Highly recommend this company! The heat was out on my elderly mothers house on the coldest night of the year. I was informed of the heat being out the next day around 3PM which is when I called Anderson Air. They were able and willing to come out same day. I did not ask for same day, they just said they would get there same day and I appreciated that. Pretty impressive they went out that late. They were there after hours, got the temporary repair done to keep her comfortable, and had to come back the next day. Her bill was extremely low, half of what I was expecting so I feel they helped her out there as well. I will definitely be using this company for all my HVAC needs going forward. Fast and honest and fair service!

My mom had a new AC and duct work done at there home. This company couldn’t even do the duct work correctly nor did they bother to balance the house after all the work to make sure each room was receiving the correct amount of air for each room. They had to keep calling them back out and then they just never bothered to call back. Would never recommend this company.

I cannot even begin to tell you how grateful we are for this company! Their tech 0rion is stellar! I’m beyond grateful for their honesty, compassion, and care they have for their customers. We had another company come out earlier this week and quoted us over $3000 worth of work and told us we needed a new coil which would’ve been fine. Something fell off and we heard amazing things about Anderson Air. Decided to give them a call they came out same day fixed my air conditioner for what he said was an extremely easy fix. Said my coil was just fine. It was bone dry. I’m so beyond grateful! From the office staff to the tech - this is a true FIVE STAR COMPANY!! Thank you!

Great service! Reasonable prices on a new HVAC system and blown insulation. Courteous and knowledgeable technicians. They replaced a water hose they accidentally pierced. That was very conscientious and professional. We highly recommend this company. We will be hiring them for regular maintenance also.

Called Anderson Air on a late Friday evening. They sent a professional out that spotted the problem in 5 minutes. He fixed the problem and gave us good advice to keep our unit running.

So many problems! It took 4 different techs, and over a year to fix my brand new system that was installed incorrectly by Andersen Air. I paid more for a variable system, that would only run on low for months. They upsold me on moving the unit in the attic and adding more return vents, that in turn made my master bedroom be the opposite temp than i am wanting. My electric bill has been extremely high since install because of all of this. They also damaged my drywall and paint and was stood up twice for that repair, it still isnt fixed. I recommend finding a better company.

Andersen Air had great cost rates on new house installation. When house was ready, Andersen came out immediately to rough in, then to install when air/heat was ready for install. Install crew very courteous. Easy to communicate with. Great heat/air install!

Met with Mark for an in person estimate on a new ac system. Walked the interior measuring every room. Said he would get back to me asap. After 5 days of sitting in the heat, he finally sends a text with recommendations based on his measurements for a 4 ton unit with platform and return location plans. Then says again he just needs to type it up and send it to me. After 3 more days with no response and no estimate, we finally gave up and decided to hire one of the other contractors we met. Out of 5 estimate requests, 4 of them visited the home, took their measurements and emailed their detailed quotes within 24 hours. Mark with Andersen Air was the only one who wasted 8 straight days of everyones time and still no estimate. I couldn’t help but wonder if this is what it was going to be like if we suddenly needed emergency ac service during one of Texas’ extended 100° heat waves. Would it take him 8 days to get to my home to repair his new AC? In the end, his poor management and odd behavior turned out to be a blessing in disguise. After using him for a spray foam job in our attic space (which went horribly wrong with interior damages, sloppy work and a very strong lingering chemical smell off gassing throughout the entire home and attic space an entire month after installation) we feel we ultimately dodged a bullet by not hiring Anderson Air to take on something as complex as installing a new $20,000 ac system. Considering he displayed complete incompetence, unprofessionalism, dishonesty, and no compassion or consideration for neither us or his own crews on a $6800 foam job, we were not comfortable risking spending $20,000 + with him on a complex AC system replacement.UPDATE: This is in response to the rebuttal posted by Mark Andersen with Andersen air. He states in his response the we had “unrealistic expectations.” However, my unrealistic expectations was desperately pleading with him to please remove the foam that continued to off gas an intense and very strong chemical smell throughout my entire home that I was not comfortable allowing my wife, family and pets to breathe. We contacted dozens of foam companies and foam manufactures from all over the country, who all confirmed that any smell at all omitting from a foam insulation job more than 72 hours after the installation should be considered “harmful and not good for you.” Further proof that there is no such thing as a “new foam smell” the gas smell went away when the weather got cold, and returned when the temperature went to 80° or above. The hotter it got the more intense the chemical smell. Even when the smell appeared to dissipate during cold temperatures, as soon as you broke a piece in half, it would omit gas into your face. Proof the foam insulation had trapped chemicals within the center of itself. Anyone reading this review can call any foam manufacturer or foam installer from around the country to confirm the truth. There is no such thing as a “new foam smell”. To insinuate this lie was potentially risking the life of my family. Something was not right with the foam. We were so desperate to get Mark to do the right thing and remove the foam, that we even agreed to “pay him extra” to spray in a new blow in insulation and would even purchase a new $20,000 AC system, which we already needed anyway. His only concern (which he said out loud in my living room on camera with an audio recording) was if the foam was removed the chemical may continue to linger possibly making him responsible for further restoration costs (which I assured him would not be case) and he made this statement after entering my home just 30 minutes prior stating that he “could not smell anything at all.” Another lie right to my face. All Mark had to do was remove the foam and all of this would’ve been avoided. Instead of doing the right thing, he was to concerned about possibly being responsible for further restoration costs if the smell continue to linger. The true test of a man’s character is when things go wrong. As soon as we paid to remove the foam, 100% of the gas went away.

