Met the owners of Urban Heating and Air today…just wonderful people. They answered any questions I had and were extremely knowledgeable! I highly recommend this company! Pricing is well thought out and reasonable and they have financing options for any situation. Give them a call if you’re in San Antonio or surrounding areas.

Have known these guys for many years and have worked closely with them at my place of employment. Recently had them upsize my unit at my home due to the old one not keeping up during the heat of the summer. The new system runs perfect and keeps up as it should. Replacement was quick and easy. Service guys are always friendly and do a thorough job. Definitely recommend them for any repairs or replacements. Thank you Urban Heating and Air Conditioning.

Our AC decided to die right as summers first 100° days hit. We had another AC company come out and, while they did diagnose the problem, they did not want to work this particular brand. We needed a Ruud dealer and saw Urban Heating & Air was an authorized contractor. I called on Monday morning and spoke with Christi. She was super helpful and after I sent her a picture of the model and make and told her the part that was needed, she told me she would check if they could get the part. When I got home from work, she texted me to let me know the guys would be here by 7:30am the next day. Barry arrived by 7:15 and had my AC up and running again by 9:45!I highly recommend Urban Air & Heating. Excellent and fast service with a friendly and responsive staff.

Ive used them several times and they always do good work

In search for someone to fix my heating unit, i asked my assistant to reach out and get some estimates. Right away the experience was bad for my assistant. Misty, the individual who answered the phone was very rude, snippy, disrespectful and not at all professional. My assistant asked for an email containing prices (so that i could have something to review when deciding on a company to go with.) and Mistys response was well i gave you the prices verbally I dont see why i need to send you an email. At that time, after hearing my assistant constantly disrespected by Misty, i took over the phone call and tried to get the information myself, with no luck of course because Misty spoke over my every time i would try to get a word in. After being interrupted for the 5th time i stated to her that i would like to finish my statement without being interrupted. She quickly states, Im not doing business with you! and disconnected. not sure of the quality of work the company provides, but if Misty continues to set in place the tone of the business, then they can plan now for closure because shes going to run every customer away!

The most amazing customer service I’ve encountered in a really long time. I have an issue with my AC and they were willing to point me in the right direction for my situation, when they could have just made a sale. Super informative and if the need arises I’ll be sure and call them first.

We’re not sure if the universe heard our pleas for help or if Urban is just that good!Either way, I give these guys 5+ Stars!Called knowing we had a fairly simple fix but with no electrical/HVAC knowledge we wanted a pro to come take a look in the 95 degree heat when our thermostat had zero power therefore we had zero airflow.Patrick arrived within 30 minutes and wham bam, we’re all set to go!We highly recommend Urban!!!!!

The handle all of my offices and have for 10 to 15 years. Everything from small 3 ton units to large 25 ton units. I have never had any issues and full rely on their honesty and professionalism.Thank you for always being there when we need you

They installed a unit in my attic in 2009 for the old home owner,when I bought the house in 2011 I noticed some rooms would get cold and hot,when I had the unit looked at by several licensed contractors they all said the same thing,the unit was never installed properly and never inspected or registered, it was a crappy install and the ducting was all messed up,when I called them they said that it was done as a favor to the old homeowner and that they knew one day it would come back to bite them they also would not make it right as nd tried to avoid me ,I shouldve reported them them to the bbb ,so dont trust this business they are incompetent and rude, Im hiring a professional hvac company to replace this piece of junk and i will tell everyone I know not to hire this company.

Urban was great, their technician was extremely knowledgeable and nice. Would highly recommend.
