I recently had a heating system check-up from Michael with Malek Services and I couldn’t be more impressed! Michael was professional, thorough, and took the time to explain everything in detail. They checked all components of my system, cleaned key parts, and even offered helpful tips for maintaining optimal performance. The service was fast, efficient, and reasonably priced. I now feel confident that my heating system is running smoothly and safely. Highly recommend Malek Services for anyone needing a heating check-up!

Fantastic customer service, prompt response! We called Malek after hours due to no air flow in our home and Riley arrived within two hours. He was able to give a diagnosis shortly after and let us know that although they did not have the part needed in stock, it would be ordered the next day. To our surprise, we received a call before the end of business hours the next day saying an employee had driven to Houston to pick up the part needed so our unit could be fixed! We were beyond grateful for this level of concern and customer service!

Very experienced - all-inclusive service on getting our Generator installed! Handled from beginning to end by professionals, and office staff were super-helpful on my (challenging) install as well!

Great responsiveness when I cold called and needed a maintenance visit. I was scheduled within a few days. Our technician, Eric Vasquez, was incredibly informative and helped walk me through the big items I needed to know as a first-time generator owner. Ended up signing up for the annual maintenance program and probably wouldnt have done it if it wasnt for him.

I would give a solid 10 gold stars if possible because I didn’t notice the heater wasn’t working until 7pm on the coldest night of the year and the house was freezing - Malek answered the after hours call and promptly dispatched a tech. Fred was extremely kind when greeted by our rambunctious dog, thoroughly checked our system and had us running in no time. Did it cost a million dollars? Try $0. This company has a brilliant service program and exceptional team.

When a chisel fell into the toilet floor closet bend and my husband could not retreive it, we called Orta. They found it with a drain camara but could not bring it up. They recommended Malek Plumbing and Ed Phillips Plumbing-- because they may have commercial/industrial tools we do not have. Justin from Malek was courteous, professional, and explained things. He tried with a camara as well to retreive the chisel and after 30 mins., he said the only to get it out is to tunnel from the outside and unfortunately that would effect the landscaping. I was not interested in that option, so we told them we would think about it. They charged us $398.79. Needless to say, I was surprised by the charge. However, we were told that if we went with the tunneling, the $400 would go toward that cost!! Why didnt Malek just say, we do not have enough experience with such problems or our charge is $400. if we attempt to try. Well, we learned something from this experience with Malek Plumbing and I will not use them again.Larry and Rose Daniel

The contractor that did the actual work at our house did a great job. He had it done in less than an hour and worked efficiently and quickly. However, we did not appreciate you sending a contract worker and no one from your company came to check on the job. Also, your prices are incredibly outrageous, and your refusal to give us an itemized invoice is very disappointing. We are VERY UNHAPPY and feel overcharged.

Riley is not only an outstanding technician, but a subject matter expert and educator as well. He listened to my concerns and addressed them all in detail in a way that I could easily understand. He attended to my issues and suggested improvements for the health of my family. You are very lucky to have this young man in your employment.

It was not the first time I used Malek Service, but it was the first time Doug Walked serviced my home. Doug was very thorough, knowledgeable, professional and explained things that were understandable. I would welcome him into my home again. Great job!

He was very professional, thorough and courteous. He took care of a few minor items. He explained everything to me. I am very happy with the service I get from Malek.

Chris was very personable. He answered my questions and walked me through everything. He offered to change my filter for me and made suggestions as to what I could improve with our system. Even my cats and dog thought he was great!

I cant imagine why anyone would be giving this company positive reviews. The only thing theyve done correctly is quick response on the phone. We had a tech come out and give us a bid on changing the controller on our unit. He suggested the additional service of changing the oil and spark plugs on the engine, to which we agreed. Strangely though, he didnt know the price on anything. With a storm potentially coming, we went ahead and signed off on getting everything done. I called in the next day to see if they had an ETA on the part. I was told it was here and would be installed the next day. The next day comes and no one shows up to do the service work. I call in again and Im told they dont have the part and the work will be done 4 days out from this point. I called in again... Had a tense conversation about being lied to and reminded them that they never emailed us the estimate that was promised. Minutes later I got an email with a price - no breakdown of parts, service to the engine, labor rates, etc. We had given them $1200 dollars and they were stalling, lying, and hiding pricing details. What a horrible way to run a business. We just cancelled the service/work and will be expecting a refund minus the cost of the initial diagnosis. Id stay far away from this company. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

Chris was very polite and professional. He problem solved an issue with filters I experienced and explained in easy to understand solutions. Chris made sure all my needs were met.

