I have been utilizing the services of Martha Medina, and my home has never looked better. Two medium sized dogs that shed in every color imaginable don’t stand a chance against her, not to mention my allergies have eased up. Martha takes extra time and care to even do my laundry, fold it, hang it, change my bed sheets, and wash those too. I don’t even think that’s part of her normal services, she’s just that amazing. Cannot recommend enough.

Had a great experience w/ SERVPRO. Everyone that came to the house -- from inspectors to workers -- were all easy to deal with. A special shoutout to Kailyn, who kept me calm over the whole mess we were in. She was knowledgeable and organized, and provided great customer service -- a real asset to the company!

We had some flooding from the 2024 summer storms, and Mike from SERVEPRO was AMAZING scheduling a mold check right away. Zachary came by today to check for mold and we were fine. These people are top-notch 5-star, professional, prompt, knowledgeable, great customer service and treated us like VIPs.

We had a slow leak in one of our upstairs bathrooms that resulted in some significant damage to not only the bathroom subflooring but also the outside patio due to the location of the leak. This meant we needed to demo basically the entire bathroom (floor/wall tile, vanity, subfloor) and the process seemed a little overwhelming. I had never used homeowners insurance so I really needed someone to help guide me through the process.Miranda and the team at ServPro were fantastic. Miranda worked directly with my insurance company to ensure we received the dollars needed to get our bathroom back to normal and outside patio looking great again. She walked me through the process, timelines and answered all the questions my wife and I had. While we used our own tile subcontractors, ServPro had quality contractors available if we wanted to go that route. I asked Servpro to come to my house to fix some issues regarding tile flooring they installed a couple of years ago at my house. They agreed that the repairs would be covered under their warranty. The service is incredible. From requesting an estimate to scheduling an appointment time to arrival time to post work completion, the experience could not have been better. The initial estimate for work was spot on. Scheduling the appointment was a breeze. As a matter of fact, a technician (the Manager) came by 2 hours earlier because he didnt want me to have standing water any longer than necessary. Now THAT is Customer Service at its peak. When the work was completed, he asked me to have a look and it was better than expected. He even removed the condensation from the ceiling. WOW! I wont call anyone else if I need any of their services again.

We had a boiler leak in our Childrens Health Star Center at Valley Ranch that damaged some lockers and caused mold to appear on the wood of the cabinets to those lockers as well as behind the wall they were up against next to the leak and SERVPRO of Bent Tree & Carrollton came out to assess the problem and removed the damaged cabinets as well as removed the mold that had developed from the moisture the leak caused. These guys were very professional and did the work quite efficiently and were done when they said they would. Will most definitely call on them if ever an issue arises again.

I use them for duct cleaning and they did a really great job. The whole experience from the beginning till end was great. Customer service was very helpful and friendly. The guys that came over and did the service they were professional, courteous, and careful with our items.

I would rate this team higher than a 5 if I could. We had water damage. Don & his teams replaced flooring, repaired walls, reinstalled kitchen cabinets, repaired the living room ceiling & painted walls. I also had them build a handicap ramp into the house. Jeremiah worked with us through every step of the process. No hiccups as we went through the steps and all of our questions were answered quickly. My wife and I both work full-time jobs so they were able to accommodate us with weekend and late weekday appointments.

I used Servpro of Carrollton to clean up a water leak that flooded & tore up most of my townhome (i.e. water everywhere, ceiling plaster fell down, walked in and it was like a light rain/drizzling, etc.).They were here pretty quick even after normal working hours (evening) to mitigate the water damage and dry everything out.When it came time to repair and remodel the damage, I also used them to do the repair after shopping around with some other indie contractors (who did not really listen or vibe with my remodelling vision like the servpro guys did).I am overall very satisfied with the final results. The repairs look fantastic! They were professional, responsive, easy to work with, listened to what I wanted or suggested during the repair process and worked with all my insurance adjusters. I would definitely recommend using them for any water disaster or mitigation and/or repair work.

We had our sewer back up and flood a bedroom, bath, closet and a small portion of our living room.I called Servpro and they responded ASAP.The whole team treated us like we were their number one priority! They made us feel very secure that every step would be taken to disinfect the area and treat our home with care.They set up fans and dehumidifiers, removed furniture, cut drywall and removed wood flooring. Then their reconstruction team came in and repaired drywall and repainted. They were very neat and courteous. The floor has been replaced and the furniture returned. The level of service from these guys is unbelievable! My home was under contract to sell on Monday - and Tuesday it flooded from a backed up drain during a storm. They answered the call and were at my home from 2-7am cleaning up water and ensuring that nothing was damaged for the next owner. Their attention to detail is impeccable. They were kind and explained everything to me so I understood. They set the bar high on customer service. I had a washing machine hose burst on a Saturday morning and Brandon, the technician arrived within an hour of my call. He quickly assessed the situation and took pictures of the damage. After vacuuming as much of the water he could he set up blowers in the affected rooms. He returned the next day to check the blowers and then on Monday to remove them. He was very helpful in offering assistance in filing my initial insurance claim. I would highly recommend Serv Pro for water damage cleanup service

David and his team were incredibly responsive and professional. They were onsite within 2.5 hours of the call and made it look like it never happened after being onsite for a few hours. Cant recommend David and his team enough.

Very professional and reliable I would recommend to anybody had a hot water heater explode at my job and they clean everything up that night. Took about 3 to 4 days for everything to properly dry. The workers were very efficient and adamant about checking the progress of the dehumidifiers. Great service and awesome employees.

Shane visited the property with me, and performed a very professional assessment, then explained his findings to the tenant, mitigating much of the anxiety that had been building. We awoke at 11pm to find our water heater had broken in our attic....came down through 2nd floor game room and 1st floor kitchen which was a waterfall. Servpro saved the day. I had another company (referred by my plumber) out to dry my home when a slab leak was detected. They failed to adequately dry my home, removed equipment prior to finishing the job and attempted to have me release liability. Luckily, I was referred to Servpro by a contractor and they came in, communicated clearly and honestly, finished the job, and made me feel at ease about the transaction. They reached out to my insurance company to get everything squared away and were prompt and professional at every interaction. Hopefully, I dont have any other disasters, but if I do, this is the company Ill call. In the meantime, I would refer them to friends and family, which is saying a lot for me!

Our office building had pipe break during the snow storm. It was a multi-floor flood. ServPro put us on a waitlist, but responded within 36 hours, as soon as there was an opening. There were other companies that waitlisted us, but never responded afterwards. ServPro was very professional, thorough, and prompt. Their technicians were polite, informative, and honest. Best Company Ever! I googled and called them when my hot water heater decided to kill itself at 730am. I called and a team showed up within an hour and got to work. Every person I encountered or spoken with has been extremely helpful and took a lot of stress away during this process. I highly recommend their services.

I can not say enough positive things about my experience with Jeff from ServPro. As soon as he was contacted, he began to arrange the clean up of an apartment where my uncle had passed away. He contacted me directly and was so very helpful and reassuring as he explained in detail what needed to be done, and how his team would tackle it.He stayed in contact with me during the cleanup (the apartment was in TX and I was in NJ)...I had complete confidence in Jeff which was so important since I was hundreds of miles away.When my husband an I finally arrived in TX to clear out the apt, we were able to work all day in the apt without any concern of odors or chemicals. Jeff and his colleague met us there that morning and offered any assistance we needed.Jeff even went above and beyond by having his team contact a donation center who came out that afternoon and collected all of the usable contents of the apt.
