I’ve taken multiple cars here over the last year and have had a great experience every time.Can’t say enough good things about this place. Friendly, responsive, fair pricing and, most importantly, extremely trustworthy.These guys are straight shooters and transparent. This is the first place I’ve taken my car where I haven’t wondered whether or not I’m being taken advantage of or sold on a bunch of unnecessary repairs.On top of all that, they do good quality work.Highly recommended.

An excellent auto center with mechanics who pay close attention to detail. Jorge identified several work on my car that may have been overlooked in the past from other mechanics. They work with you to perform excellent repairs in a timely manner while also keeping you updated on savings to avoid future unnecessary costs. Everyone there is very professional and have many years experience in the business. I’ll bring my car here again for my auto care. A special recognition to Amir who was there during my auto repairs demonstrating his leadership skills in the auto industry and soon an upcoming engineer!

I took my Mercedes e300 here the first time about 3 years ago. The service was great and the cost half of the dealership. Since then I get my oil changes and routine maintenance done there with the same excellent experience. Today I stopped in for a question. The owner took a look and fixed the problem in a few minutes with no charge. As I was leaving George noticed my door hinge creaked. He ran and grabbed his tools and tightened it for no charge. I had been previously quoted $200 for a replacement hinge at a body shop. I dont typically write reviews, but I can highly recommend them. I will only take my car here because I can trust them to not only do good work, but charge fair prices and not oversell me. That is rare for mechanics.

Please avoid this place, they have no idea what customer service is, had a horrible experience, details below if you care to know1. Overpriced Parts: I was charged $139.99 for an aftermarket ignition coil, which is the same price as an OEM part at AutoZone. When I raised this issue, the shop dismissed my concern with, “My shop, my rates.”2. Negligent Workmanship: The mechanic reconnected my battery terminals improperly after removing them for spark plugs and coil replacement, leaving a loose connection, my car wont start the next morning and I had to tow it all the way to their shop, they checked and found a CAN error code, which they claimed was due to a pre-existing condition with the negative battery terminal.

I’m sorry Midway for my lateness on this review. Let me say that anything I need for my vehicle will be taken to this repair shop! I took my BMW here being new to Dallas. I took a chance and it was the best choice I could make. The guy test drove my car and automatically knew it was my strut mounts on my car. I had originally gone in for upper control arms. I am happy that my front end doesn’t sound like it will fall apart. Thank you Midway!!!!

I went there at around 1130 and they were already swamped. I walked home which is like 30-45 mins and I got home and they called and said they were done. I came in the day before and Sood said he could help get my bumper back. Like he said it’s not perfect but when it’s under $100 and that’s including a 15% tip (wish I could’ve gave more ) he got me back to looking better . I’m not back I’m better lol ShaCarri . The lady at desk has a nice smile and mechanics were impeccable. You want fair prices and fast incredible repairs than it is here. Sood is the dude fasho. I have photos for proof

In accurately recorded my mileage (increasing it by more than 1/3) resulting in more than $1000 loss when I went to sell my car. Do not go to or if you do watch them enter in the mileage to the system.

The Owner Sood and his amazing Mechanic Ahmad were very professional and customer oriented! They fixed my Power Steering hose ASAP, and had me back on the road within the day!! I truly appreciated the quality of the work, super reasonable prices, and most of all, the Superior Customer Service!! Ill be going back soon for them to fix a Mass Airflow Sensor, Thank You Sood and Ahmad!!

My light bar on my Jeep had fallen off while driving and this was the closest auto shop to me. Once I got here, they screwed up my light bar back up and didn’t even charge me. Very fast and honest people

I’ve brought my Kia to Midway Auto Center twice now (once for the state vehicle inspection and once for an oil change and tire rotation), and both experiences were outstanding. They have some of the best customer service I’ve ever received, fair prices, timely work, and quality results. I’d recommend going here to anyone in need of car services done right. I’d give zero stars if I could. Read the negative reviews. SMH.With full knowledge that my newer vehicle would not pass the inspection simply because of window tint, they proceeded with the inspection. Why? To fail my vehicle in the database and force my business. By law, you have to return to the same location for re-inspection once you have corrected the issue. Well, tint is no long part of inspections beginning in January, I’ll wait it out simply to take my business elsewhere.I should have know this was not a reputable business when I purchased a Full Detail on the carwash side a few months ago. The manager added a $100 tip, manually at the card reader, for the third party that comes in to do a specific portion of the work. I admit it sounded fishy, but he fast talked me and it was a gift for my husband…people and business will reap what they sow.Caliber Auto Care is right down the street. I should have went with them first. Their waiting area is much more welcoming and clean, and they were very helpful and honest. I highly recommended you check them out before bringing your business here. I’ll be seeing them in January.

Came in today to get my oil changed, tires rotated and a brake light fixed. Quick & friendly service, price was very reasonable!

No one likes to have to deal with car problems - especially when you have to get your car towed to the shop. That said, this place made it very easy to deal with the repair and you feel like you are getting an honest assessment for quality work. I would highly recommend. Thank you!

Im so over poor service and lack of knowledge from other mechanics. Midway Auto Center is the only mechanic I will bring by Jeep eco diesel to. They consistently offer high quality service at reasonable prices and they are so kind and knowledgeable. They follow through!

I had a very pleasant experience here. I diagnosed my car somewhere else. But i brought here. They fixed very fast. The prices were very fair for the parts and labor.Also most importantly it didn’t take forever to get fixed as other shops even the issue wasn’t straightforward.They were honest and transparent from the very beginning. Has really went down hill in past few months. They used to be outstanding. Owner begs for more auto work. Now I see why. I brought my car in to have cig lighter repaired. Decided to do oil change while I was there. They said they checked fuses and were good. Pulled car around with no diagnostic or repair. Waste of my time. I recommend to stay far away from this place. Horrible ! Go anywhere but here.

My car needed a fuel pump. The nice guy at the counter worked hard on my extended warranty claim and was on the phone and got the fuel pump ordered and completed within 3 hours. He also took the time to explain the cost and labor for the repairs. I am happy I chose this repair shop. I will be coming back! I highly recommend!

I see why so many of my coworkers told me to take my car here. Service was quick, staff was super friendly but most importantly prices are great & my car is working great. My car was sitting at a different shop for almost 24 hours & the other shop was price gouging me like crazy. i called Midway, they provided me the contact of a tow truck (which showed up super quick), overall my car was at Midway Auto Center for tops 2 hours. They were honest, efficient, & communicative. I will 100% be returning. It feels good to know i found a trustworthy shop.

Sood took care of my hybrid BMW. It was almost impossible to find a mechanic but he was amazing. They exceeded my expectations and took care of my vehicle while I was out of town. My AC I back working and I’m happy.Thank you guys a lot for everything.

