This is an update to my original review which was less than flattering. (Original Review for context) I called to get a Dryer Vent blow out. On our estimate, we were told that our old metal outdoor cap needed to be replaced due to it being heavily obstructive and not to code. We were quoted with the understanding that it would take several hours of labor to remove & replace the old cap, and the do the blow out. Total Estimate $481. We accepted the estimate due to the seemingly complex situation of the job and that the work would be of top quality. Their workers came out and finished the entire job in under 1/2 hour of time, apparently the old cap came off without any issue, a new cap that looks terrible was put in its place, and no issues with the blowout. I signed for the work because they did do what they said they would do and there was my mistake. I ignorantly thought they would adjust the estimate down to the actual work done, unfortunately, that is not what happened. I was told that I because signed that the work was done, there was absolutely nothing that could be done to adjust the price regardless that the labor did not match what was estimated. Im personally very disappointed with the work and in myself for allowing myself to be taken in for what I feel was unfair ride. Clearly, I was very upset and as you can see from the before photo below why. I want to give credit to Dandy Home Services for reading my review and taking responsibility for it. They reached out and listened to why we were so upset and sent out their top technician to fix the issues and make it right and to the quality of work we expected from such a highly rated company (please see the after picture). Very few service people do that and I am very grateful to be here amending my review.

I had 2 great experiences with DJ! He helped me with an Amazon Thermostat, helped fix my furnace, then helped connect everything to the thermostat/made sure it was active/working.DJ was great, professional, and knowledgeable. He was prompt, gave text updates when needed, and was polite to work with.Highly recommend them, I called several others but Dandy was the best!

In addition to Dandy Home Services helping us with our garage door, I would like to send a huge thank you to Dylan and Joseph for the duct and dryer vent cleaning. They were professional, on time, answered all my questions and very respectful. They explained thoroughly of what they were doing and showed us before and after photos and explained what was in the ducts. They completed the job in a timely manner and were very efficient. If I could I would give zero star!I had a slow drain at bath room sink that would take around 30 min to drain out water. I called the Dandy Plumbing repair and hope they can fix the slow drain issue.Its ended up totally blocked my sink drain. I am got charged for the service that has not resolved the problem but make it worse! Be aware of the services they provided.2/25 update: the company owner showed up to resolve the problem within 10 min. So its not about their service but the technican who didnt have skill to resolve the plumbing problem. upgrade the review to 4 stars.

Great, same-day service repair of garage springs by Josh and Zealand. Dandy Home Services from the beginning to end was professional, respectful, and knowledgeable. They made sure of the customer satisfaction and have earned my trust for their services in the future. I would highly recommend them, especially if you care about quality, honesty, and professionalism.

We love Dandy! Our dryer was useless! Clothes were spinning, but coming out wet and hot. The dryer would beep at me all day and we couldnt finish any loads of laundry. Addison came over to inspect the issue. He was professional and very helpful with our questions. In the end, we needed to clean the dryer vent and remove the screen on the roof. Dylan and Joseph came out to complete the job. They were quick, efficient, and very professional! Side note - it was a muddy day and they were super careful with coming in and out of the house which I appreciated. Great team - thanks!

I recommend Dandy Home Services for dryer vent cleaning. Addison was friendly, professional and explained the work that would be performed. The work was performed in the time window given. I even received a call letting me know that Addison would arrive towards the end of the time window given. I plan to use Dandy Home Services for future services.

Working with Josh and his team has been amazing! The communication was great. Service was excellent. I highly recommend working with this company for any HVAC or plumbing needs.

