Lone Star came highly recommended and I cannot thank Justin and Joe enough for coming out on such short. Justin arrived as promised and was professional and thorough of his assessment of the state of my system, current and potential issues. I am not technically inclined so I am very grateful that he took the time to patiently explain my options and gave me honest feedback. He went above and beyond which is so rare nowadays. From the owner, Joe and the scheduling with Sarah and of course Justin...excellent customer service all around. Highly recommend.

I can not phase this company enough. Joe, Rachel, Sarah and Miguel are the only names but all were very professional, respectful and beyond anything I could have ever asked for. What a great family owned company! These guys dropped everything to fix my central heat in my home with the temps at 29 degrees at night. My wife and I are elderly and these guys made sure that we would not have to spend another night without heat. This is why you use local businesses!

The Lone Star A/C whole team are the best.Actually have a real person that answers the phone, instead of a recording. She is very polite and nice to deal with. The crew that performed the work at my house did a outstanding job and was super quick. This was my second time using this company for separate issues and would highly recommend them to all.

Excellent service. We will definitely be using Lone Star A/C for all our air conditioning needs. We signed up for a maintenance plan at a very reasonable price. We were losing cold air in the attic. but Joe found the problem and fixed it.

The original diagnosis was likely a fan motor on the outside unit. However, my technician did some further investigation and found out that it was just a couple of loose screws. Excellent, honest service!

We are a nonprofit and host volunteers often. A/C is important during the summer. Justin the tech from Lone Star A/C identified our issue quickly and had us back up and running in no time. Our Thermostat went out and Joesph Alldridge made an Emergency call to change it out with a new one. He stayed to make sure it was working and had to go up stairs and change the wiring to be compatible with the new thermostat. He stayed again to make sure it was working correctly before he left. I called lonestar with emergency AC needs. They were here within 2 hours. Immediately saw the problem and quoted a price I was more than happy with. They didn’t charge exorbitant fees. Lone Star A/C recently replaced our AC unit and we cannot say enough great things about the company or sweet family. They were very quick to come out when I initially called. July is not the ideal time for your A/C to go out in Texas, but they were quick to get it back up and running. Everyone we met from the initial visits to the installations was very kind and helpful. I can not say enough good things about this company, friendly, fast, fair and very informative of everything going on with our a/c. They even took it upon themselves to get the parts shipped overnight without an extra cost and picked up the part and did the install the same day.