Midway Auto Center just saved me around $2000 on a used transmission. I have used their services for simple stuff before and found them to be reliable, but after this transmission replacement, they have surely earned my patronage for as long as I live in DFW. I cant say enough good things about midway. Jessica is the best person and so prompt about calling back with updates. Their prices are very fair and they hold true to what they quote. There is no where else in town I would go. I moved here in June and was so lucky to find them. I recommend everyone go there. Bought a detail for my car for 189.00car wash closed for repairs said could do at Auto center so many areas they didnt clean well and when ask why the wheel well was not cleaned said we dont do that I would not recommend this place for detail very disappointed said would looklbrand new it did not I even tipped 30 dollar when other shops include the wheel well

I take my car here anytime I need anything! Oil changes, new battery, tire issues, etc. they have the best service and the kindest/patient employees even when I’m calling 20 minutes before showing up. They’re very fair and transparent with pricing and they do great work. Can’t recommend them enough.

Great customer service and integrity in their work. I was having loss in performance and efficiency in my truck but could not diagnose the issue due to no obvious signs of the problem. Sood was very helpful in working through trouble shooting and was communicative through the entire process.

I was driving from Houston to Dallas when the AC in my car went out. It was 107 that day and we were only staying for a night and had to head back. I had my five-year-old son with me so there was no way we could continue to drive in my car in that kind of heat. I immediately googled mechanics near me and midway auto center came up with amazing reviews. I called them up and told him my situation and immediately they said they could help me. They told me to come on by right now and they would get me in right away. I drove there and sure enough they got me in right away. My condenser was burnt up, they said they had the parts, and they can get started right away. Before they got started, they went over all the possibilities of what they could find, and all the prices that things would cost, they were upfront about everything. They called me during the process to inform me of anything that came up and what the cost would be so I was not blindsided. they had my AC and hoses fixed within four hours and I was able to pick it up without a hassle. There were no hidden fees or services that I was unaware of, they were super friendly, and made me feel safe and not taken advantage of. Being a woman, it is always an immediate downfall. When it comes to any kind of auto repair, I have had so many previous mechanics take advantage of any of my situations because I was a woman and they thought I could not understand things. I wish this place was closer to my home so I could use them for regular maintenance. But I wanted to write a review for them for how amazing they were and how well they took care of me, as well as how fast everything was. I highly recommend this place for anyone. I came into Midway frustrated about my fuse being blown for my car lighter and I couldn’t replace it myself because the prongs were broken inside the slots. When I tell you these guys at midway are Amazing! They literally replaced my fuse for nothing! I thought I was gonna pay a wee bit much for a tiny job. They are generous because they didn’t have to do that…. Most would have me pay something. I highly recommend them. Their customer service is Absolutely amazing!

First off, the service is excellent and no unnecessary extra charges. All the mechanics are well qualified to identify problems with your car. Not to mention, a wonderful one stop shop for auto repairs, car wash/detailing as well. They did thorough job with our complimentary outer car wash so we decided to get a detailing completed and they did not disappoint. I recommend this location to anyone that Is in need for a repair, diagnostics, or car cleaning and detailing.I’m writing this review because they truly helped me out in a situation where my car battery died. Midway Auto Center has been Amazing. We were in Dallas from out of town when our transmission went out. They were so understanding and helpful. Ture honesty is hard to come by but not here. They cared more about us than they did themselves!!

Had an apparent issue with my control arms off the diagnosis of another well known chain repair shop. I came to Midway Auto off the recommendation of a co-worker and they ran a free diagnostic of the said issue and turns out that was not the issue whatsoever. They even fixed the actual issue which had to do moreso with tightening some bolts underneath the car related to the subframe, and even filled my coolant free of charge.I would recommend this place off first impressions alone. They are very courteous and kind and are not trying to rip you off and make a cheap buck. Highly recommend to anyone who is like me and had questions. They walk you through the entire diagnosis and even show you in the garage what they recommend.Thank you guys!

This morning driving to work I heard a loud scraping noise coming from the bottom of my car. I pulled over and noticed the oil pan hanging down and at the when I time I thought it was oil. I originally stopped at a different place and not was the girl rude but ignored me for 5 minutes. Then told me it would be an hour but told her I was already late for work so I left and went to look for another place. The next place was Midway Auto. When I explained the same situation to the mechanic Jeremy and the manager Sood they were so helpful and sincere and took it right away and immediately put it on the lift without having to wait an hour…all of 5 minutes, advised me that it was just the oil pan that was cracked and came lose. Jeremy fixed it for me right away and didn’t charge me when I asked how much and advised me that it was just water from the air conditioner dripping due to the heat. He then filled my tires as they were low. I was so relieved. I am a single mom and new to the area. It is hard to find good honest mechanics. I will definitely go back for any repairs, issues or just an oil change. I absolutely recommend this shop. I had an amazing experience at Midway Auto. I had gone camping in my truck and gone off road the weekend before I had problems. Apparently my battery had come lose and wrecked the drivers side Valve Cover of my engine. There was engine oil all over the inside of my engine bay. The technicians at Midway Auto not only fixed my truck that same Saturday (meaning my truck was only in their shop for less than a day) by driving to a Toyota service center to pickup the part, but they went ahead and cleaned out my engine bay of all the oil that had splattered everywhere. Best of all, it was at a great price. Great service and professionalism, great price, and an amazing turnaround time to get my truck fixed.

This is my second visit for repairs and they do not disappoint. As a person who does not know much about cars, I need a dependable and a honest place for my car needs and they meet those requirements. I completely trust them!

Thank you Midway Auto Center!. You made my day!!! Went to Midway Auto Center to get the cost of fixing my drivers side door as I was not able to open it from the inside. They took a look at it and fixed it. They said one screw was missing so they replaced it. When I asked about the cost they did not charge me. They said it was only missing one little screw so did not want to charge me for it. I was in and out within 30 minutes. On top of no cost and a short wait staff was very friendly. Glad I decided to stop here. Once again, that you!!

I’ve gone here several times. Made an appointment for maintenance and state inspection days in advance. When I get there THEN they tell me the state inspection machine is down and that it “has been for awhile.” But no one could TELL the customer this when they made an appointment for the state inspection? Instead, you waste more of your customers time? You just lost a customer. Thanks for wasting my time.And whoever you sent that email to? It wasnt me. I got 3 follow-up reminders - but nothing that stated the State Inspection couldnt be done. I found somewhere else to go and will continue using them since they seem to be able to communicate with me and not make things up top make themselves look better on Google. I never got an email about the state inspection.

