I highly recommend this company!!! Thank you for getting the best back on and overall upgrading our system!!During the winter storm our heating quit working. I called Cool Climate Air Conditioning and Heating, without hesitation Carl came out. He found our flame sensor was dirty and got us backup and running. Carl also took the time to give our dogs some attention and love. Carl also explained our system wasn’t really a preferred manufacturer in the central air market any longer. The next morning our heat once again went out, I instantly called Carl and he had a technician (Russell) come out. Russell took his time diagnosing the issue and it came to be our main board was no longer good and gave us the option to salvage or replace equipment. I’m a firm believer don’t spend good money on bad things, so, we went to the replacement and even upped to the stage 2 equipment for better efficiency. The team came out this morning and did the install within 3-hours which Leo, Juan, and David were great with the dogs as well as our toddler who was super interested in what was happening. Again, highly recommend this company and will give them our business at our store front as well!

A Lifesaver! Saved Me $2,500!I cant thank Carl and the team at Cool Climate enough for their honesty and professionalism. Another company came to my house and tried to practically sell me a whole new system, complete with a long list of costly parts and repairs.Thankfully, Carl took the time to carefully inspect everything and had my heat back on in under 5 minutes—saving me over $2,500!Huge thanks to Carl for his expertise and to Janet in the office for her excellent support. Carl and his team offer the best transparent work out there. They have really been there when we needed them from small diagnostics, to fixing our unit. If youre looking for an honest AC company that will treat you well and get the job done right-call them!

I called after hours and they were able to send a technician out quickly, so I willingly agreed to the after hours charge, which almost doubled the cost. ($175)When the technician arrived he was able to quickly identify it was an electrical issue, which I did appreciate, but he then suggested my dad change the breaker. I let him know he died 20 years ago, so that isn’t an option. He recommended an electrician.He called his boss to see if they could lower the cost since he was only at the house for maybe 5 minutes and there was no resolution. His boss declined.The motto is “ QUALITY, HONESTY, INTEGRITY” according to their website. I unfortunately would beg to differ that this was not integrity. I would have no problem with the cost of paying overtime for the technician, but $175 seems extreme given the circumstances. I was confident when I called because they promise “Quick and reliable repair services for any HVAC issues you may encounter.” I, however, was not able to have any repair services done.Another local HVAC company was able to step in save the day. They came out the same evening, charged me less for the service call ($120), and were able to diagnose and actually repair the problem. I went to bed that night in a warm house.I did call to provide feedback and give an opportunity for resolution. There was no answer. I felt that the boss declining to lower the fee already showed where they stood on the transaction.I caution you in choosing this company. I do not recommend if you are looking for a company that cares about the client over the bottom dollar.

Second time using them. I love how quick they are to respond. I think I had the same tech both times. He was knowledgeable, respectful of my home and property, and worked fast without trying to sell any unnecessary services. Fair pricing and good customer service is getting hard to find, but this company is great. I highly recommend them.

Great service, great timing, didn’t try to hassle with pricing. Quick, friendly, and didn’t break the bank. Will use again if needed and would recommend to friends or family. We had been having issues with our ac for a while and ended up needing the outdoor unit replaced. Also added a 2nd intake in our master bedroom and the airflow is great. Way better than before, even before the ac started going out. Thanks guys!

Cool climate did a great job. I called them first thing at 8am and they had someone out by 930am. Ty did a wonderful job and had my ac running again within 10-15 mins.

I came home from work to a hot house. It was a little after 5, and I was leaving for a trip the next day. I called Cool Climate based on a recommendation on the local next door app. They waved the after hours fee and a tech was at my door in less than an hour. He diagnosed my problem quickly and had my system cooling less than 2 hours after I got home, all for a very reasonable price. I highly recommend this company. Thank you for being quick, efficient and most of all HONEST!

We contacted Cool Climate for an AC tune up. The staff was very professional and notified us when the technician was on the way. Russell arrived right on time and went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure our units are functioning at highest efficiency. He found several issues which were corrected and we expect to see a reduction in our electric bill. We are very pleased with Russell’s professionalism and service and highly recommend Cool Climate.

