Fort Worth Kwik Dry Total Cleaning

I feel like my time was wasted. I had duct cleaning and dryer vent cleaning service booked. Watch my video upload of my main vent AFTER it was “cleaned” They didn’t do any cleaning. Just hand waving. The main vent was noticeably dirty so I asked the Tech to remove the cover so I inspect it. Lo and behold it’s filled with dirt.I didn’t want to include the Tech’s face so not to dox him. I understand everyone is going through something but this isn’t fair to not do the job and try to charge for it. I insisted I will not be paying for anything.Please look elsewhere. I’m still looking

They were really nice and finished the clean really quickly. I was able to get an appointment in less than a week which was really great. I was disappointed that they weren’t able to get the stains out of my rug. The reason I hired Kwik Dry was because I thought the stains could be removed based on photos I saw on the website. I understand not every stain is removable, I just wish there would’ve been an expectation set before the cleaning even started that the stains wouldn’t be removed.

We purchased a 40+ yo home that probably hadnt been mopped or cleaned in decades. Rhit was able to clean the tile so well it literally brighten them to a whole new color. We had no idea what the real color had been. The air ducts were in rough shape and showed evidence of a smoker somewhere in its past. Once he finished those the house even smelled better! Thanks so much for a job well done. I will recommend them to anyone I know!

Rhit was wonderful. Came early and started immediately on my air ducts. I was expecting dirt, dust, etc. Not a spec got away from him. Carpets look terrific. I just moved into a used/new house. He got those stains out and they were dirty. He is in my contact list. Extremely pleased!!!!

This company is great! I called to schedule and got next day service. I believe it was Delano who did my service. I have white couches and 3 young kids, so they were in bad shape! In less than a hour he made them look like new again! I would recommend them for any cleaning! He was professional and quick!

I got an appointment for service within 2 days. Their tech arrived on time, verified with me his name and who he represented. He was clean and personable. He went right to work, checking out what needed to be done and verified with me that his assessment was correct and again verified what the charges would be. I appreciated this since I didn’t want to be caught off guard when presented with a bill. He worked carefully, cleanly, and was open to any questions I had. The job was. a big one and took about three hours. I was very pleased with the service he provided. I have recommended this service already to a friend.

I had my carpet cleared, 21 vents cleaned, and an area rug done. Rhit was here for a while and worked very hard. He did an excellent job. My husband even noticed how clean the carpets were. He was professional and so thorough. I would definitely recommend them and will use them again.

I’m commenting on the carpet cleaning service only. It’s the worst carpet cleaning service I’ve ever seen. Nothing against the employee that did the service he was polite and efficient. They do not use anything to actual extract the dirt from the carpets. Our carpets weren’t even that bad it was just for maintenance purposes, but even the dirt on the walk ways was still there. They use a light amount of spray and the circular floor machine with a towel, then they use a regular vacuum. That’s it. 95% of the dirt, bacteria and allergens are still in the carpet. I’ve literally rented Rug Doctors on their last legs that did more to clean my carpets.

Kade was very professional and did a great job!Week later, went to add a filter over a vent. Come to find out, that vent was never cleaned! The paint was still sealed when we had the room painted. I guess you have to watch them clean the vents. Also didnt want to do my laundry vent, said it wasnt necessary, said he would just get off the front area. Walked outside, vent duct gone. Called them back and they sent him back out.

First time using this company and from now on, will be the only company I use. Tommy was my technician and did a fantastic job. Super nice young man that cares about his work and his customers. Excellent service from the time I called to inquire about service/prices until the end of completion of services. The cost was quoted up front with no hidden fees or trying to sell me unneeded items. Kade was professional, friendly, and thorough! I will use this company again in the future!

Cade was delayed at an earlier appointment - he called to say he was delayed and would call when he was on his way. He called as he said he would. He was very professional and polite. The price for cleaning the 15 vents was reasonable and Cade cleaned up any debris that fell from the vents. He did a great job, and we would recommend this company and Cade to our family and friends.

I schedule the work and Tyler call to confirm what time he would arrive, and arrived on time. He presented a detailed run down on the work scope and how long it would take. He explained while working what his findings were and how the process works. Tyler was friendly hard working guy and I would recommend him , you wont be disappointed.

We were extremely pleased with the professionalism & timeliness of the gentleman who came out. We had lots of urine stains from our puppy and he was surprisingly able to sanitize as well as remove all stains on our carpets at no extra charge. The work performed was exceptional!

I have waited several months to write a review. I was torn as I really liked the customer service and did not want to write a bad review. I knew the carpets needed cleaning in a house I was moving to so I hired Kwik Dry, who were very punctual and gave great service. I was not real happy with the way they clean as they do not suck anything out, they just vacuum and buff the carpets to spread the dirt. After they left, I wiped some areas on the carpet and the towel was dirty. I rented a rug doctor and was astonished at how much dirt I cleaned from the carpet after just hiring it done. The water was literally nasty. For truly dirty carpet I would find another option in the future.

Carpets not vacuumed first because it “takes too much time”, but all other companies do this. Advised main concern was one room where puppy had multiple accidents and specifically asked that that issue is addressed. That room is unchanged in odor. It will literally have to be completely re-done. Provided feedback to company. Will see what they say.Update - no response. I cleaned the carpet myself and the water was BROWN and that was AFTER their cleaning job. Mind you, my carpet had zero visible stains, so that was dirt that they just ground into it. No matter the promotion, this place is a joke. Literally nothing gets cleaned.

Duct cleaning was ok, but there were some surprises like any other company. First of all their website video is misleading. Video shows that they will consult or show the dust accumulation in the ducts with a camera. That does not happen. Secondly their video says all the vent covers are cleaned with water and wiped. The guy who came in did not do anything, expect that he used the same vacuum to clean the intake vent cover. He said the rest of the outlet vents do not need any cleaning. I think the details should be correctly put in, to avoid any disappointmentsSecondly the guys are supposed to clean up the derby that fell on to the floor during the cleaning. That was not done either. I started vacuuming behind themEvery other company said, the vents which are 15 feet high will be cleaned by bringing in a different ladder. This company said, they have cleaned whatever they can from the attic. I probably assumed that this company will also do the same. I dont remember specifically asking them that question before the came in, so I had no other option but go with that.The brush is small compared to some of the ducts, they said they will give a asymmetrical rotation, such that it reaches the entire perimeter. But not sure how much of that had been done.No issues with billing or amounts. I tried calling the company, and they said the vents should have been cleaned atleast with a wet cloth, but their guy did not even do that.I think they did fine on removing the dust, and they are definitely reasonably priced. I think in my case, the problem was my expectations are different based on their videos and the office did not help with setting the expectations correctAt the end, I think you can go with them, but I can only recommend them with some reservations

I was a little hesitant trying KwikDry but I am sure glad I did try. They showed up on time and did a great job. Fast drying didn’t take long at all. My service guy was very nice and courteous. I will use this company again
