We live a very outdoors life, dogs, cats, in and out, us coming in with dirty boots, pet accidents, etc... and our carpets get extremely dirty. We called Asure Carpet to come out and I was amazed at what they got out, it looked like new carpet, and the smell, it was completely refreshing!

This company is contracted to my apartment complex and during the recent flooding (End of May 2016) they were called in to extract the water. For this task, while they have a good vacuum, their crews only have an S wand attachment and lack a sub-floor extractor attachment. A sub-floor extractor pulls water directly out of the carpet pad even out from under heavy furniture. The crew was required to cut out and remove the wet carpet pad as close as they could get to the furniture and leave the rest of the damp pad in place.Furthermore, while their various contracts make them responsible for some 80 units, they only have access to a maximum of 12 dehumidifiers and 12 air movers. What do they do when they run out of a equipment? They try to assure you that your place will dry fine without any aid and without even using the best water extraction method. Category 2 water MUST be COMPLETELY dry within 48 hours in order to prevent further damage and health hazardous growth. They are responsible for doing everything in their power to make sure their contracted customers have a dry place in time and if that is impossible, they are responsible for repairs afterword -replacement of carpet, sheet rock, insulation, baseboards and pay for your hotel while you are displaced for the repairs - at least thats what a responsible company would do.I even called their corporate office and suggested directly to them to request aid from other companies that can supply equipment and materials during a time of disaster, I even found 2 other companies with rental equipment that I had to reach out to on my own wallet that I informed them about. I was told it was not their policy to reach out and they will only use their own equipment, even if its insufficient. More still, it was Memorial Day the following Monday - a holiday weekend - so when the water was extracted, my carpet pulled back, my stuff displaced, Im sleeping on a recliner in my apartment and absolutely no drying equipment left behind, they take their holiday weekend. I was told by their corporate office that they do water extraction only on the weekends, but not the repair and Id have to wait until Tuesday.They are NOT committed to their customers in the least, only to their on conveniences. They are staggeringly unprofessional at the highest level. Their ground crews are much better people, they just dont get to call the shots.
