Hands down the best mechanical contractor I have ever done business with. My wife Googled and found the name and said this place sounds good. Well my wife made another good decision, this place has saved us twice during an emergency and sometimes its same day. They fixed another Mechanical Contractors mistakes and did it affordably and honestly. These are good people the type I would leave my door unlocked for and say Ill be home later. Just good contractors and very honest. Anytime we have AC issues we are calling this company first. Most recently, I forgot to check the breaker and I work in electricity. They didnt price gouge and just did it fair, even though I felt like a moron. Solid grade A people and I cant stress that enough. They came out for an inspection and said youre good to go, didnt try to upcharge me or do anything shady.

We contacted our home warranty and they sent this company out for our ac repair. ( it was not cooling the house as well anymore. ) we were stood up twice. Had to contact this company directly. The woman on the office phone had no care to help or be polite. We had even received a text from the mechanic that he would be here in an hour and then ghosted us. They told us that the compressor was needing to be changed and we would need freeont. Home warranty would cover the freeont and our compressor was covered under the actual ac unit itself. Awesome! We were then told that due to covid... they would reach out to us of when the compressor would be in... almost a full month later. Our ac is struggling. Weve been uncomfortable for a month. I finally call and the lady is even ruder than before and tells us our home warranty declined to pay for the freeont so they wont be doing the job... its not their job to tell us... they dont want anyone with that home warranty anymore. I asked why they wouldnt tell is I would have explained to home warranty and go to bat for it. We needed this. She just says its not her job to even tell us... Im so shocked and devastated. I sure hope everyone else gets better service. We unfortunately didnt. Every company Ive ever had to work with will call and update whats going on if its a home warranty issue... THIS ONE WONT! And they will be completely rude afterward as well.*update. This company did take our money. It isnt against the law to inform someone you wouldnt be coming out again, ghosting, or unable to continue service. The warranty company had NO CLUE that the company was no longer helping us and they wouldnt respond to us or them. Taking money for a service and then not even having the courtesy to tell either the customer or the warranty company is infact against the law. Im sorry you were misinformed on how to treat customers well or the law. Once you took our money you could have had the decency to tell the customer that an issue has occurred and that we would have to contact our warranty so that we could get someone out that would take care of us. Seeing your response is almost a year later I can see your customer care/service is still unfortunately bad.

I can say these wonderful folks are family now ❤ 😊 Theyre professional cares about your situation and definitely gets the job done whole staff is so kind if you want good honest service check them out they will go out there way to the best of there ability to help 1 outta 10 they get a 100 from me they showed me genune people exist absolutely awesome team

Very pleased with the work they did for us. They made every effort to help us have a/c over the weekend and not charge any crazy weekend prices. Their price was right and they were all so friendly. They definitely made you feel like family.

If you research online you learn that 50% of the results for an AC installation is the actual installation. They knew the equipment they quickly diagnosed it and within 1 day I had a fully working a.c. highly recommend. Trustworthy people.

We were so impressed! They are compassionate (our AC was out in 90 degree weather and we have two little kids at home, they tried to get us in as soon as they could), professional, efficient and reasonably priced!!

It was Sunday morning when I made several calls about our ac unit. Sandy was the only person who answered my call. She told me after church someone would be out to fix my problem. My unit was fixed, very agreeable price and I couldnt be happier. Thank you and God bless!

If you need work on your central air or heat these guys at Righteous Air know what theyre doing. They even made the stuff in the Attic (that most people never see) look clean and professional and something youd want to show your friends.And the best part was how reasonable the price was, I didnt have to give up anything to get that price.

They showed up when they said they would, gave me options and walked me thru the pros and cons of each without just pushing the most expensive. Answered all my questions and were very professional. I would recommend using them.
