A year ago, our AC went out in the nasty heat wave we were having. I called Lifetime z Heating & Air and they came out the next morning. Jeremy assessed the situation and gave us the news or AC was caput. He Sat down with us and gave us all the options they carried. He asked a lot of questions about our usage and recommended a unit to fit our needs. He didnt try to push the most expensive model. He recommended a less expensive based on us. He ordered it and installed it within a couple of days. Since then, he comes out twice a year to do the maintenance on it. He/ Lifetime z Heating and Air are amazing. I highly recommend them .

We discussed our need to quickly replace a 20 year-old HVAC unit. He had a highly knowledgeable, honest and friendly team member at my home on Monday. A high efficiency system design and a very competitive price was agreed upon. At 7:30 am on Tuesday morning, a highly professional, effective and friendly team of installation technicians arrived to complete the install less that 48 hours from my initial contact.It is an understatement to say it was a wonderful experience working with Lifetime’Z Air. From the owner, to the sales technician, to the installation technicians, to the office staff, this is an effective operation managed based on the high standards and values of the management team. He was able to get all the services done quickly without sacrificing quality workmanship.Chris S. recently stopped by for my 6-month maintenance check and was also very kind and thorough. I cannot say enough wonderful things about my experience with this company. I was having an emergency at my business, I own a salon with a few employees, our A/C started failing during the hottest week of the summer. The indoor temperature was in the 90s and we couldn’t work. I called 6 companies and they were the only one who could come out help us. Our tech, Jason, diagnosed our issue very quickly. We needed a new condenser motor and with parts being really difficult to procure in this point in time, he tried to set my expectations between 1 day and 2 weeks (or more). Every day we’re closed, we’re losing $1,000s and my employees aren’t able to make any money, so I was distraught, but understanding. I paid for the work and the part and hoped for the best. The next morning their receptionist let me know they have the motor and my issue would be fixed later that day. 26hrs after the initial visit Jason was back and repaired our A/C. I was floored, I had been so sure this was going to be a detrimental situation. As I was thanking him for his work he said that he made it a personal priority to locate this part and get our A/C fixed immediately. I rarely feel seen as a small business owner, and today I feel like this company went above and beyond to make sure my company was able to function. I will 100% be using them in the future and referring anyone who needs HVAC help.

My AC wasnt working properly Saturday morning. When I got home from work around 130pm and realized it had gone out and wasnt working at all, I immediately called Lifetimez. They got a technician out within an hour. Unfortunately he had bad news for me. And since it was so late on a Saturday, they wouldnt be able to get a new unit ordered until Monday. Monday morning rolled around and they got the unit ordered and were at my house by 230pm and got it replaced and working! Thank you Liferimez!! All the staff and technicians are friendly, caring, honest and professional. I would highly recommend Lifetimez!

The AC decided to go out so i called late at night to setup an emergency appointment and they set one up for 12-2pm. They arrived before 12 and diagnosed the problem which was a blown cap. Had it up and running in 5 minutes Thankful I have these guys on my HVAC inits. Prompt and very friendly. I will always continue to refer use them and refer them to my friends and neighbors. Jason came to fix our AC during the summer, when it was pushing cold air. Not once did he make us feel like we were just a number in his schedule. He patiently explained how the AC unit works, what was wrong, answered all of our questions, and educated us some of the maintenance we can do on our own.In October, our thermostat stopped working, couldnt turn on the heat. I reached out to Jason. He responded within minutes and spend the next 1-2 hours helping me trouble shoot various things that could have gone wrong. He sent me texts, sent pictures, walked me through potential issues over the phone. We were able to resolve the issue and turn on the heat before going to sleep in cold weather with 2 little ones at home over the weekend!Jason is reliable, honest, knowledgeable, and provides excellent service! I have been using this company for years for my home and businesses. Absolutely LOVE how responsive they are. I especially appreciate our service technician, Tony! He is so thorough, patient and honest. It’s been very hard for me to trust AC companies due to past experiences with other companies but Tony has restored my faith.

With the brutal Texas heat, EVERYONE’S AC is working overtime and evidently, tons are failing. I am so thankful that Lifetimez was able to come out SAME DAY. Our AC went out, and I called other places in the area. For new clients, their wait time was give or take a few days. From the moment I called Lifetimez, their rep (Kathy) was extremely sweet and helpful, and Tony (our technician) was absolutely wonderful and personable. This place has saved me thousands of dollars and can’t say good enough things about them. Year after year of excellence service I finally decided to do a review. About two years, the owner or more experienced tech (not sure which) found that my AC had a warranty that I didn’t even know about when my AC broke, that allowed me to get a brand new AC under warranty. The most recent encounter happened when I needed a new capacitor, AC broke on a Friday night, they were here on Saturday morning during a heat advisory. Amazing work from the people who answer the phones to the techs. It’s so great that customer is thriving in this company.