ABSOLUTE PROFESSIONALS! Honest, knowledgeable and fair. Did I mention honest? Clean facility, great employees and reasonable rates. They kept me in the Loop at all times. Su was great. He really kept me in the loop ion the repairs that were being done on my car. They replaced a drive axle and stabilizer arm on my Mercedes-Benz E-Class and also changed the oil and did a State Inspection. Friendlier, faster, and a much better value than the dealer. I will never go anywhere else!

Jessica is the wonderful person working the front desk. She is quick witted, very much cares, and was willing to kindly help me out with any questions I had.And number one thing to know, they are honest!

Everyone here is so nice and Harold the owner is so warm and friendly. You feel like you are family when you are here. I had an issue with the trunk of my Mercedes not opening and I dropped it off to have it looked at; it turns out there was a button inside my glove compartment that I accidentally pushed that locked the trunk and they told me about it without charging me for helping with it. I’ve taken my car here to get serviced before as well and the service has been wonderful and a fraction of the price of having the dealership service it. I highly recommend Midway Auto!!

Been bringing my moms car here for years and decided to bring my Audi in. Lets just say they did a better job then other places (Audi dealer) and was a quarter of their price. All quality work with quality parts. I will be bring my vehicles here on out to Midway. You name it they can do it and nobody can beat price point and the quality service is unmatched.

This place is fabulous! The shop supervisor is Sood. He is professional, transparent, friendly, & unbelievably knowledgeable! He makes U feel very comfortable with clear straightforward explanations of what repair is needed & how it will be done. he often finds a common sense way to save U money on your repairs, while many shops look for ways to charge U more. I needed to have my CV axle replaced on my 2014 Nissan Rogue. One Nissan dealership told me I would need to leave my vehicle with them for 4 days, just for a diagnosis! Sood had my Rogue on the rack & diagnosed within 20 minutes of my arrival! We agreed on a very reasonable repair cost. The job was completed & I was on my way in about 2.5 hours!..& that included a very nice free car wash & light detail! These guys take the stress out of getting your vehicle repaired, from a simple inspection to something major like I had. U wont find a better repair shop.

I purchased a 2017 Dodge Charger from Sam. It’s a beautiful car and it was in excellent condition. The transaction was quick and painless, he made me a great offer for my trade in, and a small discount on the vehicle I wanted. At this point in time anything helps, and I highly appreciate him for that. Dealing with Sam was very easy, he responded very quickly, he understood my needs, and made sure I was satisfied. On the way out Sam Gave me a free beverage, some small talk, and almost made it feel like I was with family. Thank you Sam. This auto shop and the amazing staff are spectacular. They are knowledgeable and they treat their customers with respect and care. Being a single woman it’s hard to find good quality auto shops but this shop I will recommend to any and everyone! They are amazing and I am truly grateful for the work they did on my car!!!!!!! I took my car in because it was vibrating while in idle and I took my car to this shop and they did the diagnostic work and actually showed me what was wrong with my car and how they will fix it. Leaving the shop my car ran so smoothly!!!!! I am forever grateful to this shop especially George thank you a million!!!!!This auto shop is now my new go to stop for all my car needs.

I was blessed to find Midway Auto Center last week when I was driving without brakes! They were so professional and honest, they replaced my brakes for less than I would have paid at the dealer, and even added oil to my engine free of charge. As a woman who knows very little about cars I felt confident that I was been treated fairly. Highly recommend this place. I will definitely be back.

These guys did an amazing job and were very transparent about the repairs I needed done.

Car wouldnt start, so I called Midway and had the car towed here, they were happy to help and quoted me a great price on a new alternator and starter. However when they noticed the wiring on the old alternator was the problem they just repaired it without installing a new one. That level of honesty deserves 5 stars on its own. But they also gave me a good deal on the starter and quickly fixed a few other small issues for me as well. Definitely recommend bringing your car here if you want honest straight forward work.

This place is one of the only places in Dallas with great, honest mechanics. I took my car to 3 different shops for an issue I was having with my transmission. They all quoted me over $2000 of repairs to get my car fixed. I was ready to give up hope on the car until I took it to Midway. The guy that helped me (Amer) came to me and told me that the repair was very simple and this it would cost a fraction of what everyone else was quoting me. This just shows how good and honest these people are. Very genuine and friendly people. Will definitely be coming back here for all of my repairs going forward.

Got my A/C serviced and what helped me decide to go here was how informative they were when I called to inquire. Talked me through the possibilities and estimates, too! They remembered me when I called, plus they really made me feel like they wanted my business. They also set me up with a free car wash, and even though my car was too low to fit they offered to apply it to another one of my vehicles. Now, thats the way to take care of the customer (and their cars!) Their hospitality really went a long way with me. I definitely recommend and will be going back again.

This place is one of the best mechanic shops in Dfw area I took my car to so much different mechanics and was fixing every thing other mechanic told me and it still didn’t fix the problem I brought my car over to this shop and it was one little cheap thing I didn’t have enough Transmission fluid in my car and it fix the problem thank y’all so much!!

Midway Auto Center are the best mechanic group Ive ever delt with. Ive gotten everything done here in the last year. Theyre fast, professional, and very fair about theyre pricing. In exchange for no warranty, theyll even let you bring in your own parts to install. They truly make sure youre getting a good deal. The complementary car wash doesnt hurt either. After dealing with BS from other Mechanic shops, I will never pick anywhere different while Im in the DFW.

I recently took my car here after months at my old mechanic, although some old reviews were negative, I was informed that the management has recently changed and it was in a very convenient location so I said why not. The results were outstanding. I was immediately helped and they quickly told me what was wrong. Most mechanics are iffy when it comes to BMW and other luxury cars, but their mechanic frank is spot on. The customer service along with the pricing was outstanding. I have found my new regular mechanic and I couldnt be more satisfied!

I would refer these guys to anyone! Took my car to the dealer, and they quoted me an arm and a leg to replace an alternator on my Mercedes E-Class. I showed up to Midway Auto Center, and was greeted by some awesome, smiling, and good looking guys! Sam, Moe, and Amer were so helpful and nice. Genuine and honest people. They did the alternator job in less than half the price the dealer quoted me. On top of that, the job was done within a few hours, unlike the dealer (they said it will take up to a week to get to the car!). Plus, when I went to pick up my car, it looked like brand new after a full service wash that was done free with the job. These guys are great! I would definitely recommend them to anyone!!

