The first several times we used them for spiral duct they were very good. However, the last 2 jobs have been delayed by over a week each from the delivery date they set. Now I ordered my material 2 weeks in advance, they give me a date which was a day past the 2 weeks I figured but still okay. However, that order was still another week getting to me. Now, this time around, I ordered and was told it would be ready on the 9th. It is now the 15th and all I have heard every day since the 9th was it will be here tomorrow but it never is. This will most likely be the last time I order from them and I will deduct any back charges I get from their invoice.

Very customer friendly. These guys go out of their way to get you whatever you need.
