I can’t say enough great things about our experience with Morgan Air Conditioning & Reclamation. We have a historic home with three units and tricky spaces to reach and they had the whole house done in less than a day. Their pricing is great and they were quick to get us a quote and get going. Start to finish- they are professional, efficient, attentive to detail, and kind. (The team really seems to like each other too- and that was really great to be around) they were respectful of our home, explained the process step by step, clarified any questions I had and checked in along the way to ensure all was going to plan. I would highly recommend their company.

Morgan Air installed a replacement home HVAC system for me this morning. The response time from the first phone call and first meeting were excellent. The installers were extremely professional, courteous and quick! I am VERY happy with the work they provided and assistance in the lead up to the job being done. I’ve had co tact with Morgan through 2 Not for Prodit organizations. At Lee Scott Masonic Lodge, we ask for pricing for a new system in our dining area. They promptly provided a very detailed cost. We weren’t able to purchase during that budget year, but plan to revisit in 2025. Morgan has also been of great assistance at Javen Animal Rescue of Texas in providing repair and new equipment for our Rescue building. They are a great asset to our communities and provide a level of service that’s hard to find anymore. I highly recommend them to anyone needing HVAC services.

Great experience with complete Installation of new HVAC system. Great price for good system. They have an excellent team that handled everything very professionally and from what I can tell they did a very good job with all aspects of the HVAC installation. It has been great working with all of you.They also went above and beyond after the install. They sent a tech out to verify that all was good with the HVAC electrical installation, since I was experiencing an electrical issue after the install (not related to the HVAC system). Coincidentally I had a breaker fail (not related to the HVAC) that required replacement.

Over the last couple of years, Morgan has become my go-to for any air conditioning needs. They are prompt, affordable, knowledgeable and courteous. I highly recommend them.

We had such a great experience with Morgan Air Conditioning. They were far more thorough in checking things out, explaining things and making recommendations than Barkers. They were also far less expensive. Their cost to install a variable speed system was the same as a Barkers single speed. Their installation crew was quick, efficient, professional and cleaned up really well afterwards!We got an estimate on a Thursday and had a new unit installed the next Wednesday.They took out our 20 year old system and had it all replaced in a day.They also took care of ALL the paper work including registering our system for us and submitting paperwork for the city rebate.I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Morgan Air Conditioning has consistently taken care of us for years. It doesn’t matter if it’s 6pm on a Friday night, they will stop what they are doing and head out to make sure we don’t sleep in a hot house all weekend. Morgan Air conditioning and Reclamation is officially our go to for all things heating and cooling! It’s rare these days to find a business where they truly seek to go above and beyond and give you the best quality service AND prices. We were left let down and with issues (or long wait times for parts) by other “big” companies in town. But Morgan bent over backwards to make things happen for us and beat every other company we’ve worked with by a long shot in customer service, quality, and price! There really are good people left in the world, and the Morgan company are good people 👍

Morgan installed our a/c system when the house was built. They have replaced units. Maintenance is great. They have responded quickly when we have had a problem.Duct cleaning was very good.Highly recommended.

When my AC failed Morgan Air Conditioning was quick to come out and diagnose the problem. I was given two options for repair ,both were reasonably priced. Due to the age of my system I opted for complete replacement. They brought out portable AC units to cool my house while we waited for shipping of the new unit. The new unit was arrived and was installed on the day they told me it would be installed. The installers were friendly, neat, and communicative. Overall the whole experience was fast, easy, and painless. I definitely recommend these guys for your AC needs.

We were in a huge bind when our condenser coil sprung a leak with just a few days before we had people coming to stay with us. We had one of the major HVAC companies come out on a Monday and said it was going to be at least a week before they could replace the coil, maybe a week and a half. We offered alternative solutions that we thought made sense but they basically told us because it had never been done before we were up a creek without a paddle and they weren’t going to make exceptions for our situation.I heard from a good friend that Morgan did solid work so I gave them a call and these guys went above and beyond to make sure we had our system up and running in UNDER 24 HRS after it had broken! I called them at 3:30pm on a Monday and by Tuesday at 3pm we had cold air again 😮 Had we gone with this larger company but would’ve been over a week of waiting, plus a huge headache to try to accommodate our guests with 90° temperatures on the horizon.Adam worked some unbelievable magic and got us going faster AND CHEAPER than what we would’ve paid with this large company. (If you’re in our area you probably know who weee talking about). I cannot recommend these guys enough!

Can’t say enough good things about this company. Called in a broken AC at 4:00pm, they arrived by 4:30 and had me fixed by 5:00pm. 1hour from phone call to payment. That’s unreal!!! Adam and the guys at Morgan will ALWAYS be my first call!

Replaced my old worn out HVAC system with a new high efficiency variable system. Couldn’t be happier. Installation took 1.5 days and my system wasn’t the easiest to work on. These guys are great. We had been without AC for a month during the summer of 2023. When the team discovered late in the afternoon that the new outside unit had leaked all the refrigerant out due to a manufacturing defect, they were able to source another one and get it installed in less than an hour. Their dedication to doing the job right has earned a customer for life.

MORGAN sent a team of installers that came when we had agreed, they were organized and ready to go to work, they got the job done, they cleaned up and was gone in short order. They were polite and friendly.

This company is the best HVAC company anywhere around. I have been using them for over 30 years with new installations, remodeling or service calls . As a home builder I seek the best and without a doubt, they are the best around.

