Mechanical Climate Control services

Tried to get an appointment using my home warranty. This company jerked me around for a week after putting in my service request. I couldnt get a straight answer for why they couldnt come out on the days I was available and they just expected me to have the time to sit around and wait.

We use a home warranty service. They sent out EMS home services which took a week for them to come out. Good luck getting them answer the phone. EMS’s tech was here maybe 30 minutes and said everything was working fine. He left and the unit stop working again an hour later. I called then and after an hour of holding they told me I would have to make a new claim. I asked my warranty company to assign me a new company and they did. I contacted Cliamate mechanical and they answered immediately and told me they would be out the next morning. Alex arrived on time and diagnosed the problem. My AC is working great he explained what was wrong and was very professional. After my experience with the home warranties first company I was ready to cancel my policy. Alex has restored my confidence in a company that wants and is willing to take care of their customers. If your home warranty company wants to send anyone other Climate mechanical ask them to change it to Climate Mechanical. If you have a need for a AC repair I highly recommend them. The service was great! Our washing machine broke down. After calling him, he promptly came for service and fixed our washing machine. He even had the parts with him, so we didn’t have to wait several days without a washing machine. So glad I contacted him, as another business I had contacted said there was nothing they could do and the best option would be to purchase a new washing machine altogether. His rates were also very reasonable. Next time anything breaks in our house, I will definitely call him again.

Our upstairs air conditioner stopped functioning on one of the hottest days of the summer. We were so thankful that MCC personnel were available to respond immediately. They did an excellent job and did not try to convince us to purchase parts we didn’t need. The service was quick and professional, and we were up and running again in no time. We will definitely be calling again in the future!

I had called another company to fix my a/c unite. After 2 days they showed up and charged me a bundle to add freon to my lines and told it was fixed. Needless to say 2 days later I had the same issue. Called them up again to report the problem, they gave me 7 days to come and fix it. When I called the next day,(it was a hot day), they didnt want to deal with me anymore.So I called Mechanical climate control and Alex answered the phone and I explained my situation to him. He was booked all day, but promised me to show up in the evening and he did show up at 6:30 pm to my surprise. He spent the next two hours locating the leak in my line, fixing it and charge up my unite with freon and believe it or not, almost half as much as I paid the other people.I am so grateful to Alex and definitely recommend him to everyone.Thank you Alex for relieving me and my family from this Texas heat.

I was very happy to see the problem with my air conditioning was identified, parts were immediately ordered, and the system was fixed in a timely manner. The technician was professional, knowledgeable, and responsive to my various questions, that helped me to make an informed decision regarding available options. It was a major multiple-hour job, the price was reasonable, and he even offered me a discount.

In response to the earlier review by our next door neighbor, Carly Hughes, we actually received the repair service, not her. I can’t comment on the interaction between our A/C repairman and Carly, but in my interactions with him, he was professional and did a great job fixing our A/C unit.Long story short, we have relatively few guest spots in our condo complex, all of which were taken. When asked to move his van by our neighbor, he did so and parked down the street. After repairing our A/C unit, he returned to his van to get his credit card reader, and instead of walking back and forth, parked his van briefly (for a minute or two) in my neighbors open spot. My neighbor then came out of her condo, acted unreasonably rude towards the repairman, and walked away.From my perspective, our repairman did not deserve this negative review. He did a fine job fixing our A/C unit in a timely manner. Would definitely recommend him if you’re in need of an A/C repair.

My dishwasher was tripping the electrical panel- he was able to troubleshoot the problem that dishwasher was fine, and educated and showed me why and how to know to by pass for the future. And then I mentioned how the builder didn’t put a light over the stove and he helped look and show me where the light was hiding. AND then he helped show me which light bulb specifically needed and showed me exactly which one to order from Amazon. Wow! So nice and honestly helpful, and went beyond service required.

My air conditioner stopped working at about 7:30pm. I called 5 AC repair companies and MCC Services was able to get here at 9pm. They diagnosed it in about 5 minutes and got it working in 15 minutes!! They also added part to help the capacitor from breaking again. Unbelievable service!! I would highly recommend this company to anyone!!Thank you for keeping us cool during these crazy temperatures!!

Five stars ***** because I have been using MCC for about 15 years now. Over the years, he has replaced everything in my current house and in my rental units. AC units, Heater, Home Appliances, just about everything. Given that I have renters, I want to send someone who I can trust to enter my rental units. Fred has never disappointed me. He is professional, courteous, and reasonable. I have recommended him to most of my friends. Great guy. You can count on him.

I’ve used this company for 10 years. I’ve hired them to install two new HVAC and everything was handled in a very professional manner. Delivery and installation was very efficient and was completed as promised. Follow up was beyond my expectations and handled with great courtesy and professionalism.