I started coming here last year because 1. I needed an oil change 2. My car needed new rotors and shopping around, this place was very honest with their price and gave me a break down of what everything costs including time, parts, and labor. He even offered to drive me back to work down the street and pick me up when the car was done! Extremely nice and honest people.This time, I also needed an oil change and my AC went out. I thought it was just a bad compressor, but We had to do put in an entirely new system because it was THAT bad. Again, his team broke down everything to me and explained different options and that it could get costly once they took it apart and find out more issues, which they did and they already prepared me for it.They got me the parts ( which includes a 3 yr warranty) and they also have a one year labor warranty on their work. So I know they’re going to take care of me if I had to come backOverall, This team is great and I would definitely recommend anyone to come here for their hospitality, service and prices!!!

Ive been to Midway Auto Center for oil changing, inspection, and maintenance for several years now. They provide excellent, speedy service, and very professional. Today, the plate under my car became loose and hanging under the car on my way to work, I went to Midway Auto Center to ask for help , they pulled my car inside their workshop and fixed it very quickly with no charge, like they always did, to make customer worry free and happy. I highly recommend this place for all your car issues.

Midway Auto Center provided the best deal for my high milage oil change in the Colony area and I received a full service car wash with the change. Awesome deal. The service representatives are friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. I am currently writing this from their waiting room as Im back again for my state inspection! Best oil change experience ever. It was in my price range and super conveniently located. Service was friendly and knowledgeable. I was there for about 45 minutes but when they gave my car back to me it shined. Literally when they tell you a wash they also mean carpets vacuumed with windows and interior wiped down. Super impressed. I will definitely be back.

Went inside as a walk in, was greeted very politely and gentlemen up front was very professional and transparent about the shops services and pricing . At first inspection it was determined my car would just need to replace brake pads but later was determined my rotors needed to be replaced as well. Manager called and explained why , apologized for the assuming to soon and offered a discount . Either way, the pricing was very fair and very competitive to other shops, I was not upset at all . Car was finished within 2 hours , runs smoothly, no issues whatsoever

I came in to get my Camry inspected and like always, they work quickly and efficiently. They take great care of your car and make sure you don’t get overcharged. Amer noticed my car Key fob was out of battery and went out of his way to replace it for me to make sure I was taken care of. I highly recommend these guys!

They lifted so much weight off my shoulders my car randomly stop started out of nowhere! No engine lights on or anything! I had to take a Uber home from work which cost $20🤬 anyways, they towed my car to their shop so that saved me the hassle of calling around and haggling to get a good deal on a tow (no the tow wasn’t free BUT I was too stressed to call around is my point, lol) they fixed my car in a day flat so that I didn’t have to keep wasting money on Ubers to get to and from work. They did the best they can on what they charge bc I was in a financial bind and really couldn’t afford the sudden repairs. They were able to get a discount on the cost of my parts which was the bulk of the charges bc I needed a new fuel pump plus some electrical part which is what caused the issue with my fuel pump. Long story short they were great, communication was great, and they even washed my car for FREE! Now I either need a fan or a thermostat & unfortunately the fuel pump was faulty bc my gas gauge stop working properly so I never know exactly how much gas is my car BUT that’s at no fault of them, parts sometimes are faulty, that’s life! So in will be taking my car back for additional repairs wherever I need one bc they were just great! Now this was about a month ago so I completely forgot to leave my review but better late than never, right? Lol THANK YOU MIDWAY AUTO CENTER!!

Honest people... Great place for an oil change,car detail, and any mechanic work! I am very obsessive about having a clean car so I requested a car detail. My car is black and any dirt on the interior is very visible, I left with a car that looked like its brand new (lol)! With every oil change you get a free car wash. My friend had her car work quoted at $2000 somewhere else (rip off!), but this place did all her work for $600, she saved herself $1400. I normally dont have time for reviews but I really appreciated their honesty and customer service. The manager Sam personally helped clean my car when he saw how strict I am about cleanliness. If you have special requests or questions make sure to let them know. Definitely recommended.

Midway Auto is under new management and I was so impressed by the new owner. He was knowledgeable, honest, and personally worked on my car. He stayed in touch with me throughout the entire process and gave me great service at a great price.My car had the check engine light on and I had previously taken it to another shop in the area where I was quoted $1800 to fix everything they said was wrong. I then took my car to Midway Auto and the owner told me that all of the work would only cost $800. He fixed it, I picked it up the next day, and it passed inspection the very next day - saving me $1000 and giving me peace of mind to drive my car with confidence.I could not recommend this place any higher!

Had to get my fuel pump replaced. Asked for an oil change as well, and they threw in a free car wash. They offered to replace another part if it was needed, but luckily it wasn’t necessary so they didn’t just replace it anyway. They took great care of my car, I couldn’t be happier!Very nice staff, and speedy service.Also they made sure I wasn’t overspending, which isn’t to be expected when getting car repairs done! Midway helped me replace my AC system that was incorrectly installed at another local repair shop less than a year ago. The service team was informative, forthcoming, and friendly. I called Midway because my A/c wasn’t working. Spoke with Sood and he was great in providing information over the phone. I end up going to Midway and letting them put my car on the machine to properly diagnose my car. They confirmed that it was my air compressor and told me that my quote was good for 30 days. Search around and ended up coming back to Midway the following week. They got me in and out in great timing and the price was great. Definitely would recommend.

Amer was completely honest with me and helped me save a job that another mechanic charged me four times the price. Will definitely take all my cars here. Honest and amazing guys! Great Service. Gave me a free car wash too!

Sood was outstanding! I had some body work done on my 2013 Camry and he not only took great care of me but he didnt break the bank in the process. I picked my car up on Saturday and it looks great. I work right around the corner from this place so it was easy to get my oil change when necessary. I recently went to get my oil changed and the guy checking me out told me that I really needed to get my brakes fixed. He warned me that I only had about 5% left and it was really dangerous for me to be driving. He told me he would give me X% off if I got the service that day. It was around $200+ to get them repaired. I was pretty scared to drive my car but knew I needed to get some A/C work done so I took it to the Ford dealership to have them check everything out and do the A/C work and some other things on my car. When I picked it up I asked them how my brakes were because another shop told me they were really bad. They said my brakes were in the green and did not need to be replaced anytime soon. They said it would have been a complete waste to spend that money. They werent even in the yellow. It really makes me mad that Midway Auto Center would try to get me to replace my brakes when they didnt need it. Ford could have easily tried to get me to replace the brakes to make money too but they didnt. I will never go back here again. If they would have just been honest and let me know when they really needed to be fixed then I might have gotten the service done there. I wont be referring anyone to them again either.

I went to Midway to get my car inspected. To my surprise, I had a few issues. Not only did they fix the issues, but Harry also gave me further value information about getting my car registered. On top of that, I got a free wash!! Love the customer service! Ask for Harry!

