Knowledgeable and honest, Steve was able to share what he knew about the units and options available so we were able to make the most informed decision within our budget. We went with a new condenser and furnace and he and his team were able to do the install quickly! We love having a cool upstairs again

I’ve been waiting for two years for TDLR to figure out if Bock Services or if Best Tech is responsible for damages to my home! I was advised to file and wait to see who would be held responsible after my AC was not installed properly! The installation was done by Bock as a 3rd party contracted by Best Tech! It just so happens the AC continually leaked because of the drip pan and the way it’s was installed! My ceiling fell through completely several months after the install. I had a Best Tech technician out here on two occasions to readjust the unit before my ceiling fell through. I’m done waiting on TDLR and now I’m just going to have to hire an attorney to sue them both!! Do yourself a favor and don’t hire either company..

We just moved into a rental home and the A/c wasnt working. The landlord ended up talking with Bock services and after hours on a Friday a Leo one of their technicians showed up to diagnose the problem. They were able to get the parts needed for the repair within 48 hours and just repaired the system on a Sunday morning. Leo and Levi showed up around 6:30am on a Sunday and was done before 10am. We now have a great working system and both guys were very friendly. The complete interaction from the dispatcher to talking with the technicians was a very good from beginning to end. Weve been using Bock AC for several years. They are a good company with professional staff and reasonable pricing. They are also very responsive. Eric recently came and got our AC back to where it needed to be. He is very nice and really knows his stuff. Nikki in the office is very pleasant and helpful when I call to make an appointment. Their staff treats customers as they should be treated. It can be hard to find companies like this, so we really appreciate them!

Levi was wonderful in coming on a Saturday to assist us with our a/c. Bock Services was quick to respond and a reasonable price. When the issue got worse and we needed a new unit sooner than expected, Levi and other technicians came out the next day and installed the unit in a couple of hours. They were reasonable on the price and even took off the money we spent from that Saturday and applied it to the unit. I thought there was still an issue a week later. Hector and Garrett came out within 2 hours of me calling and checked everything out. The issue was just humidity and considering it is peak summer in Texas, this makes sense. I appreciate this companies honesty, reasonable prices, and their quickness in getting an issue resolved during this time of year. It is greatly appreciated. I will definitely be sticking with this company for future issues and recommending them to anyone who needs assistance with their HVAV system.

We have used Bock A/C for years. They installed multiple units for me. I have had technicians on site within a hour of me calling. They respond quickly and do not try and sell things that are not needed. Eric came out yesterday and was very professional and eager to work. I advised him that we had a lighting strike close to the house. He found the problem that cause the ac to malfunction and went ahead and check the entire system to ensure that the lighting did not do further damage. His attitude and demeanor was that of someone you want to work for you. Explained everything at my level and a very hard worker. Thanks again Eric, Bock, and Sonya (the lady who answered the phone) nice people to work with.

Very impressed with the service and the tech they sent out. Eric was very professional and honest, and he narrowed down my problem easily. Opened everything up in the attic and went to another service call while my A/C was defrosting. Came back a couple hours later and sure enough, everything was fine after he left. July 2024 a hot day my air conditioning stopped working yesterday at night time, I called early 8 am and at 10 am they were here: Repair was done , got a lot of info and options . Bock Services was highly recommended to us by a friend. They replaced our a/c and heating systems last year at a remarkably lower cost than quoted by 2 other companies I contacted, including the company who had done my maintenance for years. Levi installed our entire system quickly and professionally. He has since done our Fall and Spring maintenance, which was included in the purchase price, He is always on time and has done an outstanding job every time! Nikki in the front office is super friendly and efficient and also always does a great job! We are very impressed with this company, and their employees. The Goodman system they installed is very efficient has kept us cool/warm during the harshest weather, and my electric bill has remained low. We are so happy to have found Bock!

Do not honor warrant , send my customer to them for install, compressor went out before 10 years still charge of $1900 and the day before went out to troubleshoot charging $360 did not refund the $360. The warranty , was still in affect. Still today customer is not satisfied. I would not use their services ever again for any of my customers. Please beware.