Jimmy Vazquez was very friendly and professional he came in right away and figured out my issue was a wiring issue that was setup incorrectly. He rewired the AC/Heating unit as electric and checked to make sure it would come on and off while using the heating and cooling method automatically. Currently my system seems to be running properly. Thank you Mr Vasquez for your fast and professional and knowledgeable work.

I scheduled a maintenance service for my generator for $350. When the technician arrived, he informed me that the battery also needed to be replaced and quoted $450 for it, which seemed outrageously expensive. When I questioned why it was so costly, he said generator parts are pricey. I replied, “More expensive than a car battery?” He gave no response.I told him I needed to call my wife to discuss the decision. While I was still on the phone with her, the technician proceeded with the maintenance service and replaced the battery without my final approval. He then asked me to sign off on the work and total cost. I felt pressured to agree since the service had already been completed.Later, I found the exact same battery model at my local hardware store for $129.99, with an additional $25 discount for returning the old battery core. Essentially, I was charged $100 for materials and $350 for what amounted to two minutes of labor to unscrew the end terminals of a battery and replace the battery. My total bill came to $800.Feeling frustrated and taken advantage of, I called Malek to explain the situation. The communication process was exhausting. I had to wait an entire day for responses since I couldn’t speak to the manager directly—everything had to be relayed through someone else. After two weeks of back-and-forth calls and texts, the manager finally called me, but I missed it due to work. I immediately returned the call and left a voicemail but never heard back.Eventually, they offered me a 10% discount on the $450 battery replacement, bringing the cost to $400—which still left me paying $300 for two minutes of labor. I asked them to meet me halfway at $225, which would still mean $125 for labor. They declined. I then requested a full refund for the battery replacement and offered to buy and deliver a new battery to their warehouse. They declined again. When I asked for an itemized receipt, they refused.Ultimately, I decided it wasn’t worth the time and energy to pursue this any further. I will never recommend Malek to my neighbors or friends. The service was overpriced, communication was poor, and the experience felt like a complete ripoff.

The service was completed and our toilet was workings within an hour of the phone call. Ethan was wonderful! Fast, respectful, efficient and great customer service! Would highly recommend!

Has to be the most expensive business in town! Had major a/c work done and had them add a 4” filter box inline with the air handler. Came time to change the filter, so I bought the size listed at a big box store, planning on changing it myself. Imagine my surprise when the 3M brand filter didn’t fit? The filter box takes a specific size that is not sold at the big box stores! Was not told this when we had all the repairs done! Can buy it online for about twice the cost of the one’s I can buy locally.Add in the issue that the soft-seal on the duct work was not sealing…enough I could stick my hand inside the duct! Fool me once, shame on me! Fool me twice, shame on you! How do these people sleep at night?

I would not reccommend malek to my worst enemy. I called to have a service tech replace one (60 amp) breaker. The office was pleasant enough. The technician called when he was at my house and quoted me over $700 plus an 89 dollar trip charge. Fortunately I knew better but it makes me sick to know that they are scamming people with 300-400% markups when compared to other service companies. The only response I got was i dont make the prices, the office does but that is what it costs for these types of thing. I would urge everyone to avoid Malek at all costs. Very slimy and dishonest company who profits by taking advantage of people who do not know better.

Gauge quickly pinpointed a small issue I was having (air conditioner not cooling). He was nice, professional and he even smiled. He put in a request and had a tech here within an hour. Now that’s customer service!

Riley did a good job, but the team before did not assure that all was working. They didnt turn gas back on and the thermostat was disconnected and so we had no heat. The price for what they did was too high. I was led to believe they would disassemble the furnace fan parts and take outside and clean and instead they just vacuumed and sprayed with soap that was very fragrant.

I’m remodeling a condominium in Bryan Texas and I hired Malek to build and install new ductwork. They did an excellent job. I’ve just spoken to their office manager and she arranged an appointment with the same technician. I’m looking forward to working with him again. Malek is interested in my needs and treats me like I’m a major account, which I’m not by a long shot. I appreciate that!

Ethan with Malek is the absolute GOAT🐐💯 Called him after hours in need of a pex line repair and he didnt hesitate to come help us out. Impeccable customer service and top notch craftsmanship. Would recommend him to anyone I know and be sure theyre in the best hands possible.