So my first experience with them I was super nervous. My car had sugar in its tank and the first place that I was going to take it to was charging me nearly two grand to get it done . I was not even sure if the issue would be resolved. I had my car towed to the establishment and Sood and his team were able to get the sugar out for a third of the price. I was so happy. I ended up having another issue and it is the very reason that I could not get my registration done. They fixed that issue as well, and now my check engine light(which had been on for over a year) is now off. These guys are so quick and efficient..Theyre kind and the free car wash is great too. Will definitely be my new car plaaaace. 😊😊😊😊 today i was able to get my inspection. Yay

This shop over torqued my oil filter on both my cars and then scrutinized me whether they would own up and fix their mistake. This ordeal was pretty inconvenient for me and the service manager was really quite rude about it. The quality of the mechanics that work here have gone downhill over the years as well. In the future, I am going someplace else.

Midway Auto Center saved me money and providing excellent customer service!!! I called around to get quotes and several other places gave me the run around then but Amer was honest and direct throughout our entire conversation. He was patient with me and asked lots of questions about my car and my needs. After I dropped it off he called to explain that they’d found damage to both the front and rear brake pads, this increased the total a little but I still trusted that he was giving me the best offer. I confirmed that he could repair both but after my call my inquiring mind wanted to know if i’d received the best deal, I called around and checked Groupon but surely Amer, had again, been honest and direct. I will definitely be using them again in the future!

I showed up at 5 and they finished my brakes and rotors by 6, for 60 bucks cheaper than the last place I did it. They were super friendly and took time to teach me a couple things. While I was there a couple regulars showed up too, and made me feel even more like I was at a good business. Free car wash too!

I was having a ton of issues with my Lexus after another shop did an alignment on it. I had warning lights all over the dash and the dealer wouldnt even look at my car without paying for a diagnostic (which was $200). Amir was very inviting when I walked in the door. He even showed me every step he was taking with the computer reader so I knew exactly what was happening. Amir is a stand up service professional and I will definitely be returning. He saved me a ton of money and was very nice while doing it.

Even though a couple of them had issues, midway auto center was able to get the parts needed quickly, repair them at a very low cost, and then get the inspections done. I went to this shop for a few years prior to moving away from the area and never had one bad experience. As a young girl, it sometimes can feel very intimidating to go to car shops alone and that gut-feeling of being scammed is always present. However, that never existed for me here. The employees would always detail to me exactly what was wrong with my car and never attempted to push any unnecessary expenses on me. There was a situation where my father insisted on calling and speaking with someone on the phone prior to spending the large sum to fix my brakes/rotors, and the employees of Midway Auto Center handled it with complete professionalism. I have yet to find a shop in my current location that I like as much as this place. I highly recommend this shop for any issues, whether minor or large.

Sood spoke with me on the phone last Spring to diagnose my A/C issue in my car. The other places I spoke with wanted $1200 and a fee for diagnosis. Midway took my diagnosis fee and applied it to my repair, which only needed a replaced compressor and a small extra object I can’t remember. The repair was 4 months ago. I paid $300 less than expected. My A/C blasted cold all summer. Will be returning here soon for a spark plug change. I know I can trust the people here.

I came in to Midway Auto Center for some repairs and walked out paying half of what I was quoted from many other shops. Amer and Sam were very professional and made the whole process as easy as possible for me. They kept me updated throughout the whole repair and even gave me a complimentary wash! Horrible experience!!! Total waste of time and money. Most dishonest and unethical company Ive ever encountered. I dropped my vehicle off Saturday for a diagnostic test to be completed as my vehicle was misfiring and the dealership couldnt get me in until the following Monday. Midway auto center charged me for 2 services which in their opinion would alleviate the problem. I paid and drove directly home upon completion, which was approx 4 minutes away. The next day I drove about 20 miles, once I pulled into the parking lot my car began to shake and fell dead. This was on a sunday, and the shop was closed. Monday morning I called them to have my car towed, which they did later that day. I was very lenient in my approach, even allowing them more time to figure out what was wrong, as obviously the initial diagnostic was incorrect. Tuesday I went in to check status, they still had no answer, but ,had some things they would like to try we all stood there, looking underneath my hood. I was told my battery, engine, and alternator were good. Only to receive a call later stating that my battery needed to be replaced and that I would need to pay extra for them to replace it. At this point, I requested to speak with a manager, who wouldnt be available until the next day. Wednesday morning i went into the shop and told the manager what my experience had been. He advised that they placed a new battery on my car just to see if it would repair the problem, he informed it was not the battery as the car still fell dead after running 30 minutes. I am now convinced that this body shop is not adequate and has not even determined what the problem is, yet have been taking a trial and error approach. I request a refund, and literally have my car towed from their location to a reputable service center. The manager gave me the hardest time in refunding my money when theyd obviously done a poor job. He even tried to charge me for the tow which was prompted after I drove my car under the impression that it was repaired, as Id paid for their services to fix my car. Overall I got a refund minus $50 as they said one of the faulty services they rendered was warranted, even though it had nothing to do with the reason I brought my car in. Hypothetically speaking, imagine going in to put air in your tires and the body shop changes the oil because it was time to, or warranted, and charges you. I said that, to put the above into perspective. Ultimately, once my vehicle made it to an equipped and experienced repair facility, my car was diagnosed promptly and properly. And heres the kicker, the problem was something covered under my warranty and repaired at no charge. I regret trying to take the quickest or cheapest route as I didnt know what the problem was. But urge anyone to just go to their own dealership or a body shop that at least is genuine and honest. Midway auto center was not able to detect the problem and should have been transparent in that realization oppose to wasting my time and money. I would not recommend anyone coming here!!!

Midway is an absolutely great place to get any service done! All the service they provide from oil changes to replacements to even car washes are spectacular and done in a reasonable manner. Their customer service is also top notch, Sam is very professional and makes sure that he gets the job done as prompt as possible! Him alone is enough to give Midway Auto Center five stars!

I went to another shop first, because of my a/c not working properly. They told me that i have to change the compressor, they gave me an estimate of $2500... I checked with Midway Auto center, and they fixed my issue with $200. The guy told me that most likely if i go to another place, they will let me change everything, which was true. Excellent service I am glade I came to the guys at midway auto center. I came into the shop with multiple issues with my 2006 VW passsat. Midway is more than capable of fixing all of my cars problems. Though money is thight I only had my compressor replaced. Sooda got me taken care of the both price and repair also the work was amazingly exceptional. Harry, Sooda and all of the techs were very nice and and ready to help they know there stuff and I really feel this shop is honest and has all the care to get to the need of your vehicle and fix it.A/C IS BLOWING ME AWAY!!#NUMBER1GO2

Ive come here for years, and really like new management and owners. I know automotive, have done most of my own car work for 20 years, and they provide great service at a fair price. Very convenient for oil changes, inspections, etc. For major work, they always give me options if I want OEM, after market, or even used parts so I can pick my price. Theyve brought on a master mechanic who did some of my more complex work. They go above and beyond in keeping me updated, answering questions, or follow up to problems. Car wash and vacuum is a nice bonus as well. I highly recommend them and will keep coming back!

