This team was so nice! I pulled in an hour or so before they closed on a Saturday to see if they could replace a missing stud and lug nut on my Volvo so it would pass inspection. They went out of their way to work me in, and I was out in less than 30 minutes. Definitely coming back!

I got my transmission replaced on a 2012 bmw 3 series and they had it done in under 2weeks.I payed a reasonable amount and chris took care of me.I would recommend this because I didn’t have any problems .

Good for simple work. Incorrectly diagnosed me with a head gasket leak and quoted a hefty price, only for me to take to another shop that correctly found the issue. Would be funny if the other shop didnt immediately call it based on my model… Shows a lack of knowledge for the vehicles.

Have brought several of my euro make cars to them and they always take great care of them. Chris is very helpful and even sent me pictures of the work that needed to be done on my benz. Honest mechanics are hard to find nowadays… will definitely recommend them to friends & family.

Would highly recommend. (CLS550 air suspension replaced) Had my car towed here and Chris got me in and out with a quick turn around time. Fair price and no issues. My husband and I have been taking all of our vehicles here for repairs since 2012. Chris and his crew are professionals at repairing all types of vehicles. We dont have any foreign autos at all. The prices are fair and competitive and they also have coupons on their website. I trust these guys completely with my Camaro, Jeep, Dodge and Buick. They are always very busy so sometimes it takes an extra day or two for repairs, but it is well worth the wait for honest mechanic work that is guaranteed!

This was the third time I have had my vehicle worked on in this shop.All I can say is Chris is a true professional and excellent mechanic.I called him on Tuesday afternoon and he had me in the next morning. He finished the job quicker than he said and for lower than his estimate (which was 33% lower than the local BMW dealers).If you need repairs call him now.He will not disappoint you.

Worst experience with a repair shop, EVER! Do NOT take your vehicle here for repairs. Theyll break things and say they are not responsible for any repairs! I took my car here to have a new value body installed. After a few months, they called me to pick up my car. I drove away and after 10 mins the engine lights came on during driving it, and I immediately called Chris to explain about the engine light. Chris immediately raise his hands up and said that all he did was the labor on the transmission, so I would have to call my protection warranty about the transmission that was sent to him. The engine light code read to be a oxygen sensor, and the care window module was out, plus the car rolled back while I was trying to park. I texted Chris about the situation and all he could tell me is to take it to the dealership for them to diagnose for a charge of $187. Well, the dealer had my car again for 2 more weeks before calling and figuring out what was the diagnoses on my car. I paid just shy of $800 because they let the car sit up for 2 months without starting it or working on the car at all. And it was just sitting in their parking lot, unattended to, for weeks at a time! My car was scratched badly on the left side and some scars on the driver side of the vehicle while parked outside unattended. This has been a huge inconvenience, and without any mention of compensation ever. Terrible workmanship, and horrible customer service. ZERO integrity, 100% incompetent. Please BE AWARE!

In a perfect world, a car would never need repairs. But in our world full of imperfect people, who make mistakes, damage is done and corrections must be made. Such was my situation after I made a significant miscalculation while piloting my roll machine. However, the experts at European Car Care were able to assess the damage, worked with my auto insurance, and got all the work done in a timely manner. Significant damage takes significant time to repair, but the state of the world meant I did not have many places I could go anyways.After the work from my own mistake was repaired, I took in another vehicle for the work that is required due to normal deterioration of components that I have no knowledge of. Routine maintenance they call it, even though it is a very infrequent routine.Theyre quick to diagnose, and look out for their customers to provide great service.

I recently was looking to buy a car in Carrollton, TX while living in Edwards, Colorado. I contacted Chris at European Car Care to help me with a pre-purchase mechanical inspection. Chris arranged the inspection, contacted the sales agent, got the car to his shop, did theinspection and basically spearheaded the whole project for me so that when I arrived to purchase the car I had total piece of mind. He was courteous, knowledgeable and treated me like I was part of his shop family, and I am grateful for his expertise. I highly recommend European Car Care to everyone for their import repair needs.

