I have used this service for hvac tune up, installation, and duct work. Both teams have been exceptional! They called ahead, were on time, courteous and honest about the condition of my equipment and ducts. I would highly recommend Morgan Air care!

We have used Morgan Air Care several times, they are always quick to place us on the schedule and thorough in their work. They have fixed our units in which other A/C companies have intentionally messed up to keep getting business. They have come out several times to adjust and teach us how to use our units as it was our fault this last time we froze it up. They ALWAYS call and or text ahead and make sure it is convenient. Proud to have them in the town we live in, thankful for honest, straight forward individuals with the knowledge we lack. Dont forget if you need a new Unit they can help you with that as well.

Morgan’s air were very promp in getting a service rep to my house. He was very polite and friendly , explained my whole problem to me and showed me the cost of replacing my whole hvac unit. Because I had a home warranty my units were replaced at half price of overall price. When approval came through to replace the unit I got a call the next day from Morgan’s and they were out the next day. Besides replacing the ac they dug out the foundation it was sitting on and replaced it so the dirt and debri wouldn’t get into the unit. I’m very thankful for their prompt and friendly.service.

I rarely leave reviews, but this one was important. Chase and his team came when I needed them on a Sunday, Chased down the parts Monday morning, 100 miles away… And were back and stayed as long as it took to correct the problem and get it solved. We needed that heat to keep our pipes from freezing. Chase and his team made it happen. We are extremely satisfied with his service and will recommend him to everyone.

Morgan Air Care installed an existing system I had, without any issues. They were thorough and did quality clean work. They left my place clean and as it was, even better because I had heat and air!! Thanks again guys!!!

There is never an opportune time for your air conditioner to stop working, and unfortunately, thats exactly what happened to us. After contacting our home warranty program, we were fortunate to have Morgan Air Care respond promptly. The owner, Chaise, sent out two technicians who were professional and thorough in assessing the problem.After a few days of waiting for the warranty companys decision, we learned that our AC unit was not repairable. Thankfully, after their comprehensive report, we were informed that we would be receiving a brand new Lennox system, which was a huge relief!Once all the necessary parts were in, Chaise, along with technicians Kevin and Andrew, completed the installation in less than a day. The efficiency and professionalism displayed by these men were outstanding.Overall, I was extremely satisfied with the service provided by Morgan Air Care and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone in need of AC work. Their expertise and commitment to customer satisfaction truly stand out.

Andy came by Tuesday for estimate and I called him that afternoon and said order what you need and lets do it Thursday morning Andy Mike and Chase showed up around 9 and was done by 430. They didnt leave until they saw the system was working properly and blowing cold air. I highly recommend that you use them you wont regret it and they hauled away the old unit and cleaned up after themselves. Very respectful of your home and property

We just moved to Palestine the first weekend of May. Last Friday the AC unit started not cooling. Morgan Air Care was the HVAC company our home warranty hooked us up with. The owner called me that evening and said he would have someone out on Saturday. Sure enough, on a Saturday morning, I had a technician at the house. He diagnosed the problem, replaced what he needed to, and got us back up and running. What a blessing in this Texas heat! Highly recommend Morgan Air Care. Andy was great to have at the house and he was knowledgeable about everything I asked about. We’ll be replacing this old unit soon and it will be with Morgan Air Care!

I sent a message to Morgan Air Care Sunday evening and they had someone on their way early Monday. Kevin came and I told him I thought my thermostat needed to be replaced. He quickly checked everything out, ran some tests and agreed that was the issue. He got my new thermostat in quickly and the cost was much lower than I thought it would be! I will call Morgan Air Care for all my future HVAC needs.

Grateful for Chase from Morgan Air Care. They were quick to assign someone and send them out. Chase made the long drive to assess my air conditioning needs and was able to repair the issue in the same visit. He checked to make sure the unit was cooling and called later to follow up. Thanks Chase!——Issue addressed is unresolved. I’ve texted Chase and last night submitted a contact us request to the business. No response today. $450 spent on a capacitor and 2 pumps of Freon and today still having this issue . The form I submitted described additional issues that were not addressed in the visit.

Contacted Morgan Air Care this afternoon due to our outside unit not working. Our tech was Andy , he was very thorough and made the necessary repairs and got our unit back in operation and inspected the rest of the system. Quick response friendly and very informative service.