I have been going to these guys for 3 years now. I will only let them service and do oil changes on my car. Super friendly staff and always explain the work they will do on your vehicle. These guys are fantastic. Honest and super helpful. Make you feel like someone that cares and is not just trying to rip you off. I needed a battery change in a pinch but they did not have the one in stock. Instead of sending me on my way they made a bunch of calls and found one and left the shop (right when they were supposed to be closed) sat in traffic and gave me a great price on the replacement. RUN! The price will DOUBLE from the one they quoted you to get you in the door, constantly increasing. Workers are incompetent. Surprise charges at check out they sneak in there. They do shoddy work. They installed some struts for me and did not install them correctly. I had to take my truck to another service center to fix their work. And then they yelled at me and threatened me saying their technician was almost injured while removing my old strut and I should have warned him it was damaged. Im not a mechanic, I had no idea what was wrong with it. I feel cheated and taken advantage of. I regret going there. The owners and staff are mostly all one family and are not American so they do not understand the American expectation of customer service and honesty.

I do not understand those that have given Midway auto center less than an excellent review. Ive been going there for the last six months and I have had nothing but excellent service. The owner, Nazir, has worked on my tundra, Porsche and Mercedes. Ive had tuneups, suspension work, ball joints and tie rods replaced along with oil changes and general diagnostic. All work performed has been excellent and I was never pressured to do any work. I was actually told I did not need to do work I thought needed to be done. I wonder if those giving a negative review ever wondered why his parking lot is so full?

I took my car to Midway Auto Center in Carrollton, TX to get my oil changed and found out that is place runs a scam to try to get you to do unnecessary repairs while you are waiting for your car. They offer a free car wash with your oil change to lure you into their trap. They also refuse to pay for personal property that their employees damage while vacuuming out your car.I was waiting to get my oil changed and the service rep walked over to a girl sitting next to me who was also waiting and showed her a list of things that “needed to be done on her car”. One of the things I heard him say was that she needed new shocks at $181 per shock and that her car was “bouncing up and down”. I later saw she was driving an almost new Honda Accord and I am sure it did not need new shocks.Later, the service rep pulled the same thing on me. He sat next to me in a very friendly manner and showed me a list of things that needed to be done on my car with the comment that “if you do it all today, I can knock off 10%”. One thing that was on the list was that my tires needed to be rotated and that would cost $20. I had just had my tires rotated about a week ago.When my car came out of the free car wash, I saw that that my Panama hat that was in the backseat had been crushed. All the items that were on the floorboard in the back had been thrown up into the seat and I guess they threw these items onto the hat.I took the hat into the office of the car wash and spoke with the manger,a middle-eastern man named Sam. I told Sam I would like to be reimbursed for my hat. He refused to reimburse me and said if he did, then he would have to reimburse everyone else that claimed their property was damaged. It sounded like this happened quite a bit.He then blamed it on me and said “I should have told them to be careful with the hat”, as if it was my responsibility to inform them of this. I would advise everyone to avoid Midway Auto Center as this is just a place that pulls the old car repair scam and damages property and refuses to pay for it.About six months later I went back to the original place that had changed my oil two oil changes ago (not Midway Auto Center). When they looked at the oil filter, they found that Midway Auto had not even changed the oil filter and probably not even the oil. They knew this as the filter that was on there was the same one this mechanic previously installed on my car as he had written the install date on it.

Ive been going here for over ten years but something has changed in the last year. I pick up my repaired car and before I drive it around the block I have to return because the problem wasnt fixed. And, it always cost more to re-fix it.Today I had it inspected and it passed. I drove next door to get the free wash and noticed the blinkers were not working. I returned and again they told me they fixed it for $75, for two signal bulbs and a headlight lamp, all under $5 at auto zone. If these bulbs were burned out, how did it pass inspection?The owner just wants to argue so I wont be returning.

I’m very careful when it comes to my lambo and have very high expectations when I get people to fix it for me, Midway didn’t just make me feel overwhelmed, but also shocked me of how wonderful the service was. Amer was always by my side making me feel company and gave me wonderful deals. If you’re looking to a place with fair pricing and high quality work, Midway is the right place !

Very sad how this place has become. I went to get a simple oil change followed up with the $10 off carwash. As soon as they were done washing and drying my car my car would not start. I took it over to the auto side they made up a code that my car had a fuel pump issue. He told me if it wasnt my fuel pump issue even though thats what the computer read then its an electrical issue. He had no idea I just came here to get oil change and I have a car place that I go to whose very honest with me. I took my car to my place the next Monday nothing was wrong with my car all I needed was a new battery. I tried to give this place another go and seems like all they want to do is up charge you make issues up just to get your money. Im sad because I will no longer use this car wash and I will never use this auto place again.

I took it to get diagnosed at a couple other auto repair shops and one place told me it could be the full head gasket, someone even said I might need a new engine... that’s when One of my friends recommended that I go to Midway Auto. She said they give fair prices and quality work.I had a great experience the moment I walked in the door. The manager Salah treated me like family. As a woman, a lot of these types of businesses will take advantage of the lack of auto knowledge... Salah made sure he didn’t just tell me what was wrong with my car, but he showed me and educated me. Midway Auto made a proper diagnosis and fixed it for much less than expected!I can’t speak highly enough of this shop, i trust Midway to get the job done right everytime!

Ive only had the best service at Midway Auto Center, for a simple oil change (which includes a free car wash), and for slightly bigger stuff - just got my struts and serpentine belt replaced today. Fadi and his team are extremely accommodating, honest, and willing to go out of their way to help their customers. I would highly recommend this place. My wife and I only have one car, and she needed it in the afternoon, so Fadi had me show up early, and committed to have the car done an hour before her appointment. He had it done three hours before the appointment. Also, I called another place in Plano, and their price to replace just the front struts was $165 more than the price to replace the front struts and serpentine belt at Midway. I wont be going anywhere else for my mechanical needs in the future.I have an update, three days after I posted this original review - I heard a weird clicking noise the day after picking the car up. I called Fadi, expecting to take it back in when I got time and have them check it out, like normal. He came to me immediately (since I was in meetings), picked up the car, fixed it (it turned out the hubcap was just on a little weird which caused the noise) and returned it. I couldnt believe it. These guys really are willing to do whatever it takes to build a great reputation of being honest and accommodating. I also found out they just bought the shop in November 2012.

