William has not been professional all several times hes been out here. The most recent he got glue all over my brand new floor and in my dryer. It took hours to scrape all the glue out so it didnt destroy all of my familys clothes. He has absolutely no designated ethic working with the public including zero communication, zero sympathy, zero work ethic. But he most certainly has a attitude more especially when you ask him if he expects to leave your home in disarray as he did. Not to mention I have almost 3 weeks of clothes backed up and had multiple rescheduling all because of the parts they was supposed to have delivered didnt get delivered still to this very day... So once they do finally get delivered which I have to drive a 35 minute round trip to pick them up at my local post office cuz they dont deliver in my rural area. I will yet again have to make my now fourth appointment I believe it is to have someone come back out and I think the only person that service is this area is in fact William. I dont normally like to say bad things about people because you could simply just have a bad day but this was on multiple different occasions. So this was not just a simple bad day for this guy. You work with the public and a lot of us like myself has been without basic things like a washer and dryer for an extended amount of time so we expect things to be done correctly and in a timely manner More especially when we pay extra money for these warranties and such. Between this appliance and my last I will absolutely never ever ever ever ever ever go through Best Buy or Sears appliance repair ever again. I have spent well over 12K in products just in the last few years alone and to be treated this way... Absolutely not

Tore my flooring and denied it.Not happy. The floor is only 2 1/2 years old.Deniablity must be the first thing he was trained for.Dont want Sears knowlege repair people back

This is a nightmare. 3 telephone calls, the last with a supervisor assuring me I would receive a telephone call or text a few minutes after our call. NOTHING! It is after 7 pm , I have spent an entire day waiting for someone to come/call or text. Very poor customer service. Lets see if anything happens tomorrow. Btw, Bosch oven died 2 days before Thanksgiving. It is now December 9.

Sears home warranty has gone down hill for sure .Im having sooo much trouble with them its unreal they have been out 4 times and tomorrow will be 5 on the same thing my microwave /oven combination. Last time the serviceman deemed it not fixable but he said his report that the part was replaced didnt say it was not repairable as he told me .this is the third new part they have put on and this has been going on since befor Christmas that I have Not had a working appliance. On one of the visit the service man was here for 3 hours and he just left wasnt fixed absolutely had to reopen another service call because he didnt say anything . And had to reopen another one for the visit tomorrow because he said he replaced the part and its still not working Im so absolutely fed up with all this and u cant talk to a human at all it takes a act of Congress to get a human And when u do it doesnt do much good at all..

Willie does good work. Hes been here 5 times putting in different parts to fix this icemaker. He has checked everything under the sun and still no ice. We get one drop a day. This icemaker is just not fixable. Yall just need to refund my money. This is ridiculous.

Even though I wasnt there my daughter dealt with Robert. He called me let me know he was on his way and he resolved the issue in about 30 minutes or less he replaced my heating element on my dryer.. very efficient Craftsman and Im very well pleased. Once again I wasnt there but I did speak to him on the phone he was very forthcoming and cordial.

We have been waiting for months for our refrigerator to be repaired. We were hopeful that this last visit would complete the matter. The water lines within the refrigerator needed to be coupled. The technician thought he repaired it, but he did it incorrectly. Water is now leaking everywhere. Moreover, Sears is now refusing to continue working it. What a sham!

They dont keep their promises. Theyll tell you they are coming to fix you appliance and they dont show up neither do they call. On my claim they promised to be at my home on Thursday 08/08/24. Didnt call and didnt show up. When I called them late Thursday afternoon the date changed to Friday but Noone showed up until the 12th.

The service repair man was a no show today. My washer was fixed yesterday and an hour after repair man left it broke again. They scheduled him to come today and I got text updates he would be here at 1:45 and 3:47 and the. At 5’pm I got a text saying repairman was here and he was not here. When I tried to call customer relations it was closed. So my washing machine is still broke! It is now Friday and my washing machine is still broken. I had to make another appointment for repairs. They scheduled me for Monday. At this point I’m not sure if they will honor the appointment.Today was Monday and the repairman did indeed come and explained the noise I was hearing is natural so no need to worry.

Do not use these people for refrigerator repair. They charged me $1,150 to repair my Kenmore refrigerator. It still doesnt work and they refused to refund my money. I would give them less than one star if I could.

Willie the service technician, was GREAT! However, much of my experience with Sears is quite disappointing.I have no way to contact Sears regarding this appointment. I get emails, text, and phone calls, but no way to inform Sears of potential issues.For example. The first time Willie came, I HAD NO REPAIR PARTS. I couldnt call Sears to inquire if I shouldnt have parts, as all previous times, I had parts sent. Result? Icemaker wasnt fixed, requiring a second call. Isnt this expensive for Sears? The second time he came, I had parts.I highly suggest the customer gets a from the service tech, especially for customers such as myself, who lives far from the dispatching center.They need to call BEFORE they begin a call to a new customer. Had I received a call on the first service, a 5 minute discussion with him likely save him a 2 hour roundtrip drive and he could have gone on to the next customer.Communications suck and Sears gets a D grand for it.

My technician is a good guy but he didn’t really fix my washer he told me my lidlock on the washer has been changed and everything good to go and it cost 440 dollars for just that, which I think I can get new washer by that money !anyway I paid for it. But after my technician left I went back home check my washer is totally locked up I can’t even open the washer now !! First. Is really expensive for it and they didn’t really did good ! Is first time and last time I’ll pay for this .if you have the same problem just go get the new washer

Terrible,the person answering the phone didn’t even know where Byran was,& it’s a local number & all she could say was YES ,USA ? Your calling from USA right ? Then it shows their repair hrs 9-6pm on weekends yet she says oh the techs don’t work weekends !!! Well how can they be open then ???? Typical sears !
