Brent Bradley was my fantastic and very knowledgeable technician. I was about 10 minutes late, but he patiently waited for me. Once I arrived, he told me what he would be doing and why. He inspected the heating unit carefully and thoroughly taking pics as he went. He patiently answered every question I had about the heating unit - even some about the a c.He gave me tips on keeping the unit running at an optimum level. Henry Heinisch arrived in a timely manner and immediately went to work. He explained what he was going to do and then did it. He explained different options and possibilities, always asking relevant questions, such as: How long do you expect to live in this house? Do we have specific issues regarding heat/ cold in the rooms? He answered my questions and provided information I didn’t even know I wanted to know. He also installed a couple of AC filters for me. Very respectful and with a friendly disposition.

I was so impressed with the service from Joshua! He made such a great impression and took time to explain every part of the system, the malfunction, and how it could be repaired. This is a solid company. As a business owner myself I appreciate when other businesses do what they. Although we were not able to fix the problem Brent was able to identify the root cause of the problem. The thermostat needed to be replaced and its a hard to find Carrier Infinity thermostat. Will work with these guys again if my company needs HVAC help in the future.

I called this company to fix my heater, and the experience left me underwhelmed. The technician spent more time diagnosing the issue—a broken inducer motor—than it took to repair once they finally sourced the part. Unfortunately, they couldnt secure the part under warranty, so I had to cover the cost myself. During installation, a new employee was shadowing, and I found screws left behind at the installation site. When I questioned it, the technician assured me they were extras, which left me feeling uneasy about the quality of the installation. Given that the repair itself took just 30 minutes, less time than the diagnosis, and with the questionable handling of the screws, the overall service felt overpriced.

Joshua did a great job today and spent a lot of time making sure that everything works perfectly. I also appreciate his advice about how to take good care of my HVAC system.

I can not say enough good things about this company. I must have called 10+ companies when my new business suddenly lost AC before our launch party in 100degree weather. Josh was super fast, thorough and professional! Our AC went out overnight and other companies couldn’t come out for 24 hours. Not ok in this Texas heat! Josh was able to come out within 2 hours and fixed the problem quickly and for a fair price.

I came home from work to find my house at almost 90°. The fan was running but nothing was cooling I called 1 hour Air and they were out here in approximately 1 hour. Brent Bradley was my tech and he was great. He came introduced himself, got right to work and got my a/c running. He explained what he did. He went to the outside unit to check it. He made sure the work he did was what needed.

1 house air is by far the best service call Ive made for my new house. Not only were they quick (and on time!!!), but Joshua was the most knowledgeable person and was willing to educate me throughout the time he spent looking at our unit. We hired One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning recently when our A/C unit broke down in the middle of a mini-heat wave, on a weekend. I called on Sunday evening and the technician was at my home at 8:00 a.m. the next day. He fixed the issue within less than 30 minutes! The price was very reasonable as well. Very poor service. Bad diagnostics. The tech wrongly tole us that the equipment was out of warranty and would have costed an additional 3.5K if we had trusted them. Luckily we went for a second opinion and these guys were wrong. This is over and above Chari g 415 $ for just a visit to diagnose.The other vendor we went with did the diagnostics for free and got us the part replaced under warranty for 75% of the labor these guys quoted.Will never ever use them again

Abdul showed up, solved my problem right away and replaced capacitor in no time cus it was made in China it broke, replaced with Made In USA this will last for more than 5 yrs and I got a special discount too. Wow. AMAZING. THANK YOU.

BEWARE: Predatorily overpriced. These guys wanted about $400 for a new HVAC capacitor on top of a $120 “weekend trip fee”. I thought this sounded outrageous, and confirmed with a quick search that I could get a high-end capacitor from Ace Hardware for $40. The installation was easy and took me less than 2 minutes.

One Hour Heating and AC were the first to respond. Their technician Abdul was very professional and helpful. He came out the same day diagnosed and fixed our AC problem quickly. There was a $250 after hours fee that was not disclosed via the Yelp messenger but a service fee is understandable given the circumstances. The fee is also given a 50% discount if the work is scheduled and completed which is very helpful. Would definitely call again when needed.

Called One Hour Heating & AC for a quote.They came out the next day and looked at the system and came back with a quote which was comparable to average cost shown on the internet.I had quotes from two other companies which were 2x and 3x of One Hour Heating & AC.Technician came back 2 days later and replaced the evaporator coil in 3hrs.AC is now working and I can now face many days of upcoming 100+ deg days in Texas.
