My experience with Tru Climate was beyond superb! They were professional and efficient in installing my mini split AC. They ensured I understood the process and their work was top notch. I highly recommend them!

They were professional and efficient. I was kept informed from the initial appointment until end of service. They text me with arrival time along with a photo of tech. Ramiro arrived in both company vehicle and uniform. This was 5 stars plus.

Was recommended to Tru Climate by word of mouth, from two people coincidentally who did not know each other. Called Will and his guys came out to check. Will gave me several estimates on various replacement units, answered all of my questions with no pressure on sales one way or the other, and worked with me until final selection. Job was done quickly and professionally. Tru Climate honestly just wants to win your business and make you a happy customer. Trust me when I say you need no other estimates from anywhere else.

Had an AC unit go out and TruClimate was highly recommended by a family member. I talked to two other companies prior so I provided them with details of the issue. I was contacted with an estimate for repair and replacement that was extremely competitive. Technician Alan arrived the next day and had our AC unit back up and running quickly. My experience with everyone I spoke with at TruClimate was great. They are very honest and affordable. Highly recommend!

From requesting an estimate, having changes to the estimate, to the final install everything was great! All of my questions were answered and I really like they send a text with a picture of the representative coming to your home. Their price was one of the best I received, but in the end it was the customer service that sealed the deal.

Our a/c unit was almost 20 years old. Went out before Christmas. Called Truclimate and they came out quickly, quoted price and installed today. Customer service, installation and owner Will is fantastic. Great pricing. Hopefully new unit will last another 20 years. Will definitely use them for our service in the future.

Ramiro was great. Quickly identified the issue and made the simple fix without any attempt to sell us on something we didn’t need. Recently started using TruClimate. Both of my experiences with them has been great.

They showed up before their appointment window and were polite and said they could wait till the appointed timesince it was so early in the morning, I said hell naw lets go. They laid down covers over anywhere they worked . They were very respectful to any requests we had. Their work was phenomenal! It was night and day from what our A/C looked like before. They cleaned everything and it looks like a brand new install. we are customers for life now and will recommend you to everyone.

I have dealt with numerous AC service providers in the past I’ve had some ok experiences and not so good experiences.I hired Will, the owner of TruClimate, several years ago to replace my AC unit and had a great experience. Every time I have an AC issue, I call on Will because I know the work will be done right at a reasonable price. His employees are extremely professional and knowledgeable. If you have any AC needs, call TruClimate because they will take care of your issue and won’t take advantage of you.

Our AC unit went out last Sunday in triple digit heat. We reached out to TruClimate and they quickly scheduled a technician to come out to our house. Ramiro came out and it turns out that our 17yr+ unit finally needed to be replaced. They got us quickly scheduled and installed a brand new smart, energy efficient system that’s working wonderfully. An added bonus is that we can all control it on our phones from anywhere. Will and his team: Michelle, Ramiro, Florentino, and other staff were super professional and provided quick and excellent customer service. Highly recommend TruClimate for all your AC needs!!

Scheduled in the morning and they were at my house a couple of hours later! Ramiro was very professional. He fixed our condenser for a reasonable price and we were back to cold air on a hot August day in less than an hour! Will definitely use them again!

Ramiro was great and honest. Got here on a Sunday, was able to diagnose the issue, came back on Monday and fixed our AC. Life saver. The scheduling office was good to work with as well. All around great company.

The Ramiro and his partner arrived on time , very respectful and excellent and clean installation. In and out in a short time. I feel these two are a valuable asset to your company. They were attentive to detail, after being told I would clean the mess they insisted they would do the cleanup! I would recommend Tru Climate to everyone! My experience from first contact thru final installation was fantastic. Everyone I spoke with was kind and professional. I am so thankful for the excellent service that was provided.

Alan was very friendly, he answered all my questions. Not that I know that much or even anything about A/C (except it needs to be cold LOL). But it looked to me that he did a thorough job, cleaned the outside unit, checked amps inside and out and freon charge. When he was finished Alan gave me the thumbs up. I now have the peace of mind that my system will make it the winter with out issue. Thank you TruClimate

The technician arrived when scheduled. Alan was knowledgeable and professional. He explained what work needed to be done and more importantly he clearly explained why it needed to be done. He did not try to upsell me with any services I did not need and he did not pressure me to by any of the services that I did. For the amount of time he spent working on our units, the work was reasonably priced. We are extremely happy with the service and know that our HVACs are in good hands. The owner of the company has a reputation for being fair and honest in the HVAC community and has been servicing my HVACs for close to 10 years. Finding an honest HVAC company is like finding an honest mechanic. When you find a good one, you stick with them. I highly recommend TruClimate. They deserve all the stars.

Very very happy with the service I received from this company. Being a Lowes pro customer, I went through Lowes to have my HVAC unit service. Theyre communication was quick and always accurate. Their prices are also very good. The technician showed up on time and explained in detail what he was doing.

Our AC stopped working and with summer approaching and a baby on the way, we needed this fixed asap! TruClimate was very pleasant to work with from beginning till end. The dispatch got us a service call set up for later that same day and the technician actually had the parts in his truck to fix our issue on that call! We were back up and running the same day. One of our units stopped cooling over the weekend and TruClimate responded right away Sunday morning, discovered the issue in the afternoon, and repaired the unit on Monday. Very professional. Will kept me up to date on everything and walked us through the process. Said they would be here at 8 am and they were. Came in and laid down cloths to protect my floors. The tech who installed the inside unit even fixed a hole in my floor from a critter of some sort. My house went from 80° to 72° in less than 30 mins. 5.5 hrs and they were done. I hope I never have to have another ac/heating system replaced but if I do I hope theyre still around.
