My outdoor unit broke down Sunday, my regular service company couldn’t come out until Tuesday. So I gave AC Express a call. They came out to me in 20 minutes and diagnosed the issue. Got everything fixed up and replaced really fast and price is very reasonable. Great experience. Would definitely use them again next time I need AC service.

We have lived in CP for over 20 years and have used many different AC companies but AC Express is just amazing. We had them do a complete overhaul on our AC a couple years ago and it’s been working perfectly. We have had them out to service it but there have been no problems at all. This new unit works so much better than our old one. Weve had a clogged line a couple times (because of us, not the unit) and they have even come out on a weekend to help us. Outstanding customer service and they truly care about their work. To me, I would much rather pay a little more and have a company like AC Express who truly cares about their customers and their product. Just call them!

Our A/C broke down, they came on a Saturday within an hour of calling, turned out it was a small part that was broken, replaced it for free. The next day we had another issue where our A/C was down again. Again they came out within an hour, turned out our units drain lines were clogged as well. Helped us get back up and running and weve had no problems for weeks since. Didnt charge a cent. Absolute best service anywhere.

This is the second time we used AC Express after our downstairs unit went out last year. Wouldnt you know, 2nd unit failed two weeks ago. We had to call them out again as the new unit wasnt working as expected. Super quick response, knowledgeable and reasonably priced. 10/10 would recommend.

Get a second opinion! I don’t want to go into too much detail but I will just say they came out and told me I needed a new AC. Given the cost I wanted to get a second opinion and somehow the second technician reset the AC and everything was working fine. I asked what it could have been but he said he saw nothing wrong and that he would have never recommended a new AC and he didn’t do anything special during his initial review. Only silver lining was they did not charge for the visit however trying to sell me an AC that I didn’t need is very disingenuous.

Very honest company. I called because I thought one of our units might have an issue and they got me an appointment quick and arrived in the time window they gave me. They looked at my units and told me that everything looked ok and that I didn’t need anything done. These guys are fantastic. They were the only ones able to come on the same day to get my AC back on track, they were also punctual and friendly. In terms of price, I would not be able to say if they are competitive or not, as they found the issue straightforward to fix and did not charge anything which is downright exceptional, to say the least. The grid of one of my external unit had been damaged by a fallen tree branch - after bending it back to place to allow the system to run they came back a couple of weeks later with a replacement found on an older unit and fixed mine with it. Really amazing customer experience, these guys are my go-to for AC problems and I recommend them to anyone having to deal with such issues.

There were some complications due to the original installation issues, but they did such great follow ups that I offered additional payment out of my own gratitude which they politely declined. Honest people with genuine craftsmanship. I wish I knew somebody like them in other areas of need.

AC Express is your choice for immediate response. These are real folks, not a chain - its clear in their language and ability to respond so quickly. I had a bad situation with Carrier not honoring the warranty on their product and in Austin the heat can make a home unbearable. They installed the replaced failed part so that our home was habitable again. I cannot speak to their pricing, however, the quality was great and they are an honest group. As a business owner you know when folks are not out gouging you. I will call AC Express first every time (hopefully never in this home) again.Thanks guys, our nearly new home is back to new AC!

Very happy with my experience. Scheduleing was very easy. They arrived on time and called ahead. (they even worked me into the schedule a day early!) The technicians had the problem diagnosed in less than 15 min and had everything up running in no time. Nice people, strongly recommended.

Hire them, seriously. They are quick, efficient, friendly and affordable. I had to replace my unit very unexpectedly last year, they came right out and took care of it. Since then they have maintained it once and came out again today when I was having issues with my drainage tube and fixed it all up for free. You want a reliable folks when it comes to your A/C and these guys are it!