You really cant get better than Cool Climate. Weve had them out several times including a whole new system and they are super, super fast to come out. I called at almost 10:30pm tonight and the gentleman that answered literally said hed be right there. When they installed our new system, it was next day! YOU CANT BEAT THAT!! ❤️

A power surge caused my AC to go out. After trying everything I could think of, I searched for a AC repair thread on the local burleson residents FB. Because the Google search was OVERWHELMING.I found one with a lot of recommendations for Cool Climate Air Conditioning & Heating.I called them to come out for a service repair/ replace my capacitor. I figured the power surge fried it. I had already checked the unit, blower, temps in the vents, and the copper suction lines. I could tell that my capacitor was not running.Janet answered the phone and after a brief discussion she helped me troubleshoot and offered a solution. She still placed me in the queue and said she would have someone out within the hour if it didn’t work. She stayed on the phone with me while I ran tried other solutions and her recommendation ended up working and saved me $$ from a service charge!!!!I told her how much of a blessing she was… saved my day.

Its the start of Summer and no one ever wants their A/C to be broken. Even though we panicked and tried to anticipate that something didnt appear to be working correctly, Carl came out and showed grace and patience while he checked our unit. He didnt find anything wrong, but took the time to give us peace of mind that if something happened, hed be here to help. The people at Cool Climate are great! I met several of them during my recent AC failure and were they ever speedy. Dave, a technician was great, explained everything and allowed me to see the test results. The next day the installers were back to me first thing and did a great job. When it came time to work with our insurance, Janet helped multiple times to get the documentation just right, which then sailed through the adjusters quickly. Couldnt have asked for a better experience. Very much recommend them!

Our unit was on its last leg...call these folks for a bid to replace our A/C. We got several others but these folks came out on top. When they found out that we were carrying for our special needs grandson, they came the following morning and fixed us up. This is a wonderful company to have at a phone call away and local as well. We’d been having issues with one of our units and the owner Carl came out on his day off to see what was going on. To say this man went above and beyond doesn’t seem to cover what this man did!! We ended up needing a new unit and he made sure to take care of us!! The professionalism, dedication and quality of work was amazing! I am impressed with Cool Climates service their staff is professional, kind and punctual. You can tell that they want to be your go to provider for A/C and Heat Service. They were there when I really needed them during the last ice storm so of course I called them for for my preventive maintenance. My system uses an extra large filter and previous companies I called never had it with them. Their tech did. They seem to always want to impress. I plan to keep using them in them in the future. I recommend them for your A/C and Heat Service. You will not regret it.

Cool Climate was a lifesaver!!!! We had been getting jacked around badly by home warranty First American and the AC company they sent. Had been without AC since end of March, getting the run around. We finally canceled the service and called Cool Climate. Russel was at our house the same day and in LESS than 24hrs we had a brand new total AC system!!! Highly, highly recommend Cool Climate, cannot say enough good things about their responsiveness, customer service, professionalism and kindness!! Call them, you won’t be disappointed!!

Weve tried a number of local HVAC companies but after calling Cool Climate, we will NEVER call anyone else. The first time I called they were here in about 8 minutes!!Our upstairs A/C died and we went a couple years without it because of the cost to get it fixed. They were the only company who actually explained how to pay for a big repair interest free. That was a huge help and allowed us to finally get it fixed!I have had such good experiences with them, my best friend called them and he became a lifetime customer too!

Cool Climate came out within an hour of calling them on a Friday night just around 6. The gentleman fixed the part quickly and the charge was a lot less then I had expected. I would and have recommended them to friends and family who have already used them as well and were very pleased. Great Job Cool Climate!

Cool Climate Air Conditioning and Heating came out when I was having an issue with my unit. The woman I spoke with was so helpful in explaining a few issues to me and scheduling an appointment that worked for my schedule. Russell showed up promptly at the appointment time and was extremely thorough with addressing the situation and explaining it to me. I was so happy to have someone help out and take this issue off my plate. He even wrote a detailed report, in case my husband has any questions about what was done. 10/10 I will be using them again.

