This Company was assigned by American Home Shield to come access a leaking toilet. The so called Tech came out and said he has to physically see water coming from the toilet to do any work. Mind you there was a puddle on the floor, the sound of a running toilet, and black mold had begun to grow. But he has to physically see water coming out??? So now I’m out 100.00 dollars and had to buy a toilet, and replace the old one out of pocket. When the new company replaced the toilet…they had to clean human waste from around the wax seal. I feel like Sirius should pay for the new toilet, the install, and refund me 100.00. Just UTTERLY USELESS, and UNSERIOUS plumbing company. AVOID THEM IF YOU CAN
Very frustrated. They came to our property on 9/4/24 to diagnosis the problem due to our AC leak. Techician said he will send in the request to order the parts to American shield. We called every week for almost 3 weeks because there was no updates from either company. Then we try to contact Sirius plumbing a few times but every-time were put on hold for so long so we asked American shield to help reach out to see what’s going on. Then we were told Sirius is waiting on the parts and they scheduled another plumbing company to come check the leak since Sirius cannot fix it. Sirius will come to replace the parts and another plumber company will fix the leak. American Shield went ahead and schedule us with Wicked Plumber. Today both company came out and are super clueless, nothing but pointing fingers and no one want to take responsibility. Sirius did not have all the tool and parts. Saying communication was not clear. Blaming on the previous tech didn’t diagnosis correctly. Wicked plumber came out and let because he have no clue what’s going on. We took a day off for nothing and this been going on for a month now. Called American shield to tell them but rep can’t do anything about it. He said Sirius was the one that send them and orders and they just tell us if its covered to our warranty. It was Sirius who communication on their side is unclear. So who’s responsible for all this since nothing is resolved and no one knows what’s going on? Unprofessional businesses and very disappointed. Now we have to wait for Sirius to order another parts.
Whelp, you can’t drive them but they are beautiful. Issac and his team replaced old sub standard Amana units and potluck coils with new 15 seer2 systems, new coils and other conduits to bring everything up to code. Clean, professional and skilled.Sirius now services and has also installed 2 water heaters, replaced ductwork and a heating system in my home.Today Bryan did a maintenance check (heating/air) to ensure everything is ready for the change of seasons.

Beware!!!!I arrived home on 11/20/2024 around 5:30 PM to the sound of my hot water heaters drain pan water leak alarms along with the sound of water leaking somewhere on the side of my house. I immediately check to find water draining from the exit pipes. I then investigated the upstairs attic in my garage to discover water in both hot water heater drain pans. I quickly called Baker Brothers Plumbing who talked me through the process of turning off the hot water heaters. Once complete - I contacted American Home Shield to begin my claim. They assigned Sirius Plumbing and Air Conditioning. AHS sent the Dispatch numbers for their coordination on the next business day. Afterwards, I turned off the water to the house at the water meter anticipating repairs on the next day. Sirius Plumbing and Air Conditioning was contacted by me upon their office opening to confirm receipt of my dispatch. They confirm receipt, and indicated that someone would be out on Friday between 3:00 to 6:00 PM. This left me with some concern given that this date was just prior to the weekend. My family could be without hot water over the weekend, and I would need to periodically have the water turned off all weekend to prevent continuous water loss. During my initial conversation with Sirius Plumbing and Air Conditioning - I had been told that they would let me know if an appointment cancels in order to move my time up. I had not heard back, so I called midday on 11/21/2024 to inquire. However, it was still set for the original time. I then contacted several other companies anticipating a need to have a Plan B given my past experience in dealings with American Home Shield along with many of the repair companies they use. After vetting several companies with great reviews, and submitting to their requests to forward photos of the configuration of my hot water heaters along with photos of the serial numbers, age, type etc. There seemed to be a consensus with pricing around $2100. Sadly, I have had AHS for some time now. Its a hit or miss as to negotiating coverage that is implied in their contract. I have found that many times their practices, and the companies that they send to do the repairs are not always honest. They will try to leverage urgency, and cost ignorance to evade coverage, and to apply wrongful Out of Pocket Costs. Moving on, Sirius arrived with an assessment that took around an one hour to imply that my Out of Pockets cost of $2,122 would be more than the cost of a completed job from several of the plumbing companies that I had reached out to. Their itemized Out of Pocket costs were disguised as Code Changes etc. Please note that I have the best plan that American Home Shield offers, The American Home Shield Platinum Coverage Plan. This contract covers hot water heaters along with parts and components that support the function of the entire hot water heater. An American Home Shield Representative had been contacted by the Sirius Technician at the time of their proposal to me. I suspect that AHS and their service providers closely aligned in many cases to not follow through with their contract. Ultimately, I was disgusted with such an apparent display of dishonesty with both of their business practices. I presented the itemized proposal from the plumber that fell into my Plan B category just to let the Technician see that their deception had been discovered. Of course, I did not provide the companies credentials. The proposal contained all of the items that Sirius had noted to be additional code costs etc. This plumbing companys price was for $2050 installed which included the requirement to add an expansion tank. Also, their pricing contained the matching Bradford White hot water heater that I preferred. Fortunately, they were confirmed. I now have a great hot water heater, my family did not go without hot water for another day. And yes, I paid for it outside of American Home Shields deceptive coverage. However, I have the peace of mind knowing that I did not allow them to leverage my supposed misfortune against me.
Tech was very polite and did a good job. Area was left clean after he replaced my hot water heater. The price was very high but was told it had to bring up code.
Matty did a great job installing the tank of the bank of the commode. He was friendly and very knowledgeable of the steps to install the tank. He was very easy to work with.

