Wow are these people great. First off being a American home shield customer for 10+years we are used to good service, but this was over that. From Lisa working to get is a timely and comfortable appointment time to seeing a brand new clean truck pull up with Mike, he knows his stuff, technician. Issue diagnosed in 2 minutes, problem solved and the truck rolling away in 10 minutes. We will be customers of theirs as long as we are within their service area. I called at 8:05 AM to explain my issue and they were out at the house by 8:35 AM. The technician fixed the problem within an hour and all was right again!! I LOVE Burleson Air and Heat.

Jonah and Jr installed our new system in February and did an outstanding job! Today we had to call them back due to a minor issue (our line was plugged). They took care of it right away, 10 minutes, and it was done! They had a very busy day, but they took the time to address my concerns regarding the outside unit. With a minor adjustment, everything was back on track! I appreciate that so much, they are truly rockstars!!!

Almost 40 yrs as family business in Burleson, great reviews and good references...it was a no brainer choice especially since they also give back to their community and support BPD!And they delivered on their good reputation. From Ryans initial visit and patiently answering my dozens of questions, I was reassured I had made the right choice. Im a senior and he took time to listen and consider my situation so I felt respected...no pushy sales talk, just helping me solve my problem with great products at a cost I could manage.Was able to get equipment and start in a few days. Installers Edward and Junior worked cleanly and quickly to get inside and outside units installed, tested and running in under 6 hours. Pretty disappointed since weve used them before. Long story short, wife called in because our downstairs unit smelled like a rodent died inside of it. Our upstairs unit had no smell. Guy shows up, blocks my wife in our driveway, as well as the side walk, and leaves his truck like this. (Picture attached) shows up looking very unprofessional (picture attached). Spends 20 total mins at out home, including the time it takes him to get tools, go up stairs, in the attic and everything.... says I didnt find anything.. charges $49.99 and leaves. He did nothing but take the side cover off the attic unit, and put it back on. Didnt look in any ducts, didnt do look in the vents, nothing. Pretty disappointed!!

Jonah was great! He pulled out our coil unit and then cleaned it outside. He had to call another tech to help him get the unit out of the air unit. Very quick to arrive. No extra charge. My unit is quite old. They were very careful. Also, since I know nothing about fixing anything ( 35 year math teacher. I am good at preparing others with the tools to do these jobs ). So, I always hang over anyones shoulder who comes to fix anything. Jonah was happy to explain everything he was doing the entire time. I recommend this company very highly!

My 5 1/2 year old A/C went out sometime during the night Wednesday morning 9/6/2023 and when another company I contacted for service never called back, later that afternoon shortly after 5 PM (it was now 91 in my house!!) I sent Burleson Air & Heat Systems a panic message through their website asking for help. They called me first thing Thursday morning at 7:19 AM (they open at 8) and scheduled a tech to be out at my house between 12 and 2 that day! They called back at 12:51 PM to say their technician would arrive in ~15 minutes. YAY!! Sure enough, ~15 minutes later Anthony showed up and promptly began troubleshooting. Turned out it was just a bad capacitor so that was good news. He also went up in the attic to clear out the primary pan drain since water had been dripping from the overflow drain on the side of the house, which is from the emergency pan. All in all an excellent experience and for the price I definitely cannot complain. Anthony is great and their service outstanding. Definitely two thumbs up!! Thank you Burleson Air & Heat Systems.

First time customer. A/C stopped last night. Called this morning and Josh was technician. This was great experience. Excellent service and reasonable cost. Josh was clearly dedicated to his work. Very pleasant and gave good incite on what was going on. I will definitely use again.

Our family has done business with BAHS for years. They have always been amazing. But, we recently had to have 2 new units replaced within a month of each other. The first one wasnt a big deal. But, the second installation (in the attic) proved to be more of a challenge. The guys from BAHS went above and beyond trying to make sure everything was done correctly for us. I couldnt say enough good things about this company!!