Ricardo was absolutely wonderful! Ive never have had a positive experience with any vendor before. He wasnt pushy and was so patient and made sure we understood the process and the service that was recommended.Did I mention he was at my tenants property within 3hrs of calling on a Saturday!If I could give 10 stars I would!

The Plummer hustled me. He charged me $694 to change a shower cartridge. He told me it would be an additional $321 charge because getting the old handle off would be hell because it was stripped and going to take a long time. I disagreed and he said if it didn’t he wouldn’t Charlette this hard to get to charge. On the day of service it took him 20min to complete the entire job. When it can to paying he called in and asked me to be quiet because I was asking about that charge so he can get it removed without the lady on the other line wouldn’t know. He then charged me anyway. I called and spoke with Annie and she said she was the other person on the line with the Plummer and would reach out to a manager. This matter has not yet been resolved. I’ve checked with three other companies and the job is a $285-300 not $695!

I had a water line with a leak in my backyard. Malek came out to give an estimate of $1400. I got it fixed by another local plumber for $217.50. That is a big difference for the same work. Sorry Malek !!!

I recently had the pleasure of having Ricardo install a new toilet, and let me tell you, he’s not just a plumber—hes a toilet whisperer! From the moment he arrived, he brought a great sense of humor and made what could have been a mundane experience downright entertaining.He walked in, took one look at my old toilet, and jokingly said it looked like it had seen better days—definitely a throne fit for a king who’d fallen on hard times! Ricardo worked quickly and efficiently, all while sharing hilarious anecdotes about his past plumbing adventures.By the time he was done, I was not only impressed with the installation but also laughing so hard that I almost forgot I was paying him! We have given Malek multiple chances to make things right but unfortunately we’ve had nothing but issues with this company. Won’t call back, can’t speak with the owner after multiple issues, brand new unit won’t perform. Would recommend looking elsewhere for HVAC installs/repairs. Their prices are higher than most as well.EDIT: Finally given some grace by Malek after a few phone calls. They came out and fixed the unit after hours and the technician was kind enough to provide some tips/guidance on how to prevent future issues.

Josh did in impeccable job. He patiently diagnosed the issue with our plumbing and then didn’t stop until the job was done to perfection. We were impressed and so happy to have everything fixed!

The Malek HVAC guy came in for inspection, cited a little nothing issue with the furnace and without my permission turned off the heating system in my house. I asked him politely to turn it back on, discuss the situation with me and then maybe de-activate it. He refused and gave me the usual BS about legal issues and once in a 1 Mio years situations. He even placed an emergency 911-call and made Centerpoint come out to inspect non existing gas leaks. Hope the crook goes to jail. Bottom line: dont do business with them. Update 11-8-24: I asked a more reputable HVAC business to check my heating system, received a clean bill of health and they turned it back on. A lose part was put back for free. It appears Malek simply tried to force me in to unneeded repairs. Unethical and unprofessional. License should be revoked.

My Main need is servicing my 22KW whole house GENERAC. So far all 5 star reviews I see are for AC and plumbing, not a single one for Generators. I guess over all it was nice contacting them on the phone.

Gauge is knowledgeable, thorough, and personable, taking the time to fully explain a furnace problem and go through our options in correcting it. His attention to detail made us aware of a carbon monoxide leak which, undetected, might have led to a tragic situation. Felt very confident in both his honesty and his expertise.

Our ac needed service bad! Called Malek and they sent Preston out, he was very efficient and friendly. Preston explained everything to my mother and was very patient with her. I can’t say enough great things about Malek, HVAC and plumbing and generator company. Not only do they do at least all three services, but they are consummate professionals with incredible technical expertise. They respond immediately to phone calls and they had the most supportive and kind customer support I have seen in a company. The technicians are the best I’ve ever had. I trust them completely, and they were out immediately. The small annual fee covers routine evaluations of the systems and free appointments when problems arise. Pricing Is Not high and I was comfortable and trust them completely. I can’t say enough kind words about Travis, Amy, Stanley, Renee, Cooper, and others that I have lost track of names. Highly recommend this company.

They will certainly solve your problem! You will, however, pay an absolute premium. Dont expect them to find the most cost effective solution to your problem. If you dont have nearly 600 dollars to unclog a kitchen sink, seek another provider. If money is a nonissue then they are a perfect option.

Called fairly late in the evening to have someone come out, Mr. Zepeda F. came in basically the middle of the night to get system working again. Super friendly and helpful, it seemed to not phase him one bit that it was the middle of the night. Fully explained what the issue was, how to monitor it, and what to look for. Mr. Zepeda and the night crew I dealt with definitely gave 5 star service and support

I really question these good reviews, because my recent experience with Malek was absolutely horrific, the classic scam of Bait and switch, quoted one price and then charged a much higher price, no, no, no, my advice is find a reputable company, youve been warned.....

