Buy best tools in America cant go wrong this is a true value tool great product
I am grateful that I found this place and that the service was above and beyond. SAM took care of me. As soon as I walked in I was greeted and helped right away. She was courteous and willing to listen to my needs. I had 2 batteries that I was having issues with them. She was able to look up that they were still under warranty and able to replace them, FREE OF CHARGE. Wow!!! I felt such a relief that I didnt have to hassle with home depot anymore. I will now come here and get all my Dewalt products. Thank you Sam and the service center for making my experience a great 1.
I ordered desperately needed parts (the darn bolt) on Tuesday and it was in my hand on Wednesday. Thank you very much for your prompt service; better and faster than my online order placed on Sunday, which I still have not received yet.Thank you again for doing what you do.
Had an issue with the head on my DeWalt string trimmer. Stopped in and explained my issue and they gave me a new replacement head on the spot with no questions asked! Great customer service...
Very bad service from the workers. I was served by a black worker and he provides very poor service. We are customers and we dont want anything for free. I will not return to this store.
I’ve driven to this location twice and have received the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in my life. DEWALT corp tells me equipment is under warranty and this place says it’s on 1 year, when the website even shows 3 years. Sorry DEWALT, you’ve lost a loyal customer.
Grant was very helpful DEWALT costumer service need more representatives like this guy
Its sad that there drive to be the best has driven them to rush there employees. 4/17 service truck 18677 in the early morning hours extremely aggressive diving / reckless driving. Tailgating, excessive speeding well in excess of 30 over. An weaving in and out of traffic. This behavior is going to kill someone.
Yall should fired that grumpy old man that obviously dont wanna work n making yall loose customers with his un professional services at the Dewalt service center. He is very rude n says he caint fix Dewalt machines but he sells that brand n the name says it all. Also he said those aint our machines I can only sell u parts coomen sens why would u call yourself Dewalt service center if yall caint fix the Dewalt brand.
I am writing to bring to your attention an issue I recently encountered with my DeWalt lawn mower, model DCMWSP244U2, and the service experience at this location. On 8/3/23, I brought in my DeWalt lawn mower to your service center as it was starting but not staying on. A technician and the old man examined the mower and informed me that the blade was bent, possibly due to hitting something, which in turn had caused the motor to burn out. The technician further advised that replacing the blade alone would not resolve the issue and that a costly repair, estimate amounting is more than $360.I was puzzled by this diagnosis as the motor appeared to be running fine initially, and I had purchased the unit just over a year ago. According to the technician, the warranty had already expired on 1/1/2017, which did not seem accurate to me. This model lawn mower was released sometime 2021. Considering the repair cost was higher than the price of a new unit (excluding the battery), I decided not to proceed with the repair. However, on my way home, I decided to test the mower without the blade, and to my surprise, it ran perfectly fine. This raised my suspicion that the technician may have been aware of the bent blade being the root cause of the issue but did not disclose this information. After replacing the blade, myself, the problem was indeed resolved. I must express my disappointment in this experience, as it leaves me feeling misled and concerned about the integrity, dishonesty of your service. In conclusion, I would like to suggest that you communicate this experience with your technicians to prevent similar situations from happening in the future.I also want to raise awareness among other DeWalt customers who may encounter a similar issue, check your blade, try to start without it, before attempt to get repair. I intend to share my story and advice on various online platforms and forums to help fellow users avoid becoming victims of unnecessary and costly repairs.By the way I dont remember name of the old man in front desk. He has a bad attitude, rude, tried to sale the repair service, without checking the models warranty.
This place has had my two week old hammer drill for 2 months. They tell me they are sending new drill but I’m still waiting. Dewalt y’all should be ashamed to have this awful company doing your repairs!
Excellent service. I had a 20V battery pack that broke a corner piece of the plastic and just wanted to buy a new plastic body. The staff were able to change out my battery elements and put it into a used plastic body with no cost. Thank you.
I was presently surprised with the helpfulness of all I had the opportunity to work with. I had an new weed eater(Dewalt) that unfortunately only lasted one battery and then just quit working. I initially took back to the retailer but unfortunately thay were no help.so imagination my surprise when I was told no charge for repair. They did have to send out for new parts it took approximately 2 weeks tool is better than ever.
Old guy gives you a attitude n very bad service n un professional saying he caint fix dewalt machines n thats the brand they sell n fix.
Purchased on Jan 2019. Used drill 4 times since purchased. Stopped working so I shipped it in for repair. A month later, I get a charge on my credit card from dewalt for $110. I can buy a new drill for that price. I called in to inquire and the only answer they gave was we replaced etc, etc and thats it. No answer, no note. Nothing they can tell me other than they charged the credit card because they replaced the parts. Couldnt tell me why it wasnt under warranty. Two weeks later, I havent received my drill yet (I live 15 mins away from the repair center). I called to inquire. Drill havent shipped yet but will ship out tomorrow. So... what were they doing with my drill for the last two weeks?Great product, terrible service, worse customer service
Very courteous and friendly sales staff. Well organized sales room. Brought in a planer that needed work and was very happy to learn I could trade it in on a brand new later model planer for a out the cost of the repairs that needed to be done. Left with a brand new tool!!Very happy I went to the authorized dealer!