Everything started great, but it turned into an expensive nightmare.  I’ve never seen such unprofessional and inconsiderate quality from a business with this high of a rating before.  I used their service to clean the ducts. During their inspection, they noticed my supply Plenum was foul inside and recommended that I replace it. I agreed, so they built a new Plenum, brought it out, and hooked everything up after cleaning the ducts.  As it got into the 90° weather, I soon realized my office no longer had any air coming out of its vent and was getting extremely hot in there. This not only disrupted my work but also made the environment unbearable. I called them back out. They couldn’t find anything wrong, so I called him back out again because the ducts were leaking around the supply Plenum, and the Plenum itself was leaking where they connected it to my existing unit that houses the coil in the attic. I was essentially cooling the attic. On the second or third trip, they noticed that the duct wasn’t even connected to the register in the attic; it was just hanging loose there. They connected and worked on sealing up all the other leaks the Plenum had, and they left.  The next day, it was warm again outside, and I wasn’t getting barely any air in my office.  So I went to Best Buy and purchased a frigid air portable air conditioner for my office for $350 or so, which fixed it for the time being.  I kept telling the guys at Dandy that this is y’all’s fault. I never had this issue before y’all put in the new Plenum and hooked the ducts back up, but they gave me excuses that made no sense.A week or so later, I called another HVAC service to come out and look at some stuff and also tell me why I’m not getting any air in my office, and within two or three minutes, they said we knew what the problem was. It’s a short duct run from the Plenum to my office vent was pinched in half so that no air could get through.  What I determined is they damaged it while they were connecting ducts to the Plenum, and they just taped it up, which pinched the flex duct so much It was preventing any air from going through it. Dandy put on a new duct, and what do you know? I had air flow back in my office again! This new company also mentioned that one of the ducts was leaking and had a lot of condensation, and another duct that they connected to the Plenum didn’t have the worm fastened to the Plenum and was leaking as well.  I finally got a hold of the owner, and he offered to install a UV light and finally fix my duct right, and my office was back to getting air and cooling off.   I spoke to the owner a few times only one of the conversations (the first one)  was pleasant. In one of the conversations, I got heated and lost my temper, And I feel like I have every right to be upset because this has been a complete clown show. And then the last conversation we had, a day later, he lost his temper because he was upset that I got upset the day before... Give me a break. Despite the frustration and disappointment, I am relieved that the issue was finally resolved and my office is now back to normal. I can post pics and videos to verify my statements if anyone wants.

I have use Dandy Services before and they were great. So, I signed up for Bi-yearly maintenance of my HVAC system. Maintenance tech came on time and did the job. However there are some misses I would like to point out —1) I found that the filter on one of the furnaces was dirty and needed replacement. The technician told me that that all the filters were good2) The technician never gave me a system report indicating all the things he checked and signed offI sincerely hope that Dandy can get this right. I like the people and the service they provide. They can be even better if they can put in the appropriate controls on their services.

We had our ducts cleaned after a rebuild from storm damage. I would highly recommend Dandy Ducts. They were very professional, courteous, and on time. They did an excellent job in cleaning the ducts including the dryer vent. They also provide before and after photos for peace of mind! Thank you!

Sebastian was prompt and did a great job repairing the broken pipe. However no one from management was willing to address the water damage because it is the weekend. That is disappointing especially since Dandy was at fault.***EDIT: Dandy owners did end up coming through with resolution to this unfortunate accident in our home. They ended up addressing the issue with prompt attention and making sure the damage was resolved as quickly as possible. I appreciate their attention and have adjusted my review accordingly.***

We had an AC emergency and I called in to see about getting someone out here. Service appointment was scheduled for 1-3pm for the same day I called in. I got a text that they were on the way, and they arrive shortly after 12pm! AMAZING! Tanner was great, friendly, and knowledgeable. I love it when someone takes pride in their work and wants you to understand the unit, the issue, and the solution. Tanner did all of the above in a way that I understood. I can guarantee you that the next time we need something done around our house, Dandy Home Services will be our 1st call. This place is top notch!

