Excellent service. Jason came to my home the same day that I called. They were able to fix my AC/heating system for a very good price and saved me thousands of dollars (A different company tried charging me $4,500 to replace my AC). I feel like I’ve found a company I can trust with AC/heating.

Jason and Robert are outstanding, professional and personable. They did amazing work for my parents house installing a whole new central AC unit and we had them out here checking out our mini splits.

I called Owen Ac late in the afternoon. The repair man showed up quickly in about an hour. He was very professional and didn’t try and over charge for his services . Over all very prompt and efficient.

My semi annual service on the Gold plan works out great for us. Checkups are completed and everything cleaned up very well.

Robert Owen and his assistant were polite, quick to get to the problem, thorough in explaining what they were doing and careful to specify price before starting work. They fixed what I called them for, found a bad capacitor and let me opt to replace or not. I chose to have the replace now because it would be my luck it would blow over the 4th of July and cost so much more in repairs. They were the best.

Mr. Tommie Owens was my POC, HE CAME SO QUICKLY when I told him there was a 101 yo Grandmother in the house, to fix my A/C.