A couple of months ago I saw the Cool Climate truck in my neighborhood and took note of the company so that if I had any issues, Id call them. My AC went out last night so I called Cool climate as soon as they opened this morning and they were at my house within 30 minutes. Russell did a great job answering all of my questions and looking over everything for me. He was very professional and knowledgeable. Im so glad that he had a motor on hand and was able to install it. I cant thank you guys enough!

Such a wonderful and professional company. Our A/C stopped working on Thursday night. We called and they had Russell at our house by mid morning on Friday. He was early, helpful, and even explained in detail what had happened to my husband. Russell was beyond professional and kind. They were very affordable considering the circumstances. We will definitely be using them again.

Our ac went out on 1 of the hottest days in texas summer..I called after hours. They called back and were able to schedule me in the next day which is awesome! I was expecting it to take days so we got lucky. Tech Carl showed up by 8am and had it repaired and cooling in less than 30mins!Very sweet..nice..courteous..professional. I would highly recommend calling Cool Climate and we will again in the future if needed.

Amazing company! I called to discuss my AC not cooling, they put me on the schedule for the same day but also tried to fix it over the phone. The lady was so helpful, asked me lots of questions and then told me some things to try first in order to troubleshoot. Sure enough it worked! And we were able to cancel the appointment. They were so helpful discussing my system over the phone, even discussed which filters they recommended buying down the road. Overall was very impressed and appreciated they saved me money by talking be through it myself. I will definitely be using them for maintenance and if more serious issues arise down the road.

Cool Climate went above and beyond! The AC at my rental property was not working properly and Janet offered to speak with the tenant to see if she could reset the whole system before having a technician come out. She spoke on the phone with my tenant even after business hours! Unfortunately, the AC was still not working so I was able to call them the next day to let them know and Amanda had a technician at the house in 15 to 20 minutes! I was very impressed and will definitely be using their services again in the future!

Called Cool Climate after another company came and looked and left without any help. Janet was so kind and helpful in a stressful situation. She had a repair tech out and a diagnosis immediately. I would recommend Cool Climate to anyone looking for a truthful and caring company.

Cool Climate was the third company I called on a Friday afternoon. The other two companies couldnt schedule until Tuesday. Cool Climate arrived 30 minutes after I called and had the unit repaired an hour later. Russell, the technician, was very professional and efficient and explained the needed repairs and pricing before starting the work. Definitely recommend this company.

Our whole system went down of all times - Sunday of this Memorial weekend. I didnt expect an immediate call back - but sure got one within the hour. Within two hours Carl himself was out our home inspecting the dead unit. He gave us a quote for a replacement system with an even better outside unit than we had. He answered all of our questions. I dont think he could have been more than blocks down the road when we called him back and said we will go with the replacement he wrote up. He told me a crew would be out between 7 & 7:30 next day [Memorial Day] to install. They were backing down our drive at 7:15. Wonderful guys, even dealing with our less than disciplined little dogs. They were packed up and on their way around 12:30 and the unit has been blowing chill since. You all are a God Send!

Spoke with Carl who I believe is the owner. It was the Friday of Easter weekend, I wasnt expecting an immediate response. He had someone out in 30 minutes to help diagnose what was wrong. Thanks Russell, for coming out to take a look on short notice! Scheduled a follow up visit to take care of my issues. Daniel and his team arrived right when they said they would. Everyone was nice and took the time to explain things. Im back up and ready for the Texas summer heat! :)

Cool Climate is an exceptional AC/Heating company. Customer service is their forte. The office staff is very friendly and helpful. Carl, the owner, came out and talked with us for at least an hour about our options. He answered numerous questions, and explained everything in detail. He is extremely knowledgeable. We ended up getting a new AC/Heating unit for less than what we were expecting. Carls crew is great. They installed the next morning. They explained everything and cleaned up when they were done. Carl came to check on us the next day, and made sure everything was to our satisfaction. Highly recommend Cool Climate.