My first time at this location but definitely not my last. I went in for an inspection and ended up needing a few more things done on my truck including break lights. Even with 30 mins left till close, Mo made a call to have a part that was needed delivered so that I wouldnt get a ticket for no break lights. They gave me a great deal and great conversation while I waited.Being a woman entering into an auto shop alone, there is always the thought of Mechanics taking advantage of the unknowledable woman. Im truly grateful that I decided to stop by my neighborhood Auto Center. I will definitely be back for all my auto needs. They also have a FANTASTIC massage chair in the waiting area. It almost felt like I was at the spa for 3 whole mins.Thanks again Mo, Sam and everyone else who interacted with me during my wait. I will recommend everyone I know to come your way.

Midway Auto center is a great place that really cares about their customers. One of the main things that sets midway apart from the rest of the auto shops is their honesty, they give you a real diagnose and don’t try to up charge their customers. All in all a great place that I’ll keep coming back to.

I would advise anyone to come here for any car assistance! I was here to get an inspection and it was done promptly and quickly. Everyone I came across was very helpful and made sure that I got the help that I needed. I will definitely be coming back for any other car repairs or assistance. My car was blowing hot air and I have been told by many other shops that my car needed compressor, condenser, expansion valve, and basically a whole new A/C unit which will cost around $1700 but when I took it to midway auto Center it turned out that my car only needed an A/C service and system recharging. So they saved me a lot of money. And now my A/C runs perfectly fine

Definitely it is one of the best place that I brought my car. They are very kind and very care about ever single detail. I’m really happy with them entire time, especially the guy named Sood. Thank you so much for such good care about my car.

9/18/19Update: Just fyi,super grateful with everything Amir has done for me. However, this last go around was superdifferent. Scheduling was done and I thought everything was set. There were notes to call if the job took over 2 hours, budget. It did and no one called. Nothing. Last time they extracted two bolts for the time it took for this one.Instead of paying 185, I paid almost 400. No call nothing. That is not good business practice at all. I did go back and talk with them about this and after a small discussion, they decided to refund me the two hours and never work on my Porsche again. That is a shame because alittle communication could have gone a long way.Ive worked on my car, I know jobs can be extended, but lack of communication about an extra 200$ is an issue on a budget. In the past Amir has done a great job communicating and working with me (5 star service). Now will give this place 1-3 stars because of that, but the place really needs another guy like him there.Since I am no longer welcome there for my car and my gfs. Thank you for all your work Amir, and best of luck in school. Future customers, make sure you keep notes like I.On a fun note, during this conversation, there was another with a lady about selling her car and they were arguing about if it was an inline or a V8 engine. Im curious on who was right..I was very happy to have the guys at Midway Auto Center work on my Porsche. European motors did not want to attach my skid plate to my car because of liability, but the guys here were happy to. I was greeted once I parked, and the technician knew everything I what I needed.The skid plate was installed within a reasonable time. The guys even checked my fluids and filled up my tires. This was pretty awesome. Thanks for the good work.

Avoid this place if you can. They will overcharge you on everything. I took my car for a simple no start and ended paying almost $400 for a bad relay, which is in the fuse box. 4 hours for labor and parts. Are you kidding me??Btw, to humor myself, I talked to a Toyota service manager and he informed that they would have charged me $50 for the diagnosis and I could have bought my own relay.

Every single time I come here they take very good care of me! They keep me informed and aware of what’s going on with my car. Their hours work best for my work schedule so I prefer them over other shops as well as Sewell. They do get super busy so make sure you call well in advance. Thank y’all for taking good care of me!

I got my car inspected here today. The staff was very friendly and the service was excellent. I even got a free exterior wash for being a first time customer which was really nice. I would definitely recommend coming here.

Cheaper is not always better. Took my car there for one issue and left with few more. After a month they finally fixed the damages they cause with no extra charge. But the process was a headache. I would not recommend

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Im not from Dallas and thought id give this shop a chance for my starter. Midway Auto Center lacks communication, professionalism, very rude, and THEY WILL GET OVER ON YOU. They do more work on your car then was your requested, and will over charge you for what they believed needed to be done to your car without consent. Manager hung up in my face after I requested a breakdown of total cost. Manager stated “I dont have time for any of this I have customers, and consistently referred to me as “You people.” My experience was horrible and I never felt so belittled in my life. I wouldnt even recommend them to a family member. AVOID ALL SERVICES with then at all means if you can stand it.

I took my car here on 8-7-19 to repair a majorly broken wheel baren on my 2001 Infinity Q45. Was referred here by another shop. Midway Auto Center went Waay beyond the call of duty to get this wheel barren/hub/axle repaired... & for a Great price! (Same day repair) It’s simply amazing how their customer service is. It’s very delightful! I experienced it myself & watched how others received it too. Everybody was treated All alike. Very honest & fair people here & so, so giving!!! I experienced the giving first hand & watched it be dispersed to other customers. Wow! Simply amazing! Now..I’ve been rolling around town on this repair & been hit by every Da’am Pot Hole the street gives on a daily!!! & I’m still rolling!Great job!!! Thank you Midway Auto Center! I only went in for a oil change which lead up to many problems so they say. before they started suggesting cooling flush lower tire rods Wow!!I paid for brand new parts, they never fix the problem ,they told me that their main mechanic had quit on them. Ive brought my car to them several time. I also gave them over 2500$ because They claim it was a new problem accrued.They kept telling me that something else was the problem but I was trying to solve one problem which was my A.C. they end up talking me into getting a cooling flush and messed up my whole A.C. I had to purchase a brand new compressor and my air still isnt working ,it was working before they told me to do the flush. Afterward they told me they wasnt going to fix it and talk to me really rude and told me to never come back now I have a lawsuit against them they also did not want to give me receipts.

Wish I could give them more than 5 stars.There was an accident and all parties agreed to take their cars to Midway. Mr. Sood was cordial despite the early hour and was able to set up a plan and begin executing the repair within an hour. He was even able to recommend a body shop near by that did a phenomenal job for a great price because he recommended them. All and all the job was done quickly, without headache, and at a fantastic price which was good because the matter was paid for out of pocket (insurance is one of Gods mistakes).On top of quickly completing the repairs for a great price they displayed the utmost integrity. When another party allegedly tried to claim damages that were unrelated Mr. Sood and his team immediately showed the highest character and integrity. They all explained said matters were unrelated and refused to undergo the repairs and bill me for them at the other partys instruction. Furthermore they quickly notified me of the individuals consistent attempts so I could protect myself and advised me on how to properly take action. And on their own volition stated they would happily testify on my behalf and provide any support I would need should any courts get involved. These timely actions and advice later proved to be invaluable and essential to protecting myself.If there is ever a collision again (knock on wood) there is no other place I would go because I couldnt get better integrity and service from these guys.