I got off late at night on Sunday to find my AC not blowing cold air. I left a message on BAHS website and by 8am Monday I was receiving a call by them to come out. Being Labor Day I assumed there would be added charges, but no just the standard fee.By 10am my AC was up and running helping my house cool before the heat set in.Anthony was my tech and was fast, efficient, and very knowledgeable. He explained everything to me and fixed my problem quickly and not breaking my wallet.It’s hard to find honest people willing to help you as the customer before the money. But I truly believe BAHS is one of those companies that believe a loyal long lasting customer is better than a fast buck.Well. You’ve got me as a loyal long term customer. Thank you

HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!!We first met Jud a few yrs ago when we needed some work done on a mini split system. Two yrs ago he installed a new mini system. He is ALWAYS knowledgeable ,informative and dependable. They are prompt and always call when they are on the way.Had to give them a call yesterday as our A/C went out and Jud came by and set us up with the new system.. Bonnie at the office got everything handled and ordered so we could be up and running ASAP. Today David and Chad came to install new Heating-A/C units in our home, both of them working together had installed both units in just a couple of hours. They went over all maintenance and use of new thermostat, and answered all questions. ALWAYS PROFESSIONAL!!We appreciate everyone at Burleson Heat and Air Conditioning!!!Thank you!! Such a great family-owned business. The technicians are polite, knowledgeable and efficient. I have had a system installed in my home as well as two rental homes in the past couple of years. This company has been fantastic. Reasonable prices and the best thing is that they are trustworthy. In business over 25 years says a lot to me......not a fly by night operation. I know they will be there for me over the next years.

I would like to say how fantastic Burleson Air and Heat Systems were to have service my AC Unit. There are so many companies that do HVAC in the area but BAHS is hands down the best. It all started with the polite and professional office staff that booked my appointment. These ladies definitely took the time to listen to me and my concerns that I had with my AC Unit. Anthony was the Technician that arrived (on time) to my home and was beyond knowledgeable and super professional just like the office staff. Anthony listened to the concerns I was having with my AC unit before telling me what I needed to do. Great company and does a fabulous job. Always so professional and thorough. We are on a maintenance schedule and have been since installation years ago. Have had very little problems with them coming twice a year for checkups! Love these people. Call them for your heating and air. You won’t regret it.

This company literally came to my rescue during storm Uri in mid-February. My central heat stopped working on Saturday, Feb. 13. My usual company is in central Arlington and could not safely get to my home. With rolling blackouts and no heat, I was searching for a company somewhat near me. Burleson Air & Heat Systems said they thought they could safely get to me 2/16. They were able to fix my unit so that it would work but warned that the breaker was very weak. Of course, the rolling blackouts eventually destroyed the breakers ability to deal with the power surges. But I had glorious heat for a time, and an electrician made it to my home 2/17 and replaced breakers.Burleson Air & Heat Systems is my HVAC company now. Their team was efficient, explained the issues to me thoroughly and charged their routine prices. Great service!

I was surprised they were able to schedule me for the HVAC checkup on the very day I called. Ive dealt to with BAHS for nearly 20 years and they have always been amazing. The technician, Jud Cook, was very helpful. Jud even went into the attic area and opened several vent flaps that had been closed for years; it made an immediate impact of the air flow throughout the house.My only regret is that I didnt call them months ago. On a scale of 5, I give them 10 STARS!

Ryan had come out and gave a fair and honest quote on replacing our system and air ducts - gave us options for equipment . They brought all hands on deck to get us completed in a day and worked there tails off . They were there til 9pm so i k ow they were exhausted . All the guys were courteous and professional and they did an awesome job . I would highly recommend them to everyone ! Thanks Guys !

We had David come out twice and he was super helpful with fixing our issues. First time was for the heater and second was for our AC and both times he arrived in a timely manner and was quick to resolve the situation. Highly recommend!

I think the service technicians are very helpful and informative. We bought a home with an older unit and Burleson Air and Heat has helped us keep the old unit in good shape until we can afford to replace it. We will definitely have them replace it soon. Our unit quit heating in the early morning hours so we called Burleson Air this morning and David showed up a couple of hours later. David identified our problem and had it up and running within minutes. My wife and I very much appreciate this company and they’re technicians.

Very Positive Experience, even though we had not made a previous appointment, Our Air went down and when they found out my wife had COPD, the made every effort to get it back up and running, Approx two hours from initial call until it was fixed. Couldnt have been any better.

BAHS is an amazing company. They are honest, reliable, thorough and a pleasure to do business with. I wouldnt think of using another company. Even though I have a home warranty, I choose to have these guys do all my maintenance.