We have used mechanical climate control for more than 10 years and will never call any one else to service our HVAC system. When anything in the house needs diagnosis or repair, I reach out to Farshad immediately and he is always so responsive and shows up almost the same day. He is knowledgeable, always right in rootcausing the problem and proposing the best fix. He has also fixed my water heaters, dishwasher, repaired my washing machine, disposal. There is nothing he cant do. He is honest and fair and the best person you can rely on to take care of your AC, Heater and other repair work.

My home warranty company recommended this company for an issue with my gas oven not turning on. The gentleman called me the next morning to schedule an appointment to take a look and he was able to fix it the same day! Thank you!

They are amazing! I’ve trusted MCC for more than a decade for all my rental properties, my home and my parents’ home... a total of 8 different AC systems for repair, replacement, or initial installation for new construction.Quick response— none of my systems was ever “out” for even 24 hours. That keeps my mom and my renters happy. They have kept 2 of my 30 yr old systems running perfectly for 11+ years. We have been calling Farshad for several years now or all of our AC work. He is always prompt, corrects the problem quickly and explains what went wrong, why, and what he did to fix it. He has helped maintain older AC units, fix random issues with age and installed a new system when the oldest one gave up (after 27 years of service, thanks to him keeping it going). I would recommend Farshad and MCC any day.

These guys are life savers! My AC went out in the middle of the day on the hottest day in August, I called them and they showed up the same evening and made my AC work better than it did before! My AC bill went down and my house was cooler than ever! Thank you for your service!

RIP OFF!!! This place is a TOTAL RIP OFF. They replaced a capacitor an d charged 299 for it telling me that the part itself costs $150. The part costs less than $30 on amazon and it took 5 mins to replace. I called him out on it and all he did was give me evasive answers to call the company. For all that money the guarantee is a mere 90 days and that too for the damn part not their service.

MCC did excellent work, I found the company to be very professional and knowledgeable. The response time was great and the HVAC system was installed in no time. I would highly recommend using this company again.

Farshad was very helpful on troubleshooting my HVAC. Even I was out of town but he responded quickly and had the HVAC operational again.He also did a registration for me. He is very professional and I highly recommend him.

Great and immediate service! I called these guys for my heater and got a same day appointment, they were very nice and explained everything to me that I asked. It was late night and I needed immediate assistance and they made a miracle happen!

Fred has come thru on 3 of my A/C repair trips. Since I have multiple A/C units and multiple houses, I have used him multiple times over the past two years. He is very flexible i.e. visits late evenings, weekends during A/C emergencies. Great and immediate service! He is very nice and explained everything to me that I asked. During the Texas Freeze I found a gas leak in the attic. The technician came within 20 min despite icy road conditions, fixed the leak right away and tested all possible areas for leakage. We are so thankful for the excellent service especially during the freezing temps.

This company ( If you can call it that ) is one of the worst companies Ive encountered. I have had to deal with their lies and unprofessism way too long. Let me explain why. Their ac tech was suppose to come out on a Saturday to fix my ac. They didnt have the professionalism to call me to let me know he wasnt coming. In fact they NEVER would call me back regarding ANYTHING. I always had to call. DO NOT use these people.

Absolutely a NO. This was the worst one yet. Came to diagnose and didnt do anything except look inside the appliance. Lied about about reporting to his office and gave me a number that went to his cell. Would not say a word to us. Called Sears Home warranty and they played it off as this is normal. A middle eastern dude with only good reviews from middle easterns. Must be a racist guy or something. Do not let this guy in your home.

AC went out when it hit 105 degrees today. I called and they came out within 2 hours. Replaced a few parts and 30 minutes later I’m cool as a cucumber again. Awesome job guys!!!

They come to ny house, track mud in, and then have no idea how to operate my ecobee thermostat. They then ask me to operate it for them and tell me to change a setting to one that the manual specifically warns against. When I show them this, they just leave and do nothing. They also complained that my house has two systems and I only made one warranty claim. All I did was call my warranty company to tell them my house wasn’t heating. Guess they wanted to get paid double for doing nothing. Thanks for the mud, jerks!

I have worked with MCC for over a decade and through several homes. They have always been helpful, reasonable, and do great work with repairs. I highly recommend them!

The worst repair service for our washer and dryer, they never fixed the problem and gave us the run around for over a month during the holiday. On top of that they broke the clips to the control panel and refuse to replace it. DONT USE THIS COMPANY.

These crooks made me wait for 6 WEEKS until coming out to diagnose the issues. They came through the warranty company and LIED on the diagnostics, because they are LAZY BUMS who dont want to work. BEWARE!