Its a bit dirty, grungy, and has a dank faded grime totally appropriate for a tool service center dealing with tradesmen on the daily. The inside has a DeWalt showroom, with some unusual items on sale, stuff you might not see at the big box store. They have onsite repair techs, and are capable of fixing or replacing many items rapidly, sometimes on the spot replace depending on stock, or within a few days depending on their backlog. However, sometimes they have to order parts, which might mean your tool will stay onsite for up to 10 days, give or take a few days. DeWalt service is totally good, meeting my expectations. Their staff are polite, and realistic.
I had a real problem with the attitude of the guy helping me. I brought in a tool that I had a problem with. Apparently the issue was a common one– based on my research. I explained the problem and he turned to his computer and typed something looked up and said that the repair would start at $200. He did not even attempt to diagnose the problem or suggest a part. It was immediately going to be a rebuild of the tool. I thanked him and left. I went back in to verify that he was comfortable making that quote without even seeing what the problem was, and sure enough he was just as flippant as before. I love the products but if that is what this company supports for customer service, there are a lot of other brands that might be getting my business.
This is the Black and Decker drop off place for warranty replacement and repair which is then sent off to a company repair facility for the work to be done. This is my experience and it has worked out very well. They close early on Saturdays. You can call Black and Decker for further instructions concerning your particular issue and they are will respond accordingly. Good Luck.
Service folks were quick and knew their business. I dropped off a power tool to be fixed and they appeared professional and let me know when it would be ready for pick up. Service center also sold tools and accessories; much more than what youd find in a big box store.
I needed a couple of parts for my dewalt miter saw and the manual didnt even have a part number for one part, but these guys found it and I received the part the next day in mail. Thank you Frankie Hopkins
Great customer service and fast repair, dropped off for two tool one of witch they said would take four weeks before they could get to it, I called today on my lunch break both of them are ready for pick up I had to have the person repeat what they said. I was shock
They provided expert repair of my Porter Cable nail gun. It took about 3 weeks. Cost was reasonable.
Great experience. I love my Dewalt tools. I ran into a couple of operator errors with my drill and chain saw. They were able to show me the correct settings on my drill and how to change the blade on my chainsaw. Always recommend Dewalt.
Not the most agreeable people when it comes to ordeeing multiple things. Also not the most knowledgeable. I was in here last week and was told I could not buy just the gauge for the tank regulator on a Dewalt compressor. I was forced to buy the entire regulator to replace a regulator I had those just fine. And cost me close to $50. That same gauge come to find out is used elsewhere on the unit and can be easily replaced. For a mere maybe $5 is . Today I came in and asked for something that turned out was five times more than I thought. I was not told the price until it was brought to the front and then was treated adversely for wanting to return it before Id even paid. Then remembered I had an order to pick up and told him and it was met with another interjection. He even went as far as telling an associate of his he was going to be a few minutes here with an obviously rude tone. I come here all the time and we should be brothers in arms being in the same business but I guess Im just not up to snuff of the local Dewalt boys. If anyone needs to make absolutely sure of something before they buy something here I would suggest using YouTube ehow or Wikipedia maybe.
My Porter-Cable finish nailer had been in storage for several years, and when I tried to use it, it kept jamming. When I dropped it off at the DeWalt service center, they quickly checked it in, gave me a time when it would be finished, and told me the maximum repair price. The nailer was done two days early, and for significantly less than the max price they quoted. If I need service work on any of the major lines of tools that Black & Decker make, I will take them there.
Ive been a loyal dewalt customer at the store for four years I walked in literally 10 minutes ago and my batteries that I bought there less than one year ago will not charge. So I walked in and I get my batteries and apparently they said they been rained on and their corroded so theres nothing they can do. I use them out And the rain on the roof all the time I cannot wait for it to stop raining. I am extremely disappointed and Walt and the rain on the roof all the time I cannot wait for it to stop raining. I am extremely disappointed in dealt . I have to say I will no longer be a Dewalt customer know more. How can you seriously tell me these batteries are one year old actually its two of them they will not charge and you wont do anything to help me I would not recommend anybody buying any Dewalt tools here or anywhere
Just called in the guy was absolutely trying to evoid helping me with a dewalt tool that is still under warranty. Its disappointing that you have ppl like that working for you dewalt!
Outstanding service warranty replaced the defective tool with new one without paying anything even though no asking for proof of purchase, also they extend the warranty one more year for the replacement tool.
I had my Porter Cable sander fixed here. Its like brand new!!! Work was done at a very fair price and done sooner than I expected.