Malek is a customer service based company who truly tries to serve their customers with the utmost integrity. I had a complaint, they were truly empathetic, and concerned with my happiness as their customer. A clerical error was made and they responded ten fold. Shout out to Veronica and Amy for truly leading the charge to make sure me and my family were taken care of.

Malek initially installed our AC in our new house and has been maintaining it for the past 5 years and has always done a great job. They are responsive, efficient and fix things correctly the first time! One thing I wish was different was we almost always have a different technician but have never had an issue with their knowledge, skill or professionalism. We will definitely continue to use Malek

Preston from Malek Services came out in the middle of the night to fix my air conditioner. I cant think Grace and Preston enough for helping me through a very hot night with no a/c. They resolved my problem quickly and efficiently. Great job Malek!

Absolutely phenomenal!!! I will never use another service for AC repair. I called 6 companies at 11 pm on July 3rd thinking there was no way someone could come out to fix our AC. Travis showed up within an hour and stayed until 3 am to fix the issue completely! Don’t look anywhere else. Epic experience!

We are in the process of moving and walked into our old house today to 77 degrees and no cold air. Texted them and heard back within 15 minutes. They were able to get us on the schedule for today and everyone we worked with was amazing! From walking me through a transferable year long service plan, to checking for warranty coverage, to texting me to let me know they were on the way. Everyone was pleasant helpfulAnd understanding how stressful and uncomfortable these issues are.Fred was our tech and he was so professional while still being personable. We had lots going on during move out and he was flexible and waited for me to call my husband before we made a decision and there was 0 pressure of extras needed. It was straight forward “here is the problem, this is what warranty covers, here’s your cost.” Once we agreed to do the work he immediately started in and said he would call my husband back if after that work was finished there was anything else that flagged as an issue. He’s still working in the heat but I’m sure the review will stay at 5 stars.

Malek is always there for us when we have needed them. Of course, both times we’ve called them it has been during ice storms, and each time they have come through for us and kept us warm. We recently had a service call with Daniel R and he was terrific. Very informative, friendly, and most important was super helpful. I really appreciated the extra information he provided to help us make an informed decision about the necessary repairs as well as how to keep our system running smoothly for the future. It was truly a no-pressure situation and I didn’t feel any judgment from him as far as our final decision for what to get repaired and what to save for later. They feel like a very trustworthy company, and it’s amazing that they are open 24/7. It’s hard to imagine calling anyone else the next time we have a concern about our HVAC system. Clayton was great. Star Tex propane didn’t turn the gas back on after refilling the tank. Although they claimed to have run all the hot water we received error codes 11 and 12 on the tankless units. Multiple calls to star Tex didn’t help. Clayton came over and in about five mins recognized the issue fixed it tested all the water and other gas features and good to go.

Signed up for the annual service plan.Every single time theyve come out1. Never fixed the problem2. Tried to up sell me for the magic number of $8000AC not cooling... You need new refrigerant, oh wait maybe new drain pan, oh wait what you really need is new HVAC. Oh BTW that will be $8000Had them out today. I have a 1/2 PVC pipe that connects my outside faucet. Quoted me $611. Part probably costs around $3-5. Hey but because of my service agreement, they waived the $88 service fee!! Woop!!

My first experience with Drake was pleasant and very informative. He was able to answer all my questions regarding Generac generators. The service was excellent and expeditious! Kudos to a well trained staff!

Malek is insanely expensive for the work they do. Don’t bother with them unless you have money to burn. There are other companies that charge far less and do the work just as good if not better. The markup on the parts they sell to customers is so high that some people would have to take out a loan to pay them. They wanted over $1,000 to change a blower motor in my AC unit. I looked up the blower motor for my air conditioner and it’s a fraction of the cost compared to what they charge. And over $300 just to unclog the condenser drain, which took him 10 minutes to do. I’ll never call on them again.

