Called up to get a quote on a testing and balance study.First person had no idea what I was talking about and forwarded me to a different department.Second person seemed to know what I was talking about but indicated that their equipment to perform the study was broken. They would have to check with the Sales Manager to be sure and the Sales Manager would call me back.Sales Manager never called me back.So this indicates to me the staff do not know the business, the business is not maintaining the equipment, and the management dont care about basic customer service... Yikes.

Absolutely the very best sub-contractor Ive ever worked with. AC quit on me, they came out and gave me an estimate. I agreed and they went to work. No trying to sell me things I cant use. Did not try and talk above my head (experience level) and were extremely professional. I had Dan, Johnny, Edward, Reuben, Richard, Nohi, and Julian all come out to my place. Ms. Belinda in the office was absolutely wonderful to deal with. Could not have asked for a better company. Got another company out first and boy was that a mistake! Sent them packing, called AC Technical, and havent looked back. These guys are the best!!

I arrived here at 07:00 , called and was told they’re all in a meeting. Meanwhile I’ve been here almost an hour sitting on the shoulder of a busy highway hoping I don’t get hit because from the looks of it , it looks like it’s impossible backing a sleeper cab with a 53’ trailer blindsided off a busy highway with not enough room to do it. I will never come here again

Use A/C Technical for our home and a rental. Never employ the usual upsell routine or try to nickle and dime. Solid service with proficient technical knowledge. Professional technicians. Good company and it shows through their employees.

Horrible company, they keep the worst employees and let go of the hardworking respectful employees. I’m sure they will continue to lose business because they are not a smart business. Would never recommend.