Worst experience with a repair shop, EVER! Do NOT take your vehicle here for repairs. Theyll break things and accuse you of doing it! I took my car here to have 4 new BMW OEM shocks installed. After a few weeks, they called me to pick up my car. I drove away with a constant loud rattle noise, which Id never heard before, and nervous about safety to drive it like that. They also broke my sunroof (which Ive never had any issues with), but didnt know how, or how to fix. At first, they tried accusing me of breaking my sunroof! Told me to take it to the BMW dealership for them to diagnose for a charge of $187, which they said they would cover for me, as well as repairs. Well, they had my car again for 3 more weeks before calling me to pick it up again. They did fix the sunroof, but no refund on that diag fee, and still no resolution on the loud rattle noise after the new shocks were installed. Also, this time I picked it up with the trunk light exposed and hanging by the wire without the harness. What happened to the light? Where is the rest of it? They dont know. They also dented the doors this time (and damaged the paint). They did a sloppy job trying to hide the evidence with touch up paint (and of course they never mentioned anything about it). Now, I have kept my cool and been very patient with this guy. It has been several months now, and the only issue resolved to date, is the sunroof. This past Saturday I went up there for a refund on my diag fee and to ask about the trunk light (theyve been ignoring my phone calls and texts). He said hed write me a refund check next week, and hed order the part for the trunk light, should have the part Monday, and for me to bring my car back on Monday for it. It is now Weds and they do not have the part. I do not have a refund yet either. He told me there is a 1 year warranty on parts and labor for the shocks. However, he also told me he will not fix the loud rattle noise that appeared after I dropped it off there for the new shocks. Again, I was told to go to the BMW dealership for them to diagnose the noise! And right after he said that, he told me once they put the trunk light back in (the way it was before I dropped it off), to never bring my car back to their shop again! Ive been seriously taken advantage of here! I paid just shy of $2,000 for those shocks, only to get my car back in worst shape then when I dropped it off! And it was just sitting in their parking lot, unattended to, for weeks at a time! A huge inconvenience, and without any mention of compensation ever. Terrible workmanship, and horrible customer service. ZERO integrity, 100% incompetent. Pretty obvious why they are NOT accredited with Better Business Bureau (BBB)! BEWARE.

$250 for a pre-purchase inspection.They said they couldnt check the oil because they couldnt find it, didnt mention the 10 check engine codes I found with a scan on it afterwards, and the car they said had no major issues has been in and out of the dealership service center for not starting.They didnt leave the inspection report with car and havent responded to my follow up email questions.Save yourself some time and money and take your car to a shop that knows what they are doing.

My experience with European Car Care was awful. I went in with my AC not blowing out cold air. They diagnosed it with a bad condenser and compressor. It took them 2 days to fix it and he called me and said that there was an inner switch that also needed to be replaced. After 3 days of having my car at the shop I went to pick it up paid $1400 and within 10 minutes of getting home it was blowing out hot air. I took the car back and after having it a full day he said that it was going to be another $500 to fix it and they would need to have the car a full 2 days. I refused took my car to the dealership within a couple of hours they diagnosed the valve to the hot air was stuck. $300 and 2 hours later it was working fine and has been all summer. I will never go back there again.

I have been going to this repair house for 8 years. They are that rarity in the auto repair biz - HONEST.Example - they looked at my minivan this morning (they also do domestic cars). The front blower had quit, and I suspected the blower motor was dead (since there was no response at any speed on the variable control). I knew that when the resistor the speed control goes to goes bad, usually the blower works at some settings, but not others.I said to go ahead and replace the blower if it was indeed dead.They called me today and advised that it was indeed the resistor (it had failed completely), and the repair bill was much less than it could have been.Did I mention honest?I have NEVER had a bad experience with this shop. Highly recommended!

