The installers left old duct work in my attic that was supposed to be removed. They were also supposed to wear shoe coverings while working in our home and did not and per their agreement they offer to provide their services for free if they fail to do so.Be advised that their service technicians are actually sales people. While the job got done, no one has contacted me to verify my satisfaction.

My technicians name was Taylor. I could not have asked for a better experience. He addressed the issue quickly, repaired it promptly and charged me more than a fair price. He was professional, courteous, and efficient. I cannot recommend him enough. I hope that he’s recognized for this review, I’m very grateful.

I recently had an experience with A Number 1 Air for a routine check-up. The initial inspection seemed thorough, but the quote they provided afterwards was exorbitant, citing multiple issues that needed attention. To ensure fairness, I sought a second opinion. The other company confirmed some problems, but many of A Number 1 Airs claims were unfounded. Their advertised $69 special turned out to be merely an entry fee I paid for them to identify additional, often unnecessary services.Moreover, as someone who works from home, I was present throughout their visit. When my husband arrived, the technicians shifted their attention to him, disregarding me completely. The funny part is, my husband is not the one who fixes, understands, or physically works on household repair items – thats me. I watched his eyes totally glaze over as the serviceman from A Number 1 Air inundated him with what was basically a foreign language.Months later, Im still fending off their relentless calls for a winter check-up. Their persistence really hit its peak when they left a voicemail on MY phone, addressing MY HUSBAND BY NAME and later referring to me dismissively as Mrs. Weber. Its disappointing to see such outdated communication in this day and age.Anyway, if youre seeking a reliable AC service, Ive turned to A/C Works 365, a company that values their customers without incessant upselling to cover their marketing expenses.

If you value your time, money and peace of mind do not use this company. They came out to check our A/C and told us two of our units were old with many repaired parts and they needed additional repairs to be ready for the hot summer season. Since I am pregnant my sweet husband wanted to make sure I had A/C this summer so we decided to be proactive and replace the two units. We will never be proactive as home owners again. A sales person called us before the end of the month with “specials” and offered us two thousand off to purchase before the end of the month (which was in just a few days). We purchased the units and had them installed. We have owned these units for 10 days and had approximately 6 separate service calls to this company. Each time they come out, discover a problem then repair a part or something. Each time we have to call back and explain we are having another new issue they want to put us in the repair line with everyone else when should receive priority since we are having issues with brand new equipment. If I could go back in time I would NEVER buy new units and especially would never, ever recommend this company, not even to my worst enemy. I have talked to every department with nothing more than “sorry” and I even called Michael Witten, who is supposedly one of their high up guys, two days in a row with no returned call. This has truly been a nightmare. Either the equipment they use is faulty or their technicians (who are very polite) are completely incompetent. We have even had supervisors and lead technicians out on several of these calls. I now have two brand new units with multiple repairs parts that still aren’t working. I hope if you are considering giving your hard earned money to any entity of this company you will reconsider.

I purchased a new AC unit from A#1 Air in 2015.Every year my unit freezes and every year iI have to pay hundreds of dollars in repairs and freon. Some years it takes several trips from different service technicians to diagnose a problem. Today we spent over 700.00.With the money that I have spent in repairs over the years plus the money we pay for your service membership we could have purchased a quality unit from a reputable company that stands by their product and provides a warranty with actual coverage.I have never been so disappointed in a product, a company and the service provided. What a waste of money.“Guaranteed right day or night” and “100% satisfaction guarantee” are words that you have never stood behind.

Paid 7800.00 for new ductwork 1 year and 1week ago. Never insulated the boots, which are the metal part attached to the vents. Now we have water stains around the vents from condensation. Called them, dont want to take responsibility. Paying another company to come out and fix their oversight. Do not use this company.

Last August 2022 performed AC maintenance tuneup. Last week I received a call from accounting saying I only paid half of the invoice. Which is strange because Ive always paid in full due to common sense during a service.They will not leave until you pay in full. I am irate until Accounting removes whatever they are talking about.

Im unhappy with a number 1 air. Called at 4:37pm. My AC is not working. My house is 96 degrees. I called again at 6:37pm to get an ETA on when a tech will arrive. I was told I would receive a call within the hour. I understand busy. Its now 8:30pm and no tech. I tried calling. No answer. The website says 24/7 but I dont think its really is. Now im in the heat with tomorrow being the hottest day for the year. Im very disappointed. I will seek other business for help.

Kevin mills was very professional. Took his time and cleaned my unit. Checked the whole system said everything was good. Y’all are very blessed to have an employee like time.

This contractor should wear guns because they are as crooked as they come. They are notorious for selling repairs and equipment you don’t need. They offer “free” upgrades if you commit by the end of the month. Sound familiar? Just like a shoddy used car salesman. Anytime you hear the word “free” in an A/C Heating ad, run away as fast as you can. My neighbor got a quote from A Number 1 to replace a bad a/c coil. It was $1,300. He got another quote from Bell Mechanical that was almost $500 lower. Their name begins with an “A” because they want their company to show up first when you do a search. These tactics go back to the Yellow Pages when every company started their name with an “A” so they are the first listing when you searched the phone book. Beware!

Teco came to our rescue tonight after our A/C decided to stop working! He was professional, knowledgeable, and we enjoyed his pleasant demeanor! Thanks Teco! When I turn the A/C down to to 67* tonight, I’ll send up words of gratitude for you, Sir!!!

Low coolant, but when Jake Summers saw the unit had a ripped vent, he said that high super heat means low airflow, even though a quick Google search shows the opposite is true.End story, he wouldnt put coolant in, and i still had to pay a service fee, or commit to thousands of dollars of new vents to be installed in the house for no reason.

Had Les M as our technician and he did a great job. Very professional. Identified the issue quickly and was able to repair shortly after identifying.

Riley Frick was out to my home to get my water heater running. He was on time, fast, and very professional. Thank you A#1 for your great work!

It was time for the fall cleaning of my heating unit, and Cameron Hukill came out to do the job. Ive used A#1 for quite some time, and each visit gets better. Cameron did a fantastic job; he wouldnt leave until everything was absolutely perfect. This is only one reason I use A#1 Air. What a professional and honest group of people!

DO NOT USE, unless you want headaches and stress. NEVER AGAIN. C- - -, treats you like it’s your fault on everything. A lot of these sales people and workers sell their souls and honesty for the company.

Called and made an appointment at 6:30am this morning for a technician to come out today. It’s now 11:13pm and the technician still hasn’t arrived. Same day service? I think not.

Horrible, if your ac isn’t working do not call these guys. Takes more than two days to take a technician to come out. That’s giving them credit!

DO NOT TRUST THEM!!! Tried to have us do $2200 of work to our unit when it only needed a $300 repair.