I have had (ONE previous time ) my headlights restored at this place---------a LONG Time ago---- and I went in to get it done again!!!! I have a 2005 vehicle with almost 160,000 miles on it, and NOW the headlights look BRAND NEW!!!! I am very pleased and also pleased with the crew: the gentleman at the counter AND the gentleman (from the car wash area) who did the work;!!!!!!!!!! Thank you both very much....... . I will see yall again for other work!!!

This place does good work, however be careful if you are not knowledgeable about your cars needs. i went in for an oil change expecting to pay about 30-40 dollars. they told me the computer recommends full synthetic and i didnt confirm the price or what is used. i have never had full synthetic before previous changes were 5w30 oil from other vendors. i am ticked off that they tricked me with that and i had to pay over $60. know your car. know what you need.

We had our cars wheel repaired here after the rim became bent. The manager, Sam I believe, told us he put on a Toyota tire after replacing the rim. Which was fine by us because that wouldnt be a problem. But what he really did what put the rim from a Toyota onto our Honda. And that wont work because the bolt holes are slightly different. So what he did is he only screwed in 2 of the 5 bolts needed to hold the wheel on since the other 3 didnt line up. To make matters worse he only halfway screwed on the lug nuts to those 2 bolts. I took the car to my trusted mechanic of 10 years and he called me in a full freak out mode. Apparently the tire could have come off on the highway. And it WOULD have killed EVERYONE in the car. Now this man knew I had a two year old and put all of our lives in danger. He needs to be arrested and charged with negligence. If you want your family to live NEVER get any car repairs done her.

My car had been having coolant issues (or so we thought) for over a month, when I decided to take it in. After visiting the Ford dealership, they charged me nearly $200 for a diagnostic saying that all of the coolant hoses had leaks. (They also broke off one of my drivers seat levers, but thats a different story.)Their labor charges were too high, so we looked around for a nearby repair shop. My boyfriend had just taken his Mustang in here and they did a wonderfully quick job.I brought my car in on Tuesday morning, they diagnosed the problem as a thermometer issue, fixed it and had the car back to me just after 5. On the same day! As well, the labor and parts costs were partially covered by the diagnostic fee.Hopefully, our cars wont have more problems anytime soon, but well definitely bring them back here if they do!

I love this place! They are very knowledgeable, quick and efficient with their work and the employees are always extremely helpful on the phone and in person. Ive gone to them for everything from checking my tires, to getting an oil change that comes with a free car wash! I would highly recommend this local family owned business!!!! This is the place to go for an oil change and any car repairs that you may need. They were very professional and informative and most importantly they did not try and take advantage of me since I am a woman. I was treated with the utmost respect and professionalism. I was greeted as “the girl with the attitude” which was VERY offensive. Frustration isn’t the same as an attitude, they lacked professionalism for that. I gave a blank stare because I didn’t find that funny, the front desk guy then proceeds to help me, but then told the woman at the desk to help me because I didn’t find his joke funny lol. I give them a 0/10 for customer service. I wouldn’t spend my money with them if they were the last car service company in the world loll!! Boooooooo!

Amazing customer service! My car was acting funny this morning and I drove to the first place I saw off the tollway. They took care of me right away. The receptionist was super friendly. I went in for a state inspection. I asked if it included a free wash since I had gotten one before with another car I got inspected there. He told me no, so I purchased the $15.99 wash. As I was waiting for my car, I noticed the digital sign out front said free wash with state inspection. I asked him about it and he said yes, but just a basic wash. I told him that I asked and he told me no which is why I paid for a wash. He then told me that the sign was wrong and it was a special from last month. This was on August 28th...almost a full month from last month. Its clearly a scam and I wont ever be going back there. I would suggest everybody else beware.

I have a G35, the alignment has always been great, i bought a KGB deal for a 4 wheel alignment and since i just bought new tires i figured what the heck. even after i bought the tires drove the car a few months, the alignment was as straight as can be, i could take my hands off the wheel and straight driving was the norm... I took my car in for the 4 wheel alignment and they tell me i have a differential slip problem that will cost $400+ to repair. I declined. started driving home and like anyone would i test the alignment, hands off the wheel and it starts steering to the left. not only did i spend all day (6 hrs minimum) at the shop watching customers come in after me and leave before me. But they messed up my alignment as well. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN!!

Nice friendly place. Service techs were very nice and explained everything. Added bonus is its next to a wash so you can get your car cleaned and detailed for not much more. It is a bit bright in there in the afternoon as the waiting room faces the west.

I bought this deal of 19$ for State Inspection and was scared by everyone around that nobody will give state inspection so cheap and they will definitely fail you.But to my sheer surprise they not only passed my emission but also I was done in less than 10 mins of my time.I swear, these guys have made me their customer for life. 9/1/2017 -TWICE they broke a side mirror while washing it but the first time it wasnt as bad and it was easier having it repaired. Today my guy took it and this time it has to be fixed again but will cost much more and the manager tried to say it was already loose (no it was NOT)..I called up there and was told the manager wouldnt be in till Tuesday (liars). We keep that fairly new impala in tip top shape. They WILL NOT FIX WHAT THEY BREAK. Im going to pursue this further this go around....

This is absolutely terrible repair shop. The markup on parts isnt too bad, but their labor is terrible. If you are getting anything other than a simple oil change, go someplace else, they will take a very long time to complete the work and it will be very likely be done incorrectly. Unfortunately, this was the case for me, 2 trips didnt solve the issue and caused further issues with the mounts. The dealer had to fix their botched job.

They worked with me to get the best prices and in the fastest time Ive ever seen for an auto shop! They only gave me what I needed and didnt overcharge me. I am definitely going back here for everything!

This is now my go to place for auto repairs. Ive had two cars repaired there in the last month. New management is very professional. Very fair pricing and very quick on the turn around of repairs. Nice to have a neighborhood repair shop I feel I can trust.

I searched all around DFW for my repair on my axles for the best price. Nobody could beat the price they fixed my car for. They even fixed it within a few hours, and my car runs excellent.

I had brought my car up here a couple months ago and they fixed it. My battery later ended up draining the same part some months later. Took it back up there and they replaced it for free. Didn’t even charge me labor. They will take care of you !!

Big cheats- dont get ripped off! I took my Honda Pilot for state inspection and they said it failed inspection because of bad tires and quoted me $275 per tire. I took it to a different place for 2nd opinion and the car passed state inspection. Its their trick to steal the money from us! same thing happened to a friend of mine. BEWARE

I always come here, they’re very honest and trustworthy. Amer always goes above and beyond in order to satisfy me and every customer that walks through those doors. Its hard to find an honest mechanic shop but this is definetely the one.