When I called Anderson Air at 1:00 they said they could get a tech to my home from 3-5. The Tech Orion did a great job, answered all of my questions and spoke to me clearly. He was able to give clear pricing before the work was started and the price didn’t change at the end of the service.I had Anderson Air install a new unit in my previous home and really appreciated the way the owner treated his employees when they were at our home. That’s why he got the call for work today.

Same day service, within 2 hours of calling! Less service fee than the company who actually installed my AC Unit! Will be my go-to AC guys!

The tech Orion (I believe thats his name) came and repaired my pioneer inverter mini split. He was very kind, very professional. Answered all my questions without an ounce of being annoyed. Very knowledgeable and honest. Trustworthy people. The repair was pricey but worth every penny cause the copper line got bent and damaged so he had to do all sorts of stuff to fix it. I highly recommend their business.

Ive used Andersen Air for other issues unrelated to installation of my AC and the technicians were professional and displayed excellent customer service - I continue to recommend Andersen Air to anyone for their HVAC needs. Justin Jones was honest, knowledgeable, friendly and professional. He advised me of exactly what I needed and was available to answer my questions even during Fathers Day! Great work! I would definitely use Anderson Air again for my home cooling and heating needs.

I had a new HVAC unit installed a few days ago. We had the first night of the three day super freeze. Put the unit on emergency heat and went to watch a movie being the unit that was installed is in another room came back in the room it was 62° The emergency heat wasn’t working. So knowing that the heat pump would probably go into emergency heat at some point and quit heating and we were fixing to have three days of this hard freeze. I called and left a message at the main number and texted Justin because I had his cell phone number. I was just expecting a call in the morning instead got a text back And he was just putting his pants on and would be here in 45 minutes to an hour. I also forgot to say that this was at 10:30 at night. He showed up 45 minutes later within five minutes. Found the problem. It was just a loose wire that jiggled loose fixed the problem and everything worked perfect through the night. I’ll let the readers of this review decide what they think but in my mind it don’t get no better than this. Thank you Justin and thank you Anderson Air for hiring a man like that.Bill Wolfe

They sent their guys out to install a mini-split unit after another company failed to keep their promise after six months of excuses. They worked quickly and efficiently, and were sure to keep us in the loop with everything they were doing. My dogs even liked them! We are totally impressed and grateful to them for their efforts. Our garage conversion pool room is warm now, something space heaters just werent doing well, and we are really looking forward to throwing out this old window unit we were using and having the room nice and cool in the summer.Thank you, gentlemen!

Good gosh! Wonderful! My AC went out. Called at 445pm on a Friday. At 540pm they showed and fixed the problem! Reasonable price! Great expect showed up! Quic fix! New what was going on!

Michael was a super nice guy. Knew exactly what was wrong right away and had our AC blowing cold in no time. For sure will be using Anderson Air from now on for all our HVAC needs.

Ordered a Carrier system and was backorderd for 3-4 months. Finally it all arrived and install began. They sent three millennials out to do the install. During install they noticed the air handler would not fit and they determined the wrong air handler was ordered. Now they scrambled to get a substitute which was a Bryant. I reluctantly accepted even though I know Carrier makes Bryant but now I have mismatching units. They also installed the wrong thermostat which did not allow for the heatstrips to turn on automatically. I called them and they said thats the way it works and I will have to manually turn the heatstrips on. But after research found I needed to install another thermostat which allowed it to kick on automatically. And finally at the end of the install, it was taking a long time for the house to cool to 77 degrees from 88 degrees. The installer said he had to pick up his kid from school and he needed the money for the job so he could leave even though the house was not cooling yet. We felt something was wrong with the install because it was not cooling yet. He still wanted the check so he called his boss and I overheard his boss yelling to get the check and go. We reluctantly gave him the check and he left. The house finally cooled down to 77 degrees but it took about four hours which was insane. Its cooling OK now but somethings still seems wrong. My humidity from the old system was about 45% and now the new system is around 62% on average. Always seems kind of sticky in the house. I CANNOT recommend Andersen Air from this experience. Very unprofessional towards us.

Professional, courteous, knowledgeable, clean service.I have had honest dealings with Mark on servicing my old unit so I did not shop for prices. So satisfied with the work and honesty just went with who and what I know. Shaun and Kyle were great and cleaned up after themselves.

Man, these guys are great. Have had to call them out twice and both times they were prompt to arrive. They quickly exchanged out the unit in our attic at a fair price. Then, weeks later when our outside unit was acting up, they came out at 9:30pm to get us back in the house (it was still mid 90s at 9:30). All of this at a fair price because of their low overhead. Would recommend them for you, if we need service again, theyll be the first call we make.

Timely response and gave us expert advice on a system that was poorly engineered.Because of them I think we will be able to fix the issue for a small price and a few hours work. Its great to see companies that will still be honest with you and not try to upsell or trick you into paying more than you should. Well be sure to call them again when we have an issue with HVAC.

Called Anderson air because we had a water leak under our a/c unit. Called and he tried to explain how to fix over the phone, but didnt have supplies. Came by immediately after calling and fixed our condensation and Redid piping correctly. GREAT pricing and very friendly. Would highly recommend!

Dont expect a return phone call when you need it. Have spent more than $12k on units and compressor and cannot get a return phone call when a part goes out. Moved on to another contractor.