Called to get A/C charged up. They offered a good price for complete HVAC replacement and were able to work the job the very next day. The techs worked all day and late into the night to get the work accomplished. Nice and cool for our first 100 degree day. Very satisfied. Highly rated unit from local company. We’ve used Bock a couple of times now and they’ve been very quick to respond. The most recent visit, we assumed we would be without a/c with a teething infant and a wife that just had surgery considering our A/C went out over the weekend. The tech gave us a temporary fix over the weekend, but unfortunately it didn’t last. After calling Bock back after the temp repair did not last, they worked very quickly with us and were at our house to replace our air handler within a few hours into Monday morning. We had an incident with a boo-boo with our ceiling caused by the tech, but they were so quick to inform us before we had to find it. The office was also in communication to ensure the techs had made it right, which was exceptional customer service.Everyone has always been very responsive and extremely courteous. We will be a continued customer of Bock.

BOCK Services have provided superior and efficient service for my home HVAC system. The Office Dispatchers are kind, genuinely willing to help, and rapidly answer and return phone calls. I am pleased with the HVAC system they installed in 2021, replacing the old unit . BOCK Services has been very responsive in servicing and performing any minimal repairs. In January 2024, Levi Chase and Leo were both very courteous and knowledgeable. They worked efficiently and cautiously inside my home. From the office staff, to the technicians that came to help me, I was treated with such kindness. AC issues and Texas heat are no joke, and DIY‘s aren’t really helpful. The office staff was great communicating with me so I was able to get my dogs put up before the technicians arrived. The technicians were super knowledgeable and not only did they fix the problem, they also pointed out a few things that I could do as a homeowner to prevent future issues. Our AC unit stopped working late one Saturday night. We were able to call them and setup an appointment for the next day. The tech was very friendly, and was able to diagnose and fix our problem right away. He explained each step of the process, and now we have a new capacitor and cold air again. Thank you!!!

I highly recommend Bock. My home warranty company gave me the complete run-around, but Lisa and Felicia at Bock were amazing and so helpful. They called the warranty company several times and never dropped the ball. They were polite, courteous, knowledgeable - and they always called me back when they said they would. My service technician Jheavany also did an fantastic job. He answered my questions, worked hard and left everything clean and in good working order. I would definitely call them again in the future.

What a wonderful business! I had my first appointment today with Levi. I had called on Friday and they got me in the next business day for a check up. I received a great 20 minute warning from their dispatcher. Levi was awesome. Quick, professional and friendly. He explained everything he was doing very well. Excellent customer service and communication. A text was sent out when tech was on his way and you can track and see a pic of him ahead of time. Levi was very helpful and thorough. I called Bock Thursday of last week late in the afternoon because my unit was frozen over and not working. They had a technician to my house within the hour. I was told that the unit could be repaired, but they also gave me the option to replace it. The owner of the company (Steve Moon) called me and informed me about the new laws involving R22. He said that he recommended a new unit due to the new laws that are going into effect next year, but had no problem fixing the unit if we were not ready to replace it. I appreciate that the company did not push me to completely replace the unit. I called three other companies for a second opinion and they all immediately wanted me to replace my unit. I am grateful that Bock was willing to give me all of my options and be completely honest about the entire process. The technicians were extremely friendly and took pride in the work that they were doing. While they were at my home, not only did they fix my unit, they also took the time to service my other two units. Thank you Bock for going the extra mile!

Leo was my technician and he was amazing. They got out to the house quickly and were very respectful. He explained everything that was going on and made sure that I understood my options. They got my a/c fixed in a timely manner for a great price. I definitely recommend Bock for great custoner service and work.

My aging AC unit went out suddenly. By the time I was told and shown that there was no coming back from the dead for the unit, it was 87 degrees in this house!My son in law recommended Bock Services and I am so thankful that he did! Steve Bock contacted me very promptly and by 9:00 the next morning his guys were here tearing out the old system. Within four and a half hours the new system was installed!!His crew was extremely proficient, professional and courteous to a degree that I hardly ever see anymore and furthermore, their price for the job was the most reasonable and fair of the three estimates I got. Bock Services replaced my AC system this week. In the first visit they reviewed my old system (I already knew issues from last year) and spent the time explaining me the differences in the systems they handled/installed and what they liked about each vs costs. The new system was installed the next week at my preferred day in a 1/2 day with 3 technicians, each clearly experience in the work they were performing. I have already recommended them to friends.