I am always so leery about companies with a 5 star review. In this case this is a true reflection of the company! Starting with Janet she was so sweet and was able to give me some ideas before sending out a technician, and explained everything with amazing knowledge and kindness! She dispatched Marcus out and he had me up and running within 10 minutes! They replaced a simple part, and the price was more reasonable than anyone I have ever gotten a quote from! You have a customer for life, and I have already recommended you to multiple people! It is absolutely great in this day of age to see companies that truly care about the customer, and not just in it for the money.

I was having issues with my air conditioning unit leaking water and could not locate the air filter, as I do not have any experience dealing with such things. I called Cool Climate in the morning and immediately spoke with Janet, who was able to advise me entirely over the phone and walk me through a filter check and replacement, as well as how to perform a proper defrosting on the system. She was very professional and knowledgeable, and even saved me from having to send a technician out. I was able to get the filter changed and the problem was fixed after she took her time walking me through the process. She did not want to charge me for a tech if it was a simple filter problem that could be resolved on my own. Janet even scheduled me with a technician for the same day just in case the filter and the defrost did not solve the problem. These folks are extremely friendly and helpful and didnt charge me a dime to help me with my issue over the phone. I did not pay for any services or have any services performed, but I highly recommend this company solely based on their professionalism and how knowledgeable they are. A big thank you to Janet and all at Cool Climate for the wonderful customer service you provide.

They were AMAZING. We had waited 4 days for a friend to come look at our problem, and we gave up. Another friend recommended Cool Climate so I gave them a call. After troubleshooting with Janet, she sent the crew over and they were there in 10 minutes. 15 minutes after that, they had fixed the issue and we were cooling off! It was crazy fast & way affordable! We will be calling them again for our A/C needs in the future.Thank you all for taking such good care of us!

If we could give 10 stars we would. Everyone was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. Carl was very prompt right with our first call with AC issues. We knew it was only a matter of time before we would have to replace our unit. He had a new AC unit installed within 24 hours. Highly recommend, Cool Climate! We had the unfortunate event of our AC going out with our heater not too far behind it this past November. We got great equipment at a fair price! These guys took care of us, they came to our home quickly and we had a whole new HVAC system within a matter of hours.

There is not a recommendation I can write that would do this company justice. We have used Cool Climate for about year for our preventative maintenance and repairs. The service is always impeccable. Prompt, honest, reliable, technicians. Friendly office staff. Their prices are better than their competitors. Put all the great service aside....they are just good people. They care about their customers and their well-being. They accept canned foods that they donate to a local food bank. I found Cool Climate today while looking for someone to repair the thermostat wire on our A/C unit. I can’t recommend them enough! Prompt and courteous service all around! For future needs we will be using and recommending Cool Climate! 12:20am Monday morning our ac switched to heat and was stuck on! Stopped it only by removing the power. Really didn’t know who to use to help resolve our issue. Did some research and Cool Climate seemed like a good option. They promptly came to help!!! Turns out our Nest thermostat was causing the heat to be forced on. Trashed it and installed a simple Honeywell. Thank you for taking great care of us!

Honest and courteous service. The first company we called said we needed a whole new indoor unit but we decided to get a second opinion and we are so glad we got our second opinion from cool climate AC! I had my service on 7/26/2022 for my a/c≈ that wasnt cooling. I called them and within 1 hr. this nice lady called me back and I was told that Russell was on his way. In 5 mins. he arrived and got directly to work. No slacking on time. Russell was answering all my questions. Was so attentive. He fixed it in a flash! Great company to get your unit up and running. These guys are amazing from start to finish. The customer service and the next day installation of my ac unit was amazing. I have been through a lot of ac repair companies but most just talk above my head. They were absolutely straight with me and I ended up with a new ac system below the cost I was expecting. Cool Climate owner came out to look at my AC in person at 7:30 am. His AC technician Mark arrived early and replace blower unit in a few hours as required by an inspection on my house to sell it. Mark was thorough and made sure the job was done right. He even replace the thermostat because it was acting up. It is such a pleasure to work with folks who go the extra mile to make sure the AC is working and the customer is completely satisfied. Thanks to all for a great customer experience.