Awesome place to get your tools repaired. My Dewalt impact needed to be repaired in one day because I travel. They didnt have the parts so they fixed me up with a new impact.
Good and efficient service.
Great !!! Bought a DeWalt battery for one of my cordless tools from Home Depot which was bad or junk . Home Depot would Not exchange it or do anything . So I went to the DeWalt Service Center , they took a look at it , read the numbers and with No Charge gave me a new battery which Home Depot should have done in the first place !! Shame on you Home Depot !!!!!!
They dont want to replace a lifetime warranty tape measure I think because Im Hispanic the old men at the front desk he told me I not gonna replace like ten times that is it.
I am currently replacing every single dewalt power tool I own for Bosh, Mikata or Milwaukee because even though I bought the service plan for each dewalt power tool because I was told by the employee that suggested the service plan that if anything goes wrong with the tool they will replace it for free, well that is not the case they charge you anywhere from $50-$200 depending on the tool/battery/charger, the issue it is having, how old the tool/battery/charger is, the condition that the tool/battery/charger are in when you bring them in and then they make you wait 30-45 minutes to tell you how much it is going to cost you to get the item fixed if it can be fixed or the cost to replace it and if it has to be replaced it is then and only then that they tell you that it is going to be replaced with the same year model tool that has been refurbished or rebuilt. So the service plan is a joke and a TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY
Stopped in today, looking for warranty on a 20v Dewalt batteryVisit was awesome, front desk folks were outstanding, willing to work with me on getting a replacement batteryThanks
The drive belt in my planer shredded. Sure glad this place was here. It was fifteen miles away so I didnt have to order a new belt and wait for the mail. They had what I needed and I was back in operation within the hour.
Pricy as hell, just look at the parts diagram and it will show you the part numbers. Use the parts numbers to search eBay and amazon for better prices. Boycott google.
Went in to get a $100 impact driver repaired. I was originally quoted over the phone for it to cost $40. When it was all said and done I was billed $84. Thanks! I guess I saved $16.
Very friendly service. Went to get my Dewalt trimmer fixed. It was in warranty and got the replacement in few weeks.
Why not be open Tuesday through Saturday to make it easier for those that can not make it to your location 9 to 5 as they are working! Miss being to drop of one of your products at the Beach location!
Help me out replacing my 6.0ah battery at no cost .
Looks like dewalt is selling products ( miter saw ) and they don’t sell the parts to fixed it. The miter saw was 2 years old lol something is not right lol.
Great people easy to work with they help me
They always do a fantastic job repairing my tubes if they cant they give me the new one

So I came to get my brushes replace on my 20 Bolt drill I was quoted for $40 and the pain $120 because for some reason they rebuilt the hole drill and they have no idea why they did that
Came in with a bad battery. They replaced it and had me on my way in less than 5 mins.
Another great experience getting my DeWalt and Black & Decker tools repaired or replaced.
They changed hours and didnt update online the close at 4 pm and open at 7 am

They are not professional with their work and they lie. I had my Rollo gun since December and I explained what was wrong, it only needs a piston gasket, for which they charged me 112 dollars and they delivered it to me until March of the following year! But under the same conditions they didnt do any repairs, they just added oil! I took it for the second time and I demanded my refund which they told me that they would not give it to me but that they would give me the remaining piece which they said they would have put it in, but to my surprise they didnt give it to me either, they just stole my money and arrested me waste my time!! I feel a little frustrated by the treatment I received!
They take a long time to deliver things and the worst thing is that they deliver them without fixing anything, very bad service.
Incompetent, I left a grinder for a month and a week and it is still not ready... with a guarantee... a guarantee so that... they are useless
I took a laser to have it fixed and they charged me $299 plus taxes and that same laser is worth $330 new. I think they should improve their prices because it is practically the same to fix it as to buy new
The address is useless 🙄🫨😡 they should update their new address because the one that appears here is not the correct one, it literally took 30 minutes to get there, we were like crazy asking how to find this and almost no one gives you information, when we finally found it the place. The GPS kept saying that we were 4 minutes away 🤯🙈 you must be aware and set the correct address
Trash!!! I bought a drill in 2020 and now they dont want to cover the 3 year warranty because I dont have the receipt
After 2 years some functions on my laser stopped working now they say they cant calibrate the laser or do anything for me they just offered me a new one. Apparently DeWalt lasers cannot be calibrated according to them.
Its a DEWALT workshop, they fix everything if its covered by the warranty, they dont charge you anything, of course, the tool must be recent.
Bad service you have a laser to fix and they no longer do it they want to sell you another one just like it but at the same price as new they no longer want to fix anything bad service👎👎👎
Good service, the only thing I didnt like is that they opened very late, everything else was very good..
Bad service. If possible, look for another store where you can repair your tools. Bad service.
Its good
Very nice mechanic
