Nordic Pure AC Furnace Air Filters

This comment is referring to your carbon filters.You need to quit advertising these filters since you don’t make them anymore, the ones you make now or regular pleated filters with a “thin layer” of some kind of carbon material on the back, and as indicated in your own advertising, this is only about 1/3 of what the carbon filter would be if it was in the pleated.I just received six of your 2 inch carbon filters and was very upset by this lower quality item, with no discount in price, for the cheaply made filters. I will have to look for another company that has the higher quality filters like you made in the past.In the photo below, the filter on the left is one I got last year, which was A full carbon filter the one on the right is the current carbon filter that is nothing like the one advertised.

Customer service is excellent each time Ive called. Today I spoke to Karen who answered all my questions and sent me the product technical data that I requested. She even gave me a bunch of great tips for monitoring my filter performance.Ordering online is easy and the product arrives quickly.

The metal lathe in your pleated filters are very sharp.I sliced my hand open from just handling your filters. I’ll be scarred for life thanks to your product. There are no sharp edge warning anywhere on your product.Pleated filter merv 12

April 2023: I found Nordic Pure 10 years ago and have been purchasing our air filters exclusively from them ever since. We recently moved and I started a subscription service. Then the heat pump started dying and, just after my order had arrived, we learned wed have to buy a whole new system, one that would require different filter sizing.I figured returning the filters would be impossible, but I called Customer Service just in case. I spoke with Karen who couldnt have been more understanding. She was quick to resolve things to beyond my satisfaction. She is wonderful!Its refreshing to work with a company like Nordic Pure that not only offers great pricing, but is happy to work with their customers to ensure they have what they need. We have been ordering filters from Nordic Pure for several years now. The filters are very well made, they arrive quickly, and are very well packed. I do like the fact that the company emails us with a discount a few times of the year. Its a reminder to check the filter, and our replacement supply. We try to keep 2 new filters at all times. I highly recommend this company!

Their products are wonderful! We live in a rural community next to a farmland. The winds are strong in the fall and the comparable 4in 3m filters didnt filter all that well, there would be dust on tables and the floors and furniture. I felt the price is very competitive considering the filtration of the MerV 12 Plus with Carbon and its a game changer. Our house is so much cleaner and the air is much fresher.

This picture is of my old filter. I live in an apartment and noticed we were getting sick a lot. So I asked the apartment if I could use my own filter and I changed it to Nordic Pure Pleated Merv 12 and it helped so much. I dont have nearly as much dust, we feel better and the air seems better all the way around. Very happy with the Nordic Pure products. Thank You.

Ive been purchasing filters from Nordic Pure for at least 5 years for residential use. Their filters are very well made. I replace them every 6 months. They are as solid on the day I replace them as they were when I originally installed them. (They dont wilt with summer humidity like the bargain filters do.) Product arrives as promised. The few times Ive needed customer service, their staff has been incredibly helpful & friendly. Beats the heck out of digging through the filter shelves at Home Depot or Lowes. Do yourself 2 favors: #1 create an account on their website so you can quickly reorder. #2 write the install date on the new filters so youll remember exactly when to replace them. If youre not sure of the exact size you need, I guarantee you their team will help you make the right choice. (Posted 7/11/22)

I recommend phoning Nordic Pure before placing an order for the first time. Karen in customer service was extremely helpful in determining the exact filter my furnace needed and the correct Merve rating. Her knowledge, professionalism and warm customer service is a great reflection on the Nordic Pure brand.

CONSUMER BEWARE!!! Will accept a returned air filter if they receive it within 30 days. That filter may be resold to the unsuspecting consumer. If you keep a filter for 33 days they won’t accept a return. How do you know you’re not purchasing a returned filter? Shady practices, expensive filters, GO ELSEWHERE!!V. SHIELDS

Love ordering filters here, or at least I use too. Website has changed and is very hard to use. I order for my rent house & I cannot have them shipped directly to each house anymore unless I call each time I order. And all of my past orders are gone.

Impossible to order. The captcha are impossible to complete, and there are two of them, one to log in to account and one to complete a purchase. And then, when there was an error, everything go erased (instead of keeping what was right.). I remember this happened last time I ordered. Very frustrating.

I know someone who works at Nordic Pure and they recommended I try their filters. Comparing the Nordic Pure filter to what I normally buy at big box stores, it was obvious it was a superior filter. Ive been using their filters for two years now and can confidently say they are superior, last the full length of their recommended life and actually filter the air better than anything Ive used before.

Horrible customer service. You cancel an order. They call you to confirm it has been cancelled and they ship the order in the afternoon. Can’t help me until I receive the order I never agreed to.Con artists is what companies like these are called.

Very poor product - do yourself a favor and dont even bother. They are NOT the size that it says on the sales pages or in big bold letters on the side of the box. They are in fact half an inch shorter on each side so they dont fit in your HVAC unit. They are also pretty poor quality and arent packaged in anything so they come covered in dust. Seems to defeat the purpose if they come prefilled with dust from some warehouse somewhere.

Filters are great! Only ones that fit our Lennox system.