These guys are shady took my car in for a check engine light and what I suspected to be a connection issue with the battery. I wasnt told I needed a new intake manifold and had a coolant leak (which the dealer repaired 2 weeks earlier). In about two hrs after getting the green light he was done. I was quoted charged 1000 for the total 150 was for a manifold cover alone.Once I arrived at the shop he claims he was just about to call me suddenly my starter was out (starter was replaced 1 months earlier). He said he wouldnt charge me labor and would only charge me for the part which was 150 I refused he turned offered to change the starter out if it was under warranty. Turns out when I called him back he claimed to switch out the starter only to realize it was a bad battery cable another 50 bucks of course. In my opinion he had every intentions of charging me 150 for a starter knowing he would only replace the cable.He was unable to show me the old partd that were fixed on my vehicle and claims he isnt allowed to show me a receipt proving showing the brand and price of parts he put on my vehicle. Shady shady shady but were not done to be continued.

Best service that you will find in the Carrollton area! I brought my 2017 Infiniti Q50 3.0T in for engine service! I was getting a code about my turbo boost the guys checked it out for me and figured out the problem in the same day! They ended up giving me an estimate that was wayyy Lower than the dealer which was $2000!!! I’ve been driving my car for 2 weeks now with ZERO problems! I don’t usually trust anybody with my car but EUROPEAN CAR CARE took care of my car! Most definitely will be the only mechanic shop I will take my car too! Thank you EUROPEAN CAR CARE!

Worts experience I have ever had with a mechanic. The AC in my VW Jetta stopped working. I brought it to European Car Care for inspection. Without even looking at the car they told me the AC kit needed to be replaced. I first paid them $1,153.98 to fix my AC system. As soon as I turned on my car when I picked it up, the AC exploded right in front of me. This was a big red flag. They tried to fix it right there and gave me a poor explanation. They were unable to finish the job that day. I came back the next day and when I received the car... a really anoying sound and vibration were coming out from the engine when the AC was on. The A/C never cooled down. They then told me that more parts needed to be replaced so that the AC would cool down. I paid other 146.56 dollars more on top of the $1,153 that I had already paid. The AC never worked after I spent more than $1,300. At the end Chris told me there was something wrong inside the car that was not letting the compressor blow cold air and therefore he was not going to be able to fix it.Long story short, I brought my car back in more than 10 times and gave them way to many opportunities to fix. I wasted many hours bringing the car back to them and the AC never worked.I took it to a certified VW mechanic shop and they were able to identify the problem and fix it within a couple hours. European Car Care used very poor quality parts and filled out the AC system with oil. Thats the reason the AC never worked.I asked Chris for my money back and he refuses to give me a refund. I am in the process of suing European Car Care.

I used to go here all the time with no problem. today I was told he could do my inspection in 30 mins. he was mopping the floor. I come back after like 35 minutes, spend another 20 minutes to watch him clean the bathroom and mop the floor even more. he finally he goes out there to hook the machine up to my truck (only after another customer shows up) and says itll fail. that took like 2 minutes but wow Im glad the floor is clean. inconsiderate lazy POS I bet if his buddy came in he would of hooked it up right away. I came here for years but you just lost a customer.

My Mercedes has been in the best care since Ive started taking it to European Car care. Ive have visited them four times now and the value of service never changes. They are now my new car care provider.

Dont trust this place. Went for oil change few weeks ago and noticed oil leaking recently. Oil was very black so I checked using dipstick and oil came out dirty. I took car to different mechanic and he said it didnt look like the oil had been changed at all. I did use one of those planet saver coupons, but still..... I can understand if they used cheap filter and oil but if they just pretended to change the oil, thats just plain fraud.

I took my car BMW to the dealership today to get a oil change and they told me that the previous mechanic (European auto car) was ripping me off by lieing to me saying the oil was fully synthetic when it wasnt. I paid for synthetic and was given regular oil and lied to at that.

My friend suggested these company to fix my car, Very friendly staff and efficient. The price lower than other places that I looked in to. Great And Excellent Job!

This place is a joke, they say they fix things and give you an invoice that says they have but dont do so, the crew Jay, Chris , David will say you can only pay cash(even though a sign says credit cards) which is illegal to demand if you have a sign saying you accept it. Then when you turn the corner you will see them splitting the cash, hmm Not sure what is going on but in most businesses does the money not go in the cash drawer?

They are very professional, my car got fixed at the same day. The manager is very nice and helpful.