2 years ago in 2022 Malek put a new $15k 5 ton A/C in my home. At the same time I had my entire floor replaced due to the previous unit causing water damage to my floor. In August 2024 I noticed water seeping through my new laminate flooring. I had Malek come back out to check everything and they found that the pipes going through my floor were not insulated properly and that the 5 ton unit was too large for my home. These issues destroyed my new floor. Malek was quick to take responsibility; however, they are now forcing me to work with their insurance company who is not wanting to pay the full cost of the repairs. I am now at Thanksgiving and nothing has been done to rectify this mess in my home. The owner, Daryll Zalesak, will not even speak to me and is forcing me to deal with the general manager and others under him. If my floor gets repaired to my satisfaction well prior to Christmas I will rescind this negative review.

Jimmy came over to check the furnace and he also made a few recommendations on the outside condensing unit for insulation purposes. Very informative , very polite and also very knowledgeable in his services. Followed up with me on his visit and showed me the actual performance of my compressor and informed me on my furnace of the checkpoints he performed and provided additional comments.

Prompt response to an AC issue, however appears that their techs all have a sales function. The customer service man who answered my call wanted to sell me a “Service Plan” without knowing what the repair issue even was. Then, the service tech who showed up started out by pointing out issues that he said needed repair, apart from why they were called in the first place.

Our heating and A/C technician did a thorough job checking out our system throughout our house for our semi annual heating and A/C inspection.

Had them do some diagnostics of my HVAC system and was super happy with Mike A. and his knowledge of Carrier Infinity System.Beware of the Infinity I have nothing but problems on new unit. Multiple board failures, blower motor failures, etc. repairs required every year!Malek has done a good job on repairs but are very expensive!

Malek Services has been great to work with. Their Total Protection Plan has worked out perfectly. I do not even have to remember to schedule the maintenance visit. Other companies will make you call them to schedule the maintenance. This is an extra bonus especially with multiple properties to take care of.

Replaced my compressor and condenser 2 years ago, replaced a capcitator the following year and now the compressor is out again. Carrier pays for the part but not for labor and refrigerant. 2 years later Malek wants to charge the same price as original charge. The tech was wonderful!!

This company really rocks! Our AC went out during the hottest days this year due to old age and our previous AC company would not come out until 5 days later. I called Malek and they sent out Travis the same day. Travis was super helpful and fixed the old unit temporarily until the new unit came 4 days later. The install crew was top notch and had our old unit out and the new one installed in just 4 hours. Travis even offered us a portable unit to carry us over in case it is getting too warm in between. Terrible service called them to fix a leak on my unit and ended up with a broken breaker with the unit leaking even more. The first technician broke it the reason I know cause the second technician that came out claimed the first guy was inexperienced then charged $300 for nothing. After the company refused to rectify the situation I ended up having to contract a whole new company to fix the original leak plus the breaker they broke.

Drake with Maleks electric department has been by twice and has been polite and professional he will be doing a lighting installation soon and we know hell do an excellent job.

Ive been member of the Pickett/Malek service and maintenance plan for 8 years now ever since becoming a homeowner. They have consistently been very responsive and professional. Just last month Malek replaced the entire HVAC system in my home except for ducts. With an older home I knew the day was coming. Our technician, Travis, was incredibly insightful and took the time to line out all our options and walk us through his diagnosis process. Our conversation gave me confidence that I was putting my money in the right place and hiring the best team for the job. The installation was a breeze. Travis and his crew were in and out in about 3 hours. They were polite, efficient and respectful of my property. I plan to use Malek for HVAC and plumbing maintenance as long as I have property in Texas.

My boss had hired them to survey the but he had just bought to put a sewer line on it. We waited for 15 to 20 minutes after the time that this person was supposed to be there, the person never showed up . So we called does the tech wasnt going to be able to go out there that he didnt come into work. So why didnt they tell us earlier that morning when they found out that he wasnt coming to work instead of us having to call. Talk to a manager he was going to look into it and then call us back but never did. The job was supposed to have been done last Friday. And we still havent heard anything from them. Not good business

I used Malek for a toilet repair on a rental property we own. I signed up for the yearly service, but still got a bit of sticker shock after the cost of the repairs (on top of the yearly fee). HOWEVER, I spoke with Jordan at Malek and he was fantastic. He explained their pricing and their value they bring to long term customers. As a business owner, I appreciate their approach. But seeing as how this is for a rental property that we will likely not own long, I did not want to continue the yearly agreement. They refunded me the difference in the yearly fee and the trip charge, which was fantastic. While I do not have a contract with them, they were very professional in handling my situation. If my permanent residence were in B/CS, I would use them and recommend them.

It is a terrible summer to have your A/C break, but Malek was efficient and were able to fix our unit quickly. Our technician came earlier than they said and in less than 24 hours when I called. He was thorough and explained what was wrong - even took pictures to show me. Great service!

