I prayed for God to put us in line with an honest, dependable company. From the moment Chris Camden with Travis HVACR Service called us on 8/20/2024 and came out within 1-1/2 hours of our first contact, we knew we were in the right hands. We got a quote in record time for a comparable unit that was thousands less than several other quotes we received. We ended up getting an upgraded (higher seer and much larger) unit, and Travis was still under the price of the competition by thousands! The installers came out early today. They did a remarkable job taking out the old unit and installing the new one, which looks and feels like a Cadillac compared to our 11 year old unit. Everyone was very professional and personable. When the crew left, you could not tell any work had been done because it was so clean. We will be customers for life!

My Technician was Anthony and he was the best Tech I’ve had out to work on my Heater. Super polite and very knowledgeable. Told me what he was doing and even helped me learn a lot of things about the heating unit I have. Very reliable, and very trustworthy.

Kristopher is really much experienced professional who did diagnostic to my HAVC system and provided a better understanding on my current issue and future preventions steps. I am fully happy with the service. Highly recommended in regular, emergency and weekends services are incredibly helpful to customer to reach Travis Mechanical anytime.

Kris Nash is great. Came out same day a few months ago when my ac went out, and came out same day again when my upstairs wasnt cooling down. Explained every step he was taking while diagnosing and repairing the problems.

I recently had another company come out and service a specific issue. The issue was not resolved and they proceeded to try an up sale me for an additional $21,000 in “repairs and replacement components “. I spoke to a gentleman here with Travis on Tuesday, they had a tech come out Wednesday morning. Anthony was very respectful, answered all my questions and made the repairs necessary and didn’t try an up sale me something that could wait a while to be addressed in the future . I have signed a maintenance plan with this company and hope to have a long relationship and I am very optimistic on continuing to receive great service and responsive service calls as I just received right out of the gate.

Had the AC go out in our house. Kris came over promptly and verified the cause of failure and went about the repairs in a timely and professional manner. Less than 24 hrs later (because of part availability) AC is blowing cold and working perfectly. Kris was very knowledgeable and personable technician and we were glad to have him. 10/10

I recently had Kris come over to work on my AC, and I couldnt be happier with the service. He was incredibly kind and professional throughout the entire process. We decided to retire a 21-year-old unit and replace it with a new one. Kris was informative without being pushy, making the experience very comfortable. Communication was top-notch, and he responded promptly to all my questions. Despite the late hours and extreme heat on his end, he ensured I was well taken care of. The installation crew was quick without compromising quality, and the cost was reasonable. Plus, they were kind to my dog, Milo, which wins me over every time. I called, incredibly helpful inside folks got me on the schedule despite being late in the day!Then the tech showed up Kris Nash….. quickly evaluated the situation made some quick repairs and we were back in business!Made a recommendation on a future issue we got that fixed in a few minutes.Travis mechanical is my AC guys from here on out!

Kris was knowledgeable and thorough in servicing our HVAC system. He was able to get us on his schedule quickly and offered us excellent service at a reasonable price. I highly recommend!Kris also saved us when our AC stopped working in 100+ degree heat! Got to us same day and got things working and corrected an issue that wasn’t readily apparent but was causing some significant issues with the system.

Kevin Nash came to fix our AC and did great! Another company Advent tried to break my unit and tell me it would cost almost $5000 to fix. Kevin came out, was very thorough, and fixed everything for 10% of the cost of the other crook. Kevin was very friendly and honest. He really took his time to make sure it was working right. I was impressed enough to sign for their maintenance program, which is also very affordable.

I was given the lead to use Travis Mechanical by a good friend when my elderly parents A/C went out. I called on a Sunday to setup service, expecting service sometime next week. I anticipated I would have to leave a voicemail, instead Steve answered the call. He had Chris call me back later that afternoon. He came out Monday morning and looked at what it would take to replace the entire system. I was provided a quote, which exponentially beat the other quote provided by another contractor. Chris and his crew come out the next morning and were finished with the entire job in about 5 hours. I cant thank you all enough for the quick response, quality work and honesty you provided. My system was maintained by another company just a month prior and it went out. Travis found that my system had incorrect parts and nearly 3 pounds over-charged on Freon.You really need the RIGHT people, and Travis has them.
