Awesome service. Had an AC issue after hours but he was at my home shortly after I called. He was very knowledgeable and reasonably priced. I highly recommend this company for your AC repairs.

I called Mark last night at 8pm and thankfully he answered and came right over after finishing a job!! We just moved into a new rental house this week and our AC froze over. The AC wasnt working well when we moved in and asked our landlord to look at it. We turned it down to a reasonable temperature but by the time the AC company came, it was frozen. They turned off the unit and let it thaw and it turned back on just fine. They said it was going to go out again and they were replacing it the next day and we needed to pay half because we broke it and they would contact their lawyer. We were in a panic and needed someone to take pictures of the AC before they removed it and all the evidence was gone!Mark was so kind and said I could take pictures myself to save money, but I asked that he come out since I did not know what I was looking at. He took great photos and wrote up a report for me. He explained everything that was wrong with the 15 year old system and showed how rusty the coils were which would have caused the system to freeze over. Mark really made me feel much better since I had an expert’s opinion. He was very thorough, knowledgeable and honest. His prices were very reasonable especially for coming on such short notice late at night.I would definitely recommend.

Mark and his helper were just so awesome! My AC went out just last night and I called him early this morning and he managed to come out just a few hours later. Hats off to Mark and his company. My mothers A/C went out two evenings ago. Considering her age and the hot weather, I was really worried. Mark answered my phone call after working hours and despite his busy schedule, and the fact he was an hour away, he showed up early the next day. Right away Mark discovered the problem, fixed it and resolved other issues after doing a thorough inspection. Although other problems were identified, he didnt force any unnecessary repairs, but only identified them for us to be aware of. Marks prices were more than fair and his communication during the whole visit was very impressive. In no time, my mothers home was blowing cold air. Its hard to find someone you can trust with great service and great prices. I highly recommend Mark and his company. Hes our go to guy from now on!

My A/C was not working and I called a few A/C repair companies near me. Others were booked up, but Mark let me know even though he had a full day he would make to my home. As it was one of the hottest days we had this year I was grateful. He called to let me know he was held up at a previous job well before his ETA to give me the update and then again when he was in route. He arrived fixed the A/C at a very reasonable price and then followed up the next day to make sure it was cooling (it was and still is). Excellent service. My ac went out on a Sunday and I was dreading calling someone out. The owner is great. He showed up in 15 minutes, found the problem and did the repair quickly. The price was very fair and he explained everything before, during and after the repair. Its hard to find an honest hvac repair company but I trust them 100% and I highly recommend them

I read the reviews from others after the work at my house was complete, because I dont normally trust the reviews. However, I wasnt suprised to see Marks company has a five star rating. I couldnt be happier. Everything was done great. He was professional, on time, and explained everything to me. Im so glad to have chosen him for the work. Mark is amazing! In the middle of a pandemic both of my AC units went out. Mark was able to troubleshoot with me over the phone and not only correctly diagnose the problem, but get me up and running with a temporary solution until replacement parts came in. Mr. Mark Rucker is an absolute professional who installed a new AC for our house after the freakish winter storm damaged our old AC. I called several companies but decided to use Mr. Rucker company. He explained in detail the reason why our AC wasn’t working and recommended the replacement of the entire AC system. I would recommend Mr. Rucker company to anyone because his customer service skills are second to none.

Went above and beyond to test rest ofHVAC system after unresponsive NEST installation.
