Since we have had couple issues and Cody returned my call after hours tontry to trouble shoot issue n when that didnt work, his guy was out fist thing the AM.. I had my entire system replaced with a Frigidaire unit and upgraded the unit outside.6 months after installing I started having problems with the units. Warner did a great job installing but could never get them to come back and work on the unit after it started having problems. Im still dealing with issues on these units but have a reliable company helping me know.

Dead of winter, heater goes out. I called a few HVAC guys and as luck would have it I got Warner Services. He came quickly, provided great service and was extremely affordable. Misc. parts to help with the repair were not even charged for. Its been a few years since Ive used him but I will always remember and recommend him to others. The one recommendation I did give left his customer feeling the exact same way as I do. This guy is not out to take advantage of the situation and you can tell just by talking to him on the phone before he even comes out. Hes honest, helpful, and good at what he does. I just wish he was a plumber and electrician too!!!UPDATE: 4-28-2021I still think this company is the best! I had an issue two days before the massive winter storm earlier this year and unfortunately they were booked and could come out to fix my heater. Par for the course I was given the numbers of two other HVAC companies from them which lead me to my 2nd favorite HVAC company who took care of me the same day I called! A great company recommending another great company! Do you see a pattern? Warner Services CARES about their customers!! Shout out to Kindle Heating and Air Conditioning!

I had scheduled a chimney cleaning for myself and my aunt that lives next door a few days back and was told hed be here around five. Turned out, he meant when he got around to it because he had someone booked for five. So I rescheduled for today around five thirty. Here is sits, seven thirty in the evening and he has not called me and has not been here. Id suggest finding a RELIABLE company to do your work for you! Not someone who gets around to it on their own sweet time IF they get around to it. My time is more valuable than to sit around and wait to see if the chimney sweep is going to show up today or not.

Have had to call them a FEW times the last two summers...Always same day service (usually late when we discovered we had trouble) and always fair prices! Seem to be real good people.