Our thermostat display went blank . We called AC express on Dec 26 , Robert came right on time in an hour and diagnosed the problem with our thermostat. It was minor issue so he did even charge for it. He was knowledgeable and professional. I would highly recommend their services.Sarika

Our AC broke down over a weekend during one of those 105+ days. Called multiple emergency 24*7 places on a Sunday only to have them schedule appointments 3 - 5 days out. These guys were the only ones who actually assured us that they will try and get to us as soon as possible Monday morning. And they did. Once here, they quickly diagnosed the issue, made recommendation to replace, had a replacement on hand, installed it and were all done within 1.5 hours. We had the house cooling down again from the 89/90 it had touched. We appreciated the responsiveness and professionalism demonstrated by AC express...Highly recommend.

In one of the hottest summers, one thing you don’t want to go on the fritz, is our A/C! My brother had recently used A/C Express. He told how they came the next day and fixed his A/C the next day. Well, I called them yesterday, and they just left my house.Not only did they fix the issue, they didn’t charge me, because they fixed it so quickly!I don’t often write reviews, but they deserve 6 stars!!!

Im not usually inclined to write reviews but these folks at AC Express are incredible. The Woman who takes the calls was pleasant and polite, the guy who serviced our AC did a lot of work for a very reasonable price (so reasonable we were eager to tip him well) We used them because they were local and they Didnt disappoint: arrived early, were very transparent and friendly and after dealing with several other AC folks who refused to do certain work or who immediately tried to upsell us, it was a relief to deal with good honest folks who know their stuff. Have called AC Express twice in past two years. They are responsive and professional. First time was to replace an aged outside unit. The price was very reasonable and the unit has been running without any problems. Second time was a clogged drainage pipe. The technician came to site and told me what the issue is and I can fix it easily myself. After I tried myself and he came back to my house again to confirm its been done right. Even for him to come by twice, it’s free of charge!I would highly recommend AC Express for any AC service to anyone and use them for future services myself.

Called them on a Saturday because there was a burning plastic smell coming from the vent. Michael was very helpful over the phone and first walked me through some troubleshooting steps. When realizing an onsite inspection was needed, he arrived that same day and then came back out on Monday (they even offered Sunday) to replace the old/original furnace. Great customer experience.

These guys are pros and nice people! My AC stopped working and I started calling around frantically. I found AC Express based on good Google reviews -- really they were the only AC repair with good reviews that I could make a relatively quick appointment with. I had to change the appointment time twice due to my situation, and every time AC Express accommodated my requests for rescheduling.When Chad came for the service call on time, he quickly determined the cause of my problem -- it turned out to be a bad capacitor on my outdoor compressor. He put a new capacitor on and fixed the problem in no time. Very impressive! He also did a visual inspection of my indoor AC components for me. Now, to my pleasant surprise, he didnt charge me for the service call or the capacitor, since it was a quick and easy fix for him. He quickly moved on to his next appointment... What a professional and nice guy!

Very fast and responsive service! When our AC died on the hottest day of 2015, they were out the next morning and less then 48 hours after the initial call we had a new system installed and a house cooling down! Just yesterday our units capacitor went out and again, AC Express was out and quickly had the unit up and running! Local Cedar Park business that is a must call for your AC repair needs!! We have been using AC Express for all of our heating and cooling maintenance for years and they are always a pleasure to work with. My AC kept shutting off due to condensation, and the automatic shutdown thingy. Unable to get all of the water out of the line , I googled ac repair and this company was on the top with great reviews. I called and the lady who answered was very nice. My husband was out watching football, but he did tell me what was wrong. However, by the time I called ... I forgot. She was very helpful and understanding. Anyway , she scheduled the appointment, the repair man came, fixed it within 15 minutes. He was also very nice and professional. I also should mention he came today. Yes, on a Sunday, and Labor Day weekend. Thank you for your prompt response and great customer service!

