Had a warranty issue that couldnt seem to get solved. Orlando and Layla helped get it taken care of. The store itself is clean and well organized and the five stars are for the folks that work there. But Trane itself needs to make some adjustments to accommodate customers. At this point in time we prefer some of their competitors over them because of the over corporitized policies....Fat cats at the top need to take a clue....

Just showed up to Trane in ( Carrolton ) five minutes before they close , Ester first one to greet and the first one to offer her help when above and beyond to help me at a time when most people would run took the time to go in the back and find me what I needed for an emergency call to make sure that I had air for an elderly couple. I don’t normally leave reviews but in her case she deserves one as well as a raise for her technical expertise and customer service skills. No teamwork or employee training.Arrived at the store needing an evaporator coil under parts warranty. The coil has been superseded since 2014 and the computer wouldn’t give her the new serial number and she didn’t know how to look it up. She was needing help and no one would help her ,so she was clueless. I had to call the Garland store so Taylor could help me.. he found the coil I needed and ordered it for me. And to imagine why Trane is laying off employees, can’t for the life of me figure out why? You need help training your staff, please let me know..
Counter sales sucked today. You Need to hire people that arent lazy. If it wasnt from carrier trane would be dead last. Trane used to be top notch in the 90s and early 2000s. The counter sales guys had hvac experience and knew what parts you were looking for. You had great tech support and training. When Im waiting in line and Im next and your employee ask for a easy one like will call to skip over me that is just lazy. If someone is at the sales counter and doesnt want to help and is not doing anything put them in another room.
Ordered a part for my customer June 28 2016, its been over 3 months and I still dont have the part on a 4 year old system. All i keep getting is they are changing manufactures. In the mean time I have an upset customer that they dont care about.
Didnt know it. You can shutdown on site. Unloading to awhile. The staff is friendly & professional. If you are delivering sappi, get there early.
