Customer service horrible, in the middle of summer there is 1 person working the counter, approached manager and he basically did not care that there was 11 people in line, Goodman has gone downhill. Hopefully you have a different brand of unit,

Goodman warranty is rip-off . Warranty misleading they charge the contractor for warranty part full price. See the store for details. Even if a contractor has charge account there charging you up front for warranty parts. On the warranty policy it doesnt say anything about the contract have to pay for warranty parts. Class action lawsuit coming soon.

Terrible customer service. Was on hold for 35 minutes. The lady would answer and i said i have already been holding for 20nminutes and she puts me right to hold again. Then at 35 minutes a black guys voice comes in and says can i help you. I say yes and that I have been holding for 35 minutes he then puts me on hold and then after a minute hangs up. They are now closed. I have all the call recorded. They should both lose their job.
I needed a indoor coil for a customer that was told the coil was out of stock until November (5 months out).The parts guys found me a coil and got it to me in 4 days. Made the home owner very happy.
I love Goodman prices but I agree with the other contractors bad customer services and the lady the Hispanic one in the counter she don’t have any experience we have a warranty part we have the old one with us and she still want us to paid for the part when the part was under warranty mamy you need to be better
I went there to pick up a part and the tech at the front counter just doesnt react to any great custumer services he doesnt even look you in the eye to acknowledge you or says hello. Just collects my money and pushes my order over the counter toward me with out saying anything(Not even a thank you or have a nice day!).I thought that was rude Custumer serviceAnd its like that all the time i go there to pick up partsThis place needs alot of custumer service TRAINING!!!!!!!!!
Cant go lower than 1 star...inside counter sales is slow but when u FINALLY get thru them then the REAL slowness starts. 30 plus minutes is the norm to pu and load material. People park CONSTANTLY in the pu zones where gates are and just disappear inside blocking off any attempt to pu and warehouse staff allows it rather than moving people out of the way for pickups. I recommend going any where else honestly.
Get in and out with what you need. Customer service could use some work, a little rough around the edges. Do not go in with a bad attitude or the whole place seems to shut down around you.
Slowest place to pick up equipment and parts. Staff doesnt care about their customers. And its not just one time its everytime you come here

Several employees walking around and not one has asked me if Ive been helped Ive been here an hour. Employees are terrible so that means management is terrible. Avoid this location if you can. Thumbs down for sure
They used to have really good help. Not so much now. Go to garland or Allen branches. Much better service
This location has horrible service counter guys won’t take the time to bring small items like miscellaneous to the front desk they just send you to park in dock, but they have time to joke around in the back!
Picking up is as slow as Christmas. Waiting and waiting for someone on a regular basis. Slowest distributor in town.
Be ready to wait 45min to one hour,, one of the slowest supply ,,, plus they get new people to load the equipment with no experience at all
