These guys ordered the complete wrong part. They sent us on a wild goose chase and us do extra steps for no reason. We had no ac for way longer because of them and their lack of professionalism. Upon arrival they didnt even speak and never would even admit there mistake. I had him look it up and he knew. So unfriendly and rude as well.

Overpriced. I went to buy a capacitor for my condensing unit. They wanted over $40.... not reasonable. Got it Grainger for $13.81. I would like to buy my parts from here but the prices are ridiculous.

I called the one in Burleson Texas to get a sequencer and when I told them I would come by to pick it up. The man on the phone said they were closed today and it would be a fifty dollar charge to open up. This was at 9:50 on a Saturday Morning.