Technician came in and identified that I have an issue with my furnace, I am AHS customer and Sirius provided reasons which are completely false and quoted items that are out of pocket, whereas my furnace is perfectly working, my house is only 9 years old and I have carrier system. If I pay out right they will repair immediately but if I go thru Insurance it may 3 to 5 months to get the parts and repair. ( Aug 8 to 10, when the temperatures were above 104) . Dishonest.

As with many of the other complaints here I was sent a technician from Sirius Plumbing when I put in a work order through American Home Shield.The technician who came out was extremely unprofessional and spoke rudely to both me and my girlfriend. We had a fitting break on a pipe which should have been a quick fix and absolutely covered by the warranty. Instead the technician provided an absurd quote for him to fix it.When challenged as to why this wasn’t covered, he said that “his job was to make sure AHS didn’t pay for anything and the homeowner did”. This company is as crooked as they come and I would advise everyone to look elsewhere for any plumbing needs.

Barrett serviced my bathtub leaky faucet issue. I have to say this young man was one of the nicest, most polite contractors I’ve had. It had been fixed before, but done improperly, so he had to do extra work to correct the problem. He knew what he was doing and it works great now.
I dont usually do reviews but I was so pleased with the results of the tank-less water heater that Sirius Plumbing i just need to let everyone know. A company is only as good as their employees. Randal did a great job of understanding what it would take to swap our tanked heater to a tankless. We had 4 other estimates and they either did not mention the need for upgrading our natural gas lines or the wanted to charge for replacing the gas line from the meter to the heater ($$$$).The installation did not go as planned but we had been educated by Randel on what some of the deviations might happen. Victor and Mason who actually did the install, were in lock step with what Randal had estimated. We has some issues with leaks in our gas line Victor explained each option and gave us plenty of information to make an educated decision.In the end, the tankless heater was installed a working perfectly. It was very obvious that Sirius Plumbing has extensive experience in installing tankless water heaters in established neighborhoods. We will be calling on them to take over the maintenance of our HVAC system and other plumbing needs.
I used Sirius Plumbing and Cooling for the first time today. I had a leak under my sink over the long holiday weekend. I asked friends for recommendations and Sirius came highly recommended. They responded quickly to me and I was told they could get someone out today. Travis called me and said he was heading over. Travis was polite, knowledgeable and so friendly. Be very leary about Sirius’ pricing. I am a loyal customer and just got an estimate for installing a Moen Flo (automatic flood control valve) in my home. Sirius estimated about $3,600 for labor, a couple short pipes and a few fittings. This did not include the valve since I already purchased it. I was stunned by this estimate and the tech was unable to explain why it was so high. He called someone and after some discussion they lowered the price to about $2,600. Guess there was a little fluff in that first estimate after all! I wisely told Sirius I would get a couple more estimates and get back to them. Well, you guessed it, I got one bid for $1,200 and another for $800. Do not trust their pricing…do your due diligence. Oh and by the way, I will never use them again…now what’s that saying about sheering sheep?
I had an issue with my kitchen disposal and and reached out to Sirius A/C and Plumbing for assistance. Luckily for me, I had Travis come by to take a look. He knew immediately what the issue was and quickly got started with the fix. While the initial experience was not the best and the work took 3 total days to replace water heaters, typically a half day job, work was performed correctly. Was provided a series of misquotes and wrong amounts by first plumber. Company did stand by their word and honored the pricing which was less they what they would typically charge. City inspected and approved work. In addition was told that the delays were mostly due to home warranty company not approving everything up front. overall great quality of work from what I have seen in the first few weeks since the job was completed.

I recently had a service request filled by Wesley, with help from Lisa. Wesley was my main point of contact, and he was a terrific individual. He was very polite and prompt, and it was important to him that I be aware of what was being done, what the problems were, and how he was fixing them. He took time to answer my questions and talk to me, which gave me a great sense of ease about the work being done.He also helped with an additional problem that I had at the house, which I had not contacted Sirius about. I appreciated the initiative he took to add to the service request that he was involved in, and that he was able to fix the issue.Special mention should be made as well to Lisa, who Wesley contacted about with regard to the sink replacement. Ricky has come to our house twice to do some repairs. He was on time, very professional and knowledgeable. He always wore shoe covers and placed tarp down when he had to cut into sheet rock. Billy was extremely helpful! He was very professional, patient, and even went extra miles to advise us how to maintain the water heater and how to let hot water circulate faster. He did a very thorough and quality job. Fixed all the plumbing issues, toilets, bathtubs, showers, and sinks. His work was beyond our satisfaction and exceeded our expectations. He also wore the shoe covers whenever in the house and took them off whenever stepped out, which was very considerate and respectful. Honestly, he has been the best plumber we have ever had! Never never use this company. They will never show up and toss you to another company after multiple times rescheduling at the very last moment. I was told a technician will visit at 11am and got a text at 10:55am that they cant make it. So many technicians in the picture but no one can come out? Ridiculous. AVOID THEM!!!!!

Sirius Plumbing & A/C did a terrific job diagnosing and eventually replacing one of our AC systems. They work through American Home Shield in a service, called pro connect and coordinated the replacement for us using our insurance at a considerable savings. They are one of the few companies that is authorized by AHS to do the replacement service. We are very fortunate to have Sirius Plumbing & A/C work on our AC systems. We will go nowhere else.

