Such a lovely staff, i just called them and to my surprise they really appeared in an hour, he has so much patience to check everything, in and out multiple times to understand the issue and fixed it.He suggested and recommended few services as well.I recommend Jay for sure for any of my future needs.My only feedback - send out a text or picture message about the person visiting, with increase in crimes no one want to risk opening a door for a stranger although they are in uniform.

Wonderful personality!!!I was not able to get work done immediately but will do sooner than later.Justin he helped me make a plan to tackle my immediate AC/Heating system problems and a plan to get some preventative work done over time so that my budget and peace of mind are comfortable.The preventative maintenance will save me thousands in possible repairs. Mike is the best!!! Such a nice guy who really goes above and beyond. He was so friendly and spoke in layman’s terms so I could understand. He’s been, by far, my favorite HVAC guy. We have used their services several times including the seasonal checkups, attic insulation fill-up, and will be having them clean our ducts and attic system and winterizing our attic pipes. Justin and One Hour were great. One Hour has always been so helpful and get to our house before the estimated time given. We unfortunately have had continuous issues but Justin, just like Danny, was thorough, professional, and educational. Justin was very mindful of our sleeping baby and easy to talk with.

Justin accomplished my 6 month check up of the heating system. He did a very completed job and listed two items that would need replacement in the future but over all it was working well. He answered all my questions and seems knowledgeable of the systems he was checking on. I will be staying with this company since they have done the best service of the companies I have dealt with in the past.

Jay was very professional His demeanor reflected for the customer concerns. Not pushy. in his explanation what the problem and solutions of the indoor unit,thorough detailed estimates of options available. pointed out those problems in the unit that needed the work. If and when I needed the project done I would definitely call One Hour.

First thing I did before calling One Hour Air was check the google reviews.The Google reviews did not lie! Very honest and professional company! Jay knew the problem as soon as he got here and educated me on what the issue was and how to solve it going forward!I would 100% record them to other!

After having a new heating and air conditioning system installed with the understanding there was a 10 year warranty, I never got a copy of said warranty nor even a bill of sale til today after asking for the 3d time. Apparently warranty only applies to parts, after main mother board failed was charged $1,500 labor to put in covered part! How can a 30-60 minute job possibly be worth $1,500 labor? I pd as it had to get fixed! Now I’ve pd another $1,800 for a warranty that WILL cover said labor, next time. The service technicians are always very professional and I appreciate the fact that any time I have called they get someone here same or next day. Just very frustrating that company doesn’t provide written information that I can refer to.

Justin was great, showed up on time, fixed the air conditioner. He was super nice and respectful when I asked him not to go on carpet that was just cleaned.

Took three times and a lot of money. Our heat now works but I think it should have.been fixed the first time and they did at least one unnecessary repair when when they diagnosed the issue as a clogged drain line. Positive was the customer service and scheduling.

After a fire, One Hour Air Conditioning and Hearing was able to arrive within 24 hours and completely clean and service our HVAC system to ensure the cleanliness of the air circulating in our house. This happened 2 days before Thanksgiving and Daniel was persistent on doing quality work! 100% recommend the service.

The pricing that was proved to me to appeared to be fair based on rhe information provided; however, higher than expected for someone on a fixed income, even though I have not ruled them out. Mike and his partner were incredible. They arrived earlier than expected and were so informative. They were also very kind to my huge nervous dog!I was especially impressed that they took movies and videos of their work and explained every step of the way. Came out to do semi-annual check on the HVAC system. Ducts and system were dirty despite having been cleaned two months ago. One Hour technician insisted the people who cleaned it didnt actually clean it (and wanted to focus on the fact that the cleaning company wasnt allowed to clean the plenums, which, of course, is just a protectionist rule to limit competition and jack up HVAC servicing prices for all of us). I had inspected it and had picture proof of the cleaning. He was only interested in selling me on another system cleaning instead of finding the root cause. Called them to see about an experienced technician coming back out to reevaluate and find out where the leak was to figure out where the dirt and dust are coming in. One Hour stated they would charge me an $89 fee to come back out. Not great. Good HVAC service is incredibly hard to find, because they are all focused on selling unnecessary services, but, suffice it to say, I will not be using One Hour in the future.

Justin was very professional and changed out my filters and tested out the two heatingSystems/A/C. Advised to install a total home surge protector and have the UV light bulbs changed out at the three year mark.

The LORD blessed me through Michael and Jason, both of them are outstanding young men. They went above and beyond anything that I could expect. Not only did they get my home to start cooling right away because they knew exactly what was wrong but they listened to what this old woman was saying. I had mentioned how hot my kitchen always was, they got a little gadget thing that checks air flow (I think). Any way they saw that the vents were not opened all the way and they manually opened them up. You might not think it’s not a big deal but, I’ve lived in my home 22 years and all others before these young amazing men, told me the vents were just fine. I now have air flowing like never before and will be able to get back in there to cook and bake. Michael and Jason, I’m forever grateful for your kindness.