Ive used BAHS a few different times now (I own some rental properties). They are always timely, professional and trustworthy. This goes a long way in my opinion. I dont feel like Ive ever been taken advantage of with them. I like using local businesses when I can.

Had not used a local AC company before, so looking at all the choices, I went with a company whose name I remembered from when I first moved to Burleson 30 years ago. With this kind of luck I should have been at the casino. Everything from my first call, to the tech Ryan solving my problem, to the cost was everything a homeowner customer could hope for. This is my recommended go to A/C business from now on.

We have been using Burleson Air and Heat Systems for years. They have helped us in emergency situations and with common issues. Their integrity and expertise can not be matched. Our issue this time required Ryan to come up with a creative way to address it and he did. Works like a charm.We would never use anyone else.

BAHS have been taking care of my family for near 30 years and have always done a great job! So much so that even after we moved away from Burleson to FTW they are still are go to. They are fast and responsive and friendly. They cannot be beat. 5/5!

Air conditioner broke, couldnt get an appointment for 4 days. End of summer, my house was 90degrees while I waited for service. They dont dispatch until they call you. So if you miss their call they cancel your appontment. And even if you call back within the 4 hour window of our appointment, youll have to reschedule for another day. So there is really no point in making an appointment unless your ready to waiting around for 4 hours for them to call you.

Called about my a/c not working. They said I was added to the schedule and someone would come today. No one ever showed and no one ever called. I even called a second time to make sure they were still coming and the lady said they were. Apparently I was being lied to. If you don’t have time to come out, just tell the person so they can call someone else! You have lost my business after 2.5 years.

My condenser fan motor went out. I removed it and went to a local supply shop. They had a universal replacement, but re-wiring it intimidated me, as I am not a HVAC Guy. I called BHAS and they told me to stop by. Not only did they have a compatible unit, they took the time to ask me about my application, modify the unit as needed and make it a VERY basic install. They did all of this at 5pm just as they were about to close. I can’t thank them enough. Very good people.

Crooks. My pipes rattle in my walls now every time the system shuts off. Paid over 9k for a 3k system. Took them 4hrs to install. So by my calculations they made over 5k profit after expenses. They wanted 600 more dollars to come out and properly install a suction line that they resized 3 times on the outside of my house because they didnt want to run new copper. Confronted the owner in person at his office says he is in spec with Lennox but it clearly says the line must be bigger in lennox guide books. There are distillate in my lines making them rattle in the wall of my garage.Had Judd out to my house he full of it as well. Dont do business with this company.

Called in service call on failed heating system in the am. Anthony was dispatched shortly after lunch. Anthony quickly diagnosed our problem and repaired it. Service was quick, professional and affordable. Thank you so much!

What you advertise you do. You installed my complete system, (duct work, HVAC system, thermostat. Afterwards I had set you up on a maintenance program. Every fall and summer you showed up for service without fail. The system had an error code the other day and you sent some one out with-in an hr.Your work and service could not have been better. Spoke to Judd over the phone today. He was extremely genuine and professional. We have been having an issue with an odor at our house. We thought it might be the HVAC system. We had someone come out from another company to inspect it. That guy couldnt find anything, but we were still leery about the situation and decided to get a second opinion. Judd took the time (on a Saturday morning, I dont even think the business was open at the time) to break everything down for us, explain how the HVAC system works. He could have easily instisted on coming out and charging for a service call, but he didnt. He was extremely helpful, listened to everything we had to say, gave us thoughts on other avenues we might explore, and invited us to call again if we had more questions. I will def turn to these guys in the future for any other HVAC concerns that arise. Thank you, Burleson Air & Heat.

This company is very expensive. I called them out for a service call. They told me $118 for them to come out after hours. The tech found i had a bad contactor. He told me it would be $195. Knowing that a contactor is ballpark $20 I assumed the total bill would be $195. That is not the case. The total bill was $353. After talking to the president of the company he told me that $353 was their fee but he would bring it down to $275. After calling other companies in the are and comparing the price most were around $125 but the highest was $200. So I caution you if you call this company for a service call plan on paying premium dollar.

Ryan Fiscus from BAHS worked on an A/C unit in my home. It is refreshing to see that there are still people who are honest and are not in it to rip customers off. Very knowledgeable, patient and accommodating.