We were truly impressed with Sirius Plumbing and our plumber, Randall. First off, they actually worked us in and we were a home warranty call! Randall was friendly, honest and communicative, especially when it turned out our frozen pipes were not covered by our warranty. He answered all our questions and our repairs were done same day. Pricing was straightforward and very fair. This was a great experience (if you can have that with plumbing!) and we will definitely use Sirius Plumbing again. Link was fantastic ans service I can’t really complain. Interesting story here, sometimes stuff goes sideways. Well, stuff went sideways, there was a mis diagnosis and this was during the ice storm so I can’t really fault them too hard. BUT I have to say these guys completely made it right. I mean completely. We had an issue with the ice storm and although the experience was not excellent, the make up was very good. Reasonable pricing but above average customer service. They communicate and they provide updates, technicians quote quickly and don’t waste time with sales pitches. I would say the leadership team is stronger than the service team but overall you won’t be disappointed. Give them a call and I recommend you ask for Link as he will always get back with you.At the end of the day I will be calling them to do more work and install the shower because at this point I can feel comfortable I won’t be left holding the bag.Many thanks to Sirius plumbing, you are safe with them.
Plumber came from Sirius and we’re Able to fix all the issues. I booked sirius through American home shield where I have previous issue with a plumber who argues with me. But Kenneth listened to all my plumbing issues and fixed everything. I recommend Sirius and ask for Kenneth Evans. He is the best.

Helped with some HVAC issues. The original inspector was very knowledgeable and was able to debug my issue right away. I had him inspect my system to assess a need for a duct cleaning. He quoted a fair price on the spot (compared to 3 other companies I reach out to)The technicians who cleaned the system were very professional clean and efficient. I’d highly recommend them.
We have American home Shield warranty and they assigned this company to do toilet leak repair/ faucet replacement and repair shower valve.They fix one thing and they create another leak ( they dont check after their work).The shower had to come back three times to fix a leaking valve and the tech doing the work scratched the valve handle and not even accepts responsibility for the damage.We call the manager ( Damien) and always goes to voice mail or tell us he is in a meeting and he never reply back to our issues and concerns.we opened a case with Home Shield to replace a water heater and Sirius want to charge us$278 for hot water heater replacement permit and we called the city of Frisco and the permit fee is $40They want to charge $1493 that we have to pay out of our pocket not to mention that the insurance company are going to pay for the hot water heater part/labor/ disposal feesNot a trust worthy company

I would give them a 5 star rating because of the ease of scheduling, professional handling, and courteous technicians. The technician knew his job, and completed it to my fullest satisfaction. I was not going to write a review however, I saw many positives and used this company based on reviews. My AC was not working properly and it has been tipple digit temps. Sirius was assigned by my warranty company.They came over 2 hours late from promised 8am-noon time. Tech did not know what was wrong but said he would replace a part and see if that worked.While he was there, the unit was now blowing HOT air out of the vents vs cool and he said it will do that for a moment while it cycles and that it was fine then left.5 min later it was up to 85 in my home and climbing so I called right away for him to return and was told he already left and could not come back for 2 more days! Said went to another job. I explained he was probably not even out of the area and should just turn around since he did not finish this job, but they said no, could not bring anyone back but can schedule for 2 days later.This is unacceptable. It was not 4:40pm and I needed to call another company. Other company came at 9:15pm they knew exactly what the issue was and fixed it at 9:30pm that night! I am out of pocket for much more cost (for after hours service) and nothing can really be done. This is unacceptable.Lesson Learned- be sure you are 100% satisfied before any repair person leave your home.

This is the 3rd time weve used Sirius Plumbing & AC through American Home Shield. They have done an excellent job all three times. This time around we had a foundation leak. Chris Gonzales assessed and pinpointed the problem. Chris was very professional and knowledgeable. He took the time to go over all the info and answered all our questions. After reviewing the proposal we decided to move forward with the repairs. A crew of two, Jamie and another fellow came and jackhammered the foundation and found the leak. They did a great job repairing the water pipe. Noticed they insulted the pipe and filled it with soil and new concrete. Great attention to detail. Great clean up. Job well done by the entire team.

We are not the most savvy people when it comes to fixing things in our home so when our disposal went out we gave Sirius a call right away. This is the 3rd time weve used Sirius (we also had a clogged drain and AC unit maintenance done) and the service and professionalism is outstanding; we wont use anyone else.Huge shout out to Kenneth Evans (who we request each time). I was initially connect with Sirius through AHS and contacted them again separately for an issue with my AC. I received a quote in April from them and called six times over the course of the next two months to get my AC replaced. Each time I was told someone would get back to me to schedule the service but no one ever did. Even now I’ve still never been called back.

Joe and Cody were both knowledgeable and professional will use again.I used this company some months ago through AHS and they were responsive and professional. Brian was my technician and was very knowledgeable to find the issue right provided some additional feedback of recommendations , answered my questions. I would use Sirius again for my AC needs in the future. Brian is an awesome technician.
Was referred to Sirius through AHS Warranty since our AC stopped cooling. This company was an absolute pleasure to work with. I called on a Tuesday lunch break and said they’d definitely get me in tomorrow and would also put me on a wait list for that afternoon if there was a cancellation. The support center was great and I received a call/txt when the tech was on the way. Our tech Steve W was friendly and replaced a start kit/capacitor quickly and now our AC works like a brand new system. Would definitely recommend
I have used many plumbers over the years and they have been ok. I’ve never had the pleasure of having someone come out who was not just a good plumber but also so polite, courteous. honest, and sincere. Billie paid attention to every little detail making sure everything was operating correctly and not just today but also the visit earlier this week. As an example after installation there was a tiny leak so he removed the faucet, tightened it up and assured that the leak was fixed. Most plumbers wouldn’t pay attention to that and they would be gone before you might notice it. It’s the small things that mean so much. He was great. You guys better keep him on staff!!