I have to give AC Express 5 Stars. they installed our complete HVAC system 6 years ago when our old one stopped working (it was about 22 years old). On that initial install, they came out same day and completed the job in less than 4 hours. Our AC stopped cooling efficiently recently so I called them in the evening to come out to see what was going on. They scheduled us the following morning and came out and checked our system (it had been 5 years since we had them do a PM, dont wait that long). it turned out to be something small (slightly clogged drain line) but they were nice and professional and couldnt have asked for better service (in both the initial install and the service call). I would recommend AC Express if anyone asks me who Id use. Thank you for your continued great service and professionalism.-Gary

Came home to a hot house and called to see if they could fit us in at the last minute. Said they thought they could get someone over. Two guys showed up and attacked the problem. To bad the compressor outside had died, good thing they had one on the truck. Repaired it in no time and we were back to a cool house that night. Thanks again for the quick professional instillation.

Awesome service. My house wouldn’t cool below 80 degrees. I was called 20 minutes before arrival by a technician. I was out running an errand and they patiently waited for me to get back home. They wore a mask and respected social distancing. The technician diagnosed the problem within 1 minute of listening to my issues with my AC, quickly repaired it, and I’m back to blowing cold air. Great service I would definitely recommend AC Express and will call them back next time I have AC issues.

When my wife arrived home on Sunday from a weekend in Houston to a hot house, we knew we had A/C issues. After calling a few places that wouldnt pick up on a Sunday, we got a hold of AC Express, who sent a tech out within half an hour.Sadly for us, it was bad news and our compressor was bad. Luckily AC Express gave us a very reasonable quote on a new A/C, and had techs out the next day who installed our new A/C.They were even nice enough to install a new thermostat we had that we never got around to installing.Overall our experience with AC Express was easy, straight forward and relatively painless, and wed highly recommend them.

Michael and Chad did a phenomenal job. I had a leak in my AC system that was rather tricky to find but the guys troubleshooted my system extensively until they found the root of the issue.Everyone I dealt with from the dispatcher to the technicians provided superior customer service and made it a priority to get my problem resolved as quickly as they could.Their prices are extremely competitive too, they saved me hundreds of dollars in comparison to their competitors whose quotes now seem outrageous after working with AC Express. If you are looking to have HVAC work done you need to call these folks before you commit to working with another AC company.

My AC started leaking water, and after receiving ridiculously expensive quotes, I happened to call AC Express. They were very responsive, and gave me their best price. It was thousands of dollars lower than the competition, and the repair guys came within a few hrs, and immediately got to work. They walked me through all the work done, and explained everything to me. I will definitely recommend AC Express, and Im very glad that I took a chance on them.

Ive been a customer of AC Express for longer than I can remember. Their technicians are knowledgeable and polite and their prices are some of the most resources able youll find. And Ive never had any problem with getting them to come out on the same day. Theyve always fixed my A/C on the day Ive called them, once at 10pm on a Friday. I cant recommend them more highly.

Wanted to update this review Six years later still sticking with this great company. Last night my Blower motor Fan started overheating and pumping acrid smoke into the house. they were out this morning and had me fixed up in just over an hour.

AC Express took over our service contract and serviced our warrantied HVAC with professionalism and quality service. We experienced them to be fair in pricing and on time in service. They even repaired our unit after it being struck by lightening, working with us until the problem was fully resolved. They also did repair work when we were out of town and had guests in the house. My AC stopped working on a Saturday morning. Called AC Express and they had a technician out here within 2 hours to see what was wrong. I got an estimate from another HVAC company Monday saying I would have to replace a bunch of other things. AC Express said thats not necessary and explained why, and fixed the problem the next day. They saved me a lot of money and do indeed an express job!