My a/c was not working and I got very good customer service from Bock. Job was done right. Steve came out the first days and was very helpful explaining what he was doing and also followed frequently. Next day Christopher came to replace the the faulty parts and was very professional and helpful. They quickly completed the job and confirmed it was all working. I would highly recommend these guys.

AC blower went out Saturday evening. They are 24 hour and managed to get a tech to my house Sunday. Guy told me blower motor died, but would have to wait until Monday to get the part. Office called me Monday to tell me part was available and they could come out the next morning to install. I asked what new system would cost as the blower was not cheap. For a few thousand more I could get a new system. Guys show up and get the job done in about 8 hours. (They need to take breaks because my system is in the attic, so I dont blame them. 99 degree high that day) The real star was the quality control manager Steve. Came out 2 hours after they left to check the system. It wasnt blowing very cold given it had been 87 in the house and was only down to 83. He added refrigerant and it started blowing colder. But the fan speed seemed low. That same man came out 6 AM the next morning and adjusted the fan and added insulation to the condenser so that I could still leave for work on time. His level of caring that the system was working correctly is why I give them 5 stars.

My family has used Bock for 25 years. Steve has always been upfront and honest about all costs, including parts and labor. Levi and Stormie recently replaced our entire unit inside and out and they arrived on time and completed the job as promised. Steve came by after the unit was installed to make sure we were highly satisfied. If you want a job done right and someone who stands behind his work, you should check them out.

💯 percent Responsive and Reliable. I called several companies due to my AC unit reading from 78° to 85° overnight. Having my twins a dog inside was no bueno as temperatures continued to climb in the triple digits. They not only at able to come out the same day, within an hour, but they also were very friendly, helpful and resolved my concern. The crew came out on time to install complete inside and outside units. Answered all my questions. A crazy rain storm came out of no where & they continued to work through. They came back out couple days later to check that everything was good because of temp change caused by rain A Great job when all done.

I had them come out and inspect my ductless mini split unit. They are knowledgeable when it comes to these types of units unlike many companies. If you have one in need of service or install give them a call. I will be using them from now on for regular service as well as installing my next unit.

I called Bock the first thing in the morning to have my ac replaced. Levi came out and gave me an estimate and I had a new system installed by 5:00 in the same day. Their communication is top of the line. They confirm your appointments and attach a picture of who to expect at your door. This company is first class.

Levi came out after I purchased a Groupon for a yearly maintenance and tune up. I also let him know that in the previous few days the AC had been turning off in the middle of the night.He checked everything out and let me know the system was 2 lbs low on refrigerant. He indicated there was a small leak in the evaporator coil, but as the unit is already 9 years old he didn’t feel it would be cost effective to repair it. He felt that topping off with refrigerant every year we could probably get another few years out of the system before completely replacing. I appreciate his honesty about it not being worth the money spent to repair, when typically AC units only last 12-14 years anyway. Also, he gave a very fair price on the refrigerant.That night the AC unit still turned itself off. I called back and he returned free of charge the next day to discover that the thermostat is faulty and needs replacing. He offered an estimate on the thermostat, but was not put off by me voicing that I would like to install a smart thermostat instead.

This review is for Automotive work done there. Mike the mechanic was knowledgeable and courteous to deal with. He went above and beyond what was needed and the price was most competitive. My experience was excellent and I would highly recommend this company and Mike for your automotive needs. He services anything you need. I will definitely use him for all of my automotive needs. My mom has cancer and we came home from a radiation treatment and the air conditioner was not working. I called the people that my parents have use for years and they said it would be 5 days before they MIGHT be able to come out. We called Bock services and they were here within a few hours. Levi was so kind and professional! This is my new company to call for Air Conditioner repairs. Thank You so much for the great service and quick response to a bad situation for me and my family!

Very quick, informed & reliable! After a questionable encounter with a different a.c. company the problem was diagnosed and replacement unit was ordered & it was even suggested I get a new thermostat so they could install it. Issac & Cody were amazing with the install and cleaned up everything! Will definitely be working with them again for any further issues.