Matt is always helpful with scheduling an appt quickly, and the technicians have always been very helpful and friendly. I have had the pleasure of experiencing Sirius Plumbing & AC level of service through my home warranty company of AHS. Quite honestly of all the contractors I have ever been assigned over the past 10 years, Sirius is in the top 2. Most recently required a second opinion from Sirius due to a much lesser contractor asessing/repairing one of our AC units they attempted to repair twice. First of all when calling Sirius for help Lakesha from a Customer Support/Scheduling standpoint is simply awesome. So responsive and helpful. The rocket scientist technician, Cody, that came out to look at what was going on with our AC system spent over an hour investigating what another shameful AHS contractor spent a total of 15 minutes asessing and improproperly diagnosed twice. Sirius is tremendously fortunate to have the talents of individuals like Cody and Lakesha on their team and I feel fortunate and trust Sirius with both my Plumbing and AC service needs. Could not more highly recommend a local company.
We have used this company for three different plumbing issues, garbage disposal replacement, a break in a water line and replacing an outside faucet. I met the owner when he was a sponsor at a womens golf tournament and decided to take a chance on his company. We have never looked back. Every technician is knowledgeable, professional and gets the job done right. Todays technician was Mike, but we have had others which tells me the owner only hires people who meet a certain standard.

My experience was through my home warranty. Sirius couldnt keep up their schedule (missed and communicated wrong dates) and never followed-up.The plumber forgot the faucet he was going to replace and ended-up ordering a wrong faucet and claimed thats what the warranty authorized. If only he was trained to measure before order - I wouldnt be left with a broken kitchen faucet for over a month!Overall a very poor taste dealing with Sirius!
Once again, Sirius PAC came to my rescue following my A/C not cooling in 106 degree weather. Roger called me when he was 30 minutes out, arrived on time, and had me up and running within 30 minutes! Most places were backed up for days, but Sirius worked me in the same day! 🙌🏼❤️. Worth every penny, and my first choice in HVAC and Plumbing repairs!
Michael S. came out to look at our 2 water heaters...He explained everything really honestly - he gave me several options and actually recommended the one that didnt make him any additional money! He also recommended an inexpensive DIY preventative alarm for my aging water heater.He even went back in to fold up the attic stairs for me (Im a short lady and couldnt reach, but was just going to wait till my husband got back later).Very honest company with great service. He may not have made any extra service money today, but hes definitely the one that Ill want when its time to replace. Thank you!!
I was to do a review through American Home Shield, but I wanted to late to take it and could not provide the feedback.Sirius was contracted by AHS to come out as our faucet was leaking water on the counter tops and under the sink. They sent Kenneth. Kenneth was very detailed as to what was going on and informed me that we needed to replace the faucet fixture. The part had to be ordered twice. No fault of the companys but the company they ordered from provided a new faucet fixture that had a leak. Kenneth and staff made it happen to where they put in a rush request....we had been without our kitchen faucet for almost 2 weeks and was grateful for the rush request.The part came, we got things scheduled, and the faucet works perfectly with no leaks. Kenneth was very professional and knowledgeable. Would I recommend this company whether it be with AHS or not......YES!Be blessed!
I have used Sirius before- but this experience far surpassed my expectations. Victor was absolutely amazing. He was thorough, informative and extremely courteous. I will definitely use Sirius again, but have to say that Victor is a big selling point and reason to be a repeat customer.

Michael diagnosed the problem quickly and resolved quickly, while keeping me informed were I could understand what needed to be done.We had had a previous plumber out that determined the toilet was installed improperly, and apparently had X-ray vision to say the problem was due to bad install. Michael clearly saw what was going on, and saw that was not the case. I really appreciate the honesty and integrity he provided, and also jumping in and fixing.Going forward all my repair requests will go through Sirius, and hopefully Michael! Received their services from AHS, they came out and looked at my A/C and identified a leaking coil and we paid for some refrigerant to help mitigate the issue since it was so hot and it would take a few days before we could schedule the repair. The tech informed us that the refrigerant could last for an unspecified time based on the leak and we just went for a while to see how long it would last, almost a year since the refrigerant seemed to fix the issue, but like they said it eventually ran out again. We contacted AHS to see if we could use Sirius again and it was against their policy to pick the provider so they sent out another technician that quoted a ridiculously high price for the same issue. We contacted Sirius directly and they contacted AHS on our behalf and was able to fix our leaking coil. They were very professional and compared to the other company the cost was way more reasonable. I will definitely recommend them. Had to call back a few times to follow up on previous calls but still worth 5 stars.

