Delivery is for app extrict .Unloading 19:00 at night.started Recieving is between 16 & 24.

The staff here know how to run an efficient operation. Very busy location and they seemed to ask be taking care of 2 or 3 people simultaneously. I was able to get the parts I needed and headed back to the job in a timely fashion.

Came 20 minutes early for 10pm appointment. Nobody here. Called rang buzzer etc. went back to my truck. Saw a guy headed in. Stopped him asked how to check in. He let me in. He took my paperwork and gave me a dock immediately. Took an hour to unload a full truckload. I came in the wrong way and had to blindside between 2 trailers in the dark but got it right in there. Decent experience.

This Lennox store is the worst, the staff that works serving the customer is the worst I have seen in my years of experience in this great country, when a person is treated with racism it is the worst thing that exists, the truth is not I know how they have that staff there working, first they told me that the store was closed while there was still time to close and then they did not want to sell me a product when they had it in stock, the truth is sad, I personally do not recommend anyone buy the This store .

Appointment was at midnight got here at 2325 spent 20 minutes to get someone to answer the door and it is now 0245 and still haven’t started to unload my truck yet. Went inside to talk to the person as to why my truck wasn’t getting unloaded and said he lift was dead and not charging but I was at the empty dock next to my truck and saw him hop onto his forklift and started riding around the warehouse. Finally got unloaded at 0400.

Great service. Also Kenneth Tackett is very helpful . Helped me with my Warranty paper work . He should get promoted.

I can look past the waiting in long line just because they help me stuff my whole order into my very small and already loaded van they did not have to help me but because of that I give them a five star rating! also they give you free name brand soda while you wait!

Dont arrive late here, its better to cancel the load , because if you arrive late because of traffic jam or whatever reason that they dont care they will reschedule the appointment , they left me from monday to thursday at 11:59 pm , so a whole week stranded there just for arriving late .

I always enjoy coming to this location. The wait can be long when waiting on parts from the DC, but the counter people are always fun to work with!

Customer service could be better, some of them at the counter are friendlier than others. One of the ladies at the counter needs a little more formal education. And she should be a little kinder to everyone who walks in there.

Horrible service. The drive thru setup is bad. I placed order online. Went up here to pick it up. Front doors are locked. So you gotta call to get your parts. I was outside on hold for 15mins-20. I had to go. Lennox, every HVAC supplier/distributor has opened. Ylu need to open. Thank God I dont sell Lennox equipment.

I am a professional HVAC licensed contractor. I only go to the store when I have to and theres no other place to get the part because the experience and the people that work here are so unpleasant unpleasant. I would avoid this location like the plague if you can. The manager Brandt is very hard to deal with and unrealistic his expectations of the industry. The front desk girl signs at you upif you make her look up something. I would go to any other Lennox location at all costs if possible to avoid this horrible experience.

Real nice office and warehouse staff quick and easy unload. Check in is in the middle by handicap spots

Drive from Monroe to Shreveport to get a compressor that was supposed to be shipped there. Got there and it wasnt there so ended up driving to Dallas to get 1 and still got charged a $100 freight charge but was in a bind and needed it right then so I cant complain bcuz they did have it in stock and I got it in hand that day

Great place to go if you like to wait around for horrible service and have an entire day to do so. And may the gods help you if you need to use your warranty to get a part replaced.

Carlos, Brent, Corey and their entire staff do an excellent job. This location is attached to Lennoxs distribution center so you can pretty much get whatever piece of equipment you need right away.

When they tell you 35 minutes they really mean 2 hours. None of the staff knows whats going on they just waste your time and your money.

Josh was the worst customer service I have ever had. 25 years in this industry and this was a first. Thanks for going the extra mm.

Have to wait almost every time I come but customer service is good complimentary water, soda, and coffee always available.

With a new manager, counter and warehouse employees this storehas stepped up their game. And being next door to Lennox RDC is a plus for all your HVAC needs.

The most rediculce customer service.You walk in and pay for your part,then they send you to the ramp out side waiting 30 minutes to bring the part from the next ware house over.

Great guys they come in early and work quick to unloaded your truck.

Everytime I come here I get the run around. I will never recommend a lennox product to my customers.

Terrible, left without my part, they wont answer phone and leave you on hold for 45 min while I spoke face to face with the very guy I was on hold with.

Its like a whole new company. Fast, curious, knowledgeable. Exceeded my expectations.

Quick in and out and the guys and girls at the counter have a wicked sharp sense of humour.

They are slow always one guy on the lift and in no hurry to get you out of there.

Lennox is a quality brand and my preference for HVAC units. PartsPlus is the retail stores that cater to HVAC technicians.
