This is the worst air conditioning company that Ive ever had work on my air conditioning units. They came by a little over 60 days ago and charged me $868 to repair my air conditioning unit. They didnt put on the correct capacitor which burned out my fan motor and burned out some wires. How do I know, I had another air conditioning company come out and look at the unit and their work. It was proven that it was 100% their fault. Then theyre going to say theyre going to charge me another $946 for not doing their job and charge me for their mistake. The owner did not call me back and he was not willing to make amends or do the necessary repairs that were their fault. Lisa was horrendous to me on the phone when I explained the situation to her was very defensive and unwilling to help. If you looked at their other reviews she has cussed out customers. Not a good way to do business. The owner would not return my phone calls or stand behind his companys work. Shaddy shoddy company to say the least. Go with NexGen Air Conditioning will treat you right and wont charge you double the cost. NexGen Air was kind enough to come out and do the work for half the cost and do it right the first time. I have no hard feelings... I just dont want another customer to have to put up with what I did. My goal is always just to be helpful to others thats why I write these reviews.Did I mention that they were called another air conditioning company before they went out of business and changed their name because of their horrendous service?

Jeremy and his Helper did an amazing job installing my a/c unit inside and out. And Lisa stayed on top of the company as far as making sure they had all of the parts that was needed. Thank you Guys for all of your hard professional work.

We are relatively new to the area and were sent to Williams Precision Air by our contractor, Nick Zuckerbrow, who said they will take great care of you. He could not have been more right! We have had regular maintenance twice, and I had to call for an urgent matter this week (Its HOT.) They came that very afternoon (a Friday) and took care of the problem right away. Williams provides professional service that you can count on!

Couldnt be happier with my experience. I called early in the morning after out AC went out overnight, and not only did they answer the phone early, but scheduled my appointment for the same day.Our tech was knowledgeable, polite, and punctual - worked out the issue and got us back up and running quickly.

This is a very good professional business for HVac. Prices were very reasonable. I requested a quote and they were the first to respond. Mrs. Lisa sent a tech out that very same day, and it was Seth. He was able to pin point the problem and let me know what was going on. They ordered my parts. I was even able to track my technician from start to finish. Thank you Mrs. Lisa and Seth. I would definitely recommend them.

We are very pleased with William Precision Air Services. They came out Saturday and diagnosed our issues. We had other techs come out from other A/C companies that would not take the time and find the real issue over a 5 year period... Yes, I said 5 years same on going issues. Very costly... Our unit was just put in 6 years ago and had a coil issues and had rusted our unit due to a leak that was never found by other techs because they didnt do their job correctly. If they would of done their job correctly, we wouldnt had to spend $1600 to replace the unit. William Precision tech found the issue within no time. He explained what happened and how it could be fixed. He took his job very seriously and did it right. If you want the job done right, call William Precision they will get the job done. Our A/C quit working and called it in to our home warranty service whom worked with Williams Precision Air Service and within 5 days we where approved for a new A/C unit and it was installed. Williams Precision took care of all the hard work. They also worked with us to pay our out of pocket. 100% recommend there service.Thank you Williams Precision Air Service

They had to rewire my heating system due to improper installation to make my system work properly when the temperature drops below freezing and installed a new thermostat. Tommy was absolutely outstanding! He did not try to sell me on something that was not needed, took his time to explain in detail what happened to my system. Before leaving made sure everything was working properly, very polite, professional, timely, and overall did an outstanding job. I will use their company for my heating and AC needs in the future.

I highly recommend this company! They got to me quickly, the technicians were extremely knowledgeable and very helpful, and they went out of their way to make sure I knew what they were doing while they were doing it, and how I needed to take care of it afterwards. The best air conditioning and heating company in the Dallas Fort Worth area!Very happy with the repair that was done on my air conditioner. The service man was on time and very respectful. The outside unit needed a part and he had one on his truck and was able to fix it quickly. It was also low on Freon so he added more. As a bonus, he cleaned the outside unit for me.Their fees were very reasonable.

This company helped me fix my air conditioner after other company let me down in triple digit days! Williams Precision air didn’t! They were quick and had amazing customer service.

The young man who came out to our house found out our compressor outside was bad. He did extensive tests and found out the issue. He personally made sure the compressor was repaired professionally and operated as it should. I appreciated all of his hard work, especially during these crazy climate conditions in Texas. I would highly recommend him in the future.

Lisa was attentive in setting our HVAC system annual service appointment. The technician Seth was kind, polite, and professional. I would definitely recommend Williams Precision Air for all of your heating and cooling needs in the Mansfield/Arlington, DFW area.

Initially I had very bad experience due to one of the guys started working for them. But later I realize that this company build their reputation over the past many years and they do really care about it. Company owner Tommy by himself came in to resolve all my issues and goes above and beyond to make me happy. One thing I learned is to reach out to the owners of the company and talk to them if you have issues. In my case Tommy listened all and did everything to resolve my issues and he did. I give them 5 star and highly recommend them. They will be my go to guys going forward

On Thursday a couple of technicians. Came to service my AC unit. They worked on the wrong unit and burned my compresor on the working unit. I called them and spoke to Lisa. As soon as I finished explaining what had happened her words were BS GO F@#€ yourself. Absolutely wrong way to do business

Williams Precision Air fixed my heating system and put in an additional vent at at a reasonable price. Tommy was professional and easy to work with.

I appreciate them more than you know they took care of me as if I was a part of there family which now I considered them my family’s an for the work I am Impressed an have not be disappointed so this is a big pay on the work for 5+ stars….

Tommy and Patrick showed up to check out my upstairs unit that wasn’t working. Was able to diagnose it promptly, had the part needed, and fixed it in a timely manner. Highly recommend this company!
