentlemen came out to install just got confused on the notes The pipe running up the wall was supposed to be around the corner of the house, on other side of gutter. Discussed with Marco, he suggested it, which makes since. Didn’t think about it until now, sitting in house looking out. Can you guys fix please ?

I have been using Milestone for several years now for various reasons. Im always able to get an appointment with them quickly, the techs who show up are always very knowledgeable and have always resolved whatever issue I was having. The techs are always very professional and respectful when in my home. The resolve things quickly and get me back up and running without any delays. Bronson did a very through job today checking my 2 AC/Heat units. Great attention to details. From a long line of AC techs so he knows his HVAC. Milestone has been my go to source for all things electrical including HVac. Today Dustin Beall installed a dual bulb germicidal OVC lights in my unit. I am completely satisfied with his with his work, his professionalism and his courtesy. It is what I have always found in Milestone technicians and is why I am a lifetime customer.

The plumber that showed up, Andrew Guardiola, was professional and competent in every way. If I could give him 100 stars, I would. That said, Milestones pricing IS RIDICULOUS. All I needed to have done was a gasket replacement and the toilet reinstalled. An hours work, if that. THEY WANTED $1,000!!!!!!!!! An absolute consumer RIPOFF! SHAME, SHAME, SHAME!!!!!!! I negotiated them down to $600 because the work needed to be done. But most folks wouldnt or cant. I negotiate deals for a living and I still got SCREWED. The owners ought to be outright embarrassed at their pricing structure. How do they live with themselves? The honest cost should have been around $300, given the travel time, and the professional result. $1,000 is absurd given the cost of a gasket and one mans hour of labor. DO NOT CALL THESE GUYS UNLESS YOUVE MONEY TO BURN. No stars for Milestone....100 stars for Andrew. Again. SHAME!!!

On 08/02/24 my home HVAC system was serviced by Milestone technician Terrance Johnson. His professionalism, knowledge, attention to detail and friendly customer service was exceptional. Terrance treated my home and appliances as if they were his own. As he worked, he voluntarily educated me on the proper care and maintenance of my unit as a homeowner. When the job was completed, he cleaned up after himself so well that it was hardly noticeable that he had been in my home at all. It is because of stellar employees like Terrance Johnson that I do not hesitate to call Milestone Plumbing for all my home repairs, plumbing, and maintenance work.

Our technician, Terrence Medgers arrived on time. He was very efficient, friendly and professional. He did an excellent job on cleaning out my kitchen drain. My technician arrived promptly, was clean and friendly. I enjoyed working with him. He replaced a few outlets quickly and efficiently. He was very professional.

I called to schedule an appointment for an electrician. The scheduler was informing me of available dates/times and related fees for the appointment. She wanted to make sure I was aware of a $99 service call fee before scheduling. Not an uncommon practice these days. But ... the fee is not applied to work performed. The sell is that for $99 they will send a licensed electrician who is guaranteed to be drug free with no criminal history. Hmmm. So I have to pay extra to get a licensed electrician (is there an instance when they would send an unlicensed electrician?) whos not a drug addict and wont harm me? They will not share any pricing or labor cost per hour, nothing. I declined to schedule and thanked her for her time. In fairness, she called me back twice offering to waive the fee. Without any idea what I was to be charged for the requested service up front, I feared the fee would be added to the quote in the end and I declined to schedule. This company has many great reviews and their service techs may be great. Three stars because the service fee is unreasonable.

This a solid and very good & reputable company, you won’t go wrong as company is dependable and always available, with multiple experienced technicians. Dustin is my favorite, he is new professional, knowledgeable, patient and Dustin takes his time to fully diagnose all issues without rushing. This is very good and straightforward company, I have annualMembership for AC check up twice per year. Dustin and milestone will fix all issues that other companies can’t, Dustin was very respect of my house. I would rather wait for milestone to come and fix my AC than have another co come to my house.

Mason was awesome. He was willing to show us everything thats wrong with our system and obviously not trying to upsell, but to make sure we understand everything we need.

AC went out on one of the hottest Fridays of the year. Technician was at my home for 2.5 hours and couldn’t get anything running and was unable to tell me what the issue was. He told me what he thought it could be, but wouldn’t know until they ordered a $700+ part that wouldn’t be in until Monday. Luckily my brother knows an electrician. Came out, changed fuses, and had my unit running in 5 minutes. Milestone Technician tried to up sale me on parts that needed to be updated instead of working to get my unit running. He even tried to sell me a UV light with install for almost $2000. Amazon has UV lights for much cheaper if you’re wondering. I really believed I was going to have a reputable company send someone out to help me at least get my AC running. I will never do business with this company ever again. I just hate that there are probably people out there that are getting taken advantage of and believe what is being told to them. Shame on the tech that came out to my house.

