Greentech Engineering Heating & Air Conditioning

Our upstairs a/c unit quit working in July. We contacted our landlord, and they called Greentech who claimed they fixed it despite the fact that the upstairs temp never got below 78. I contacted the landlord again. This time Greentech replaced our thermostat. Nothing changed…temps still in the 80s. We contacted landlord again, and they informed us that Greentech stated the unit was fine. They claimed our thermostat was in a poor location which is why upstairs was not cooling. We’ve been in this home for 6 years…our thermostat is in the same location…and our a/c has worked fine until this Summer. Greentech says everything is working fine and our landlord agrees. The picture on the left was taken at night in the last week of October. Does it look like everything is working fine? The other two are readings were this Summer just after Greentech left and reported to our landlord that the a/c was working.

Ridicoulous service. They did an inspection in April and said they would need to order some parts. I followed up in May, and they replied saying the parts would arrive in the middle of that week. That was the last time I heard from them. They never replied to my messages since then.I tried for the last time in September and I finally gave up. By the way, they took my reusable filter when they did the inspection and havent returned it yet.Added 10/31: No idea who Erik is and what they are talking about. My issue was regarding air filter. Then he developed a plan that would address all of them. Under Lucas close supervision, Greentech Engineering crew installed new HVAC system and reworked/replaced airducts, to ensure proper airflow in the service area.Greentech Engineerings prices are reasonable, quality of work is decent, responsiveness is top notch. Great Company! Courtesy! Knowledgeable about AC in and out! I had a weird AC problem. First, i hired a popular company , named some#1. They sent 3 techs and couldnt figure it out, and sold me unnecessary repair. Then i decided to try this company. From the 1st phone call to the follow-up, they were very professional! and did not trick customers with unnecessary repair orders. My AC was making a very weird noise at condenser. I had two other contractors came 4 times and couldnt figure out the problem. And I paid $700 for nothing. Kai from Greentech Engineering came and spent almost 2 hours and found the issue was from the transformer in my furnace. After repair, everything runs perfectly! I paid them only $280 for the parts replacement. Dont waste your time and money to call some random guys who doesnt know what they are doing. Greentech is the right one to call!!! 100% recommend and will call them again!

This team is awesome! I have a really old AC system about 18yrs. They gave me several estimates of replacing the whole system. The installation only took 4hrs.They also offer us 1 year labor warranty. Excellent job and nice people.

Greentech replaced air handler for us. There were noise from the motor at the very beginning. I called them and they sent technician at first place. The noise problem got resolved.