Extremely grateful for the attentiveness of several team members to diagnose our issue. We weren’t thrilled about purchasing a new A/C unit, but they were able to work with us and make recommendations. We’ve had solid customer service from the office team to the techs to the manager. As far as we see, they desire to do the right thing and ensure customer satisfaction. Would highly recommend them for maintenance of an existing unit or install of a new one! They also offer a whole house air scrubber (air purifier).

We were so fortunate to have received a referral to use Lifetimesz. Extremely professional, amazing customer service and great pricing. I received quotes from several competitors and Lifetime was the obvious choice. Local ownership who values your service as a customer.

We had a very difficult problem to solve. Every time we cooled our upstairs and downstairs at the same time our system would shut off and I would have to flip the breaker in order to get it to come back on. Our system is brand new so this shouldnt have been happening. They tried 3 separate times to troubleshoot the issue in the most cost effective way possible. The second time we replaced a part that should have solved the issue, however it did not. We went to sleep and our unit shut off again. I called to let them know and the next day a manager and technician came out to our house and spent hours to do everything they could to ensure this problem did not happen again. They were very apologetic that the part replaced did not solve the issue and did not charge to come back out as we had already paid for a problem to be fixed. they stood by their word and went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. I appreciate the responsiveness and courtesy extended to my wife and I. Problem has been fixed for a few weeks and we are all set now! Thank you!

Quick service response time for my mid year check up. Very courteous technician who explained everything. They honored the warranty of my compressor even though it was installed by a company they acquired a few years ago. Good job.

Our upstairs AC unit broke down Tuesday night, I called the Lifetime’z Heating and Air, after the company we had previously service our AC could not make it here until late afternoon the next day/ or morning after that. Lifetime’z promised to send someone out around noon. I received a 30 minute call ahead of time, and at exactly 12:00 p.m. their technicianChris was there to look into the issue, saying that most likely it was the capacitor that failed the unit to run. When starting to work on the AC, he pulled out a completely rusted through capacitor, that the mechanic of the other company who worked on the units all these years failed to notice ahead of time. Chris also noticed, that this specific AC unit for the upstairs level of the house was missing a hard start kit, which the other unit already had installed. Cooling fluid was also missing, one of the reasons why our AC never really did a great job lately getting the house cooled down. Just makes you wonder, why the previous company ignored these issues, which surely could have prevented the AC from shutting down during the hottest time of the year. And, the previous company had just been here around two weeks earlier for seasonal maintenance. After Lifetime’z’s repair service, that AC is kicking as if it were new! Clearly, Chris went about his work very professionally, honest and precise. I could also not help notice, that every time he went into the house, he put on floor protectors on his shoes, and, our house pets (cats and dog) came up to greet him, instead of, which is usually the case, running away and hiding somewhere from technicians. Pricing was very reasonable. We will definitely continue having our seasonal maintenance serviced by Lifetime’z, since their customers are obviously important to them.

A Technician came out to provide a winter maintenance checkup. He was on time, profesional, polite, and honest. He quickly took care of the business of making sure my system was safe and ready for the winter. I also signed up their bi-annual maintenance program... so now I dont have to worry about calling someone to come out. They will handle all that.

Recently used Lifetime’z in Carrollton to repair my heating and air conditioner unit. They were very thorough giving me a detailed estimate. They took the time to explain everything they would be going before I signed the contract. Once the job was scheduled everything was handled flawlessly. Phone calls from the office kept me updated on every step of the process. The contractors arrived promptly did the work in an efficient, neat and timely manner. I was extremely impressed.

They came out to perform a seasonal tuneup on our overly complex Air conditioning/heating system. While they were here, I mentioned an issue I noticed with the system. Each of the four rooms upstairs has its own thermostat and around a year ago one of the rooms wasn’t working so I called them out to take a look. They found a broken damper and replaced it. Everything seemed fine with no complaints from my daughter who’s room it was, but the following summer it became obvious that it wasn’t working quite right. However she was happy to turn her thermostat off and was comfortable what’s the temperature. Well now it’s February and I mention it to the technician who is doing the seasonal tuneup and even though it’s been months and months since they replaced the damper, he and his supervisor spent most of the day making sure that everything works the way it supposed to.For this they only charged to renew the seasonal tuneup service. This is the kind of service and professionalism I’ve come to expect from them.In my opinion they are the best Heating And Air-Conditioning service in DFW!