These guys are top notch! Very knowledgeable and fair. We called them for an A/C maintenance check up. Russell answered my questions with courtesy and patience, even under challenging circumstances. He discovered a baby copperhead when he took the door off the exterior unit ! He tried to extract it with a stick, but it retreated farther inside and out of sight. He also had to spray a wasp nest inside the door. When the wasps were gone and he was satisfied the snake wasnt still in the area he needed to check, he was able to finish testing the unit. He really felt strongly about completing our job thoroughly. He was there quite awhile and did not even add any snake whisperer charges to the bill ! ;-) Definitely recommend these guys!

My air conditioning and heating stopped working and Cool Climate was able to fix it the same day. They did a really good job and they were super professional. We are very happy with their work and it was an overall positive experience.

They were amazing and fast! When we had a problem with the city inspector, they sent out a technician who was able to deal with the problem quickly. I would recommend them to anyone who needs their ac taken care and not as expensive as the other guys. I never felt like they were upselling nor trying to pull a fast one. As a matter of fact, they saved me $1000 by looking to see that the ac system was still under warranty without me having to dog through all of my papers.

Best ac company Ive found so far. Live in south fort worth and like that they are close by. AC went out in August...yeah, it was HOT.Called around noon and he was booked up but since we were on his way home hed stop by about 5:30. Keep in mind I had already had a company come out a few days before and couldnt diagnose the issue completely. The told me to call back after it quit working completely (intermittent problem at first).Wasnt satisfied with that answer. Called Cool climate. They diagnosed issue within 45 minutes. Gave me a less expensive option but he could only give me manufacture warranty which wasnt much. Or I could take the more expensive route but backed by 5 year warranty, parts and labor.Thats the way I went and glad I did. He stands behind his work and I trust him.Thats my 2 cents.

After a day with a temperature of 81° on the INSIDE, it was time to get someone to check our heat pump. The company Ive used in the past no longer does residential service so I was looking for a new company. I chose Cool Climate based on internet searches and a review of reviews. The voice on the other end of my initial call was bright & cheerful. A team came out that day and gave me news I had a slow refrigerant leak on my 19+ year old system. They gave me options for resolving, but it was clearly time for a new system. After more options & all my questions answered, an installation team showed up next morning at 7 a.m. as promised. They were done and all new questions answered by noon.I had a bit of a scare after theyd left when about a half pint of condensation was dumped onto the floor once the unit reached the target temperature and shut off. One phone call and no more than 10 minutes later a technician was here. He spent 30 minutes investigating. He couldnt find any issue but guessed that it was a one-time event having to do with the drain pipe not being full yet. He advised me to let the unit run & cool for a couple of hours before allowing it to shut off automatically. He must have diagnosed it correctly because its now been nearly 2 weeks and Ive had no other problems.Im very happy with Cool Climate. Everyone I interacted with was courteous & professional. Their actions were true to their words. Theyve made me a customer for life.

They are amazing! AC system went out 7 years ago and it was replaced immediately, during the heat of the day and the house was better than before! The following year was the heating system, with the same results. Maintenance is key.I got home today again, in the heat of the day. Carl showed up within 20 minutes and had everything replaced under warranty, and I could not be happier. You couldnt find a better HVAC company!!!

My A/C stopped working 10/11/2020 i called Cool Climate next day spoke to Amanda and she had me check a few things and said to call back if still not working. I called her back and they sent out tech Marcus ! When i called they said they would send out a tech with in the hour and Marcus showed up in about 20-25 minutes and was gone in another 20 minutes . Outstanding service from these guys and service couldnt be any quicker . I am saving these guys to my phone and will use from here on out for my A/C repairs !! I recommend greatly !