Even after the installation of our new unit, the follow up service was very thorough. My folks ac stopped working on a Saturday Labor Day Weekend. This company arrived within the hour, took time to assess the problem and communicated in great detail the costs of the procedures needed to fix it beforehand. Today, on a very hot holiday weekend, our air conditioning unit decided to go out. We needed someone to desperately come out and we called Brad from AC express. We have never done business with them before. He was out here within an hour and a half of us making the call. He actually came hours before we were promised he would be here. He was extremely friendly and very knowledgeable of our AC unit. It took him very little time to do what he needed to do and he explained everything along the way as he did it. It was 102F on Mother’s Day and HVAC stopped working. Called AC express and they were home in less than 2 hours, fixed the capacitor and back in action. And here’s the best part, they didn’t even charge for it, no matter how much I insisted. Love you guys.!! Just the reason to shop local. All the big brand names were booked out for 4 days unless it’s a new AC install. Thanks AC express.

We have used them multiple times to replace bothe ac units and furnace parts. They were the cheapest, able to get us in very quickly,and we always feel well taken care of. They will go the extra mile to give good service.

Great experience in the heat of July. I noticed our upstairs unit wasnt cooling around 430pm last night. They got a technician out by 630pm the same night. We needed a new outside unit (which was something we were expecting... Ours was pushing 25 years.) They came the next morning before 11am, installed it in two hours, and done. Very professional at all points of contact.

AC unit stopped working last evening. Gave them a call around noon today (Sunday). Tech arrived within 2 hours. Was courteous, professional, and diagnosed the problem within minutes (needed a replacement capacitor). Had me up and running 10 minutes later. All in all great experience and will be looking at signing up with them for a semi-annual maintenance check.

Don’t care about saving Clients money. Very “don’t care” attitude toward Customers because of market conditions. Austin Energy does not have this company listed on their rebates website because they have not applied so I cannot get an approximate $600/- rebate! When I asked them to get on their list their response was that the owner is not interested in doing that. No other explanation at all. Quite sad. Per Austin Energy it taken them only two weeks to get I that list and give then 90 days to do so but because of excessive demand they are taking advantage of the temporary market situation.Alex, the Office Manager told me that the owner is not interested in getting on the Austin Energy Contractor list. Not sure what they have to hide?Michael and Robert installed a BOSCH condenser, Goodman furnace and Aspen Evaporator coil today. They seemed competent. It seems to be working so far.Go look at the Contractors on the Austin Energy website if you want a rebate. I wish I had done this before contracting to AC Express.

My first attempt at finding AC repair service in my area and I will definitely choose AC Express again! They put up with me standing over their shoulder asking all my annoying questions....(sorry Michael). I appreciate the patience. They were quick, efficient and knowledgeable. Two thumbs up and five stars!

Very very impressed by the professionalism and their dedication to service. I called them early in the morning, phone was answered immediately and then took the time to listen to my Heating problem. I had purchased the system from them 11 years ago and I indicated that I would like to fix it myself and the gentleman on the phone took the 5 minutes to walk me through the process and told me what to do which was extremely helpful. But Im not as good as I like to think I am so I called him back and they sent out a service team to look at my system that I messed up. After 5 minutes they had my heat up and running. I asked them how much I owed them and they said it was a free service call since Ive been a long time customer.Let me tell you, I will continue to be a customer of theirs for as long as they are in business and as long as Im still living in my house. I told them I wanted to pay the service call but the young man it wasnt necessary since they really didnt do anything special. Now that is what I call OLD SCHOOL customer service. Thank you guys for the phone call and visit. You have a life long customer here.

AC express is very professional! Austin area is experiencing a heavy snow storm right now and a capacitor of my furnace was out. AC Express sent someone in within two hours and the capacitor is changed with in 10 minutes and so I wouldn’t have a broken furnace! Kudos for those hard working professionals!