Brian from Sirius was excellent. He did a great job with solving a gas leak problem quickly and answered all my questions. Not all American Home Shield Warranty contacts are great but this one definitely was!
Sirius replaced my mother’s air conditioning. They worked with her to get her exactly what she needed for her home, did not try to oversell. They were punctual and very professional. They kept us updated throughout the process. Everything went as expected. It has now been a month and everything is working perfectly.
We have used this company twice now for some plumbing repairs. Billy is an excellent technician. He provided us with details of what was wrong, what needed to be fixed, and all in a very polite way. We really enjoy Billy and ask for him personally.
I was forced to used this company through American Home Shield. They did the initial pre-season service for summer, and said everything looked fine. One week later I have a big leak in my Attic from my AC unit. Two inches of water sitting in the attic. Tons of secondary damage to my home. I originally had their plumber come out. He told me he would transfer me to their HVAC dept. He also told me they should have blown out the lines when they did their assessment, but didnt. They never sent out their HVAC, and put their American Homeshield calls on hold. Then they told me to call another place for the repairs and damages; b/c they were too busy to deal with it. WOW!Over the last year these guys have been out several times. Every time they find something different they ask me to pay additional for. Always trying to upsell for thermostats and various other non-essential things. When they came out for the Summer tune up; the guy Cody complained about something being done wrong on the AC unit; when in fact HE WAS THE ONE WHO WAS OUT LAST TO WORK ON IT! HAHAH.. I had kept the paperwork to show him. These people are full of it.I just noticed they responded and noted that they Did not tell me they were too busy, and that they were following protocol by waiting on AHS to send in the work order. THIS IS A LIE! The girl on the phone literally told me TWICE that they could not take any more calls for the day and put AHS on HOLD so there was no way they could send in the Workorder! I spoke with American Homeshield 3 times, and they verified that Sirius put them on hold; so they could not schedule an appointment. The lady I spoke with asked their manager TWICE! They told me both times that they could not help me, and I needed to check somewhere else! So they their response is a LIE. YIKES! At least own up to what you said. This is just scummy. You arent Following Protocol. You guys serviced me for a pre-summer tuneup two weeks ago, and you didnt do standard maintenance, blowing out lines etc., and now i have a ton of secondary water damage. Sounds to me like you DONT want a chance to make things right. Sounds like you guys just get on here and defend yourself. What a joke!These people are not honest at all, and dont care to make things right with the customer. DO NOT USE THESE GUYS!
Roger was very nice and very quickly resolved our clogged A/C main drip line. Over the years weve had this problem several times, with multiple technician trips to finally resolve the issue from other companies. Roger was top notch!

I needed a simple job done: capping a kitchen gas line with a shut off valve. Contacted eight or more plumbers in Addison and Carrollton and no one responded. Too small a job I guess. Sirius is the only one who called me back. Quickly at that. Took the job at a fair price. Randall did an excellent job, fully explaining everything so I rehired them to go ahead and replace my water heater which was due. He did an excellent job with that as well.So many companies now are just looking for a quick big payoff instead of building a lifetime customer base. It’s just a stupid way to do business.Sirius is an old fashioned mom and pop type of business that will be on my call list for all my plumbing and HVAC needs.
Nothing but great things to say. Everyone I spoke with on the phone was courteous and helpful including the technicians that came to my home. I was having warranty problems and my situation was escalated to the owner who went above and beyond to make sure I got my tankless hot water heater fixed in time for company coming from out of town. He also made a home visit to ensure everything was taken care of. There were many hours spent on the phone arranging warranty work and once approved they were here the same day. I will use them for my future needs and highly recommend them for their impeccable customer service and great work.
We had to deal with our home warranty company (which will also be receiving a review from us) otherwise we would have walked away long before this. We called Saturday morning and asked for someone to come out and fix our a/c unit since it was leaking condensation and not cooling adequately (please note it is July in Texas....). We were told that a tech would come out Monday and would call 30 minutes prior to arriving. By Saturday evening the condition worsened and we were concerned about the long term effect on the house (water damage is never a good thing). We called the warranty company back and explained our concern and asked if they had an emergency number and were told they would let sirius plumbing and air conditioning company know and someone would call us back within 4 hours. By Sunday afternoon no one had called and 24 hours had passed we called Sirius to receive an answering machine because they were closed until Monday. First thing Monday morning we called to check that they were indeed coming and were told that the appointment had been cancelled. After another hour waiting on hold for the home warranty company we were told the problem was with Sirius and we would get our technician today. We then called Sirius back to which we found another voice message because they were all now out on lunch. After waiting we called back only to be told we now had to wait until Wednesday for a technician to come out and fix the problem. The person on the phone was not willing to work with us or do anything more on her end. While both companies may have their faults in this experience I am increasingly bewildered how a company can work with an insurance company with such poor customer service as well as communication. I will be sure to tell every single person in all my circles to not use such a company. I hope things improve on your side of business running for the future because this experience was and continues to be the most frustrating and unacceptable form of business we have experienced since moving to Texas.
Had some work done today by Sirius plumbing through american homeshield and must say the service was the best. Olu our plumber was quick and took care of all our plumbing concerns in less than an hour. Even recommended some extra services we didnt even think about that looked great! I will for sure be using them again!

I submitted a service request through my home warranty company for a pipe that is leaking in my house. Sirius was assigned to this work order. Plumber came over and determined he cannot fix the pipe since there is an access problem. He claimed I will need to have someone break down my shower wall so that he can fix the problem and that would obviously not be covered by the home warranty. I know for a fact that is not true, as I brought in another plumber with 30 years experience who said he can fix the issue without braking any walls to access the pipe.Sirius plumber had me sign a form and would not provide a copy of it.I am now trying to get a second opinion, but the home warranty is unable to process such request since they have not received the documentation from Sirius Plumbing & Air Conditioning, even though it has been three weeks since the plumber was at my house.I will never use their services again.
I called to have my ac repaired since it wasn’t blowing cold air. This was my first time calling for service with this company. I’ve bottom of the barrel quality service with other ac repair businesses and to be honest.... I was thinking that maybe all of these ac repair business act the same. Adrian (not sure if I spelled her name correctly) called me back to schedule. I requested someone to come by my home today because I have a 7 year old with asthma, and I also have a very active 1 year old. Steve was our technician and he was outstanding. He has a great personality and he is very knowledgeable. I don’t know where they found Adrian and Steve, but they better keep them. A business is only good as their people. Sirius Plumbing and Ac Repair keep doing what you do.
I got assigned Brian Gray with Sirius by my warranty company and was very pleased with his work and attitude. He quickly diagnosed the problem, and replaced the part within minutes. Finally a good experience with my home warranty!

