First I want to say that these guys do good work and that the electricians Shawn and Katrina were knowledgeable and were easy to work with. The only reason they arent 5 Star is that when we originally called, we were told our job would be about an hour at $125 total. We had already dug a trench, ran conduit, wire, had 95% of the parts ready before they came (they provided some end point pieces and fasteners and one breaker). All they had to do was make it connect up, swap some existing connections, and make it live at the box. (They did have to add a little junction box on the wall to clean up the wires, but that is really the only additional work).At the end, the bill was $525. Im not one for confrontation or to suggest their work isnt worth the time, but at no point were we told it would be quadruple the cost. I could understand extra costs here and there, but I was a bit shocked. The labor was tracked at 4 hours. Even if that was how long they were here, that is an excessive amount of time for the work, especially considering the quote. My wife and I dug a trench, ran wire and conduit in less than 2 hours. It is hard swallow the connection point was a 4 hour job.I will end with saying that at no point did we feel like they werent doing good work or that the electricians were unreliable or shady (in fact, it was totally opposite - they are great!) but we do feel that the time for the job, not only was wildly past their estimate, but just didnt seem to match the amount of work that was required.

I have been doing business with Ken Reagor for over 20 years. He has always been extremely prompt and helpful to me. If there were any problems, I have talked to Mr. Reagor and he has always made things right and has always responded to me ASAP and as a friend.

I have called Reagor for a bid on additional sprinkler lines several times and cannot get them to respond. Ive called them to simply come out and identify pipes sticking out of the ground that were left hidden in planter brush. Nothing.I cannot recommend this organization to install a sprinkler system, air conditioning or what ever they say they can do. Theyve made a lot of money off me. Youd think theyd at least come out and identify irrigation pipes hidden under the brush so we can install additional irrigation

Reagors came out when our septic tanks backed up while our son was in the hospital getting cancer treatments. They made it safe to come home, and helped us when things were tight. They do care about people in their community.

After the wait, Ken Reagor called me and came out himself with a tech and made things right. So I have changed my rating to top notch. Thanks Ken for your outstanding effort.

Only company to answer the phone in burnet, very fast, got me on the schedule and was there in less than 2 hours, finished in less than an hour. Thank you

Was having trouble with my electrical system 45 minutes before they closed and they came right out immediately and fixed it I am now a full time client!

Called for repairs......4 technicians and 4 months later, still have an unrepaired unit....stay far far away from these guys, they will take your money and not stand behind their work!
