We Called 4 times. Someone kept Picking up phone and Kept hanging up with a bang.Not sure why? Has anyone experienced it from their staff?

Terrible company to do business with. Came in to get some refrigerant, they couldnt find my company and wouldnt sell me refrigerant with my epa card on hand. Never had a problem at other locations. Went to Carrier Enterprise instead and even saved $36.

For Contractors only.They usually have the parts I need, and as far as time spent getting in and out they are the quickest in the area.They are around 10% higher on parts than the competition, however.

Very helpful staff. Even had the area tech support offer to come out to a job I was having trouble with, didnt end up needing. The staff at the store was also very helpful.

Weve purchasing parts here for years. They always get to us quickly and never have to wait too long. Good guys here. Good inventory as well.