I was surprised to see they have a 24 hour emergency line.... as I looked up their number to call first thing in the morning...because our AC died at 8pm tonight. Glad to know we could call at 1am, but we can wait until 7am when you open 🙂 They are very honest, helpful. If it is time for a new system, they get the job!

My A/C unit was running a bit under what it usually does. Of course 103° ambient (106° heat index) didnt help.Carl came out for a brief lookover checked pressures and wires for amp load.Hes probably correct when he told me it was doing the best it could---considering.Prepared to pay a service call, Carl politely refused my money.This company, by far, has more 5 star ratings than ANY OTHER A/C company in the the the metro area.Now you know why.Has my business.

The fastest i ever had an air conditioner company send out a tech for service. This will be my first phone call from now own when i need a service. Russell my tech was very professional and explained everything performed. Hats off to Russell and thanks.

David did a fantastic job repairing my a/c. After arcing a wire on my outside unit during lawn maintenance, my unit shut down. David repaired the wire but when the unit still did not work, he persevered and found the problem in the attic unit which was related to the outside wire. It was relatively inexpensive and most of all, no pressure about buying contracts or other services. Thanks David. I will recommend you and Cool Climate to anyone who needs work on their a/c.

Really impressed by the customer service provided. Janet answered the phone and tried to help me problem solve. Unfortunately we could not fix it.But how awesome is it that she tried to save me money by fixing it on my own.After calling her back to let her know it wasnt working I only waited an hour and a half. Carl and Jose arrived at the house and had me up and running in no time. The guys were super nice guys and know there stuff. I will definitely be calling them back if I need an A/C repair done again.Also I didnt spend as much as I thought I would have.

Im usually leary of businesses with a perfect 5 star rating, but after having to use Cool climate, it is very easy to see why they do have that perfect rating. Starting with their dispatcher, Janet, all the way down to the techs that came to my house, they truly do have unparalleled customer service. Honest, reasonably priced and didnt do any extra services that werent needed. This business takes pride in its community service and good customer service. My tech, Miguel, was polite, friendly and informative. He did a great job and my a/c is running perfectly. Highly recommend them and will call for regular annual check ups.

The receptionist/phone operator was very helpful and kind. To whom it may concern: I just wanted to let you know I’m in my warm house. Our heater suddenly stopped working Friday night. Called them Saturday morning and within the hour, a technician came out. Very polite and professional. He diagnosed the problem and fixed it at very reasonable price. Highly recommend.

Called in a pinch today because we could not get a place weve used before to make it until tomorrow. Not waiting in 100° heat for a day. They promptly called back, made it here within 15 minutes, diagnosed the problem as a bad capacitor straight away, replaced part and checked unit and were done in less than a half an hour. Great job! Hopefully I wont need service for a long time but if I do, they have my business.