Everyone was great. My problem was diagnosed quickly, and my family is back in a cool house. It was a terrible time to lose ac and we couldn’t stay here for a night, but these folks came out and were professional and quick. 12 pounds of Freon isn’t cheap I could’ve definitely spent more with somebody else

Addison came out and cleaned the ducts for my dryer. If I could give him 10 stars I would. He was so informative and friendly. He showed me the duct before and after. He did an AMAZING job, and he did it all with a smile on his face. He definitely is an asset to this company. Also, I just called for the service yesterday and he came out the next day. Jason came in to fix our garage door. We’ve only ever had a manual door that weighs about 50lbs. It’s always been such a hassle to go in and out of the garage.He gave us an automatic garage door opener with a side mount, and replaced our springs.Now, we use it everyday morning and afternoon to come in and leave the house. The whole family loves it!Today we had issues with one of the cables, causing the garage door to get stuck open. Jason quickly came to the house, fixed the issue, and tightened everything down. He went above and beyond to show us great service and we are so grateful!We love our new garage door opener. Thank you Jason!!

My dryer vent needed cleaning so called Dandy Home Services. The Service Rep was professional and cleaned up after the job. This is the 3rd time in 3 years I have used their services. I have also used their vent cleaning service after a remodel and they were great. I highly recommend this company!

Contacting the company was very quick and straightforward, they were able to schedule an appointment for me the same day. The technician was dressed professionally, very kind and knowledgeable. Unfortunately they were not able to clean my dryer vent because it is not in code but he advised me to contact my landlord and let me know it could be a fire hazard. I would definitely recommend this company.

Our technician was very knowledgeable about our dryer needs. Check the location of the exterior vent outside and in the attic. He moved the dryer and using a camera I could see the inside of the vent. There is nothing to be done at this time. The vent is clear. I will call them back in 2 years!

Tanner came over and went through everything thoroughly. He explained things in a simple, but detailed manner. We recently had an AC issue, and Tanner from Dandy Home Service came to our rescue. He was professional and courteous throughout the entire process. Tanner took the time to explain the problem clearly and fixed it promptly. We are very satisfied with the service and would definitely recommend Tanner and Dandy Home Service for any AC repairs.

Josh was the technician who took care of my garage door. He was fantastic, lubed the entire system, set the safety beam, tightened the chain on my door. He did everything he could to make me feel confident in using my garage door in the future. And all with a smile on his face. Appears to love his job and helping people and is knowledgeable about his craft. What more is there to say except you are lucky to have him as your employee.

Tanner came out about an hour after calling for someone to check out our AC (which is cooling well) and gave a great price and is able to come get it fixed tomorrow. Very friendly and explains everything well and was a pleasure to work with. Can’t ask for much more from an AC company.

I do not remember the name of the person who did the maintenance on our dryer vent, but he did a wonderful job. He explained everything that he was doing. He was very professional and friendly at the same time. I would highly recommend him if I knew his name.

The technicians named Richard and Rick from Dandy Home Services showed up on time and did an excellent job cleaning the air ducts and dryer outlet. They were professional, friendly, and courteous. We would recommend them to anyone in need of air duct cleaning.

I have used Dandy Home Services 3 times now for different services (Dryer vent install/ dryer vent cleaning and now an AC repair).This review is for my most recent experience for the AC repair. They wanted to charge me $430 to clear out my AC drain pipe plus a 3% fee to use a credit card! I asked them to email me an estimate (as they have done for other services) and I have yet to receive that email multiple days later. Even they knew how much of a rip off that price was and did not want to write it down. In the end I was able to hire another company to clear my AC drain pipe for $150 and now my AC is working just fine. I will not be using this company again and recommend you do the same.

I originally contacted Dandy Home Services to have my dryer vent cleaned. Their tech, Addison, came out and used a camera to image the vent, which was in fact quite clean. He then let us know, given the dryer usage and age of house, it probably would not need a first cleaning until the 3-4 year point (or about 2 years from now). He did not bill me for the vent check but asked for me to leave a review.It was very easy to schedule an appointment; Dandy followed up with emails and texts confirming the day/time and technicians name. The service was prompt and the pricing (though I was not billed) would have been very reasonable. Definitely recommend and happy to give a 5-star review!