Our tech was Jason. He was very thorough with explaining everything he was looking at. He also completed the work in a timely, professional manner. We got the membership, as we have used this company before, to keep our systems running properly year round.

We used other big names a/c companies in the past, and the service and price has always been lackluster. Lifetime is way different. When i called them to set an appointment, their customer service was awesome.The staff member did everything possible to get me an appointment that day and kept in touch with me as to the arrival time of the technician.Jason, our technician came on time. He was incredibly professional and most of all, he communicated with me as to what he was doing. The best part was, the price. I couldnt believe that with all the work jason, our technician, had to do, the price was incredibly reasonable. I was really impressed. I would not hesitate at all to recommend this company. I needed someone to come out and diagnose a high pitched shrieking sound from the condenser motor. They originally offered to send a tech immediately, but I scheduled for later in the day. Jason came out and and did a great job of inspecting the system, presenting options for a fix and performing the work immediately. Fantastic same day service.

Replaced 2 separate systems at 2 different times and have had no issues with their work. Crews were very nice and protected our house during the jobs. Systems look clean and well installed. They have continued to maintain them over the last few years.

I am a long-standing customer and appreciates The great customer service. Within 15 minutes of the time window I received a call that the technician was on his way. This was followed up with a text that included a picture of the person to expect. Jeremy was prompt, polite & professional. He tuned up the heating system, fixed the part that was needed and answered all of my questions.

I’m proud to say LH&A went above and beyond to honor their warranty. I also wanted a while to make sure any follow up were handle the same way and I’m proud to report that LH&A made several follow visits at no extra cost. Imagine that!

From scheduling through the service completion, everything was very well and professionally done. I had to request delaying the arrival for an urgent need even we had a prescheduled time. Our heat pump stopped working on Easter Sunday and it got pretty warm inside the house. Fortunately a cold front came in that evening with perfect timing and cooled us off. I called at 8:30 Monday morning and Paul came out about an hour later. He confirmed that the unit died and that we would be getting a call to schedule the installation of a new unit. They came this morning and swapped it out in about an hour and best of all it was under warranty, not cost! Weve been a customer for over 10 years and theyve been great the whole time, thanks.

Jason has been performing our bi-yearly maintenance on 4 systems and we have appreciated his professionalism each time. Jason is also a very nice person and well met. She scheduled the appointment all by text, which was super convenient for me. I got a call from Carie 30 minutes prior to the technician arriving on the appointment day. Chris was awesome! Thermos went crazy after the 2021 blizzard so he came out and balanced everything and did a systems check to ensure functionality and safety were still in play. Truly appreciate how quickly they responded to my call and showed up sooner than expected. 100% team Chris!

Lawrence and his team did everything right from start to finish. I just purchased a new house that had 25 year old A/C unit. He came by to check on everything (I figured I was going to have to buy a new unit which I was looking forward to after buying a house) and said that everything was fine just to make sure that I had it serviced and regularly checked on. The best part about it all was that he took the time to educate me on best practices with my unit and furnace so I can make sure to maximize the life of them and SAVE money. I recommend them to anybody and everybody who is looking for a reliable, honest, and dependable company.

Jason did a great job and was very thorough. On time and prompt. I have issues with their pricing though. Lifetimez charged me the same amount to replace both capacitors on my compressor unit (outside) as if they were replacing one at a time on different days instead of together at the same time. Keep in mind the capacitors sit right next to each other and was no more work other than disconnecting two wires. $420 to replace two capacitors of which one of the capacitors is priced $16 retail. Then a $79 trip/diagnostic fee on top of that....no credit for getting the work done...? Crazy!

We always get fantastic service and expertise from Paul. He has been servicing our HVAC systems for about 15 years. Knows they systems line the back of his hand. We trust Paul with any level of work our systems require. Always on time, neat, professional and we know the job has been done right!

I have appreciated the people I have worked with, and this has been my best experience with them so far! I would probably give five stars if this had been my first experience, as they were quick to respond, quick to schedule, prompt and courteous in all interactions, and thoughtful problem solvers in how to approach a mystery leak.

They helped me nurse along my old system as long as we could. Wound up needing a new system. By noon the next day my house was at 72 degrees. They did a great job and at a great price. Highly recommend

This company did not install our unit, but they were able to remedy the problems caused by the company that installed it so badly. They have maintained it without any problems for at least 6 years. Their service people are skilled and courteous. Highly recommend them.

Lifetimez provides very professional and timely service. Our HVAC unit in our office went out in the middle of summer and Lifetimez understood how critical it was to provide a new unit ASAP. Our unit was replaced immediately and we lost no downtime. I highly recommend using them and will continue to use them for all of my residential and commercial needs.

