Wolf Creek Air Conditioning Co. has always come through for us, consistently. They have been providing our family excellent AC and heater services and maintenance for multiple generations. Wolf Creek Air continues to provide excellent service quality to our Coldspring TX home. Yesterday Kevin checked my AC Mini-Split system in my Workshop. The System has 4 separate cooling units, cooling separate areas on the shop. I used my Laser temperature measurement device to get the coil temperature and I measured 63F. This would definitely be too warm and would indicate that I must have a leak in the system. Kevin came at the appointed time; checked the system pressures which indicated no leaks! We then went inside and I showed Kevin my laser measurement technique; I held the laser unit appx 2 feet from the coils. However, Kevin advised for accuracy, one should hold the laser unit within 6” of the coils. When I adjusted my technique; the coil temperatures measured less than 45F…perfect! I have had a maintenance contract with Wolf Creek for over 12 years. They have consistently lived up to their promise, providing the bi-annual inspections, repairs when necessary & even replacing a unit just hours before a huge storm blew through. I feel comfortable in the knowledge that they will always be there to make sure my units are running properly & are ready to make repairs when needed.

We had guests staying in our casita and Friday at noon discovered that the AC had quit working! I was not hopeful that I could get anyone out here that late on Friday! I called Wolf Creek and spoke with a very kind young lady and she said “let me check with our technician in your area and I will call you right back”. Within 10 minutes I received a call back from her and she said “he will be there around 3:30pm. I asked that she give the tech my phone number and if he finished other jobs early to just give me a call.I received a call around 2:00pm and the tech said he was on the way! A very kind young man named Kevin G arrived. He was very polite, Very kind, very professional and very efficient. Within one hour he had diagnosed the problem and had it repaired!I HIGHLY RECCOMEND Wolf Creek AC and they will be doing all of my AC work from that day forward. A big thank you to all of them

I have had the Annual Maintenance Plan since we purchased our home in Cape Royale. Kevin G.was our technician this time and he is a true and knowledgeable professional. It was by far the most complete and thorough fall maintenance checkup that has been completed to date and was more in line with what I was accustomed to before moving to the Cape.

Clint? was friendly more like a helpful neighbor except for the professionalism in his knowledge and efficiency. They are now our hvac service co for our recently purchased home.

Fast service and arrived on time. The only complaint I have is the cost of freon installed. While freon is purchased wholesale at $5-$12 a pound installed it is was triple digit. On top of a triple digit callout fee this gets to be too much for someone who is retired. Still, they didnt hide anything and I agreed in case it was more than freon so it is also on me.

My AC had an issue with the condenser not working one evening. I called and a friendly tech showed up very soon after. He diagnosed the problem and replaced the capacitor quickly. I would definitely recommend and I would use them again if I have another issue!

Omg I cant begin to express my gratitude for the services provided for me today! After waiting almost a month for another company to just call me back with a quote, I called Wolf Creek this morning a wonderful lady named Misty answered, I told her my concern and after a brief conversation she said she would have someone out by lunchtime and dang it she did bc David showed up and got the job done. I would highly recommend Wolf Creek Air.We recently moved to the area and wasn’t sure of past maintenance records on the air conditioners so we called Wolf Creek Air. So glad we did.Technician came out that afternoon and was thorough in testing our units and very patient in explaining them to me. We wanted to install “smart” thermostats ourselves so tech pulled the common wires so we could easily connect the thermostats. Great experience!

It was time for our semi annual a/c inspection. WC A/C showed up on time, inspected the unit both inside and outside with no issues found. With TX summer heat coming, glad to know a/c is running properly.

Ive been working outside in this heat humidity weve been having lately, and I dont like it. When I get home, I want to feel comfortable, cool and dry. Wolf Creek Air came out and installed a whole house dehumidifier in my home, and I am loving it. They did a great job, answered all my questions and even helped me with financing. I bought a new system from them 3 years ago and works good, they were also much more reasonable than other bids. I did have one problem after instillation, my water release pipe got stopped up and they fixed that quickly and they told me what to do to stop that problem or they gave me the choice of them cleaning it once a year.. My service was within 8 hours. I called at 2am and they were there at 8 am. 👍

Sorry to be the “odd man out” but I called Wolf Creek Air Conditioning because of their positive reviews. My experience was quite different. They gladly accepted the job knowing full well what my AC situation was. Over-charged me and 3 days later I was unable to use my AC upstairs again. They came out to correct what should have been done originally but Josh was clearly unhappy when he came in. When I asked about a part he had mentioned needed to be replaced in one of my units he told me he “didn’t want to deal with it and wasn’t interested in doing anything further”. I am concerned about the future of this company which, from my understanding, was built by Josh’s dad. Enjoy your $486 Josh, my future business will go to someone who appreciates their customers, even when it’s hard.

I usually dont write reviews. But I was pleasantly surprised by this company. I own a few rental houses in Coldspring, TX and Point Blank, TX. Im usually concerned when a tenant calls about Air Conditioner issues because I dont trust AC repair people because most of the time i get the need a new unit, or compressor is shot, get a new one. And they wan to install it for a few grand. Not this time. They showed up a couple of hours after the call. It was a simple wire that needed to be changed. They only charged me the $88 service call fee. I appreciate that honesty. You have my business now. Thank you.