2/12/2018I woke up Sunday morning to a house that was 50 degrees on a day when it was sleeting outside.I called my home warranty people, and they connected me to Bock Air Conditioning and Heating Service. Lisa, with Bock Air called me first thing Monday morning to schedule a time for her guy to come fix the problem. He arrived EXACTLY when she said he would, and took care of the issue quickly.When a slight billing error occurred, Lisa was able to get it fixed quickly without hesitation.I’m very pleased with their service, and plan to use them in the future for my HVAC needs.

On July 30 my air conditioner stopped working. Called Bock on Saturday, July 31, and Steve came out and determined, after multiple tests, that the unit was going to have to be replaced (it was over 20 years old so I was expecting that was going to happen soon :( Anyway, they were able to fit me in the next Monday. Garrett, Gavin and Mike were on the job. They got the entire system completed and were very helpful in answering all my questions. Sonora and Erin in the office are also helpful in scheduling and explaining any question you may have.. Bock also came out to do a quality check for me since I was concerned about the thermostat being off from what I set it to the next day. They sent Levi out to check, and he immediately diagnosed that three of my ducts were messed up, one was leaking air because it wasn’t completely fastened dow/closed, and two were smashed flat. They were able to come out and help me on a day so I didn’t have to take off work. Everyone was very professional, and I felt relieved to have found them. Prompt service! My heater went out on the coldest night of the year! Bock sent a tech out they diagnosed the problem and had a new unit out and installed the next day. No mess was left. I am so happy with the service and I would highly recommend them!!!

I just had my A/C serviced. I called them out because my system stopped cooling. The technician that arrived was very courteous and seemed knowledgeable. He immediately knew what the issue was and had my system fixed in minutes. Then it came time to pay. OH BOY!, these guys charge you outrageous prices for parts apparently. While the technician was preparing my invoice, I quickly did an internet search for the capacitor he replaced. The highest price I could find was around $20-$30. So I told myself, well theyre probably going to charge me $50-60 and I was okay with that. I got the invoice....$265 for this capacitor! I kid you not. If not for this, these guys would get 5 stars from me. However, charging me 10x what their cost most likely is is highway robbery. I will not be doing business with them again.

Dealing with Trinity we had a tech come out after hours to say that he had never seen the system with the pressures that it had and had to ask his boss. I called back the next day to talk to the boss or someone with some knowledge and they still had now idea. I contacted Bock Services llc, and Robert Perkins came to check out my system. He determined I had compressor failure. No big deal right I ask him is that normal for a five year old system, he said absolutely not. he asked if it ran continuously, I told him yes it never shuts off. Come to find out when Trinity installed it five years ago it was the wrong size unit for my house. I got the the right size unit installed at a awesome price, that couldnt be beat. Best experience with a ac tech Ive ever had. And had no problem with answering questions and concerns as they arised. My system has kept my house at a constant 72° in 103° weather with only running for 5-10 minutes I cant wait to see my bill go down. I would definitely recommend this company for the professional and timely response time.. further more I would suggest to any customer to ask for tech Robert Perkins for honest answers and professional opinion. Bock services has been servicing my a/c for over 15 years. Recently my heat pump system broke down. Bock diagnosed the problem and repaired it the same day. This company is very good at what they do! Highly recommend Bock Services to everyone!

Levi, service technician, cleaned clogged drains and installed a pump to reroute overflow drainage to prevent clogging in the future. He explained all the work, gave me an estimate for the cost before completing the work. He was thorough and worked efficiently to insure the job was cost effective. I had the technician come out yesterday, and he told me I had to replace my evaporative coil ( $2689) clear primary drain line ($180) install new aux drain pan ($342) and add drain water switch ($125) if it was under warranty, it was gonna be $1744 but if its not under warranty, it wouldve cost me $3119. So long story short, I ended paying $176 WITH SOMEONE ELSE..just needed a a pound of freon and new filters...and it works like a charm!!! Ill never use them again!!!!