I cannot say enough good things about Wes, Mathew (Blake), and Cody! We bough a 50 year old home that had been upgraded in all the wrong ways and left us with plenty of surprises along the way. Mathew cam out initially to diagnose the home, identifying loads of issues which needed to be tackled and finished them in an extremely effectively and time efficient way. Our oven later went on the frits and we wanted to upgrade to induction from electric. This opened more cans of worms but Mathew identified the problems and a solution and got us with Wes for a quick instal of new wiring and a breaker. We then discussed the possibility of us needing a new A/C in which we learned the panel should be upgraded in case of a electrical nightmare with the a/c so we gave them the greenlight and they knocked it out in a day! Milestone has been extremely proactive, friendly, nonpushy on selling what isnt needed, effective, and flexible with us. I highly recommend them and specially, Wes and Mathew as they went above and beyond for all our electrical needs!

Cost of hanging a ceiling fan in my living room, which is approximately 12 feet. There is a $99 charge just to come to the house and then the technician would give me an estimate for the requested job. Could not provide any ballpark estimate over the phone like is it between $100 - $300? 99 service call Charge is in addition to The actual service. I’ve watched their commercials for the past 10 to 15 years and I had one girlfriend who had a good experience with them so I had always hoped I would have an opportunity to use them. I felt like I was going to get the old lady Mark up so I didn’t schedule an appointment.

This was my first experience using Milestone Electric. They were professional, prompt and did a great job. They replaced our electric meter box and offered many options to choose from. I highly recommend you call these guys if you want the job done right, fast and as a value to your whole home including electric, plumbing and HVAC when you become an advantage member.

I had a slab leak. Milestone sent a technician to evaluate the issue on a Friday. The technician (Austin) stayed until 7:30 in the evening to finish the evaluation. He then got a team out on Saturday to dig a tunnel to the leak. By Monday another team spent the entire day installing a valve to control water flow and fixed the leak. This work was done in 100 degree heat. Incredible effort by all involved.

Been an Advantage member for multiple years and never had an issue until having a second return vent installed. I saw the handwork from within the house, but just now saw the shotty work done in the attic when changing my air filter as I do quarterly. This is 100% not what I expected, paid for, nor am used to the work looking like upon completion. Have to bend back their work just to change the filter. I’d give a Zero Star rating for this effort, but Google won’t let me.

Jose was fantastic. Super hot day and the attic was absolutely scorching but Jose did a great job. After finding the source of our problem he immediately hopped into finding the part we needed as well as finding a portable window unit to help keep us comfortable while the part was found and installed.

I recently had Milestone install a new water heater for me. Cri Rivera did an outstanding job by himself installing it in record time too. Scott Wagley came the next day and installed the electric cut off switch for the water heater and I was impressed with him as well 👌. Thank you guys for the excellent job you did for me! Actually Cri also lookd up and found a part to my shower faucet that wasnt functioning properly and he came back out and installed that. Now I have hot water on my shower! I love it! Jonathan Figueroa was courteous, competent and all together an excellent technician. I am very satisfied with his work. He, like all the technicians from Milestone I have had in my home to get a job done have been top of the line.

The initial service was excellent—they arrived on time and handled everything. They convinced me to sign up for an annual plan that included winter and summer inspections, which seemed like a good deal. However, when I had a water leak and scheduled a visit, they canceled on the day of the appointment and rescheduled. I came home from work on the new date, but they didnt show up again. Frustrated, I decided to cancel my service plan but couldnt get it done. Its been a year, and now they want $240 to renew, even though they never showed up. They charged me $240 initially and tried to charge me another $240 for the annual renewal. When I spoke with a customer service agent, she pointed out that I received a discount on my first visit by signing up for the annual plan, which amounted to $20 or $40. However, the yearly service plan cost $240, and she tried to make it seem like I got a deal. Never again.

Luis came promptly to check out a smoke detector issue. He quickly identified and resolved the problem. Very knowledgeable. Courteous.Jonathan Hebert arrived on time to inspect our smoke detectors. When we recently lost electricity there were no lights to indicate that the detectors were still working. Jonathan explained that the new design for these detectors will lose the green light when power is lost but will show a red light after awhile. This was a warranty call that was promptly handled by Milestone.

John and team were so amazing. I had a terrible experience with the pluming company my home warranty provided, but Milestone Home Services exceeded my expectations in every way!!!I will recommend John and milestone warranty 10/10.Thank you Milestone for amazing experience with my service needs.

They do not deliver what they promised. Be warned. They charge an arm and a leg for a service that never made any significant difference in the room at my house that had temperature issues. They added unnecessary work with the air ducts in my crawl space so they can get more money. They were always a no show for routine tune up after paying for the yearly membership. Look away and beware of this bad business! Zero stars.