I got my appointment within 24 hours so was happy about that. Technician Addison is very helpful, friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. I got my dryer vent clean quickly and professionally with 6 month warranty. My dryer vent goes to attic and roof so the charge was competitive. Highly recommended!

I was told that the cleaning would take 4-5 hours and they will do a thorough cleaning. But these guys did the work within 2 hrs. Based on the amount of work allocated, i had agreed to the pricing. If this was to be done within 2 hrs, i would NOT have agreed to the high price asked by the agent. Hence, I gave a 3 stars. The work done did not seem enough to justify the hourly rate to do this work. My house cleaner cleans my house thoroughly and charges 1/5 th the cost. Duct cleaning is simply highly overpriced service. None of the ducts were opened from the outside. I am thinking I was overcharged for limited service. Additionally, I saw dust sprayed over couple of areas, which was not cleaned up, which was a sign of a poor job. If one asks for high price, it should be thorough job too. The whole service seemed to me like poor value for the money charged.

Initially, I had written a bad review, since I had a situation where the Salesman had promised me something and the Techs said something else, which caused me to cancel their services. However like many things in life, it was a case of mis-communication. They requested a second chance and they (Joseph and Dillon), did an amazing job and lived up to the commitments made by Tanner (The sales person). Also had a personal visit from the Owner - Josh, to ensure they met all my expectations, and they did..!Joseph and Dillon, did a great job. They were very friendly, sober, calm and professional and did a very thorough job of the vent/duct cleaning as well as cleaning up after themselves.Appreciate it guys...!

Great company! Theyve been out to our house three times within the last year and completed outstanding work each time. Shout out to Tanner, whose Customer Service is second to none.

Addison did a great job cleaning my dryer vent! He arrived on time for my appointment and was friendly and professional. Addison explained the work that needed to be done and how much it would cost. He vacuumed the vent and duct work in the time estimated, which was about 20 minutes. My dryer is working like new again! I will definitely call Dandy Homes Services for future home projects.

So far my experience with this company has been exceptional. Everyone is extremely professional and nice. Its hard to inspect their work since its in the ducts. But seeing how everyone is here Im sure they did a great job. Would highly recommend.Update: 12/29/23So I figured I had to change my review until something changes. 2-3 months ago I had someone from Dandy come out just a week after they did my duct cleaning and tell me my large A/C unit is now dead. Since then Ive been asking for quotes to replace it. They have never sent a quote. Ive tried calling numerous times and they dont answer their phones. Ive left messages with no reply back to me. I dont know what happened. Makes me wonder if the quality of the work on the duct cleaning now.

The technician came in a verified what I suspected. I had another company come to clean my dryer vent, they told me that we needed a deep cleaning and tried to charge me almost $300 on top of the $90+ I had already paid. It did not make sense to me so I called Dandy. Come to find out, the vent was clean. The other company tried to rip me off. Dandy, thanks for being thorough and honest. Highly recommended and we will be calling you for our next cleaning!

Dillon and Joseph performed an air duct cleaning for me. They were both very professional and knowledgeable. They represented your company well. I had Josh out getting both garage doors working, late in the day. He did get one garage door working for me and we rescheduled to have both garage doors replaced and the following weeks. He explained the process he was going to follow, showed me pictures of the dryer vent, and gave his professional assessment. Tanner and Joseph are very friendly and took care of our dirty ducts with no issues. They made the process super easy, and cleaned up all dust and debris from the ducts.

They cleaned my air ducts and dryer vents. I could not believe how much dust and dirt was in them. Joshua and Jordan were both very professional and polite. My Fiancé and I work in the Medical profession and it was hard to find a company that would be willing to work around our schedule. We found one…Dandy Home service did an outstanding job on our home! We just had our house remodeled and went through several workers to finish a job... Not Dandy. They showed up on time and stayed late until the Job was finished!! Addison was informative and helpful as he determined I had quite a build up of lint and dust trapped in my dryer vent from years of neglect. Clearly, this is an important service we tend to overlook. His professionalism and courtesy throughout the process was appreciated.