Morgan Air Care has been amazing! We called them to give us a bid for a new system as ours was no longer working. They came out the next day and we had a price before they left. They were efficient and so easy to work with! They were honest and didn’t try to charge us for things that weren’t needed.

Wish I could add another star or a plus sign because the service is that exceptional! Called on a Friday morning (in an August 100°+ week) to have my mini split looked at (which not all HVAC companies work on mini split systems). They were able to have a technician come by later in the day (very rare). Tech Andy came out, he was very nice, knowledgeable, professional and had the determination to fix my issue even though my unit was being as difficult as it could be. Hats of to Chaise and Andy for thier great and hard work! Cant thank yall enough!

Chase and the Morgan Air Care team did a great job assessing my mother’s heater, dealing with the warranty company, obtaining the right parts, and repairing the unit. Chase was so kind and responsive, even calling after hours with a status on the claim. We highly recommend Morgan Air Care for your HVAC needs.

Want to give a HUGE 5-Star shout out to Chaise Morgan and his whole crew at Morgan Air Care, LLC. My wife and I were recently jammed up by another provided under a warranty repair, and once Morgan Air Care was reassigned the repair, Chaise and his crew got the job done right. Chaise was informative, patient, honest and he followed through even though there were delays, and made sure he got the right parts for our job--not some universal retread, but the right parts for our system. Thank you so much for coming not once , but 3 times to fix my AC . There was some issue with drain and float and it kept tripping th AC off . Today for the 3rd and hopefully final times the service man came and spent so much time to ensure the work was done correcrly . Very good A/C company. They came out quick and diagnosed my unit, and replaced the part fast. The part was a condenser fan motor had one stock on his truck. Gave me a fair price and was nice. I give Morgan Air Care 10 stars if I could. I will definitely be recommending them to other people. He also gave me a fair bid on replacing the unit and he offers financing which is a plus for me. Will be updating my unit pretty soon.

Andy was great and professional he even explained how my system works and what maintenance I can do to keep it running smoothly all summer. I would definitely recommend them again.

Morgan and his team did an absolutely fantastic job replacing the coil on my 15-year carrier unit. They are focused on finding the problem and fixing it at the lowest possible cost and with the most appropriate solution to the problem. Morgan and his team were prompt and showed up when promised with calls before and after. They were very careful with my house and cleaned up everything so it looked like they had never been there. I cant express enough how grateful we are! We were referred to Morgan Air Care by local friends. We were without air conditioning for 2 days. Our normal HVAC company wanted to charge us $1700‐1900 for the wrong repairs and Morgan Air Care squeezed us in for an inspection, found the actual issue and came out the next morning to fix it! They are reasonably priced and they actually care, unlike a lot of companies out there!! Oh, and we have air again! 😁🥳

My 2 1/2 year old ac has been struggling this summer. I called to see about getting an inspection and finding out what’s going on. Set a time, they showed up diagnosed my system and had it blowing COLD air within about an hour. Answered all my questions concerning the rest of my house. Then the bill came…. Summer is the best time company’s can take advantage of people. I was not taken advantage at all. I will be using them again and referring them out. I would recommend to anyone who wants fair work for a fair price. TACL licensed so it isn’t a shade tree mechanic showing up to work.

This gentleman came over the first time to service my HVAC to sell my house. Made sure everything was in tip top shape! Than we bought a house and I really like his work ethic and honestly so when my ac quit blowing in the house he was the first person I thought of to come over and get it going again. He is very honest and my system is about 25 years old so he was able to repair it and is working on getting me upgraded. Knowing I don’t have a lot of money to fork out for a whole new system he is keeping me going in the mean time! Also he is very respectful having four kids he didn’t get irritated with my 9yr old standing there watching asking question! Highly recommend! We will be life long customer!!!

I have been looking for an AC company and checking licenses to make sure they are registered with TDLR. This man says he has been in business for 10yrs, when actually he has only been in business since March 2023. Dont let this man deceive you.

I called them around 8:30 am. Got an appointment for the same day/afternoon. Andy found the problem and fixed it at a reasonable price. I pray my house stays cool now. This 107° heat is no joke...I would recommend them.

Chase and Andy came out and didnt hesitate to jump right in once i showed them where the peoblem was and did a professional and thorough sweep of the house vents afterwards to ensure the repairs would be enough.
