Cedar Air Duct cleaning

Very good service! Jacob came out the same day I called, showed me how dirty my dryer vent was, and then showed me after it was cleaned. The whole process took about an hour, and Jacob was very courteous. I definitely recommend them, and we will be contacting them again to do our AC vents very soon.

Cedar air duct cleaning are absolute professionals! Kind, great communication and very fair prices. Its been awhile since I had my duct work cleaned and so happy I did after seeing the photos below. One of the things I respect the most is how well they cleaned up it was like they were never there unlike so many other contractors Ive hired.

UPDATED REVIEW!I hate having to update what was previously a 5 star review, but feel the need to share after finding debris still in our vents (updated photos to show what was pulled out by a 2nd company after CADC was out) and the awful customer service when trying to nicely resolve the issue. As you can see in their response below (full of lies/misinformation), they still refuse to accept any responsibility, are argumentative, & now theyre threatening me. Wow!Jacob, our technician, was absolutely professional, showed up when expected and kind. But had we not had a second company come out to install an upgraded vent cover, we would have had no way of knowing the original job by Cedar Air Duct Cleaning (CADC) was incomplete. I urge you to choose a company that can prove the work is done completely. A mostly clean dryer vent is still a fire hazard. (So is recommending we go to Home Depot to get a grate to cover our vent, which they now deny that they advised us to do.).........We have 30 ft of vent that comes out at our second story. Jacob showed me the vent had airflow, so I assumed the job was done. But I am not a professional & I dont have the tools to see 30 ft of vent for myself to see it was not, in fact, fully cleaned out. The 2nd company we used has a camera they can snake through the vent & the tools to clean all 30 feet from inside the house to outside. The amount of debris pulled out by 2nd company two days later was enough to require another cleaning at the very least... could have been a fire hazard at the worst.We only found out about this after having 2nd company come out to install a better vent closure. (Something we asked, but CADC couldnt do.) I called CADC and explained the situation. I told them I was only asking for a partial refund. I explained I was willing to pay for the technicians time but only asked for the partial refund because we had to pay for the second cleaning. She didnt understand why we didnt contact them to come back out. I tried to explain over & over again the series of events, but it was ignored. I adhered to every request for proof, photos, & invoice. Instead of apologizing & accepting responsibility, she was argumentative & made it very clear that my proof was not enough & she didnt believe me, She made excuses along the way that I was able to refute. But the worst of this was when she decided to make it personal. She brought up that she knew my husband had been laid off and that we must be going through a financial hardship. (None of her business, but he had severance. I have a job. We were fine.) Implying that was the reason for me to ask for a PARTIAL refund. I had not once brought that up with her. Thats when I became upset as I told her that our finances were none of her business, and her comments were inappropriate & unprofessional.When I told the rep I would be updating my review if she continued to treat me this way, her response was threatening, Fine, we are going to start reviewing our clients. I asked to speak with a manager or owner after it became clear the rep on the phone had no remorse & refused to budge. Instead, they sent me a lengthy text.Full transparency, CADC finally did give me a partial refund, (less than the amount I asked for which was less than half of what we originally paid, not including the tip we gave the technician), but they never accepted responsibility & were very argumentative to the end. If they want to review/ threaten me, thats fine. My review is updated because its important for others to know what they might be at risk of. I am open to a professional, civilized conversation with an owner / manager of CADC since they seem to still not understand what happened. I have documented the details of the multiple conversations with the rep. that I will no longer engage with. The photos below show what 2nd company pulled from our vent AFTER the job CADC did.PS - Thanks for the reminder, CADC. I am happy to review 2nd company, too! As I have many others previously.

They are so easy to work with. i wasnt sure if i needed my ducts cleaned or not but they ask me certain questions and i answered yes to all of them. they came out to my home and was very curtious and very knowledgeable. they were quick and done the job right. i feel like my air in my home is cleaner and our allergies are not as bad.

Jacob serviced our home. We are extremely happy with his work. He is a professional, knew exactly what to be done, and explained to us clearly what he would be doing. Jacob was also a friendly person and we could converse with him easily.

Got my homes airduct cleaned with this company and I can recomend there service to anyone who is looking for a job well done. Dryer vent cleaning was additional charge but well worth it.