Because of an old unit and this hot Texas summer, we have had to call them multiple times this summer and just this week, had to have a new unit installed. Called in the morning and had an appointment same day in the afternoon. We just moved to CS in an incredibly hot July. We called another company and they were trying to sell us everything new. Juan came out from Morgan and was amazing! He balanced the system so all the rooms are cool, cleaned the outside unit and was incredibly polite, easy to work with and explained everything thoroughly. We will keep this company as our AC technicians.

Morgan A/C was quick to respond and get a new A/C unit installed when mine went out suddenly. They had a unit and were able to install it within the next 1-2 days. Their guys showed up promptly at 7am and started right away. It took all day but the new unit was installed and hooked up, while we were at work. When we got home we checked and they left no mess, everything was picked up and cleaned. We thought at first they lowered the temperature to some ungodly cold, but it was at 80 degrees. We never had a cool house, so it was new to us., like walking into a freezer. We were very appreciative and loved their service. The unit was not expensive, brand new, and affordable for a last minute/sudden repair.

I highly recommend this company, they went above and beyond this morning. We had water damage which we found out was caused by the unit being installed incorrectly, our home is only 2yrs old and they were not the company that originally installed the unit. Adam Dow was more than thorough and documented and explained everything. He took his time and made sure we were taken care of before leaving. Please call them for any questions regarding your unit because I will be going forward.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! The staff were not only professional , knowledgeable, efficient and timely, but they were kind, considerate, friendly and fair. They explained everything they were doing and even drew me a diagram to help me understand the system and issues. They also gave me a folder with all the paperwork to keep in my files! There are other companies in town but Ive used Morgan A/C twice now and I wouldnt use anyone else!

Morgan, and their professional HVAC Technician Juan, have exceeded my expectations. A visit to assess and repair our AC was prioritized, given the challenging seasonal heat. In fact, they arrived within a couple hours equipped with parts for any remediable scenario. Juan explained every step of the diagnostic and repair process to me before he proceeded then recapped at the end of the visit. The cost of parts and service was fair and just. We turned to Morgan for maintenance in the past, and were pleased, but in this crisis event they really delivered. Five+ stars!

Our AC stopped running going into one of the hottest (and busiest, with TAMU move-in) weekends of the year. We woke up to an inside temp of over 90 degrees and Morgan Air Conditioning was the only company to get back to us throughout the day! They were able to have a technician come out, & when Adam arrived, he figured out the source of the problem & had it fixed for us within minutes. Great customer service. We have used Morgan Air Conditioning for approximately 15 years. Every time we call, one of their techs comes out almost immediately. Their techs are very knowledgeable and quickly assess the problem with our unit. This past Friday our unit went out. Shawn came out and told us we needed a new condenser. It was after hours, and he couldn’t order the unit until Monday morning. He went and got us two portable units so that we would have air conditioning over the weekend. It was after 8:00 when he finished setting up the portable units for us. The office staff is always very helpful and friendly. This is a company that will do “whatever it takes.” That is their motto, and from our experience, it is very true.

They are responsive to calls for service. They do quality work, always. I have several rental properties and I use Morgan Air Conditioning for all. Im very happy with them.

Unfortunately I cannot give these guys 5 stars. I had my coil replaced with this business. The guys came in on time and did a quick job. However, the job was sloppy so 2 days later, water started to leak through my living room ceiling. Then they forgot to add a new drain pan with the installation. Not to mention the poor taping job they did. I needed to go back to the attic and retape and putty myself.

Adam and RJ were amazing! We called early morning on a HOT day and they were at our home by noon! They arrived promptly and got right to work figuring out our issue. They asked questions and were very informative about the process of repairing our A/C. Adam went above and beyond to check warranty information. I had been told by 2 other vendors in the area that my system would need to be replaced at a cost of $5,000 to $6,000. A friend referred Morgan AC to me. They came within hours replaced some parts and now I have a cool home for a 10th of the price from what the other company’s quoted. They are the kindest, honest, decent company that I have ever had to use. They have a lifetime customer with me. If it was in my power I would have them be the only A/C-Heating company in the valley.

Been having issues with our A\C unit for a couple months, had two different companies come out and give us some answers, each temporarily solved the problem, but of course never fixed it. I called Adam with Morgan A\C and he was at my door the very next morning with a solution and fixed the problem. The customer service and confidence with this company is outstanding, and i highly recommended calling them the FIRST time you have any problems!

The Morgan Air Conditioning’s service technician named RJ, conducted an annual heat and AC maintenance service on my Trane unit today. RJ provided excellent service by explaining all the work he was doing, answered all my questions thoroughly, and went above and beyond by meeting my request of showing me in the attic the condition of my whole unit. Upon my questioning, RJ explained various options should I decide to add more air to one of my rooms, get air duct cleaning, and who to contact at his company should I decide on further service. Not once did RJ push a sale of service on me. Because of RJ’s professionalism and his willingness to demonstrate and explain all I asked about the maintenance and concerns on my unit, I will definitely call on this company again, and recommend this business to others.

Thanks for coming out and replacing the evap coil even though you were totally booked up for weeks. Really appreciate you being able to come so fast.In and out in about an hour and half and the cost was less than half of what some of the others in College Station are trying to charge. Nice solder beads, purged the lines and recharged the gas.I have no complaints. Seemed like honest folks just trying to make a living charging reasonable pricesI would recommend these guys over the competition if you are in need of repair and replacement issues. You will save yourself a lot of time and hassle.Dont waste 50 dollars having someone else come out and take a look to only then tell you it will be ~double what it should cost.