Tanner was on time and professional! it seems my AC furnace blower motor is out, Tanner provided me with all needed information and scheduled me with one of his technicians to replace the blower as soon as possible.5-16- 24One of the Dandy Home Services technicians came by today and replaced the blower, everything is working now, perfect!

Addison from Dandy was professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough. He and Rick communicated with me during the day about when he’d be by to complete the work. The price was reasonable and the service was excellent. I’ll be glad to use again!

Sebastian from Dandy was awesome. I had two other companies come out to take a look at a few of my rooms that wasn’t getting enough air flow. The two other companies quoted such high prices and wanted to do extra stuff I didn’t ask for, but Sebastian listened to our needs and was able to come up with an affordable solution that did the trick. He was very professional and courteous. I highly recommend Dandy and Sebastian for your HVAC services.

I recently had my ducts cleaned by Dandy Home Services, and it was an excellent experience. Their service was top-notch, and the team demonstrated professionalism, punctuality, and knowledge. The cost was reasonable for the thorough 3-4 hours they spent making my ducts squeaky clean. I highly recommend their transparent and efficient services.

June 2023I got the BEST customer service experience…they saved us thousands of dollars… We had an air conditioner company come out to look at our air conditioner that wasn’t working. The company told us that we had to replace it. We decided to get a second opinion you guys came out, looked at our air conditioner and $250 later it was up and running with no issues thank goodness we got a second opinion. … I highly recommend them!!!

The staff was very polite and professional. There were a few issues, mostly due to the age of the home, but the team addressed everything accordingly. I am very happy with Dandy Home Sevices and will definitely call them again when needed. Thank you Richard, Joseph, and Addison.

They did an excellent job, would definitely use their services again. Our dryer was taking 3 or 4 cycles to fully dry clothes. I called them up and Addison quickly discovered that a past DIY job was done incorrectly. After fixing the issue and cleaning the duct, my dryer works like it is brand new.

We had an emergency a/c outage on weekend, and Dandy Services came out within 24 hours. Quick, kind and efficient; we love these guys!

I would like to commend Josh from Dandy Home Services for providing a personal service on Dec 27, 2023. My vehicle had ran out of gas in the middle of the street. He waived and shouted as he pass me. As I was walking with a gas can, this amazing person has purchase some gas and was returning to help. I offered to pay for the gas, but he refused. Additionally, he put the gas in the vehicle himself. I can only imagine what outstanding professional service this company provide to their customers. Thank you Josh.

Josh from Dandy home services was punctual and knew what he was doing. He worked quickly and resolved the issue with our door in no time. We highly recommend Dandy and will use them again.

They were quick to respond by sending a technician the same day. However, technician did incorrect diagnosis of the AC problem and tried to rip me off by selling 4 lbs of Freon at ridiculously high price. I didnt go forward with him. Next day it was diagnosed correctly by another technician from another company. He checked and told me there was NO Freon depletion..

Joseph and Dylan did an awesome job at cleaning my air ducts and vent covers. They used a disinfectant that smelled very clean and fresh. The were very professional and did a great job.

They came the very next day and fixed my garage door in a very efficient amount of time. Jason explained all my options and did a wonderful job and cleaned up after!!

The two young men that did the work were respectful and professional. Dylan did a great job of explaining what they both would be doing, he answered all my questions, showed me before and after pictures to help me see and know what he had done. Jordon also explained what her was doing particularly when working on the dryer cleaning. They both cleaned up where needed. The are fine young mean and did a great job.

Dandy Home Services was prompt, polite, and patient with my furrr...ocious pup! Since our ducts and dryer vent were cleaned, we no longer see dust particles flying in the air, and we have noticed less sneezing! Our house is professionally cleaned biweekly, so it did not appear dirty; hence why this service is needed even if the home upkeep is consistent. I give reviews very sparingly; however, Dandy deserves regards! I highly recommend!