Excellent customer service. The ladies who answer the phones are extremely nice and went above and beyond the call of duty. Carl and his crew were efficient and thorough. Pros:Female associate was very polite & came across as being caring apathetic of your current situation. She help me troubleshoot over the phone in Hopes of remedying my problems I was having with my unit, mentioning if it didnt resolve my issue they could have someone over as dairy as 7am the next morning. When the recommendations did not fix my issues I text her 6:30am the next to schedule someone to come out, and I kid you not, she replied with 2 minutes(calling me) asking me for my address & name, informing that a technician would call me when he was in route. Five to 10 minutes later I got a call from a male technician (I believe his name was Carl) telling me he was on the way. Before I could get out of the bed, my doorbell was ringing! Now thats what I call speedy service! Long story short, Carl diagnosed & fixed my problem in under 29 minutes! Who can complain about that right!?🤷🏾‍♂️🤷🏾‍♂️ Female rep was awesome & Carl did his thang! 5* here!Cons: Well I dont if it was just who I was🤷🏾‍♂️🤷🏾‍♂️ or maybe just who he was(his personality) but Carls courteousness and friendliness was 180° different from the female associate I spoke with over the phone. When I rings more doorbell, he looks at me & was like Show me your thermostat no good morning my name is so & so......no what problems are you having or nothing (maybe he already knew from the lady over the phone🤷🏾‍♂️). So as I bring him to the thermostat I try to make small talk asking him to pardon the messiness of my home due to 2 toddlers, there was zero response other than, after lower the thermostat, I need to go outside . So now Im like (to myself) maybe I not the kind of person hes use to servicing (mind you, I read all of the great reviews of what a great guy he was personality wise, but Im not witnessing this at all). So now Im like this will be a one way conversation if there is to be any at all. Moving on.....So as he goes to outside unit I decide to volunteer information/history about my unit informing that during the lifespan of my unit Ive had to change a capacitor twice (I have some knowledge of these AC units) & normal changing out of the filters and no soon as I say that he just say in a matter of fact, robotic, strictly business attitude You have a bad capacitor . So, to myself Im like cool. Thats great! Mind you Ive already mentioned changing these out before (so I already know how much capacitors cost. Anywhere from $9-$35). So changes out the capacitor and I went inside I immediately feel cold air as my thermostat drops👍🏾👍🏾! Then he checks my freon level & I have to ask him what the level was as he responds with its a little low . Now mind you once again there is no informing of how much any of this will cost prior to doing any this & hindsight being 20/20 I should have asked if he wasnt offering (which was out of character for myself), but knowing how much capacitors run & the service charge of $79 I had been calculating the cost in my head. When it was all said and done my damage was $329! $79 service charge, $100 freon (i had no gripe with those fees), but what I had an issue with was being charged $149 for a capacitor that dare anyone price any where that you find for over $35! Now if that isnt the definition of upcharging then I dont know what it is. So know when I inquire/ question that cost for a cap I could get for as low as $9 but all he could do is chuckle and make light of Well those Chinese made capacitors are worth a damn......Im like So what this American made one is made of gold or something? 🤷🏾‍♂️ So now hes talkative try to explain the R-22 freon fee (what which I never disputed because I already knew the price on that had went up), but there was know explanation of the charge of this $149 capacitor. I know for a fact if he would have communicated that fee prior to installing it I would have deferred & got one on my own. So me I given the tourist/foreigner charge. Maybe I wasnt what he was use to servicing... I dont know.🤷🏾‍♂️🤷🏾‍♂️ you tell me. That is all.

Want to thank everyone at Cool Climate. My moms heater quit working at her house and the temp inside her home was around 40 degrees. I contacted Cool Climate yesterday morning and the guys were there 5 minutes after my mom returned home yesterday afternoon. They found the problem, gave my mom a resolution and went to work. Her inside unit had fried and had to be replaced. My moms house was back to a toasty temperature by dinner time. I appreciate everything you guys did for my mom and her pup. Keep up the good work, you guys rock!!!

Finally learned how to leave a review. Better late than never. Aircon went out late on the 4th of July. Called CC expecting a hot and uncomfortable night or two at best. Carl came out and fixed it within an hour and charged much less than I was expecting. I keep his number handy now.

I called Carl at 6pm and he got too us within 30 min and us repaired in about the same time. He gave me some recommendations and didnt try too force us into anything. I would highly recommend Cool Climate.

These guys are over the top in every way! They never fail to show up, get the job done right and are more than fair. Don’t hesitate to call these guys. I’ve called them several times and they consistently surprise me with their quality of work, generosity and fairness!

Asked for a quote from them for 3 different jobs, and also hired them once. They are wayyy overpriced. Also, all they good reviews came in at around the same two month window. This seems very suspicious.They charge $160 for what typically costs $80 to fix. Theyve also quoted a $250 job for $900, quoted another $500 job for $2200.Their explanation of their overpriced food is We take care of customers. Duhh, who doesnt? Its like a teacher saying: I deserve to be paid double because I dont kill the kids.I gave them the $160 job, it was not any better than the $80 company I used before. Not going to try this company again.

Cool Climate is a very good HVAC contractor servicing Johnson County, TX. I am a retired home inspector and know how difficult is to find a competent and honest HVAC contractor. I highly recommend them.