This is not the kind of company that deserves your business. My heater died during a brief cold spell, so I called them to come take a look. They were able to get it running, but it stopped again a few days later. They came out a second time and told me that the problem was either a control board or a bad valve, which would cost ~$1200 to replace. Or, they could install a new system for between $1500 and $2000. Something felt off about their technicians explanation, so I had another company come out for a second opinion. Turns out the problem was a $50 capacitor that was replaced in ten minutes by a competent technician. Interestingly, the capacitor was not part of the control board and entirely separate from the valve the AC Express technician claimed were bad. So if I had paid them over a thousand dollars to fix my system, it still would not be working.I had paid for a $180 two year service agreement with AC Express after the first time they came out, which I wanted to cancel as soon as I learned that they were (either through incompetence or malice) trying to get me to pay for thousands of dollars of unnecessary work. After three calls over two weeks, they finally agreed to refund my money, saying they would send a check in the mail. Two months and multiple calls later, I still havent gotten my refund.

Very thankful they were able to fix my A/C the next day - a quick response considering it is getting hot in Texas. Chad arrived as scheduled, inspected my Trane unit and was knowledgeable and honest, the fix was luckily inexpensive and he fixed it in 15 minutes! Highly recommend this company.

They are so professional and know exactly what they are talking about. We will be calling them for all future service needs. In contrast, we had someone else come out first and spent 4 hours looking at the problem with no solutions and then left without our knowledge. When I called AC express, I had little faith that they could solve the problem but I knew I needed to try because I have three young kids at home in the heat. They fixed it in less than 30 mins. It was a simple fix. I am impressed and have let all of my neighborhood friends know that this is who I recommend. Look no further and call them first!

All our appreciation to MICHAEL and ROB who came to check issues with our Furnace today., after a cold night.They were on time and did find the problem within 5 minutes, they took care of the issue on the spot and were very knowledgeable.As I told Michael,,MAMA is going to be happy tonight .They did not charge me a penny for the service, since it was quicky, and I really appreciate it.I will be using AC EXPRESS again if need be, and will refer them to all neighbors and friends.Thank you.

These guys were the only ones out of FIVE companies we called on Monday who responded. They came out within an hour. We knew our air con needed replacing, and they gave us an AWESOME deal. The guys came out at 9:30 the next morning and had EVERYTHING completed within 2 hours!! We have a new, working air conditioner and the guys were very professional and accommodating. I cant recommend AC Express highly enough!!!

Exceptional.. excellent..I am running short of words on how to express my experience with AC express. Michael was on time, professional.. he did whatever needs to be done. Even put a small connecter in the unit.. did not charge me a penny..He cleaned my AC.. gave me some tips.. we need lot more people like him. My faith in humanity got stronger again..

I contacted AC Express and they were able to have someone diagnosing the issue within a couple of hours. They were very efficient with repairs, affordable, easy to contact and fast to respond. Very happy and would use them again in the future.

First experience: They sold and installed a new HVAC in my home. Good product, poor installation. They had to come back twice to get it right. I needed a check up/ service and they set an appointment and then when they no-showed they said it had been crossed off by someone in the office. They did make it the next day though. I set a time for service on another house and traveled to meet them at the appointment time. When they were 15 minutes late I called and got a sob story that the truck had a blow out.... funny that they didnt call me to let me know. They tried to schedule for 3 days out. I told them to skip it. I will find another company and I suggest you do so also.

We just had AC express come out today. The secondary AC drain was dripping quite a bit, all down the side of our house. AC express came out and blew out both drains and fixed the issue... FOR FREE! We did buy a new AC unit from them in April, they were reasonably priced then and had great service but its pretty rare for a company to make a house call to fix something for no charge.

Our AC died last night and we contacted several companies. Because it was the middle of the night, we asked the people to respond via text or email. AC Express paid attention and did just that. They came out today and within several hours I had a new AC. Great people, great support. Highly recommend this company!

Austin AC Express has serviced my entire heating and AC units for several years. They have been very good with working within my budget and I have had both units replaced for very reasonable prices. They have been prompt to respond to any issues and always come out quickly when I was experiencing problems with my old units. Highly recommend.

Punched a nail into the freon line during a remodel. AC Express answered the phone immediately, gave me a verbal quote over the phone. Michael and Chad showed up on the same day, and when they were scheduled - Excellent value and service. I highly recommend them.