Dandy came out to my home and provided exceptional service! Stephen came out and provided me with a no cost estimate and informed me of the their whole process. Noah and his partner came out and performed the work. They were both very knowledgeable and reiterated exactly what they would do. My house was kept clean and I already feel like breathing fresh air! Oh and lets not forget the admin team who provided up to date reminders and times for my services. Communication was great! I would recommend this company to everyone and definitely use them again.

Overall happy with the new garage doors installed at my home. Alex and the other employee that showed up were professional and fast. The other thing I liked is I had direct contact with Josh, who is one of the owners. He did return calls. My only complaint is that when the install crew ran late, I was not called to let me know the schedule changed. I had to call to find out what was happening.

Dandy cleaned my clothes dryer duct. The tech arrived on time. Upon inspection he said my vent was in rather good shape, did not really need a deep clean, and the price would be considerably lower than a full cleaning. As it had not been cleaned for a very long time I opted to pay for the higher cost full sweep. It’s rare to see this kind of honesty with contractors. I highly recommend Dandy if you need any services they offer.

I called Dandy for a dryer vent cleaning quote, they were able to accommodate me for an appointment a week later. The engineer was polite and showed up on time. Unfortunately he arrived knowing that the camera he brought to expect the vent had a dead battery, was not working, and he wouldnt be able to provide a quote for cleaning.He visually inspected the duct in the attic for about 25 minutes, told me it was not up to code, and quoted me a minimum of $1400 to bring it up to code. Without this, he said he would be unable to do the cleaning. He did not provide a quote for the dryer vent cleaning, the reason I called and I waited at home for them to arrive, because he had no way to inspect the dryer vent.

I called Dandy based on the reviews online my expectations were fully met. Hottest day in July—I was worried we might need to leave the house with 3 large dogs in tow. The crew was professional and even found a couple of things that needed fixing at no extra cost. I was really happy I didn’t have to leave the house which is also my home office. My AC is definitely running more efficiently.

Initial consultation was nice and seemed legit. Have had multiple issues since. Every time we call they say someone will call us to come out and they take days to get back to us. The first person typically comes out and “diagnoses” the issue to send ANOTHER person out and then that person “diagnoses” the issue completely differently. Note to Dandy: if you’re going to involve 3 people in the process, stick to one story. The installers were in our attic complaining about getting paid $9/hour. The sales people always gripe about driving all around town for service appointments like that’s something customers should have to hear about.Overall we’re in a worse position with our system than we started and it’s still not fixed after 5 visits.Would love to update this post with a positive outcome, stay tuned Google friends.

I had an appt on a Tuesday and the salesman was incredibly polite and professional. I had my returns and ducts cleaned, sanitized and dryer vents cleaned. Overall an excellent experience. It was less than an hour after I called that someone was alerting me that they were on their way to my house. The technician looked at the issues diagnosed what we needed made suggestions which we went with, and the problem was fixed within two hours. I would use DD Home services again.

Job is done perfectly. Associate was very open to discuss suggestions and trying them to solve the problem. Dryer Vent was clogged while cleaning it with brush attached with rods. It was removed and now working great.

The first guy that came to clean my dryer vent was great so I signed up for whole house duct cleaning. The guys that came to do the duct cleaning were an hour late (sure it wasnt intentional but somebody could have let me know), half my vents were put back up with the slider all the way closed so I had to get up on a ladder to open them, one was installed backwards so I had to take it off and put it back on correctly, and they said my invoice would include before and after pics and it didnt.

The entire crew was professional from start to finish! They came in, assessed the areas needed to be serviced and went to work quickly and efficiently. They did my entire upstairs & downstairs ducts and vents, AC Plenums, Dryer vent, installed a UV system in each AC, and installed a new duct where it was needed. I had a quote from another vendor that was 2/3rd of what Dandy charged me yet that was ONLY for the Upstairs and Dryer vent! Great job!