After my A/C unit finally ran its course, I reached out to A #1 air first and thought I was getting the best service possible until my lady recommend we get a second opinion from One Hour Air Conditioning and from that moment on it was a no contest. Shane came out to the house, gave a second opinion and his full presentation and pricing made it a very easy choice. The next day, Efrain came out, got the new unit completely set up, and my house went from an insufferable 91 degrees INSIDE back to a cool 73. I am incredibly grateful and 100% professional all the way around. I cant say enough about the good things they did for me. Saved me THOUSANDS!!! Call them, I promise, its worth it.

Mike did a great job with installing the coils but I as a customer is not satisfied with the quality of the unit being that I have had the compressor and evaporator coil changed in less than five years…..that’s unacceptable.

One Hour Air Conditioning came to our house and diagnosed our problem very quickly and repaired it. I called late in the evening and a repairman was in the area so we were able to be seen that evening and not the next day. They did a great job.

When our AC unexpectedly went out the week of Thanksgiving, we were able to have a technician come out same day. Our tech, Micheal Bell, prompt and professional. He quickly determined the issue and was able to repair our unit without any issues. Micheal explained everything in detail and helped us to sign up for the monthly plan. He was so nice and friendly, we will definitely request him for our maintenance services.

Paid $90 for a technician to come out and inspect our unit as our home smelled like smoke and our fan would not respond to our thermostat. Were told there were no issues. Come to get a second opinion, and not only was there a burnt out motherboard that had fried on our unit causing an active fire hazard, but five days later and their customer care team is still refusing to call us back.If you value your money, families lives, or time, avoid this company.

With our A/C unit in the attic, right above where I sit when in the living room, it caused no little distress to see it was leaking . I called One Hour A/C and they were extremely responsive. They’re now putting in a new A/C unit. Yes, up in the same place in the attic.One Hour remembers when Sales and Service were one word, not two totally foreign concepts. Their Service Department (especially Emily and Jay) sold us on this company from our first contact.The friendliness, cleanliness, and sole focus on our satisfaction as their customers made using One Hour to install our new A/C unit a no-brainer for us.

Justin did a great job diagnosing our AC issue and getting it resolved. He arrived very quickly even though it was late at night. He was thorough and I appreciated his attention to detail. This company has a good employee when it comes to Justin.Mr. Shane also stayed true to his motto which I am grateful for. I do feel bad that I had to write the review below, however, sometimes the big bosses dont know how the employees are conducting themselves if we do not write reviews. I believe this was one of those ocasiones. I really hope this was a once in a lifetime event because it seems that Mr. Shane values how his company is being characterized and that says alot of a person. Thank you.......................................................May 6, 2024Justin came out Friday late afternoon, he was great. He said I needed a few things for my HVAC which were burn due to the storm we had a couple days before. He, and the lady he talked to, said that since the parts warehouse doesnt open on weekends and it was already 430pm they would receive the parts Monday and he would return Monday afternoon. I agreed to this. So I paid for his services and the service of thier sister company for an electrician that was supposed to come out Saturday. Come Saturday afternoon about 4pm they called to say we cant make it out well go out on Monday when Justin goes out to fix the HVAC. It is Monday at 5pm when I get a called saying they cant make it until the earliest Wednesday and they have no idea when the electrician can come out. The lady on the phone kept giving lame excuses and blaming others for the lack of communication. This motto they have of always on time or you dont pay a dime should be put into practice. I was promised a technician on Saturday and didnt happen and was promised two technician for Monday and also didnt happen. So they lied and wont be responsible for thier actions. They should really change the motto or come through with the fixes without charging me. We all know theyll keep blaming others in order for them not to pay out. The sad part, my ignorant self already paid them for the job the promise to do and havent. On top of this, they claim to be veteran friendly, if this is how they treat veterans l, cant imagine how they treat a regular civilian.

We learn something new with our systems everytime they come out to check them out. They are very knowledgable and very professional!

This was a complete cleaning with the installation of a U/V light to kill mold. Justin was careful and thorough. He did a great jobn of cleaning up whatever did fall to the floor from the duct cleaning. The job was done within the the expected time (actually a little sooner).

My A/C was having issues on Friday late and I called One Hour Air Conditioning and Heating due to them being 24/7. Mike came out and got my unit working till we could get someone to discuss my options. Mike was respectful and kept me up on what he was doing. Weve been fighting with our home warranty since last night to get someone out to fix our AC, one hour got us on their wait list this morning and had someone out before our home warranty could even think about sending someone. Every time we use One Hour they are super communicative. Phone call/text to book appointment. I personally love the text option as I never have to worry about missing a phone call from an unknown number. They send a picture of your technician along with a link to learn more about them before they show up. The techs are always friendly and Mike was fantastic today.