I had my main board go out after a lighting storm. AC Express was able to schedule me my next day off of work with no problem, and showed up at the scheduled time. Luckily it was still under warranty and labor cost were very reasonable. Ill be calling AC Express next time I have an air conditioning issue.

AC Express installed a full heat pump unit for us about 6 years ago. They have been consistent and reasonable with the service of this new unit including any needed repairs.However today was above and beyond. Due to the Winter Apocolypse of 2021 our heat went out 3 days ago. We called on a Sunday when everything was already frozen over and packed in ice. They answered the called and told us they would get us on the schedule for the next day. Both of us knowing that was doubtful due to the weatherr. Today 2 kind heroes made their way through fresh ICE roads to fix our heat. We can never thank them enough. They were pleasant and helpful and made sure we were taken care of!!! We will remain loyal customers and highly recommend them!!!

A/C goes out in the middle of the a Texas summer night? You need help fast. A/C Express provided help and they did it fast. We called at 8am on a Saturday morning and within an hour, a technician had arrived to give us the bad news. By 4:30 that afternoon, Michael had installed the new compressor for a reasonable price, and that in the pouring rain! Cold air again! I would definitely recommend A/C Express for their responsiveness and good customer service.

We had AC Express install new units a few years ago and have been using them for regular maintenance ever since. Having them do the regular checkups lets us avoid problems or at least catch them early. They offer prompt, friendly, professional service at reasonable prices.

AC Express is our Savior. 95 degrees outside, the day of our Sons Birthday Party and our air conditioning decided to take a summer vacation of its own. AC Express showed up within an hour, fixed everything in 15 minutes for less money than any other quote we received. They could have very easily taken advantage of us to the tune of thousands of dollars...We are now their customer for life.

AC Express is the best AC company around. Anytime my AC isn’t blowing cold they come right out and fix it. Today I called and they came out fixed the problem ahead of schedule and super-fast. The AC is already cooling! They are courteous and professional even when it’s just a little problem like last time when I called and the breaker just needed to be tripped (oops). They are the only ones I trust to get it done quick and affordably!

We had Brad come up for annual check up. He checked Freon and also inside the furnace; confirmed everything was OK. Contactor needed to be replaced due to rust and did a quick job at a fair price. AC Express does biannual check up and we have been very satisfied with it.

They gave me a two hour window but were late and never called as he said they would 30 minutes before they came. Technicians were polite and knowledgeable but the price quoted was very high. Had a bad condenser motor they quoted me $750, I checked the price of the motor on the manufacturers website and it was 188. It was a hundred degrees outside and we had to get it fixed but Im not feeling good about it.

I picked A/C express from the internet. Ive never been more surprised and PLEASED. They showed up within 2 hours of the call. They were prompt, courteous, and professional. My old air conditioner just quit. Once the technician determined it had to be replaced, I was able to get an appointment for the replacement install within a couple of days.Two technicians arrived when they said they would, worked very hard, and finished an hour earlier than I expected. They were very professional and cleaned up every bit of trash both inside and out. My house is one again below 85 degrees.I would recommend AC Express to anyone needing air conditioner & furnace maintenance and/or replacement.

Our AC went out at 4pm Saturday and they were able to come first thing Sunday morning. It only took him 10 minutes to fix the problem. Tech was knowledgeable and professional. I would highly recommend.