Checked out dryer vent - very clean but, when roof was replaced 6 months ago, screen was left on, which is restricting air flow from dryer. Appreciate the services from Dandy Home Services. Got the Vents (Entire house + Dryer). The two technicians who came were very professional. Explained me why they are doing the specific activity, how it was earlier to cleaning and pictures after cleaning.

Very responsive and focus. By the time they left after installing a very extremely overpriced expensive part and paying in full the A/C was working or appears to be. I can’t given them a 5 star due that the part installed is a universal part that fit almost every unit in the US. They should carry with them considering that the price in bulk is less than 60 but they charge 10 times. Oh well everything is too expensive today.

I had my dryer inspected by another company and was told by the repairman that my dryer wasnt the problem it was the dryer vent and they didnt clean them, so a 3 minute assessment cost me $85.00! I called Dandy Home Services because of the 5 star reviews I read. I was given a time window and they actually came earlier than expected. Once Addison and Josh arrived they had me turn on my dryer so they could see what was going on outside with the vent. Addison asked me to accompany them outside, so I could see inside the dryer vent and see what needed to be done. Upon assessment we all discoved that my dryer vent was clean and there was a little dust inside, but did not need to be cleaned. Addison and Josh, explained to me what I need to do to take care of my dryer vent. Once we went back inside my house my dryer was making a terrible noise, so its a dryer problem after all. I was not charged for the service call as promised from the original call when I set up my appointment. Please, if you want a company thats open and honest, Dandy Homes Services is it!! I will definitely, use them again! They offer so much more than dryer vent cleaning for your home. Thanks again guys!!

In April They came to fix my Garage door , They charged me 600 dollars , well, when you pay this much you expect that work at least for few year and you dont face any issue ,but after 5 months . again garage door came out of rail and was already felt down , this time I called two other companies to come and see and give me a quote , both of them told me the one which fixed five months ago didnt do good job , and it is better to call them again since it is their fault they have to come and fix it with no charge , so I called Dany home again ( my biggest mistake/once bitten ,twice shy ) they came , they didnt accept it was their faultthey listed some other reason ,anyway I needed the Garage door fix ASAP , and they charges me for total 500 dollar again this time . 130 Dollar of that is for Nylon Bearing Rollers (long stem) which in amazon it is $27. ( yes they charge me 6 time more ) and I am 100 percent sure it wont last for few months . it will break again , but for sure I never ever come back to this company . It was the last time I called them .Long story short , if you have Garage door issue NEVER call them ,they will come and fix the way that they can come again in six month and again charge you .it was a very expensive experience , but now I know I should never trust the ADs that comes in mail. and companies that do several type of work , are not expert in none of them.I dont recommend them at all.

Our dryer kept giving a low airflow signal. The young gentleman came to the house and did a great job, clearing the line as well as pursuing an additional problem. They identified the fact that I have an incorrect vent on top of my roof, which greatly reduces the airflow through my dryer. I will use this company again.

I have had several service calls on our dryer. The problem ended up being the vent. Called Dandy and they were very prompt with their service. The vent discharge went gosh knows where and it was necessary to rework the point of discharge. The job was completed in a very professional manner. I did not obtain an estimate prior to having the work done and it was more than I anticipated but well done nevertheless. If necessary I would use them again.

Very professional!! My dryer was not working and showing D95 error. Addison Neely was able to find the root cause by inserting a camera down the vent. It was clogged due to water in the vent as my daughter put soaking wet blankets for drying. He was able to remove the water and fix the problem in short time. Now it turns Interesting as Mr.Addison did not charge me a PENNY as he was able to fix it in 15 mins and as per him it’s small fix. But for me it saved my day!! Great going guys!! Initial service call was missed and rescheduled for a day later. Tech showed 2 hours after the noon to 3 pm window. Once Tech showed up, he was able to diagnose and fix the problem within minutes. The 4 rating was due to the missed service window, not the tech.

I called this morning for dryer vent clean out and they came out within a couple hours and fixed the issue within 5 minutes. VERY reasonably priced as well!!!

