Captain Air Heating and Cooling

AC compressor failed during July in Texas. Technician was on time/prompt and polite, although he discovered there was little he could do to immediately put it back into service. Captain Air ordered the replacement part and techs were back directly after it arrived. Again, prompt and polite. AC system is working well, again. Good work! I will use their service again and suggest them to anyone else needing it.

Love love this company. Came out to give us air conditioning again. Amazing service. Juan came out yesterday to give us estimate. Answered all our questions before we asked them. Daniel, Josh and Pablo very professional, friendly and didn’t mind our dogs. Were done with everything in record time. From the ladies answering our calls, to the workers top notch. Its the night before July 4th, our outside unit is not coming on and it is 80 degrees in our house. At 7:27 Captain Air, Jesse was on his way and by 8:00 we had cold air!! Thank you so very much!! I will recommend you to all my friends and family!!!

Highly recommend. Fastest service Ive ever had. I needed a drip pan replaced and primary drainage line cleared. It was all done within minutes. Tech was super efficient.

In our 29 years of constructing new homes, we have yet to encounter an HVAC company that rivals Captain Air in terms of professionalism and quality of work. I was thoroughly impressed by their exceptional level of expertise and efficiency in delivering top-notch work in a timely manner. The entire crew was composed of amiable and cooperative professionals, which made the overall experience an absolute pleasure.

The technician that was assigned to my issue walked me through all of the steps that he was taking during the repairs.He had an opportunity to install a workaround part but explained to me that he wouldnt do that with his own system so he wasnt going to do it with mine. I appreciated that level of professional integrity, especially since it meant that he was going to have to come back out to house after the part was received.He arrived two days later to begin the repairs while another technician was on the way with the part. In short order, they had replaced the item.And THEN, they cleaned off the outside unit, spraying down all of the vents to ensure proper operation of the unit.Neither of them left until they knew I was satisfied with the repairs.All I can say is, Ask for Chris is you have a problem.WELL DONE!And I cant leave out Sandy, the dispatcher. I can only imagine how tough her job is, handling disgruntled and uncomfortable people who need their systems repaired. The two times that I called her she was always friendly as well as professional.Captain does it right!

Great experience working with this company. They are very responsive, experienced/knowledgeable techs (Juan is great), and great customer service. My warranty company was difficult to work with, but Captain Air did everything they could to help the process. Highly recommend.

I contacted Juan and communicated my problem with my new AC system. He scheduled me in the same day. When he arrived juan quickly and kindly addressed the problem and had us back up and running. We are very happy with the personalized service we have received from Juan and captain air.

These guys are amazing and true heroes! From the wonderful woman named Sandy at office to the servicemen, our experience was nothing short of top notch service! Our AC motor went out late on a Friday and they came out the very next day to inspect it. They didn’t have the part and we figured it would be Monday before we had AC. As you can imagine, the Texas heat in August is no time to be without an air conditioner, but these guys went and found the needed replacement part and came back to our house at 8pm to fix our air conditioner! Wow!!!! People don’t go above and beyond much anymore and I am truly grateful for their kindness shown to my family! I highly recommend their services! Thank you again from our family to yours!!

I called my home warranty provider and paid my $150 and they dispatched a company that responded the same day. Long story short, they said compressor was bad and wanted to charge me $6500 and not covered by home warranty. Wife called captain air after hours and dispatched by noon and fixed the issue. It was a fan switch relay, very minimal repair and did a complete system check and gave me a clean bill of health so a bought a preventative maintenance agreement which includes 2 coil cleaning. Weve used captain air for several years now since we got a brand new indoor and outdoor unit through them. But recently we have had a part break on our indoor unit and have had poor communication through the company. We have been without our A/C for three weeks now and I havent heard back from them since I last left message last week. I understand things are harder to get right now, but dont appreciate the unknown or any other solutions in the meantime during this incredibly hot weather.

This evening, when we realized that our air conditioning was not cooling, we called Captain Air Heating and Cooling. Owner, Jesse Ison told us that he was on a call, but as soon as he finished there, he would come by our house to look at our unit. Within an hour, he was here. He immediately determined what the issue was, replaced the part, and we were back in a comfortably cooled home! Prompt, courteous, knowledgeable, and the cost was very reasonable. Thank you for your service! We will be using them again.

This company was contacted through my Home warranty company, was suppose to here from them within 24hrs to set up an appointment, never heard from them. Called the warranty company up and they got in contact with Captain and they said they would be out the next morning. Someone finally showed up to look at my ACs and he was only at my house maybe 10 minutes, said I had a leaking pipe, which he didnt fix on one AC and needed a fan for the other AC which is not the problem at all. Employee said he would order the fan and left. ITS BEEN OVER A MONTH SINCE HE LEFT MY HOUSE AND ITS BEEN ALMOST 2 MONTHS SINCE THIS COMPANY WAS CONTACTED AND AGAIN STILL HAVENT HEARD ANYTHING FROM THEM. HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND😡😡

I had my system installed last year. Very happy with them. I called them out to look at my system today. They came right out within hours. All is good. Thank you Juan and Captain Air. Recommend them 1000%
