Its easy in and out with plenty of room to backup to doors. The receiving is on backside of building. Just go to 3rd driveway to go around back. There is no buzzer to at receiving for 5am deliveries. There maybe a overhead door let up at bottom to yell at someone passing by. They did not unlock door at receiving for 5 am deliveries. So be prepared for this delay.
Great place to go if you want to wait an hour and be ignored the whole time.
If you dont know the dock workers may as well have your materials delivered. Makes no sense, Im the first one here and yet people come in after me with bigger orders have came and gone.Not just one but several other people have walked up the ramp to check in ( and talking all buddy-buddy ) then get there order and leave. And I ask is everything okay he said yeah just go wait by your van well find you.Are you kidding me, it has been this way for years and I am about to take my business elsewhere. I do not recommend this location/ carrier to anyone.

Truckers, Receiving behind the building.Dont come too early for appointment. Theres really not any room to hang out on property what with the trailers scattered about. Youll have to leave and come back.Just enough room to turn around and back. No problems there.Everything went fine.There is a bathroom for the drivers to use.
Had a 6am appointment no one came out till about 630-645 receiving is in the back it is very tight for full size truck and only one door was open the rest had trailers took over a hr to get 45pcs off
Roger was fantastic and got exactly what I needed to straighten out an icky job.
Very slow order pickers most of them are new and have no experience.Once they do learn they move them.Customer service sucksShouldnt have to wait 2 hours sometimes just to receive a fan motor or condensor
Carrier had the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. I am a contractor trying g to order parts for a customer. Yesterday I was on hole for over an hour and a half and finally I gave up and hung up. Today Ive been on hold for more then an hour still no answer. Do not recommend installing or buying any Carrier or ICP products as they are all like this.
They called me Said the part you ordered is in I go the next day to pick it up they cant find it had to reorder it told me 10 days it would be in at 14 days I called The guy said its not here yet its on its way we will call you whenever it gets in two more weeks go by I come to the store to check the status they said they have sent it back because I had 5 days to pick it up but didnt call me to tell me it was in I guess you are just supposed to know that it came in now Ive ordered the part for a third time and told them to ship it directly to me The guy at the counter said do you know how many customers we would have to call Yes I do the same amount as every other HVAC supplier
I show them pictures of the part numbers, and they cant find it. Mind you, these are carrier part numbers that should be in the system.So slow to get answers and to look up.I took two different things off the shelf, and they told me they sold it, and I cant sell it to you. Im looking at a huge stock pile in front of me. These guys working here make the brand look badOther CE are on point. I dont understand why this one
I really appreciated Roger at the front. He took the time to explain the status of our order for better understanding of our situation and even tried to find us an alternative compressor in stock. Though we still wont have AC for several more days, just having understanding gives us hope and makes all the difference. Thank You Roger!
Horrible customer service. Lack of knowledge. Carrier does not care about contractors or customers only sales.As a contractor I will tell customers not to install Carrier units because if they go bad it will be a pain to fix them. All other contractors ahould do the same that way we do not have to deal with this nonsense customer NOT service.
Better to design some way to expedite process to get materials ready.Paid online orders need to be pulled by someone quick and ready. Online ordering system helps to get some traffics out of the front parts order desk, but still too slow in the warehouse. Hopefully it gets better soon.
Normally don’t post online reviews... but sadly had to here. First off I only gave them 2 stars because their employees/counter sales people are very friendly. But if you are in a rush DO NOT GO HERE. the past few times I’ve been here the line was extremely long and waited a long time. In the HVAC business time is money. And this location needs to understand that.

Always been slow but now with warranty and charging $50 for any warranty part in stores. Not only are they slow now they are incompetent and their product is as good as goodman units. Will never purchase anything except oem parts or direct changouts from this bottom line company. They have ruined the brand and it is truely sad to see. Ill be telling our customers to stay away due to there for profits only business model. Buy cheap and sell high in which bar none their replacement parts are wayoverpriced, oh and provide 0000 customer service.
As a contractor this place is a discrase and would serve the people of Carrollton better if it were a parking lot. 1 hour wait time is unexpecttable.
Worse loading dock response ever! People have no direction on who was there first and no one cares. I sat for over an hour just waiting on parts. They need more control on the line for parts pick up.
If you need to speak shipping and receiving dont bother. They will NEVER answer the phone even after the store gave me the number which was different than the one that was provided on the bills. They NEVER answer!!!!!! No way to confirm anything. I will NOT be doing any business here ever again. No wonder this place has so many one stars.
Adrian and Jake in warehouse are awesome . They are quick and responsive. I’m a Carrier dealer for last 20 years. I know what I’m talking about . It was about time to have some quality staff in the warehouse. Keep up the good work guys.
Dont waste your time trying to call and place orders unless you have time to wait on hold for 30 minutes to an hour. Very aggravating Carrier!! Hire more customer reps, most people in this business dont have the time or the patience to be put on hold for that long. Its better to just go to the store, if you absolutely just have to deal with Carrier at all.

Very nice forklift drivers unloaded me as fast as they could... you can stay here overnight if needed. Directions are on point on google maps. Docks are behind the building.
This place is honestly awsome! I go there everyday the people are super kind attentive and always on point my orders are always perfect and fast specially customer pick up area

Been waiting on a single air handler from here for 1.5 hours and even called an hour ahead. Seen 4 vehicles come and go next to me loaded with their orders. Unhelpful staff and almost all employees seem to be taking their time like they don’t care about their job. Serious problems with this location.
Took over 45 min to pick up a will call order dont show up around lunch time.
Does not allow truck drivers to use their restrooms, they want the merchandise we bring, but no bathroom usage. Should be inhuman and sure a lawsuit will come from this.
If they tell you they will take care of it dont believe it having to send my wife to pick up a part that 3 people said they would have sent over they never did now our office is closed while she drives an hour and a half to pick up the part for a very upset customer if I had any other choices for carrier parts I would never go there again but they know that

Carrier has great products and competitive prices. All the staff in Carrollton are a pleasure to deal with and their app makes it easy to find and order parts.
Every time I come here it’s at least an hour of waiting because their system is so inefficient. I hate coming to this one, every other carrier in the metroplex is better.
I have been trying to call the Carrollton and Dallas carriers no one answers the phone whether its a the store or representative will answer. Along with the lack of equipment this store needs it customer service to be completely changed
This is my first and last time coming to this location. Front counter people are rude and the entire pick up / purchasing method is inefficient.
Leared to stop doing Carrier warranties.They do nothing but give you the run around and refuse to reimburse for parts.I do feel for customers stuck with Carrier garbage that will need to be warrantied.I smell a class action lawsuit coming.
