I hadnt had my dryer vent tube cleaned in about 4 years (clothes were taking a long time to dry, and my dryer was shutting down with an air flow warning.)I called UHS on Saturday (yesterday) and left word on their voice mail. Within 3 minutes they called back and I scheduled them to come to my house today (Sunday) to clean my clothes dryer vent tube (which is about 30 feet long.)They showed up on time, immediately inspected everything, and went to work. They we done in about 45 minutes, vacuumed everything up and left. A perfect job! And, I honestly think they didnt really charge enough for the work they did! Highly recommend them.

Third technician finally went to the roof and removed a trash bag full of dust & lint. Why did it take 3 times? Such a hassle! Shocked at the service. I have no clue how this company is getting all these high ratings. Do NOT recommend.

Before the service they told me:$99 Dryer Vent Cleaning & InspectionWe are brushing the vent all the way up to make sure no clog or build up to provide good and safe ventilation.Second day their guy came first cleaned the vent inside the house and told me my vent need deep clean $99 is not including the vent outside also he said my vent is on the roof! I said I think it is just the spot connected with inside vent, the guy said no yours is on the roof and need charge $360 more for the deep clean. I said that’s too much I can’t accept that I don’t want the service. He said I can call manger to low the price. After his call he said ok $360 including everything I said ok. Then he start working I went outside see if he went to roof, but I saw he is not working at roof, just the vent spot out side the house! I called his company immediately asking about it, the customer service sounds like very surprised: how much ? $360? She sounds like it’s a crazy price. She promise will call manager to help me. At the end they charged me $160. I didn’t argue the price because I was alone with kid at home my husband was not at home. I don’t want to spend too much time for this. So I paid . But obviously this service is the $99 cleaning service should be done.
