We have had nothing but excellent service with Thomas Heating and Air. Each time we have needed help they were at the house very quick and had us up and going in no time. Gerry is very knowledgeable and always looks to help not just sell you a new AC unit. Of course when the time came he got the new unit installed quickly. It’s hard to find contractors that are trustworthy. Will always call THA for all our ac needs.

My AC started blowing warm air (bad thing in summer in Texas) so i put in a service request through Old Republic home warranty and was assigned Thomas Heating and Air. Got a call a couple hours after putting in request for them to set me up the next day with an appointment. Gary came out, diagnosed the issue within a few minutes and had my AC blowing cold air within 30 minutes of his arrival. Very professional and genuinely a great service tech! Would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone needing service!

Gary came out and was amazing! He found the problem quick and explained exactly what was wrong and fixed our heater in less than 20 mins. This company has my highest recommendations!!!!! Wonderful customer service!!!!

Gary showed up a few minutes early, got to work right away and answered all of my questions while we looked at the 2 units. Gary explained to me what their service consists of on a yearly plan. I cant give Thomas Heating and Air Conditioning enough praise for the work they did on my a/c recently. The owner Gerry is very personable, and extremely knowledgeable. He took a lot of time to explain everything to me as I had a lot of questions.His tech Lyle came out as scheduled and did an awesome job. Ive never posted about a company before, but Ive been so pleased with the service received from this GREAT hometown business that I wanted to tell othes. We needed to replace our old Heat/Air Conditioner. Luckily, several good friends of ours recommended Thomas Heat/Air here in Canton. We contacted them and are glad we did. We got a fair price and prompt service.I highly recommended this company.

AC was not cooling, I noticed the pipe going to the Condenser outside was frozen. Mr. Thomas came out and check the system. Did a great job and the cost was reasonable. Excellent service. Will call again and recommend to anyone.Update: there were other issues with my system, they came back out and took care of it right away. Love these guy, great organization!!!

Thomas heat and air has earned our business and they haven’t even done any work! After explaining our situation I was told what the problem appeared to be and after doing what was suggested to do it solved the problem. I’m amazed that there are still honorable people out there who would be willing to miss a job opportunity to be helpful and allow someone to fix their own problem when possible. This is our AC company for now on. They were recommended by a friend who said they were honest and were the best. I agree!

We live in Canton and we had Lyle and Heath come by today. They were very professional, fast, and efficient! I was very pleased. They were very friendly. I will definitely call them again if we have another a/c issue! Thanks again guys!!

My A/C was just blowing normal air, I noticed that the fan and compressor weren’t working at all. Gave this peeps a called and told me they were coming next day in the morning. Is now 9:30 a.m and my A/C is working thanks to you guys! I will definitely recommend you guys with anyone who ever needs to fix their air conditionings. Thomas H&A were very responsive to our needs. Came out when they said they would and answered all our questions. They removed the old air conditioner that was installed incorrectly and too small for the area and installed a new one. Tried to get the warranty with the old air conditioner to kick in but were refused because of the incorrect jury rigged too small air conditioner. They worked hard and got it right. We were very pleased and will continue to use them for maintenance.

Wonderful service and best value within miles!! Heater went out just as it was getting cold and freaked out as it was freezing in the house. Got a call a couple hours in advance if they could come early which helped me out cause sooner the better! When they arrived it was nothing but professional and clean! They even explained the issue in a way I could understand. They definitely gained a loyal customer!

Yall my AC unit had my whole house sounding like I was in a tin can ratteling down the road! Gary Thomas stayed in contact before and after each visit. Technicians ,Gary and Jeremy, came day 1and diagnosed, day 2 fixed! My house is quiet again and twice the air flow now!! AND I got the service agreement which is totally a good deal and hard to find. These men went above and beyond to help me during the coldest time I ever remember Canton having. My heating unit went out and had to be replaced. These men came early and stayed until way after dark. They were not going to leave until I had heat. They kept me updated on their progress. If they told you something, they kept their word. During the snow storm, my mailbox was run over. They came today and fixed my mailbox! No charge! I highly recommend this company to everyone. You will not be disappointed!

In the middle of an East Texas summer heat wave, our AC went out. Old Republic Home Protection immediately assigned a contractor who determined that we needed a new unit. After two weeks we still had no AC. We were having trouble with the assigned contractor not doing what he said he would do and not communicating with us, so we expressed our frustration to Old Republic. This was a Thursday evening. Friday morning, Old Republic assigned a new contractor, Thomas Heating Air Conditioning. This new contractor was amazing! They came out early friday afternoon to inspect the unit and get information, purchased a replacement unit that same day, and Monday morning had a crew of eight people at our home to install the new inside and outside units. By 1 pm Monday we had AC! This was no easy job we learned, because the unit is a downward flow unit which is not standard. In fact, the heating unit had to be replaced as well, and Gerry Thomas, the owner, who was very hands-on and communicated with us extremely well, had a piece especially fabricated to fit correctly onto the system.We are extremely grateful to Old Republic and Thomas Heating Air Conditioning. We HIGHLY recommend them to anyone looking to work with a home warranty company or AC & heating company. In fact, we have already recommended Thomas Heating Air Conditioning to our realtor and some friends, because we want the people we care about to know where they can get great air conditioning and heating service if they need it.

We discovered that field mice had been chewing at the wires of our heating/air conditioning fan outside. I called Thomas Heating late in the afternoon and they were at my home the very next morning. I couldnt have asked for a more professional, friendly person, Gerry. The pricing was incredible (wires had to be replaced and he even added the new regulation covering for the wires). He let me know up front everything he was going to do and the approximate cost. Fantastic company and I highly recommend them! Thank you Gerry.

Horrible. Never called back. Took many calls to get them to come out through my home warranty. When they did they tried to upset everything. I had an actual professional a/c company come out after and show all the fake things this company tried to upsell me on. Use a good company instead of these guys.They replied and said I’ve never contacted but that just shows and extreme un professionalism from them. Sad.EDIT: They responded and said ive never contacted but they have literally been at my house twice. The response shows they are even more shady than my original issue. Stay away from them for sure.

If you want 5 star service call Thomas heating and Air. They show up quick get the job done. Gerry is a very generous guy and won’t try to over charge you. Would highly recommend.

I rent a small 800sqft house. The owners called a AC repair company to resolve a heating issue with the central unit and left the problem worse than it was before. Called and spent my own money on Thomas and had the problem fixed in half the time it took the rental company to even call me back after their repair expert tried to fix the issue. Worth every penny I paid.

Great service! A/C went out on a Sunday morning, I called Thomas heat and air and had repair guy at my house an hour after I called on a Sunday! A/C was repaired in less than an hour. Highly recommended!

Theyve proven to me to be quick in response time to a service call; charging very reasonable rates for work performed. Ive found them to always be pleasant and professional.

Our heat went out late last night, called them this morning and they had a few others scheduled ahead of us but they made it out this afternoon and were able to fix the problem quickly and at a reasonable price. So thankful with the snow and freezing temperatures coming this week!

Called them on a Saturday night at 8:00pm. They worked me into the schedule quickly. They were very fast and professional. I would highly recommend them, and will be calling them for any future HVAC needed.