Absolutely satisfied. From the moment of my initial inquiry about A/C service, Mark answered the phone in a pleasant voice with an attitude that we can help. The next morning according to schedule Leo arrived do what so often you no longer experience in service reps - customer service. Leo helped us make the right choice for our home and then proceeded to educate us in the efficient use of the equipment. Just had my A/C serviced by Bock and cant say enough good things. Their tech, Keevious, was very professional and took the time to explain things and show us additional products to help eliminate allergens out of our air. We have used Bock Services for years and are always happy with their service.

My AC thermometer was alarming me when I got home from work that something was wrong with my unit. It is a weekend and of course, extremely hot! I called them as they said they could could come out and see what was was wrong. I expected a weekend expense but they were so wonderful...didn’t over charge me and fixed my ac affordably. Steve did a great job. This is the third unit he has installed for me. He has repaired this 5 ton a few times. He also installed both Arlington house units and reworked the ductwork.

Bock Heating & Air Conditioning Service quickly replaced my entire furnace and outside unit at a very competitive price. And when I had a problem with my unit, Bock was there within 30 minutes to make the necessary repair. Bock will get all my HVAC business in the future.

Best AC company in town. They were so quick to come out when my air conditioning broke in the middle of summer. Their technician David was so professional and courteous. Highly recommend them . Will definitely use them for future repairs.

Called them and they were out with in 3 hours. Found the issue within 15 min and had it fixed within an hour. Very professional and reasonable service. I will definitely use them again for any A/c or HVAC work.

Absolutely horrible service!!! This company sold me a used unit in hopes of helping my situation out but sent some very inexperienced people out to install said used unit. These people screwed more stuff up and then would not stand behind there work. Steve the owner guaranteed me start up of this used unit which to me the consumer would consist of this unit coming on and working properly in which it has never properly worked due to the poor installation. End result this is now costing me an extra 650 dollars to get my a/c repaired properly!! So disgusted with this company!!!

Lisa at Bock was extremely helpful. She tried to help out with my home warranty company. The home warranty company was worthless (CHOICE HOME WARRANTY). We purchased a 4 ton Lennox unit from them and couldnt be happier with the install crew and office crew.THANKS

Technician said we were out of Freon, said there was a leak and we needed a new system. I told him Id think about it and get back to him.I called somebody else for a second opinion because I dont feel my system is all that old. The second opinion found that there was plenty of Freon and my only problem was a clogged dryer.I feel that the technician that Bock Air Conditioning & Heating sent to my house was either inept or dishonest and I wont use them again.

My AC went out, so I found them on Groupon. Purchased my Groupon and called to make an appointment. The receptionist said they could come out that afternoon. An hour later I am getting a phone call from them saying they can come out in the next 30 minutes. The technician came out and repaired my AC in less than an hour. My AC has been working perfect since. Thank you so much. I will be using them again

Tommy Alcom and Jheovany Aguiliar are the best of the best technicians, went above and beyond in my repairs, prayed over my health, cleaned up after themselves as I couldnt and were just awesome. They perform beyond expectations, follow up closely, do whatever it takes to solve your personal A/C issues at the most competitive cost. Please reward these folks, thank them for me. Ill never use another company. The Owner is kind, credible and generous and prides herself on delivering above excellence and expectations.

Bock changed out our A/C system. We had a system that was too large for our house, and they could have gotten an easy up sell, but showed us what we need and did a great job.They saved us a few hundred that day, and our electric bill was cutt in half.

Went through my mailers to support local business. Scheduled with Bock on Wednesday for service on Friday, April 5th. Told them, anytime on Friday would be fine! I was ill so my wife took the day off to meet with them! She had called Bock around Noon to confirm we were on Fridays schedule. After waiting til 6 pm, I realized Bock was not committed to service as I never recieved Any communication that they wouldn’t make it. Saturday, still not a word! I live less than 5 miles from Bock’s shop.Here’s your sign!

Im sure they are nice to you, if theyre making money from you, but otherwise doing business with these people is a nightmare. The owner and office staff are the most hateful and internally ugly people Ive ever encountered. Just nasty without cause.

After the maintenance check me HVAC would not turn off. They wouldn’t come out to fix what they broke unless charging me. $500 in electrical bills it cost me. Go with someone else or risk their technicians breaking something on then charging you to fix it.