Of course there is a water leak when I’m out of town. He was able to find the leak & get it fixed in good time. He coordinating with me out of state while me daughter was on-site. He did an excellent job for a reasonable price.

I had an outside faucet that I had opened to a trickle preparing for an upcoming freeze, and I had never closed it. When I went to turn it off, I found that water was gushing out, as though someone had opened it all the way. I found I couldnt shut the flow off completely, it would still drip steadily.Calling Malek, I was greeted very courteously and given an ETA for a tech to arrive. Due to a sick pet and our Dr appointments, we had to reschedule several times, almost a week in total! At no time did I feel any anger or hostility from the phone contacts, and not even a hint that I was causing them any difficulty.I was called on the day of our appointment and told the was a tech in the area, and that if we were ready, he could be here 4 hours before our actual appointment. I agreed, and I was texted a confirmation with a picture and name of the who would do the repair.The tech Malek sent had no trouble replacing the defective faucet, in under 30 minutes, and under warranty! No charge!

Malek grossly over charges for whatever service they offer you. I was replacing a PVC water line from my meter to the house (about 30 feet) and they quoted almost $7,000. I also had a toilet closet flange that needed to be replaced or repaired. It was a brass flange on a lead bend going into the concrete slab. Malek estimate was over $5,000 because they wanted to chip up all the concrete around the drain pipe and replace the pipe. Completely unnecessary. When I told them that was WAY too much money to be charging for a toilet drain they asked “what price would work for you?” They are salesmen posing as a plumbing and HVAC contractor. You shouldn’t be negotiating with them for a fair price like a used car lot. I will say if you do agree to their exorbitant pricing for a repair they will show up and get it done quickly. There is certainly a reason they drive such nice vans.

I was in a pretty dire situation where I had been without working AC for 3+ days. My builder didn’t really give me any good options, and I felt that the company that they recommended was unprofessional and subpar. I’ve been in my home for two years now, and did not expect to have any issues this early. Misty one of their dispatchers took my call when I was in dire need outside of their regular business hours address my concerns voiced any and the best possible options within Malek services and was able to schedule me into their busy summer schedule the following day. Michael Krause The technician arrived with a positive attitude, and proved to be a subject matter expert, addressing any of my questions and providing long lasting solutions to my problem. After his initial visit, he left me with the statement that “I’ll check on the part when I get back to the office and let you know.” I was impatient and called to inquire about the parts availability before hearing anything and while on that same call 30 minutes after his visit, he was scheduling the repair with the part in their inventory and an appointment for the following day. He called before arriving to give me plenty of time to be present for the service and superseded my expectations. My unit is now up and running. I’m left a happy customer, in a bit more debt but when you call a professional they deserve to be paid for their efforts. I appreciate you Misty and Michael. You gave your company a good name.

Came to do the 2nd HVAC check up per the maintenance plan and just sent 2 estimates to approve with no explanation. $861 for a “leak” search and $1,033 for an outdoor cleaning.Never sent me an after visit report/summary of why they sent those estimates.Decided to get a 2nd opinion and got a maintenance plan elsewhere.Come to find out there’s no leak and pressure is within levels.Beware of this company, they have a sales manager, that should say enough.

Super happy with the service provided today!We pay the yearly fee. We started last year and werent super impressed due to never being able to have a date for them to come out that also worked for us. Were supposed to do AC checks twice a year when the seasons change and we were only able to get it once because again the time that worked for them didnt work for us.After communicating all of this to the wonderful lady in the office she tried extremely hard to be more helpful. It was still hard to get a time that worked for us both.WE DID IT!Today was that day!At this point we needed an a/c check, the laundry room light didnt work, an outlet kept tripping for the outside lights and deep freezer, and our back patio outlet also went out.Cole was here for a total of an hour (he took a trip to get a few parts) and fixed everything perfectly! I of course happened to have a zoom meeting during this time and he was great at getting my attention and working quietly (even though I prepared them and we didnt expect that)Very happy to at last use the service and how great they were!

So I called about their membership and opted for the monthly subscription instead of every six months. The first available date for a check up was several months away but I took the first one I could get with a time frame of 8:00-10:00 a.m. No show and No call so I called and was advised he may be able to get to me by noon. I canceled the appointment and my monthly fee and asked for at least a partial refund. I was refused any type of refund, glad I didn’t sign up for six months.I was contacted by this company after they read my review. They agreed to refund the monthly fees that were charged. Thanks for making it right.
