Staff is awesome. Well trained, polite and super cool guys

They charge the contractor for parts that should be covered under warranty. Had bad compressor that was under warranty took it with me for the warranty exchange. They wanted me to pay the full price of the compressor which was 1200 dollars. Then they saidWill refund your money in 2 weeks if everything checks out. 32 years in this industry never see any thing like it . That would be like tell the customer to pay me 1200 for a warranty. When everything checks will refund your money. Dumb will never by goodman ever again. Goodman has the highest warranty turn over rate in the industry because its cheap equipment and it doesnt have a warranty anymore.

Good Place for HVAC in Dallas. The contactor in my Trane unit died over the weekend. I did not feel like waiting for a week for the OEM replacement to come through Amazon. Looked on the website, called their customer service guys and picked it up after work. Really good option for local HVAC parts in DFW.

The worst ever place to get unloaded it takes long wait they just stayed inside office they don’t care about the driver if you ask to get unloaded early they don’t even answer politely. Please don’t go there