I have been a home owner in Plano for 25 years and can say without fear of contradiction that Sirius is the most honest, reasonable and caring service provider I have worked with...this includes HVAC, plumbing, cable TV, landscaping, you name it. I use AHS Warranty and always request Sirius. This last time AHS sent another company that said I needed a whole new furnace. I got them to send Sirius out for a second opinion and it was a minor fix that was needed. Brian is a GREAT technician and while all of the Sirius customer service team has been fine to deal with, ask for Maddie...she was awesome. Thanks Sirius.
Our water heater broke and within hours Sirius plumbing in North TX sent out Jonathan Ramos to assess our water heater situation. Jonathan was on time and very professional in his assessment and explanation of what happened and his recommendation in replacing the water heater. He also explained in detail the upgrades and options to enhance The new water heater‘s performance and longevity. I was extremely impressed with how professional and thorough Jonathan was and also trustworthy in our home. Our water heater went out right before the freeze and someone that was supposed to be off came to install new one. So thankful for them. Recently called them to fix a leak in washer fixture in wall and they came and fixed it, professional all the way! Love these guys (and gals in the office are awesome too)!
I am an American Home Shield Customer and needed a plumber because my toilet and garbage disposal had stopped working. I called and scheduled someone to come out between 8-1. Larry called shortly after 8 and told me he was 30 minutes out. He arrived on time and quickly got to work. He had to replace a few parts on my toilet and my garbage disposal. He had everything he needed in his truck. He completed the repairs quickly. I did not have to pay anything beyond what I paid to AHS for the trip charge. I will definitely use Sirius again.

My faith in honest repair services is restored. I was qouted by one service for $2000 in repairs. Cody showed up, ran diagnostics and found it could be done under my warranty work for just the cost of the freon. Saved me over $1600. This is how businesses get and maintain loyal customers. Integrity, pride in workmanship, and doing the job right. They deserve this rating.

Buyer Beware!! Sirius was sent to my house by my warranty company, which contractually covers all parts and labor for a water heater. Sirius did not want to repair, but only to replace the water heater for $1700 out of my pocket. After hours fighting with AHS and another week without hot water, I find out Sirius was in cahoots with AHS, only charging them $200 behind the scenes for my new water heater and making up the difference by creating bogus line items and charging me for the job - $1700. These guys are knowingly working with home warranty companies to scam people. I hope they get what they deserve.
I have used Sirius a few times now and had a wonderful experience! The techs are pleasant, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. Additionally they showed up on time which is a BIG plus in my book. I would recommend them.
Austin was efficient and explained everything he was doing at my request. He was very thorough and personable. He had to come out to clean up another’s plumber’s work, but did so with grace. This company’s dispatchers/customer service is always pleasant and professional!!
Kenneth Evans did the work - it was through American Home Shield and using vendors through them is always questionable - never sure what kind of service youre going to get. I was pleasantly surprised with Sirius. The plumber who did the work, Kenneth Evans, was very professional -he paid attention to the details, was on time and did a great job.
Sirius was sent out by our home warranty company when our water heater stopped working. The very nice technician looked at it for about 30 seconds and wrote a quote for a new water heater, including about $1,000 worth of parts & labor that werent covered by the home warranty.He also offered me their 5-star discount (10%) if I would agree to leave a 5-star review. I believe compensating for reviews may actually be illegal and is most certainly against the Terms and Conditions of all the major review sites. #unethicalAt this point, we opted for a 2nd opinion and discovered that the problem was ACTUALLY a leaky pipe, NOT the water heater, which as it turns out, is working just fine.The Sirius technician left my house with an unresolved active leak!!!When we called to complain about the fact that the technician left an active leak unresolved, the manager accused us of being angry because we had to spend a lot of money. SMHObviously, Sirius Plumbing and possibly the tech make more money replacing a water heater than repairing a simple leak. #scam
Sirius submitted Incomplete diagnosis to my home warranty company and closed the case with them without confirmig with us, leaving us in Limbo and no fix for 3 weeks now.
Our tech, Mike, was very friendly and professional. He is very knowledgeable and proficient and seems to be extremely honest and thorough. He used a face mask as well as shoe covers and he socially distanced. We have great confidence in him and Sirius Plumbing & AC.

I have used Sirius HVAC and Plumbing twice now.Our AC went out in May and they replaced it with a whole new unit pretty quickly and even came to service that unit in August when it was struggling.I used them again to replace my hot water heater. They replaced it the next day and brought everything up to code very affordably and with professional service.Thanks Guys.