Jake at AC Express is one of the best people Ive ever had to work with. He came out late in the evening, used a 30ft ladder to get on my roof, and came back with pictures of what was wrong with my unit. He offered to repair it the same night, but recommended I replace the unit with a Goodman instead. He clearly went over all my options and their pros and cons. I agreed to replace it, and he said he would have it done tomorrow morning while I was at work. Sure enough I returned home to a perfectly warm home. Here is my experience with them. In one word, Incredible!Our aircon died on a 90F day. It could not turn on at all. Their servicemen came in a few hours and had it fixed. One capacitor had to be changed. How much did it cost? Nothing. They said they already had the capacitor in the van and they had to rush to another job. It would cost too much to just write up the invoice.The aircon was working but not cool enough. I called them the next day. Chad came again to put more Freon in and the aircon worked beautifully afterward. He was very apologetic for not being able to test the aircon fully the first time he came because the unit was over-heated and had to be cooled down for a few hours first. How much did it cost this time? Once again, nothing.Incredible company, incredible people. Fast response, professional and above all, unparalleled honesty. I highly recommend them and I surely will call them again for my next installation.

Never use these guys. Bought a groupon for ac tune up. Never showed for first appointment. Said they didnt have it down after telling to me to be there between 8 and 10. 2 hours wasted. Was a little leary but rescheluded. When they do show up tech is here less than 10 minutes. Doesnt do anything and says we need a new unit. Our unit is working fine. There were no problems. We justed wanted a tune up. Very shady company. Just trying to rip you off. DO NOT USE AC Expess

We were quoted $ 800 to repair our A/C unit and decided to get a second opinion, thank goodness we did because the honest company we called for a second opinion checked it all out and found it was just a blown fuse.He replaced the fuse free of charge.We will never call this company again!

Very impressed with the service. They came out within 2 hours of my call, found the problem, and fixed it in 10 minutes. The other company that I called first wanted $178 dollars just to come take a look (plus charging for any work).

An ac or heating problem can be expensive and only seems to happen at the worst possible times. It is great to have a reliable resource to call!I try to support local businesses whenever I can and to find one where the owner works along side his techs . I called at 5:00pm and spoke with one of the owners who very politely told me that a couple of technicians would be over in 20-30 minutes. Sure enough, they were. Polite young guys who fixed my problem and I would not hesitate to call them again! I recommend this company.

I would use caution when choosing AC Express. Since switching to AC express Ive had many problems with my units. From sloppy repair work to rude managers. Their lazy repairs caused water damage to my home. Please consider an alternate company before calling upon AC Express. They also price gouged me charging $225 for a simple pipe blow!

Do not use them! Very disappointed and dissatisfied with this company. I bought a living social deal for an AC tune-up and my initial appointment was cancelled because one of their trucks broke down. The second time they were an hour late from the time window given so I had to reschedule. The third time they were over 3 hours late from the window given. No noticed was ever give that they would be late- I had to call each time to find out the ETA. When the serviceman finally arrived he was here for less than 10 min and I saw no signs of a tune-up.I rarely give bad reviews but this is one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. A very unprofessional company and will be submitting to the BBB.

Our heat went out last night. It being Saturday, and the holiday season, I doubted that I could get someone in to look at the issue today. I spoke with Dan and an hour and 30 minutes later he was taking apart my air mover. He tested all the pertinent components and, in the end, diagnose that it was my breaker at the wall outside. you can sense that it would be wonderful if you could sell me something expensive, however that was the only problem everything else worked well. I find that it is difficult to reach some professionals and that the time frame involved in diagnosing and fixing problems can be demoralizing. I will be calling AC Express heating and air for any HVAC issues from now on.

A little while back our AC went out and the owner was able to answer and help us with the part needed to repair over the weekend! Great people, saved us from the other companies that refused to answer their phones during their busy season!

So I called for a simple AC condensation line clog. All it needed was as imple air pressure blow out. Instead, they insisted they needed to cut the whole line and clean the entire coil.Needless to say, this was not needed and another company did the simple unclog job for way cheaper than this company.They just want to run up the bill.

The workers showed up on time and finished in the amount of time they said they would. Everyone was very polite and professional. Most importantly for this northern girl, the indoor temperature has gone down 3 degrees!

Came home after work to a non-functioning AC unit in late June. A guy came the next day and fixed it very quickly. AC seems to be running even cooler than before. Awesome.