Courteous and initially polite, but be sure to check out their workmanship before making payments including any extra gratuity. I was told to be first one to complain, but have to wonder then if others simply do not check to see what was actually done. My many issues related to compliance with manufacturer’s installation requirements and industry standards. These were important issues such as installing airflow direction-sensitive devices backwards in the air handler of my HVAC system, and strapping dampers down in closed position so some rooms had no air flow, and improper wiring of UV light system such that there would be excessive ozone released in the home. On the third return, they were admitting of not being a good fit for my needs complaining about multiple return trips to get things right, so their threat was to rip out the system, and provide refund. I pointed out the reasons for multiple trips were primarily not doing it right in the first place and then not having necessary parts so rework could be completed in a single return trip. It was their choice to return without necessary parts to do a complete job, and I even suggested waiting for all parts. They had no concern about the inconvenience it imposed on me. No documentation such as warranty and user manual was provided, other than what I found discarded along with the other trash left in my attic floor and insulation. Such trash included manufacturer’s wire strain relief connectors and warning labels that were not installed as required, leaving 120VAC wires against sharp metal edges under a vibrational environment, and no warning about installed UV lights that can damage eyes if looked at. I only received verbal and conflicting information on the warranty, depending on who within organization was providing it, so what is the official warranty?!. Maybe had their inspector who emphatically and embarrassingly agreed with my complaints followed through with his promise to personally be involved with the initial return visit, things would have been different, but he did not show. Since they sounded very sincere about maintaining 5-star rating by providing extraordinary service, I asked them how they would rate themselves in light of what has been my experience. Since no response, I am providing this review. When the crew hands you their I-pad for payment, be sure you first do a thorough walk through before signing for payment and especially checking the tip box. Don’t be fooled like me with their polite expression, it is the quality of work you need. Apparently, this is why they admitted not being a good fit for me.

I heard about Dandy Duct Services while I was listening to WBAP 820 A.M. (the Todd Tramonte program) and I can honestly tell you that its one of the best things Ive done for my home!!! By the time they left the air in my home just smelled cleaner, they cleaned up & left absolutely NO mess whatsoever!!! The next time I need my ducts cleaned (3 to 5 years is recommended I guess) I will be calling Dandy Duct Cleaning Services and asking for Steven & Reggie!!!

Very very brief maintenance visit. Didn’t seem thorough. I wasn’t comfortable either with his answers to my questions , such as about checking for gas leaks. Nor my question about the dust in my bedroom, which he was supposed to refer for a supervisor call. Two days later, no-one has called. I don’t think he did much if any cleaning of the machine either. The electronic air cleaner was not cleaned. Definitely not worth the hundred dollars!!Fast forward to May 2023. Dan and Josh came out for spring maintenance. They seemed thorough enough, but the system never worked quite right after they left, blower always running on high (we have a 2-speed fan) when low was more appropriate, not seeming to cool even though it was running constantly (and using an outrageous amount of electricity!).Saturday, July 29, 7:20 pm. AC system totally stopped working. We have their maintenance agreement and were promised priority service. After trying the thermostat, etc., called them. Got a recorded message, pushed 2 for Emergency. The phone rang and rang, then the same recorded message came up. Pushed 2 again and the same thing, no answer. Mercifully the AC started up on its own about 30 minutes later.Monday, July 31, 8:45 am. Called the office. Told them no-one had answered the emergency line. Guy who answered didnt seem to care. I asked for manager to call back, 56 hours later, no response. Luckily he set up a service call with Sebastian who was marvelous. Sebastian found that someone had set the dip switches wrong to a 4-ton unit instead of the 5-ton that we have. That corrected the problem and the AC runs perfectly, low speed and not constantly like before.There has been a lot of turnover in management, and all the ones I knew had left. I havent been able to reach any of the current managers. BUYER BEWARE!

Excellent customer service. Can right in and diagnosed the issue and fixed it quickly. Signed up for the annual maintenance plan which seems like a no brainer.