Initially gave 5 star review, but upon installation of the new water heater it was noted that the pipe wasn’t capped when the old water heater removed which caused a further leak.
Kenneth was the plumber dispatched to our home. He was prompt, professional and very personable. He resolved our issue quickly and explained what was causing the issue and how it was resolved. Highly recommend Sirius and Kenneth in particular.
We had serious plumbing change our water heater. Now after we have had them out 5 times already our house smells like gas/exhaust SILL, it’s been 5 months!!! Today they came out again, workers that have been out have been an absolute delight to work with but the issue is still there. Today, I received a call from their Master Plumber John Nelson and he was an absolute nightmare to speak to. Didn’t want to come out and said it’s basically not their issue!! We never had any gas/exhaust leaks in our home till we worked with serious plumbing! The most frustrating thing is, it is not getting fixed and I’m not sure how safe it is for my family to smell this all day long. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! I will not change my review till this issue is resolved.
From dispatch request to meet our schedule to the repairman on-site, EVERYthing about Sirius’ service was incredible! I hope we don’t have other issues but they will be our go-to should we need service in the future!! Can’t say enough good!!!

Kenneth was very knowledgeable about the pipes and why the sink wasnt draining properly. It took some time to get the sink unplugged but he was very tenacious and got it handled. Very nice guy! Sirius, you have a good one in Kenneth!
Sirius Plumbing and A/C was dispatched out via an American Home Shield service request from my elderly Mom. Unfortunately her A/C went out (in August...in TX). They were quick to respond and quick to schedule an appointment. However, I was not there when they presented her a bill to replace the coil. For whatever reason, it was positioned that a coil replacement required modifications that AHS did not cover. How a like for like replacement of a coil requires modifications is beyond me (cut a copper line from old...reattach to new...that should be part of installation). Regardless, AHS said it wouldnt be covered and that my Mom would need to pay out of pocket.This is where I have a major issue with Sirius. I have attached a copy of the invoice that they charged her (again...she is elderly and was without A/C in the middle of Aug). Mastic Sealant for $195? Mastic is $15 for a half gallon at Home Depot. Install Hanging Kit for $195? They literally changed out a perforated strap for a solid one - $22 for 100 feet at Home Depot.I accept that refrigerant is expensive and dont have an issue with that line item, but the rest of the line items were ridiculously overpriced (not to mention that most seem unnecessary). I had to call a couple of times before I could get someone to call me back. They said that their work is high quality and that their prices are actually higher if my Mom hadnt gone through AHS.To me, this smells of taking advantage of someone who was A. Desperate to get their A/C fixed and B. an elderly person who really didnt know how ridiculous these prices were.She paid over $2K to replace a coil that was supposedly covered under a home warranty. It isnt Sirius fault that it wasnt covered by AHS...but the prices that they charged my Mother are obscene.I have attached a copy of the invoice in case anyone is interested in seeing the line items.

I have used Sirius Plumbing and Air Conditioning several times and every time they have done top notch work! Jovas came in and assessed our needs and returned the next day to replace our water heater. He was conscientious and knowledgeable. The previous install of the heat exhaust was actually done incorrectly and Jovas he was able to correct the issue beautifully! Thank you Sirius!

I have nothing but great things to say about my experience with Sirius. I found them through American Home Shield and have requested them whenever I need service on my AC. On each visit the serviceman is very professional and knowledgeable. I am very satisfied with my service.
This company is anything but serious. This company was assigned by American Home Shield to service my emergency request to repair a leaky kitchen faucet. I placed the request on Monday April 25. They scheduled me for Wednesday April 27 between 8am and 6pm. I make arrangements to work from home that day to sit and wait for them the entire day. They specified that I would receive a call the morning of the 27th to get a more specific timeframe. I wait around til after noon and finally decide to call them to see if they’re still coming. At that time, the dispatcher said they would arrive between 2pm and 4pm, to which I say, great, I am waiting, I will be home. I take a work call from 2:30-3:30 and miss their calls. I call the plumber back at 3:30pm, and they’ve dispatched the plumber to a different job. I call the dispatcher back and I now have to wait til Friday April 29! Meanwhile, I already have granite, Sheetrock, and wood floor damage. I cancel the service request with Home Shield and try to get a refund because why would I go through the same thing on Friday with Serius Plumbing? Serius calls me back and say they can dispatch someone today, but they cannot say what time they can be at my house. What an utter waste of time and money. Who is going to pay for water damage now? Not Serius and not Home Shield. This entire industry is such a racket and a scam.

Anthony did a great job he explained what he was doing, he showed me the old cartridge & the new cartridge replaced. Although the job got a little difficult because of the old part. Anthony took his time and took care of it. The shower runs better and is much quieter. 😁
Fantastic Service. My Garbage Disposal died on Christmas night. Don from Sirius Plumbing called and was on his way. He arrived and replaced the broken disposal with quickly and precisely. I couldnt be happier. Highly recommend this excellent service company.
As many others have posted here, Sirius Plumbing ends up colluding with AHS in artificially inflating prices for services rendered. I called AHS due to an issue with my water heater, which was covered under warranty. AHS sent out Sirius to complete the job.Now, despite having warranty that is expected to cover the water heater along with its installation, Sirius ended up charging me $900 in addition to the $125 service charge supposedly for modifications to be compliant with code. When I asked the contractor why these charges are so exorbitant, he nonchalantly told me that AHS only pays about $500 for the water heater and these are additional charges on top of the insurance payment. Now, if I am paying over $1000 for a water heater replacement, what is the use of having home warranty? I can find a contractor of my choice to do this at the same price.In short, if you want to get ripped off for any plumbing work, then call Sirius or AHS. Use another warranty company and another contractor.Everyone trying to find a good plumbing service provider and looking up this provider, you need to be warned. Trust those poor reviews. If you have AHS warranty and they end up sending these guys over, ask AHS to send another contractor.