Great company, I’ve used them on and off for maintenance. Always on time and professional. They have saved me thousands of dollar previously for finding a warranty I didn’t know I had to replace my AC.

Id give them zero star if I could. Go and find a more competent AC company.My two 4-year old AC units were not efficient late last year so I called Lifetimez to check them up. They told me my refrigerant level was low and there must be leaks somewhere in both systems and suggested a leak search. The technician claimed that he found a leak in coil on the lower unit and suggested me replace the coil. Then he filled up the refrigerant. When I called their office to schedule the coil replacement, I told them my AC units were still under 10-year warranty and the parts should be free. But they kept telling me my warranty had expired and trying to sell me coil of another brand. At the end, I had to dig my emails and find my warranty documents to prove to them, so that they finally agreed to give me the parts free. Another crew came a few days later and replaced the coil on lower unit. Up to this point, I had already paid $2000 to them on filling up the refrigerant and replacing the coil, and hoped this could solve my problem.However, in early spring of 2020 when I started my AC for the first time after the coil replacement, I felt my units were still not efficient. I called Lifetimez again and after the technician was done with the check-up he told me that the refrigerant of both units was completely gone. How could this happen? They claimed that something happened to the units, but I never used them after the coil replacement. They said that was my problem and they asked me to pay another $2000 to fill up the refrigerant and then they would do anther leak search. So basically, I would throw in $4000 for nothing. They claimed they did everything correctly and theres no possibility that this could be their fault. Is this the way to treat their customers?At this point, I totally lost confident on them and didnt want to work with them anymore. So I called the AC company (Hauk) that my builder recommended. They quickly found the leak on the upper unit and later did a full isolation test on the lower unit and thought that when Lifetimes installed the coil, they didnt tighten a bolt outside and therefore caused the leak on the lower unit. Hauk then replaced the coil on my upper unit and filled up refrigerant on both units FOR FREE. So far theyve been working great. I should really have gone to Hauk at the beginning.So dont be tricked by the low service call fee. It is more important to find a competent AC company, because their incompetency will cost you more down the road, not to say their higher refrigerant price compared to other companies, like Hauk.

I’ve used Lifetime’z air for years. They are locally owned, very responsive and professional. They have been my preferred service provider and just recently had them replace my HVAC system. When getting quotes for new a replacement, Lifetime’z provided the most comprehensive plan and best price out of all the other companies. They are not aggressive in their approach and seem to have the best interest of their customer at heart. Also, they offer Amana HVAC units which provide the best warranty out there.As for the install, they showed up on time, were professional, and left the place just as clean as when they arrived.I would highly recommend Lifetime’z air to anyone looking to have a reliable regular servicer of their home or business HVAC or looking to replace your current unit.

Found out yesterday that One Hour Heating & Air changed ownership. Called to schedule semi-annual maintenance/tune-up where I was told about the name change and was informed they would still honor all annual maintenance contracts - scheduled for noon appointment. Later in the evening AC started putting out an odd chemical/electrical smell, and after a couple hours stopped pushing air altogether. It was strange it crapped out the same day I scheduled maintenance, but what can you do? We were out of power all day Sunday following an intense storm which knocked power out to not only my town, but most surrounding cities. Tuesday evening rolls around and it looks like well be spending another day without AC. Apparently its common for abrupt power outages to cause central HVAC units problems. I called Lifetimez up and was told they could be out at 8 am. Now it looks like well be without AC today, Wednesday, as well. Turns out were dealing with a pretty severe electrical blowout. Was ecstatic to hear Lifetimez honors all One Hour warranties and contracts. Cant complain, they made it out fast and didnt make any attempts to wiggle out of warranty obligations (an issue Id had once before with One Hour, though One Hour did eventually see reason when pushed). Hopefully we get this sorted out soon, but at this point Im more than pleased with my experience. Will update later with any news. Tentative 5/5, anyway.

I had a new Trane XR 17 seer AC/Heating with duct system installed in my mothers home which was built in 1930. Previously, this 1930s home was cooled and heated by window units. Any home built during that period requires a well thought out plan prior to starting.Because of the due care taken by Lawrence and his team, the installation went smoothly. Even the city inspectors, both electric and HVAC were very complementary of the end results and work performed. Without hesitation, I would highly recommend Lifetimez Heating and Air .

I am not sure how it is a highly rated service. The technician who came to my house was not able to determine the cause of the Problem. He suggested to replace few parts and said he is not sure that would resolve the issue, he can tell only after the replacement of the parts. I will never call this service again.
