When first walked into this distributor.. my impression was clean, organized and knowledgable staff for HVAC products that is the main HUB for Texas and sells to AC licenced contractors. I was so impressed in the distributor, I decided to bring my 25 years HVAC experience as an Assistant Sales Center Manager (ASCM). Hope to see HVAC contractors soon!
Rheem in general has the absolute worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with in any industry of service. I was hold for almost an hour and got nowhere with no answers. Also the website gives a fake number that takes you nowhere. Total waste of time