SIRIUS showed up and that’s it!!! Poor service. AHS sent SIRIUS AC Carrollton, TX, who sent an inexperienced, lazy person, AUSTIN out to my home. He looked, never touched the ac unit and left without telling me anything or when he would be back. Hours later I called Sirius, they told me he would be back in the morning. Came back same day asking me to sign some papers to order parts. I refused to sign, then he asked me to sign same papers saying papers only meant he had completed the service call. That was NOT what the papers said in writing.How had he completed the service and he never touched the unit. Austin is lazy, rambling speech, inexperienced, rushes you to sign so they can collect your service fee and leaves. Unethical practices, lies and he was not a certified ac technician which is what I was promised by American home Shield. No one has returned and it’s been over 24 hours, not even a phone call. They prey on women and the elderly, try to overcharge, poor communication and poor service!!! Running around so fast to collect signed papers to get fees. Uncaring, Unethical and no written assessment !!!
Horrible service. Unprofessional and irresponsible. Called to examine possible slab leak causing high water bills. Claimed problem was with upstairs toilet. Exchanged flapper and chaired a couple hundred dollars. Plumber bumped moved toilet causing the flange to crack pipe. Over next 24hrs water leaked and flooded downstairs ceiling. Owner refused to take responsibility and would only pay for one day of restoration service. He would not refund or pay for damages. Avoid these guys. Too many other plumbing services to use.
Technician arrived. Identified problem. Left kitchen sink supply line on and left to leak. Ordered part and didn’t tell us it was going to take 14 days for part to come in. Have t been able to use kitchen sink since last Wednesday. Called Operations Manager for assistance with no luck. He just keeps telling me to give him and hour, give him 15 minutes. Then he got mad because I called back seeking assistance. I used this company through American Home Shield and now I have to find someone else and pay out of pocket.
This company was sent out by American Home Shield for my AC. My experience is usually bad with AHS contractors. However, this one was amazing! Everyone I talked to from the technician who came out (Jason) to the scheduling group (Matt) and the finance people (Jeni) were AMAZING, friendly, professional, and very helpful and considerate considering my circumstance. Even the Install team (Alvin and crew) were the same... I mean how often do you get that from every aspect of a business... Ask for those I said specifically, because they are WORTH IT!

I had a faulty water heater and Chris my technician was not only very prompt but also very clear on options available to me yes we were working through a home warranty service as well. Installation was a breeze and Chris made sure to walk me through operation of my new water heater which was similar and make sure I saw the components that were done to bring my new unit into compliance with new city codes. They’ve been a pleasure to work with.

A/C problems this summer on a Friday afternoon! Tech arrived timely and diagnosed my problem quickly. As it turns out I needed a new unit which was installed on Monday morning. Professional, quick service! I have used this company for years and would definitely recommend!!

They were contracted by AHS to look at issue with my heater. They told me motherboard was out and total cost out of pocket would me $3000. Luckily I called another company and they found capacitor was gone. It ended up costing me only $120. I would not let this company come in my house for anything. I would not even recommend them to anyone. Another friend told me same issue. Stay away.
Sirius was sent by American Home Shield. Attempted to charge close to $700 in UNNECCESSARY repairs saying it was required due to city code. I called in a master plumber for a 2nd opinion which is how I found out. Spoke to the owner of the company who doesnt care. I will be filing complaints with the state and the attorney generals office for violating the Texas Deceptive Trade Practices Act. STAY AWAY.

Sirius Plumbing technician quoted me $1083 for unnecessary Code work related to replacing a failed water heater. I contacted the City of Frisco, who sent an inspector by the house to inspect the work required. Only one item in the list was actually required, gas sediment trap. All the other items quoted were not required by code. Sirius misrepresented the necessity of the items and refused to replace the water heater without performing all the unnecessary Code items. I contacted the owner of Sirius, who defended his deceptive sales practices and refused to perform the work. I refused to do business with Sirius.
This company is truly the best one out there! They are extremely professional and the work is done very well. Their customer service skills are top notch, and they will accommodate your needs no matter what. Definitely would recommend to anyone who needs this kind of work done.
Sirius Plumbing was responsive to my need to replace a couple of faucets and valves under the sinks. I was in desperate shape with a valve failing that would not allow me to turn off the water. They came out the morning I called to be sure things would turn off until they could get back the same day with the necessary parts. Thanks for the help Sirius.

Shady business practices...First, they offer a $275 rebate if you give them a 5 star review. Its printed as a line item on their paperwork...so take those with a grain of salt.Orginally said I had a bad control board. Next appointment the tech walked in within no parts and said they couldnt find the board, it was over 20 years old and obsolete and the now the entire furnace needed to be replaced. Warranty company would cover it but there was an extra $1800 they were trying to charge. I asked the manager in the office 7 or 8 times if the repairs had to be done for the furnace to be installed and function properly; he kept dodging giving me simple yes or no. He finally said that for his company to install the furnace he would have to charge the $1800.Fed up we called a second company. Their tech was onsite for 30 minutes and fixed the blown fuse on the control board that was less than a year old.
Sirius was assigned by my home warranty company to fix my heating unit and it wasnt working at the worst time during the cold front. They came out 3 times to my house, each time a 8-5 window so I had to be home all day. Each visit was spent more time with excuses why my house wasnt warming up instead of spending the time to thoroughly check the issue why the unit wasnt working. During the last visit, the technician insisted my unit was working and more excuses. It definitely was not when Im waking up again the next day to a 66 degree thermostat when it should be what I had set it to 74. I called the home warranty company again who assigned a 2nd vendor who only had a 4hr window. On their first visit here, they confirmed the unit wasnt working, they fix the issue and left 2hrs later making sure my unit was working properly.
